Nicer ambiance than most other olive gardens. Very friendly and kind staff. However, the best food was the soup.Breadsticks were doughy and a bit tasteless, spaghetti and meatballs were very mushy, sauce less flavorful than canned sauces, and a bit slimy. Expected a tad more for the price (at least $18 per plate menu price).

Every time I go here, I always end up ordering the same item. I obviously love it, and it isnt sold at many other restaurants. Unfortunately, whoever cooks it always cooks at a high heat, which causes the sauce to start to curdle. Theres also usually not enough sauce in the noodles, which tends to keep them a little dry. Cant help it, though, I really love Alfredo. The never-ending salads and rolls are fantastic. The atmosphere is inviting and homey, and the employees are great! The prices are comparable to other restaurants, but their take-home meals for 5 or 6 extra dollars make up for it, if you take advantage of this special offer.

I took my time writing this review because I wanted to ensure that I highlighted all of the areas that deserve a standing ovation. I was one of the event coordinators for a recent luncheon with over 100 attendees. The planning had multiple moving parts, and one of them was securing what restaurant we would have cater for the event. I cannot tell how grateful I am to have come across Olive Garden’s Manager, Chance. His fast responses and consistent communication eased a significant amount of stress and his customer service stood out in such a way where it has left a positive lasting impression on me and my team. He represents the company name with a very high level of dedication and commitment to his customers. Give that man a raise.I’d also like to highlight Ms. Olivia, who was also an invaluable part of this successful event. Her ability to work well under pressure while showing no fear gives Marines a run for their money. They came well prepared and brought every single thing one could think of to prevent any mini panic attacks from occurring. Having ordered SIX create your own pasta stations (that’s a LOT of pasta), two different kinds of desserts, two large salads, X number of breadsticks (I stopped counting), drinks, and all of the equipment it required to assemble and keep warm was a lot to consider, and yet they made it a seamless experience. I couldn’t have asked for two better people to help us with this and I will definitely be doing more work with them in the future. It’s clear that Olive Garden’s staff are committed to great service.

Food was cold - soup, pasta, sauces, & lasagna. Noodles were undercooked. Sauces were gritty and not smooth. Lasagna was still cold inside. The added cheese from the server didnt even melt in the soup or on the dishes. The salad was brown lettuce throughout. The booth was very dirty on the walls and seats. BART seemed cleaner than this restaurant. You can see a layer of dust throughout the establishment. Cleaning does not seem to be on the top of the list. Server kept forgetting about us. To get to go boxes was forever. The server didnt want to leave a printed copy of the bill since I was going to use the kiosk. This is one of the worst Olive Gardens I have been too.

We loved that we got as much sallad, breadsticks and sodas as we wanted. The pasta was good, but not the best pasta we have had. But plenty of food which we could take home. Very decent prices. We come from Sweden, but Olive Garden is a must every time we visit USA!

The food is tasty if you like Olive Garden, which we do, and everything was cooked correctly. There was enough sauce as well, sometimes they get skimpy, and the pasta to sauce ratio is off, but it was great at this location. Our server was great about accommodating our twins birthday and was so kind. The only downside is that they had us packed in there with the tables very close together. We had very little wait because they were pushing food out fast, which is a mixed bag... We did get our entrees before we were done with our soup/salad. It was also VERY loud because there were so many people crammed into the room with the tables so close together. But overall, it was a good experience, and wed go back if we were up there and in the mood for it again. My kids love Olive Garden, but we have a local one, so we eat there more often than this location in Vacaville (this was our 1st time here).

This is a nice Olive Garden, conveniently situated right off the I80 and Vacaville Premium Outlets.I enjoy eating here occasionally while shopping but my favorite thing about this restaurant besides the beautiful ladies that work here is Veterans Day meals. It gets super busy and the wait times stay about 45 min to an hour, but time goes quickly.I only gave it four stars because the chicken parmigiana tends to be a little salty and a bit dry.

On a Friday night, we arrived at 7:30 and were told 45 minutes. We waited and waited while many others actually came after and were seated....and even ate and left! We were extremely patient. We asked, checked twice. We were told the next table was ours and yet it wasnt till 9:30 that we were sat. The waiter was adorable but soooo slow. Even when we were finished and waiting for dessert to be boxed up, it took 20 minutes.Never once did the 4 people at the front desk apologize or offer any kind of reasoning that we were overlooked. We werent an oversized uncommon party size. It was just bad service.Food was a step up from fast food. Portions were large. Every one of us took food home.I understand Friday nights are busy. I dont understand the picking and choosing who gets to go when. They knew who had reservations and who didnt when they told us 45 min. It took 2 hours to seat us. Had the young adults in our group not insisted on staying, suggesting ordering a pizza to be delivered while we waited, I would have left! And no, we didnt order a pizza but that wasnt a bad idea.
