A lot of variety of pasta options. Some meat and fish also. The dishes are not the best but its okay of you are going with a group. They offer to put cheese in every dish of the menu, regardless of what it is.The place can be a bit noisy depending on how many people there are. The staff is very friendly.Theres a tablet on the table, be very careful when touching it as they can charge you extra depending on what you use it for.You can order in advance and they take the food to your car outside.

Súper dissatisfied with the service. There was a piece of plastic, some sort of rapper? Anyways, the service sucked. Never once did our server check on us, or asked if we wanted refills on drinks, bread or soup. We were celebrating our post engagement with our family & friends since we aren’t from here. We were in the area and this is where we wanted to stop by and eat. We are originally from Mammoth Lakes! This really disappointed us! Would not come back again.

Went Thanksgiving week. Service was great. Always had a new soda without asking, and the calamari appetizer is so good. But the pasta was pretty mid. And atmosphere felt rushed and not a very cozy vibe. Felt more like a food court in a mall

My 9yr daughter wanted to use her gift card to take me out for lunch. Boy, was we in for a surprise when they brought out the food, and it was more than we could handle. The service was awesome, very friendly, and they sang her happy birthday. we will definitely come back for more. The food not just looks good it was GREAT we drove home talking about it on what to order for are next visit soon, thank you all for such a great experience.

I ordered the grilled chicken margarita with minestrone. The minestrone was exquisite like most of the soups here. The chicken was juicy and moist, but the broccoli was definitely way overcooked. The server was also really welcoming and nice. The main complaint I have is that the prices are reasonable WAY too high for the quality of food. Even if the prices are the lowest they can be, I would recommend going to a local Italian restaurant like Bistro de Buffalo.

Loved it!!! Phenomenal service! Alexa was our server and literally got our food right away. We got here at 7:50 and we had our beverage and soup served almost immediately and our entree was not far behind. We had our food served to us at 8:00pm. It was all very tasty and a lot we took home our leftover definitely love coming here and will continue to do so.

Family members went on a late Tuesday afternoon, and their experience was not as expected. Service was lacking although servers or staff were standing around. When water finally arrived at the table it took a long time to get any refills on it. Took quite a while for the order to be taken and for it to arrive. Just 3 breadsticks finally arrived at the table. Server seemed to just disappear from the area. It took longer than normal for the food to arrive, which was just pasta and sauce. However, they did say that the food was very good.

True story. I want to start off by giving the Olive Garden in Visalia an A+. Why? I walked inside the door and was quickly greeted with a friendly welcoming smile. I was seated at a table. My server greeted me quickly and took my drink order. I ordered a Diet Coke and it was so perfect. My server came back and took my order. Each time she came back she took my request for a refill of diet Coke, salad, soup, bread sticks with a smile. Each time my server came with the cheese, in order to make it easier for her, I said 5 spins. That way she can go and attend to others. The food was hot and delicious. The salad was yummy. The little black machine on the table takes someone with confidence to use it..lol. I had help with learning how to use it and get a printed receipt. I made sure to stop by to speak with the Manager to let her know about my positive, over the top experience I had with her team. Thank you everyone! A+ Excellent experience 100%👏👏

This place is horrible. I was second in line and because they didn’t have sitting for a party of 6 maybe parties were sat before me. You mean to tell me they had sitting for 8 and 10 but not for 6. After 30 minutes of waiting I will take my money and look for a restaurant that is able to accommodate my family of 6. Apparently party of 5/4/2 are more important than mine.

Fast food Italian food, but theyve got their menu down and their servers are likeable and very well-trained. Food is good, especially if you customize it how you like, though some things are a little on the salty side. There arent a ton of mid-range Italian places in Visalia anymore and Id go here over Rosas.

I love this place. A super nice young lady working there asked me how I was doing. I think she was the manager there, named Mariah. Way super nice and asked how my day was going. Meal was so good. They made the baked ziti with meat sauce like it should be made. Always a line. Food was delicious and I liked all the staff I talked too. Everyone was happy and helpful.

Always an amazing place for dinner with family and friends. The late was A LOT longer than usually due to restaurants reopening. We waited a little over 2 hours for a family of 5 on a Saturday evening. Besides the wait the food was amazing and drinks came fast, and our server was perfect!

OG is a restaurant that I enjoy going to. The worker was friendly at first. But when she put the hostess down. That didnt seemed right. I have always felt like a queen. If I was the owner I would keep a very close on her. She blame us why she no longer went to our table. Her statment was It seemed like I was bothering you, thats why I didnt go back. I have never been disrespectful to any of the waitresses. Why would any boda be disrespectful to someone that is taking your ordering and brings your meal to your table. The food is the best. I will not stop from going back. Thank you OG. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Just keeping it real, I have been going ever since you you open and I have never had an experienced like this with any other waitresses. Always very polite, attentive, helpfull, very clean themself. We showed up at opening to get a large table for a birthday party. As the first people at the door @11am we did not believe it would be difficult to accommodate our group. We were told it would be at least a 20 minute wait for a table despite being there at opening and first in line.We did have to wait 20plus minutes. The servers were friendly and the food was ok--the bread sticks were great obviously. What other reason is there to go to Olive Garden?Just disappointed that they seated an entire restaurant full of people including other large parties before seating ours.Their deal of buy one take one is prepackaged food. If the soup and salad is what youre after then its the 💣 but dont do the tour of Italy the Lasagna Was tasteless ! The chicken Fettuccine was dry And tasteless like a clump of clay ! Online ordering was such a hassle. It was so busy that the website wouldn’t even load ! Tried calling and they wouldn’t pick up! After more than 20 tries they finally picked up. Was looking forward to some appetizers but was told that they had “ran out”!? Finally my order was placed at 11:30 and was told to pick up at 1. Arrive there at 1 and still had to wait an extra hour ! When I finally received my food, it was not even cooked right! There was hardly any sauce on the pasta. Really disappointed! Just went in for some dessert. We had the Limited Time Chocolate Brownie Lasagna which was very good. Very dense so it kind of dries up your mouth with every bite but the flavors go well. You get more of the cream cheese than chocolate but thats okay.Also the picture on the book shows way more chocolate flakes over the cake than actual presentation.

Great service, food came out fast. Fast food is part of the issue though. Olive garden used to be fairly priced for what you got. Now theyre more expensive than most actual Italian restaurants. The mixed drinks were also very light on the alcohol. All of our drinks were significantly weaker than what you would get at a bar, but somehow more expensive.

The food is all right for what it’s worth but they really need to rethink their training process. The wait staff is doing a good job but I really don’t want their corporate training culture in full display in my face every time I walk in here. They’re always training new people in front of the customer. It’s overbearing having two people tower over you as you’re ordering. It just feels weird and dare I say unauthentic! I thought maybe it’s a one time thing but nope! Keeps happening almost every time. It’s not rocket science! Hire the right personality, trust your people to do the right thing and stop your role playing in front of the customer. Customers want to ESCAPE the corporate culture when they dine in. They don’t want to be cuddled in corporate “fakeness”— it’s nothing that can’t be done out of sight. I just want to clarify that they are nice and attentive but it’s overbearing and gets old having two people attend to you at the same time every time. It’s as if they don’t trust their people to do the right thing and have to keep looking over their shoulder. It’s unnatural and feels like another corporate metric type of thing they are trying to achieve. This is a newer thing I haven’t experienced before in all my time at different olive gardens in the state. Please stop this practice. As a customer I’d be happier with just the waiter giving me their attention instead of their boss looking over their shoulder.

I am very picky when it comes to eating authentic Italian food. This is the only restaurant in the tri county area that has never disappointed me. Their prices are good, you good amazing food at a great value! I love the fact they have new healthier options on their menu! For example, As pictured... The Spiralized Veggie Pasta, and it was delicious. It is Zucchini and yellow squash spiralized into veggie pasta, tossed with whole grain linguine, tomatoes and garlic in a scampi herb sauce. I Added a lil shrimp! I highly recommend trying it, and their Chicken Gnocchi Soup!

My son and I went to Olive Garden on a Friday afternoon. We got there just before the evening crowd. It was the first time for my son. I wanted to introduce him to the all-you-can-eat soup and salad. Our waitress started us with a bowl of salad and some hot breadsticks. She returned to ask what soup we wanted as we wiped out the salad. We got the Chicken & Gnocchi soup, then Minestrone. We asked for another salad bowl, which concluded our meal.The salad was great! There was something in both soups that I didnt like. I did not hate the soups, but there was one spice that I didnt care for, and unfortunately, I couldnt pinpoint what it was. Overall, my experience that afternoon was positive. The service was excellent, and the price was average to high ($38 including tips). I would go again, but maybe next time, Ill go during lunch between 11:00 and 3:00 for the all-you-can-eat soup and salad; it is only $9.99 instead of the dinner price of $12.99.

It wasn’t until I was served by Genesis last week that it became one of my favorite restaurants. Genesis was extraordinary, very attentive, professional, and friendly. Me and my family are definitely going back more often. It’s serves like Genesis that really mark the difference on costumer retention and satisfaction. Amazing job Genesis. It’s always been a great place until today. I waited over 10 minutes for a refill on my I e tea, I asked for salad with no dressing and they brought it with it. My son’s entree never came and we had to wait 10 minutes for it( the waiter forgot) the minestrone soup was 80% noodles and flavorless. They didn’t have pizza for the kid’s menu item. I will never go back. The young pretty girls were served promptly, my elderly mom and disabled son and I, were ignored.

Much better this time around. We reserved a spot and didnt get a table until a couple hours later because of some miscommunication. But the manager made it right and the service was good. Taylor did an excellent job considering how busy they were. Started a little rocky, but turned out to be a good night.

Food was great. Employees are excellent. The service is very good and fast. Only reason they dont get five stars is because we had dust from the light above our table falling on us. We looked up and the light had dust and spider webs caked on. Looked around and there were other lights with the same issues. One light even had food on it. Looked like a food fight went down at that table.

These guys can not cook a steak right. We’ve been a few times recently and every time they under cook the steak then when you tell them they make a new one and it’s over cooked. If they can get the temp right it’s actually pretty good. But last night was awful.

Both my wife and I ate there Friday 08/05/2022 at about 6 pm. Okay service who forget napkins and silverware. However, over the next 24 hours, we both experienced the most god awful food poisoning from this place. I’ve heard bad things about Olive Garden regarding that, but decided maybe it’s just an opinion. Nope. Absolutely the worst, especially with her being pregnant. I believe my food was severely undercooked and I wish I had taken before pictures or said anything at all. Highly unfortunate that this occurred and that’s why I am giving it a one star because it gave us one star stomach problems.

The customer service here is pretty bad. I understand people are people. However there was no want to even serve gladly or go above or beyond. This establishment has a lack of communication between both employee, leadership and customer. The idea is to want to excel to keep your company in business. The corporate culture here is horrendous, and the food is nothing more than mediocre frozen lasagna. If you believe in Community, integrity and respect…please stay away from this particular establishment. The employees are overwhelmed, overworked, and do not want to be there. There toxic environment is overflowing to the customers in a negative way, and for this I will never come back. If you want an happy experience go somewhere else.

We went for lunch,both my husband and I work in Customer Service, so when our server/waitress Ariana came to take our order she was pleasant,professional, and attentive.We were very surprised because we havent had this kind of service from a server/waitress in a long time .She was above and beyond in her service! I give her 5 stars! We left her a generous tip, because she truly deserved it. It was a bit busy even at 3 in the afternoon, but there wasnt a wait yet. The waitress was wonderful! She knew her menu and took great care of us! The food was delicious! We truly appreciate the excellent non-alcohol drink options which pair well with the food. The alcohol free sparkling drinks gave our time there more a celebratory feel.The atmosphere is pleasant, and music is at a nice volume; but seating is a little too crowded for my taste. While we were sitting there waiting, the girls that seat you prep the silverware and menus and napkins and the whole time each one was constantly touching their hair, face and scratching themselves and not washing their hands before touching the utensils. Bad Service at Visalia Olive Garden! My husband and I went there for lunch, and we waited for a server for a long time. The two couples sitting by us already had a server took their drinks, when in fact we got there before them. I had to call a servers attention to get our order. When we asked for a second round of salad (hence, Olive Gardens advertising says unlimited salad), our server left and came back with, not a salad, but our bill. Wheres the salad? 🙄🙄🙄 Our server did not even ask us if we wanted soda refill. That day we were celebrating my husbands birthday, and we were not in the mood to complain. Came here with my family for dinner night. I havent ate at an Olive Garden in 8 or 9 years now and a lot sure has changed since then. The food is good, basic Italian food made with an American style; but it is good. The Alfredo chicken my girlfriend had ordered was good and I didnt know what I wanted so i ordered the Tour of Italy entree with has fried chicken topped with marinara and cheese, fettuccine Alfredo (no meat included) and a serving of their lasagna topped with red meat sauce and cheese again. For those who havent been here before in a long like me or this who have never been here, they put parmesan cheese on everything. When I say everything, I mean everything; not the drinks of course. Overall this place is good and the price is pretty fair in my opinion, a bit more cheaper than where we usually go to back home. Servers and hostess were very friendly even with a full house. I recommend this place but do place a reservation online so you dont have to wait too long when its busy.

The restrooms stinks and a mess at early Monday near noon lunch and service staff picked its customers. We being Asians were passed up to other 2 other tables with Caucasians and noticed that the Latino near us were treated with lack of service. It is a brown on brown servers and white on white rule. Expect it in your visit and hopefully they change that practice.It lacks the service, we love eating Olive Garden and on my birthday today, it is a disappointing experience. I was thinking of getting my water bottles from my car because there were no drink refills. Kind of hard to eat the pastas when youre thirsty. It came eventually after I asked for some.O well, now at least we know this place.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I havent been to an Olive Garden restaurant for several years. This one is superb! My daughter and I went on a Thursday, hoping it wouldnt be busy. Wrong! Its obviously a Visalia favorite. The hostess was very friendly and efficient, taking us to our table in less than 10 minutes. Our waitress was also very friendly with a beautiful smile. (You dont see this very often nowadays.) The food was fresh, looked appetizing and tasted even better. A plus is the plastic containers for our leftovers that we recycled. I cant say enough about this restaurant. If you travel through Visalia, this is a MUST stop. Im looking forward to lunch/dinner here again.

We were seated quickly and began by ordering our drinks. I chose a glass of Zinfandel and my wife was going to try one of their offerings...the strawberry lemonade but, were told that you were currently out of the juice which makes this drink. Needless to say, she was disappointed and ended up having just water. So, instead of ordering appetizers we ordered an early dinner: she had spaghetti with meatballs, and I had the fettuccini with Italian sausage. Our meals came and we enjoyed them. Our server Shelby was most attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Except for not having the ingredients for the drink, which is something totally understandable, in light of this pandemic we are in, maybe order extra for next time. The only con was how pricey each plate was as well as drinks not having free refills. On top of that the expected 20% tip is ridiculous. As I said I was impressed by the hospitality, but since when has 15% become insulting to the waiter/waitress? Weve only been twice to this particular Olive Garden. Both times it was a super long wait. We were told to get online and put ourselves on the waiting list it would get us in faster. At the time we called we were told for a table for two would be 30 minutes. We got there a bit before the 30 minutes. We still waited at least an hour more after we got there and checked in. They said they were cleaning a table for us as we came in. There was no where to sit to wait because people were all over a lot standing like us. Once we finally were seated the staff was great. My daughter really liked her food it was stuffed something. I ordered spaghetti and meat sauce. I did not like it at all it was very dry and the sauce wasnt very good. I felt like I was just eating dried out noodles. The sauce didnt even get to all the noodles. There wasnt enough. Obviously people eat there because of the long lines. I noticed a lot of parties leaving as we were waiting. Along with a lot of people waiting. I did see a lot of people leaving because they didnt want to wait. So this is my experience. I probably wont go back unless my daughter really wanted to. I dont know if I would eat again though.

From the looks of the reviews this place is a mess. If corporate really cared they wouldn’t reply to reviews they would actually do something about it. Arrived at 4:30 was put on a waiting list and was told it would be 30 minute wait. Went it and asked how much more of a wait will be and they told me another 45 minutes. I waited 45 minutes again went it and nothing. Was told another 30 to 45 min cause they were busy. It’s past 8 and nothing. I waited 3 hours and not even a text or anything. I was the one that had to go in and ask. Hope they get their act together if they would’ve told me it was a long wait I would’ve gone elsewhere.

Came in a little late around 9:30 our server was Antonio C. I couldnt have gotten a better server.he was super nice and charismatic. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and they fixed it no problem! The food was phenomenal and the soup he recommended did not let me down.it was my birthday and they unexpectedly came out and sang for me and gave me a dessert. Took my son here for his 11th bday (his choice), and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Our server was exceptionally efficient and something I hadnt experienced at many other restaurants before. The only downside was the wait time which was a bit over an hour (including the call ahead time which I did), but since theres shopping nearby we killed the time there. Fathers Day! Terrible time waiting for a table, more than 45 minutes. Every family who arrives after us was passing before us. Im sitting in the car with both of my granddaughters waiting for my wife to get our order we DID NOT get till 9:54pm both of my granddaughters fell asleep by this time, my wife says that employees were taking home food that people had gotten tired of waiting for i did see employees walking off with bags as well this was extremely disorganized these Olive Garden employees should have done on line orders first then if they knew they could handle it do the drive up orders I understand that things are upside down right now but this was ridiculous .

When I waited for someone to take my name to be seated, no one came to help me, finally the lady (apparently that signs in the servers) came and was very rude when I said if they were to busy a I’ll be right with you would work for me, so of course my name was skipped many times for a table

Aaron was our server and he was amazing. He took excellent care of us and my daughter though he was so funny. I will definitely be going back. Food was great and my drink was made to perfection. I hope I am lucky enough to have Aaron wait on us again.

I was quite disappointed when I ordered the chicken marsala it came out with the fried piece of white chicken breast with equivalent to one teaspoon of what they called Marcella sauce on top and some Parmesan cheese it was nothing close to the chicken marsala I make I was very disappointed I could have flew that chicken breast right through the restaurant it was hard as a rock the waiters and the staff were just superb however they really need to consider getting another cook very disappointed a second time I visit Olive Garden I had their spaghetti with meatballs very disappointed that the spaghetti sauce was so salty they do need a new shift think twice before you go to the Olive Garden and make sure they give you a sample of the sauce before you even order it

The chicken alfredo had no flavor whatsoever had to drown it and salt and pepper and it still didnt help😬 the staff, waiter, and waitresses were super friendly and nice. They definitely checked on us and did amazing service.

Wow!! I totally loved it. This was actually my first time there. Their food is deliciously cooked and well prepared. My server was very informed and I gave a 5 dollar tip because I was so pleased with their service. I definitely recommend Olive Garden for a great time and great food.

Olive Garden used to be the place to go for good Italian food. Today I found out that is no longer true.I ordered the tour of Italy entree.The Chicken Parm was so try and had no sauce. I could barely cut it. I ate 2 pieces and moved on to the lasagna, I swear it was a frozen one frome the freezer section of a supermarket. Oh my goodness the fettuccine was so bland I had no idea what I was eating.The salad had such little bit of dressing that you might as well have me a head of lettuce, 1 piece of tomato and 1 black olive.Our service was great. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Ive added this restaurant to my dont go again list.🤮🤮🤮🤮

He was so talkative and charismatic, and just an all-around excellent personality to have as a server! Didnt expect much on a busy night, but not once did he drop the ball. Always a great deal. If they make you wait for a table they give you a free beer or glass of wine! Super amazing date spot or family gathering, birthdays. Any event big or small is wonderful here. Of course their soup, salad and breadsticks are amazing and never stop coming!

Called ahead to be put on wait list. Waited about 5 minutes after check in for seating. Mozzarella sticks arent the same, spinach dip was great though. Breadsticks always hit the spot. Tour of Italy was OK. Salad was weakly dressed and a bit soggy, Minestrone soup was good.

I will only come with a big group of friends for family. The servers treat you better if you have a group. Every time I go in with a big group, they are very nice and do their best. Went in with a date and they took little to no time to serve or seemed like they were always rushed to help the big table. Would love it if they gave same service to all.

Had a horrible experience today. Ordered calimari as appetizer and it appeared as if we were given the crumbs. We didnt get silverware until we asked after our meals were served. Ordered a jar of sangria and it didnt come until we were almost done with the meal and only because we reminded the waitress about it. Ordered dessert using the tablet on the table and it took 30 minutes to come out and only after we had brought it up to what appeared to be a manager walking around. I walked of there very unsatisfied. The waitress however was pleasant.
