The food was terrible. The bread sticks were hard as rocks and old. The gnocchi soup literally had 1 gnocchi in it!! The spinach artichoke dip appetizer was burned, and only the very center was not stuck to the plate. The chicken was undercooked. Overall, terrible! I did complain to the manager and played the drums to the waiter with the rock-hard bread sticks. Left unsatisfied, unhappy, and paying over $100.Checking in online is not real time. I had to wait an additional 15 min after arrival to be seated, when online, I said less than 10 min.

Personally I love Olive Garden. The food was yummy and the service was good. The portions are great and you can’t forget the never ending soup and salad that comes with the entrees. The calamari is always a must when I come. This Olive Garden in particular has always treated me well. Service is relatively fast and the staff is kind.

We had an early dinner here today around 3. I have some disability access needs and the host and hostess were very accommodating (I wish I caught their names!) Rochelle was our server and she was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, kind and funny. The food was delicious, I really enjoyed the Chicken Marsala Fettuccine.

Prompt service, tasty food, large entree, friendly service from Dee, clean, reasonable prices and appears fairly new. We were seated immediately. Of course Tuesday is probably not as busy as on weekends. We were pleased with this Olive Garden and would return if in the area

We came in and we were seated with out silverware. The waitress came off a bit agitated since the beginning of service. We ordered a bottle of wine and asked for 4 glasses, one of which we noticed had a lipstick stain so that was one glass of our wine down the drain. We werent provided with a replacement of the wine just the glass. We asked for glasses of water, one was spilled completely onto my mother in law which had to sit through the entire dinner soaking wet. Yes she apologized but the vibe was already completely off. We have worked the service industry as well and we understand it can be over whelming but it just felt disingenuous. We split our bill and then randomly had a previously paid dessert added to one of the checks. We pushed through dinner and just had to laugh it off.

Its been a out 10 years since I have been to an og. I didnt have found memories but my family insisted we go here and to my surprise it was amazing. Our waitress was liberty and she absolutely killed it.

This is my first time at this location, I usually go to the Arden to Roseville ones. I came in around 12:30 for lunch. I sat on the bar area. Jasmine quickly asked what I wanted to drink then gave me a menu. I opted for their lunch special of the chicken parm and I got a soup to go with it. She asked if I was on lunch so she could ask for it to come out faster. The soup was brought out quick and by the time I was finished the chicken parm came out. It was delicious and also the spaghetti that comes with it. Both jasmine and Amanda were super friendly and made sure my experience was great. Thanks!

I used to love the Olive Garden, but this is not a good place for a group. Did call-ahead seating, arrived and checked in early, was given an estimate and told there was a plan. Kept asking patiently and politely, and an hour later we still didnt have a table. Finally complained and accommodations were made to seat us. Table service was great, the food was good but a little salty. Was told they were going to comp the appetizers for the trouble in seating us. They credited 1 of the 3 we got. May never visit here again.
