I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. Joels exceptional service was a highlight - he was attentive and incredibly kind throughout our meal. The food was not only delicious but also accompanied by Joels constant attention to our salad and drink needs. What impressed me the most was how quickly the appetizer was served, which was a lifesaver as we were quite hungry. Their pumpkin cheesecake was a highlight; I recommend it. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and dining experience. Well definitely be returning soon!

This was a 10/10 experience by far! It wasnt too busy when my and my bf went. Our server his name is Isaiah was absolutely AMAZING he was very quick to tend, serve, and make sure everything was right including topping off our drinks. He was kind, and lighthearted which made me and my bfs dining experience/date even better! At the end when we wanted to order dessert he payed for our dessert! He was amazing and definitely deserved the tip we gave him. If anyone gets Isaiah in the future make sure you tip him well!

Located near a major freeway and within a large upper business scale area, finding a parking space is super easy. The location is clean, orderly, and well staffed, and as a bonus, it has a bar as you enter. Food is good as always; served with enthusiasm and extra grate of cheese... thank you, server. The drinks were great but did lack some punch to them. My friend did taste the long island that I ordered, and she agreed that it was too sugary or too syrupy . Our host asked, but we didnt get a reaction and just played it off as being an anomaly. I was expecting her to be more proactive and redo the drink. Beyond that, we had a good time, and people and guests were nice. Great place for meet-ups, for drinks for great ambiance and delicious food.

First time at this location and hadnt been to Olive Garden in years. Very happy with good, service and customer care. Compliments to our hostess/ greeter ASYAwho smiled and very pleasantly led us to our table. We had a great server ART who was attentive. Come here often and everytime they never miss! The best location, the best customer service from the moment you walk in up until the moment you leave. Manager Chris approached our table and introduced himself, very kind of him to do. Our server was Amy was one of the BEST servers we’ve ever had. Very nice and the best customer service ever, they need to give her a RAISE! we had a couple special requests on our food and everything was done correctly. Overall my experience was a 10/10!

My husband and I live the food at Olive Garden. We always order the Shrimp Fettuccine, we spilt the meal because you so big. The bring it on two plates, plenty for each of us. We also get the endless salad and bread sticks which we love. For Dessert we have the Chocolate Mousse Cake, it is so yummy. The decor is nice with the Italian feeling. Our service is always great. They usually are at our table quickly taking our drink and dinner order. Our meal is served at a reasonable time. It can get crowded on the weekends so plan on some waiting, or go early.

Today, we dined at our local Olive Garden, we had the Tour of Italy, which was so tasty and included: Lasagna Classico, Chicken Parmigiana, and Fettuccine Alfredo it came with all you can eat soup or salad, we chose the Chicken and Gnocchi soup which was amazing and their breadsticks are delicious. We ended the meal with a slice of Sicilian Cheesecake with Strawberry topping. Olive Garden is great place to have an Authentic Italian meal with family or friends. The staff make you feel at home.

Its been a while since Ive walked through the doors of an Olive Garden restaurant. Online it said no wait. We got there we had to wait 30-45 minutes to get seated. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Took a little bit to get our drinks. My drink Jack & Coke was pretty much all Coke. When i brought it to the Waitresses attention, she took it back and it was a wait to get my drink back. When she did bring my drink back she said the bartender said if I wanted to taste alcohol, I need to order a double. I refused my drink. We ordered and received our food quite quickly. The food was great and filling. No complaints about the food. At the end, they did charge me for the drink I returned. At that point I just wanted to leave. Best advice, order your food to go. The food was excellent.

Four of us experienced a wonderful meal at the Olive Garden in San Bernardino today. The ziti was delicious as always, the shrimp was perfect. One guest had a delicious gluten-free pasta dish and another, the endless soup and salad meal. The wait was minimal and the service was excellent. While other restaurants seem to have inflated prices, Olive Garden was surprisingly very reasonable!

The staff such as hostess, waitress etc are wonderful. The manager is awful. I saw her be disrespectful to multiple people while waiting (that should have been my clue to leave). I complained about a knife having food on it on both sets of silver wear and she said they’re all like that it’s from the bread do you need anything else? I never asked for the manager I asked for new silver wear and she interjected. She seemed unhinged and all the staff around her apologized for her.

The wait list is terrible. I joined the wait list and it said 15-20 minutes. I arrived 12 minutes later only to be told Im not on the wait list. Now Im stuck waiting another 30 minutes for a table... If you are going to offer a wait list, it shouldnt time out on you. I seriously debated on leaving, but my daughter wanted Olive Garden. Fix it, or why bother to even offer the wait list.

Just now. It is ridiculous. The lady in charge on customer seats did not allow me to pick a table that I think I am comfortable sitting on. She said oh there is no server assigned to that table her name is Asya. And I said ok.then few minutes later she let people sit and have that table. How ridiculous it is because I am only asking a one table apart from where she wants us to sit. She ruin our lunch but our server was amazing lady. Very nice. And those stars are for her.

Present history shows poor service, tasteless food and drinks, being mostly by young workers. I go out to eat out a lot, and compare the food, the atmosphere, especially service.On this day the Olive Garden on Hosptality Lane in San Ber was AWESOME. The service by a pleasant elderly gentleman showing me to my seat, the young lady that took my order gave some faith in the young adults, she was very attentive and very kind. Horrible customer service. These people need better training on how to treat their customers. We put ourselves on the waitlist and were looking for parking, and before the 10 minutes reached, they canceled our reservation because they got a bigger party but didnt honor our time. The rep had no sense of understanding and didnt even say sorry. We had our 1 year old with us, and she had no sense of compassion for giving us a wait time of 1-hour plus.

We were denied our table for two because we went a minute over the five minute grace period they have in place and we were told we had to wait another thirty minutes or leave. This place runs like a well oiled machine. All servers were sharp and I even had a manager check in with us. I had the Taste of Italy, which was good. Someone else ordered the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara and they said it was delicious. All plates were filling so took home lots of leftovers. Truth is I got full on the tasty soups and breadsticks. :-)

Sure, you can get more authentic Italian food elsewhere, but when you want something reliable and good for cheap, you can’t beat the value here. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden with my family, and we had a wonderful time.We started our meal with the breadsticks and dipping sauce, which are always a hit. The breadsticks are warm and fluffy, and the dipping sauce is flavorful and addicting. For our main courses, we ordered the chicken parmesan, the fettuccine alfredo, and the spaghetti and meatballs. All of our dishes were cooked to perfection and were very tasty. The chicken parmesan was especially good, with a crispy breading and a juicy chicken breast.For dessert, we shared the chocolate lava cake. This is a must-try for chocolate lovers! The ones that ordered soup.. We go to eat.. And the bowl are super hot. But, the soup is cold.. Then I ordered Chicken Alfredo fritters.. And inside are cold.. n They were suppose to be a fried item which you would have thought.. It should have been fresh out of the Grease n hot when it got to the table. I went in and waited in front of the staff for someone to acknowledge me, I stood there for at least 5 minutes. one girl stood there the entire time as a line started to form behind me and then another family went past the line and walked up next to her as well. She immediately responded to the family in front of her and greeted them. I had to interrupt to tell her I had been waiting there for someone to help me and I was way before them. I got on the list and went to wait outside, but I was already annoyed and ready to go to a different olive gardens. I figured I should tell them to take me off the list and to at least let the manager know. I went inside and was delightfully greeted by Donna. I explained the situation and she was amazing, she immediately sat us down and served us our drinks herself. She continuously checked up on us to make sure we were satisfied and was super friendly and inviting. Donna, Rico, and Adam completely turned around our night and because of them we will definitely be recommending to and attending again with friends.

Wow, ask for medium rare you get it! Bread took a bit to get but thats the norm since its so popular. Ordered the 6oz sirloin. So delicious, pasta was spot on. My wife got the Chicken Marsalis with an alteration to no onions. This is usually looked over. Server checked regularly and offered extras. Cups never empty and never waited for her. The service has gone downhill. The past two times, larger parties that were seated after us got thier dinner courses before we got our soup and salad. Once we did get our soups, they were cold. The servers were unatentive and extremely slow for days they were not busy and looked to be over staffed as every table had a different server. The manager did do something the first time but the second time just feels like a new trend. We will not be returning for quite awhile.

Olive Garden San Bernardino still has good food, but service wise, it needs serious work. They have a very bad habit of forgetting items on your order. When you call to complain, they are rude as hell. They are very rude if you call to complain about your order that you paid for. I ordered 259.00 worth of food for a event I was having at my home, when I called to pick up the order I had prepaid for, they told me there was no order ready for my event. Baby! When I tell you I got my order that day come Hell or Hot 🔥 water! Im not Joking 😏. Olive Garden try a little harder because you can do better. You got great food!

Placed a curbside pickup ordering (jan4 2023 for pickup at 6:17pm) and everything was perfect. I stated the date and time in hopes the management sees this review and can recognize the employee that brought my food out. He was EXCEPTIONAL. The order took a few min longer than expected to come out and he immediately asked if there was anything that could be done to apologize. I had ordered a 2 liter soda with our meal and asked him for a cup with ice and he went to get it w no problem. His customer service is what brings people back. Sorry I didn’t get his name. I just dont like how the bowls make it seem youre getting a decent amount of food. For the price it is worth when its really just the size of the bowl to deceive the eye. I had the endless soup and salad and informed the Waitress that I would be trying all 4 soups and asked her which was her personal favorite and she recommended the Chicken Gnocchi. I was going to save that for last because it looked like the best but I ordered that first upon her recommendation. As the server placed my bowl she confessed that that was her favorite as well! After trying it I was in love! I tried the Zuppa Toscana second it was delightful as well but last to my preference. The third soup was Pasta e Fagioli and it quickly took second place for how flavorful and packed it was with all of its different ingredients! I regret I could not try the Ministrone because I was filled to the brim before able to order 😅 the waitresses and servers were spot on and very courteous and quick!

This would have been a great experience as the food was good and my server was top notch. We have six people in our group. The problem was at one point we needed assistance in our server was nowhere to be seen however there was another person who was walking through the room and we flagged him down three times and he was not waiting on any tables he appeared to be picking up some empty plates in the back corner of the room however when he walked past us his hands were empty and my son-in-law made eye contact and asked him excuse me so did I and this young man looked at us and continued walking. His name was Derek, he had light hair and black gauges in his ears, and I will never forget how rude he treated us... I mean just looked at us like he was absolutely disgusted and just couldnt be bothered and just turned and walked away. I have honestly never had any employee in any business ever treat me or a member of my party like that, it was so rude. I did say something too the person that was up front who said they were assistant manager but I dont know if they did anything about it. Poorly managed place. First of all I’m sure the food is great! Too bad we didn’t get to eat here today. We were greeted by TWO friendly hostess. I get that the waiting area of Olive Garden sometimes gets busy and two people is ideal to handle all the reservations. My son wanted to run around the place so I had to step outside to allow him to run around the perimeter of the restaurant to burn some energy. MY mom and daughter were seated right away. You did have to pay extra for the broccoli. We were too stuffed to try dessert, but I was expecting some cannolies. Its ok though look forward to dessert next time. But what I done get, is the total lack of a sense of urgency from the work force out there. The server I had was very nice, she did check up on me a few times, but it took over 10 minutes just to be acknowledge by her, then more time to come and take my order. When I wanted to check out, I was paying in cash, I pressed the botton for the server, she never came by, I waited more than 8 min, she did walk by, but never stopped to assist me. Our waiter was great and the food was good that’s the only reason they got 2 stars, I understand the cooks have less guests to prepare for, so it’s gonna be faster. Next time we will ask to hold our order until we’re done with our salads.

Jeff the host was very friendly upon entering. We were promptly seated. Our server immediately took our drink orders and returned with them, waited patiently for our orders and in general just provided excellent service. She even took the time to directly address my teenager, who was having a challenge with the social situation. We had the Seafood Alfredo and it was delicious, the scallops were perfectly done. All in all a very nice lunch. A small confusion, I am sure due to paying with cash, about showing me the receipt and asking if I wanted my change back? I actually left more money as I had already figured out the 21.6% tip, which was more than the change. As a prior server, while I understand how many people dont tip well, I would never have not brought a customer back their change. Other than that tiny thing, I think everyone worked really well together to make a great dining experience! Thanks 😊

Even tho it took us a while to get seated and the service was very slow we appreciated the kindness of our waitress. It was busy and she was doing her best but never did we see her upset. The food was actually delicious and we did leave her a good tip because she deserves it!

We haven’t been back here since the middle of Covid-19. Last time we had dinner here it Was disappointing. So we decided to give it another try. We decided to have a early dinner and beat the crowd. Omg so glad we went back as Olive Garden has always been one of my favorites. It was delicious and better then before. Our server was excellent !!! her name is Shelby and we sat at table #82 Thank You SHELBY for making our return visit an excellent one! We will be returning!

Terrible food and bad service. While waiting for marinara sauce for bread sticks, got served vinegar supposed to be wine. Sent it back. By the time the sauce arrived late, the bread was cold. Asked for warm bread and the server rolled her eyes and told me to relax. What? Entree was terrible. Sent it back and walked out. Wow.

Not prefer to go, first is taking forever to get the order, no parking available for to go, have to make line for to go, the cashier check the order fast without verified is really everything is correct they just serving fast, when yo get home the food was not prepared as you requested and cold.

The Herb Grilled Salmon was excellent along with broccoli & the salad is always Great. Our server, Valerie N was more than excellent in taking care of her customers. Very prompt, courteous & frequently checking on us & her other customers. It would be very Awesome if All servers in any restaurant had her talent. She gets 5 Stars along with the restaurant.

I recall the minestrone used to be delicious. It is the only thing I can order there and now it tastes like someone threw a few cans of beans, tomatoes and vegetables together with a few shells. Maybe it was an off day but hust absolutely flavorless.

Never been so insulated while eating dinner by a server like today. I won’t be back. Not only has the quality of the food gone down but customer service has as well. Note to the servers there. Don’t joke, kid around or tease people you don’t know. Do your job and that’s it.

THEIR SERVERS ENTER THEIR OWN TIP AMOUNT!! The food has been ok. The service is horrible. I went in Feb and the waitress was never around to be found. I left a cash tip, paid with a card, are decided to take an extra tip out on my card. Then I placed a take out order this month and the same thing happened, take out helped themselves to a tip. Management needs to address this, its theft!

Olive Garden ALWAYS makes me feel welcome. The servers are very kind and when I asked for cheese on the salad and soup, I got as much as I wanted till I said, stop. I like the variety of entrees, but always stick with my FAVORITE...unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks!

Chicken parmesan and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo pick up. Staff service was quick and efficient. Chicken overcooked and fettuccine needed more sauce, a little too dry. Salad was not fresh and although not dressed was a little soggy to start off. At these prices Im going to point out everything.
