The dining area was clean but it was a busy night so kind of loud.The staff was great. They were friendly and professional and checked on us often.I had the unlimited soup and salad. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The dressing was very good (we had ranch and 1000 island).The bread sticks were the bomb!I had the minestrone soup which was really good. Due to some medical issues I was having trouble eating the beans and noodles (oh the many kids of cancer). The staff had the cooks strain it for me and brought just the broth. That was really nice of them.My wife had the chicken and shrimp carbonara which she really liked. We had several people on our party and we all enjoyed our meals.Really my only complaint was the restroom. It was not very clean, and not enough stalls and urinals for a restaurant that size.Give it a try. Ill be back for more soup!

We decided to dine here since I received a gift card for my birthday. What a waste of my gift card. The sea food Alfredo was horrible overcooked. Spaghetti was dry. We had to ask for more sauce. By the time the waitress came with the sauce, my husband had lost his appetite. We were very disappointed with our entire meal. This was our first time eating at Olive Garden. I doubt that we will return. Very poor service and food.

Had dinner with the kids, 45 minute wait. Very busy place, good service but servers seemed preoccupied had to keep asking for more bread sticks and refills and soup. The super Toscana didn’t have any sausage. I had to ask the waitress if they no longer put sausage to which she stated they do and on the second bowl of soup they had two pieces of sausage. Over all good experience but not worth the wait.

I went here starving and left full of joy and amazing food. The salad surprised me I dont know what kind of olive oil dressing that was but I ate that whole bowl. The appetizer was fresh and came with 2 choices of sauce. I love pasta so maybe Im bias but I thought it was killer and bless that waitress that put up with us needing ALL the cheese. Its very lively, loud and family friendly. Oh and those bread sticks are still one of the best parts about eating there.

The food and service was extremely good. My waitress Rylan c. was professional and kind she told my girlfriend and I how long our food was going to take. What we didn’t like is that there was people waiting next to our table watching us eat and we didn’t feel comfortable about that.

We came here for a weekday lunch special! You get to pick your entre plus endless soup, salad, and breadstick! As you may know, special meaning smaller portions compare to regular prices. After two soups and appetizers, we were kind of full, and some of us packed to go for dinner later.

Got my wife order wrong twice. Order with mushrooms and she received one mushroom in her pasta that’s right one mushroom and that was after the correction. Restrooms need to be monitor, some dirty people went in and didn’t have decency to flush toilets, left paper towels all over the floor. Granted the overflowing trash can didn’t help. Then when trying to pay I couldn’t for 15 min just ended up leaving cash. The customer service was great but experience was ruined. Won’t come again by choice.

The server was too busy to check on us. The meal was not that great. The shrimp Alfredo was dry and called for the waiter to send more Alfredo sauce, it took awhile by the time it came food was cold. Further more the sald looked like it was thrown together and barely has dressing on it. I gave it a 3 rating because I it was very busy and crowded. There should have been more servers!

After a big Thanksgiving dinner yesterday we thought about something light and quick. So we decided on soup and salad at the olive garden. The server was nice she took our order. After 10 minutes we got our salad after another 12 minutes we got our soup. So 22 minutes went by and no bread sticks and the server left to go on a 15 minutes break. Another minutes went by and anther server came to say that he will be helping instead of his co-worker. So we asked for another soupThat took another 12 minutes, still no bread sticks we were not enjoying any of our soup or salad without the bread. We had to eat what was served because the salad will get soggy and the soup will get cold. Towards the end we were finally served luke warm bread sticks and my sons fries that came with his stingy portion of pasta were ice coldWe thought that we would be out of there within 45 minutes it took them an hour and 15 minutes.I dont know why they have this question in their survey: did the manager come to your table to check on your service we have been there numerous times and NEVER seen a manager .A server should have told us that they were out of bread we could have ordered something else,When a server goes on a break the manager should stop at that table at least once if not twice to make sure service and food quality is satisfactory to the customers. Nobody gave a damn.

Seth was the best waiter I ever had in my life. We loved him. Will continue to go if he is there . Will call ahead and ask for him What a wonderful fellow with a serving spirit. He is going places in life and all the people that work with him will some day look back and say that they knew Seth back when he was just starting out as a young waiter.....He is going to make an impact on this world. Service is horrible. All waiters & other staff were extremely rude. Theres lack of communication between staff and therefore it takes 30 min to get a gallon of tea to go and theyre not even busy. It took 15 minutes just for someone to help/acknowledge me. I despise coming to this Olive Garden but its the only one nearby. Also every time I order from here for pickup they always mess up my order.

Was eating here with my girlfriend and her family, when I saw what looked like management or general management yelling at their own staff about something. We all thought that should be taken privately somewhere else and whoever the white female was that was yelling at the staff should learn that or learn to talk to the team after work because the staff seemed very on edge about any mishaps after words.

The food was decent though overpriced. No longer can you get soup and salad when you purchase an entree, you have to choose one or the other. The place has a little bit of construction going on so the atmosphere is not as pleasant as it usually is. Our service was decent. Although our server seemed to feel that she needed to watch and make sure we were not sharing our soup and salad because as I said youre only allowed to get one or the other with your entree. Overall I would go here again but for the price it would be a special occasion. 12.99 for soup and salad is just an awful lot to spend

The food was pretty good. We ordered the shrimp scampi, chicken Parmesan, a kid’s pizza, 1 strawberry daiquiri, 1 Italian rum punch and a kids peach smoothie.The shrimp in the shrimp scampi was okay in flavor but the scampi (sauce) was very tasty. I dipped my breadsticks in it and it was better than the shrimp. The sauce didn’t absorb too well into the noodles but the noodles were of decent flavor. 🍤The chicken Parmesan was quite tasty, it was full of sauce and significantly wetter than normal but it was the best Parmesan 🐓 I have ever had there. The sauce permeated all of the meat and oh wow was it delicious.The kids pizza 🍕 was good for what it was but the kids peach smoothie was supremely just the right amount of sweet. I didn’t. It know peach 🍑 smoothies could taste so amazing.The strawberry daiquiri was super great as well as the Italian rum punch. The daiquiri was blended and that really added to the flavor. Next time I will order the rum punch because the strength took my taste buds my surprise.As for soup, we had the pasta fijole and chicken gnocchi, both tasty tasty tasty tasty soups.The kiosk at the table I was using had issues working when checking out and the breadsticks tasted much different than usual but it was a swell adventure overall.

The food is not the same anymore since 6 or 7 years ago this is what I get when ordering a tour of Italy the breaded chicken is the shape of a chicken sandwich patty not at all like chicken breast or even a parmesan chicken piece in person and as you can see the Lasagna is beyond disappointing dont bother getting lasagna from olive garden the lasagna should be called spaghetti lasagna because its all deconstructed pretty much nothing here is really cooked from scratch now but reheated in the ovens very sad. I was super thirsty after eating also from all the salt the food had.

They take to long to do everything at this location. It took 40 minutes to seat a party of 3, but the larger groups that come in after would get seated first .Then once we get seated it took the waitress 20 minutes to come up the table. After we talked to the manager still took to long Smh I will not come to this location again.

Olive Garden is one of my favorites. The chicken gnocchi soup when made right is oh so tasty. This location is like all other Olive Gardens, friendly staff and long wait times but everything here is worth waiting for. I ordered late and it was to-go the doors were already closed and they didnt have a direct line for someone to call when you arrived for your order. It was very quick and not like the usual is there anything else you like to order or review of items which was odd since all Olive Gardens. They were nice and polite about getting missed items.

Arrived with a group of 6 during lunch and was seated almost immediately. Regular tables and chairs (not booths) a little too close to each other for my liking, but we all fit. Waitress was attentive and food came out reasonably quick. All the soups and breadsticks are always warm and taste good. One of my friends and I got spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. Wished they put more sauce, it was good. Three other friends got fettuccine alfredo, they all said it was cold. One got the “Tour of Italy”, no complaints from him. Overall, could’ve been better but not bad because the waitress tried to fix what she could and kept the breadsticks coming.

Couldnt really understand why she was being so nasty. Went back to my table with my family that noticed it as well. My son pointed out mom you are dressed exactly like them, Maybe she thought you worked there. Thinking where did this chick come out from telling us what to do. We laughed it off. Wow, I was very impressed by this location. For a bustling Friday night, everyone from the kitchen to the front staff were all working in sync to get people in, fed, and on their way. I cant remember our servers name, but regardless, all of them are so nice! Our food came out very fast, fresh, and delicious. If you are a cheese fanatic, get the Asiago Stuffed Tortellini with Chicken! Absolutely zero complaints, and I was, again, very impressed that service was so good for a busy Friday night. Will definitely be returning to this location!

Was served rotten food..I waited 1 1/2 hours to be called in for a party of 2 (my son and myself), then when I walk up apparently my table was given away and I had to wait an additional 20 mins for a table.. Then I was served rotten food. I gave the food back obviously and lost my appetite. I saw MANY angry customers, one was screaming and storming out while a manager was chasing after her out the door to her car.. And the employees at the door were talking bad about her being a problem customer.. (I should have taken it as a hint watching that go down)..Hopefully the restaurant gets fresher food and better service.

I appreciate restaurants trying to stay alive during this pandemic but please get your act together if you are doing curbside. Drove into the parking lot at 6:15. There were restaurant tray holders placed at every other parking space. I figured someone would come out to take my order. Not the case. Waited almost 10 minutes and was ignored by everyone. Then I notice a car drive up to the door and get help. I called the restaurant and they said I needed to order online. The cell phone coverage was spotty and couldnt get the menu to load. Called back and asked to order on the phone. At 7:12, I was driving out with food. You need a better system. You need signage to tell people what to do. If you arent going to each car to take orders, PUT A SIGN UP. You gotta do better. Almost 1 hour to get food is unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever. Waiting over 30 min for my order when i did curbside pick up. I tried calling they didnt answer the phone. I went in and there were 4 workers in the front just chit chatting. As i walked in theh asked if I was erika and i said yes. They knew all along I was waiting for the past 30 min. ALWAYS, go online and JOIN THE WAITLIST. I always join when I’m on my way that way it reduces my time waiting outside the restaurant cause none of us want to do that. Join that waitlist prior to leaving, then check in when you arrive. Their food is excellent, and their service superb. I asked for salad dressing on the side to go, they gave me a bottle. I was going to take the leftover breadsticks they brought me brand new warm ones in a a foil bag. Our waiter was amazing always kept an eye on the details. 😍 wow! Loved it. Overall experience ok..food was ok, server was ok..they have a safety hazard of not allowing the strollers parked next to your table..and not even the high chair next to your booth..so they have two options either get the stroller taken back to your car or taken behind the restaurant where they have it parked for you..while walking out we saw some strollers parked next to their table..not sure where the policy went..

Everytime I come here it’s always good and good service. So because my mom is injured, I thought I pick up Olive Garden for her for Mother’s Day. When you order online and pick up crib side, very convenient. But when I got home the food did not look as good as what I am use to when I go in. The bread sticks was hard on the Bottom. I was very disappointed. Even my dessert was not what I ordered.

I rarely eat at Olive Garden, but when I do, I really enjoy the salad and bread sticks. This visit however, was a grand disappointment! It was not packed, must be short staffed, our wait was 40 minutes, they estimated 20 minutes. Lots of empty tables. It was 20 minutes before our order was taken, we ordered four salad and bread sticks, another ordered an appetizer and another a meal. After another 15 minute wait our server finally brings out our soups, one bowl of salad, one basket of bread sticks, three salad plates (we ordered 4). Well, that was gone in about 5 minutes! The appetizer waltzes out shortly thereafter, but still no meal. So, now weve been seated with very little to eat for nearly an hour. I finally flag down a server, ask whats going on and just as were packing up to leave, here comes the meal and 1 more bowl of salad and bread sticks. Needless to say, wed have been better off with take-out! I will say, though that, after all of this, we were not charged for the salad. I’ll still visit another Olive Garden. Just not this one.

It was a fairly busy Sunday evening and we arrived after 8 p.m. and had to wait 25 minutes for a table. After we were seated, nobody came to the table for over 10 minutes to even get a drink order. The food was okay, but the server did not seem to care about his role. When we wanted to pay we pushed the call server button on our table unit, but eventually just paid at the table with the machine at the table. As we were leaving, the server came over and requested we do the survey because a good rating would help him a lot. This OG location is not recommended.

So this was my first time dining at an Olive Garden. Holy effing f***! This place was insane. Totally slammed with a line out the door. Our server, Milli(if I butcher spelling Im sorry but Im blind) was absolutely wonderful, and took exceptional care of us, well beyond our expectations. The same can be said of our bartenders, Bryan/t(sorry still blind) And Terra. All three were very knowledgeable and helped us make one delicious selection after another. We enjoyed the Cadillac margaritas(upgrade to patron) and the strawberry lemoncello(pictured) The food was delicious. The bottomless bread sticks/soup/salad was awesome. The chicken gnocchi soup comes highly recommended. My lady had the five cheese ziti and I had the steak alfredo. Its a good restaurant for families and friends to get together, food is good and prices are fair.The only frustrating issue I have is the way they seat their large parties. We had a family of 24 and wanted to be seated. Yet, because all 24 of us were not there at once, they made us wait in the lobby until everyone was there. We had to wait about 45 minutes in the lobby because a few family members were stuck in traffic and running late. I didnt agree with that but we didnt want to try going somewhere else at that point. We (my 3 kids and spouse) arrived 40 minutes before closing after a long day of shopping for back to school. We were starving. The waitress clearly advised that they were closing soon. She never apologized she acted surprised and insisted that she take my plate. She said it wouldn’t take long to remake it. I finally gave in and gave her my plate. Immediately knowing my family how they are, they all tried to feed me there food. No one got to enjoy themselves eating because I was waiting for mine. I finally took my husbands plate to keep the peace. We waited over 20 minutes and my husband got up to tell them we would take it to go. The waitress came back with my plate in a box and set it on the table. Not one time apologizing. She stated that her manager remade the plate and did notice the chicken was not as crispy as usual. She offered us desert but was hesitant as she knew the kitchen was closed. I could see it on her face. We declined and thanked her. I asked for the bill and gave her in her hand a $10 tip for a $107 bill. She did not say thank you on the contrary she asked us if we wanted our change. She seemed a little prideful maybe she had a long day. I understand we are all human but her manager should have came out and immediately addressed us and meet with us. He never did. Customer service is definitely not a priority for this Riverside location. We left feeling disappointed because we could not enjoy our food after spending over $100 to have a nice meal! Yea it may be small things but I like feeling valued. I am traditionally a wonderful tipper. My language of love is service. Otherwise I could have made pasta at home for less than $25.

Waitress, Esther was FANTASTIC. Even our unique orders she brought our meal exactly as we ordered. She was pleasant and professional. We could not have asked for any better service. When it was past her shift, Olivia took over and, again, she was great. I told the manager I felt like a celebrity for her to assign us her best waitresses! The Pasta Fagoli soup has improved tremendously from a couple of years ago - thank you! We will once again, be back more frequently. 😋🙂

Decided this is where wed have dinner tonight. We got there and to our surprise we were seated within 5 minutes. It looked incredibly busy. Servers walking by were courteous and upbeat. Drink orders were taken fairly quickly and arrived the same. Our waitress was helpful and accommodating. And patient. Salad and breadsticks came out soon after as well as our appetizer. Between the appetizer and entree our waitress checked up on us a few times. Even after dinner was served our waitress continued to checkup on us. She was wonderful. The only hiccup was a misunderstanding with a substitution. All in all this was an incredibly wonderful experience. For those wondering we both had the Tour of Italy. The food was excellent.

I will be very honest, customer service was wounderful, and food was delicious. The server was at all time very attentive and helpful. The only thing that wasnt nice was the seating location was dirty and the bathroom too. There was no soap and it was messy, toilet paper all over the restroom and no seat cover paper it was empty. But over all I loved their food and customer service.

Stopped by for dinner after my sons tournament the wait was kinda long but it went smooth once we were seated our service was amazing and so was our food. This restaurant is a lot bigger than any other Olive Garden Ive been to but for the size they had the service covered pretty good plenty of waiters and waitresses.

Horrible experience! Gave me an estimated wait time of 30 min. Sat people that came after us. One hostess told me it would be an additional 5 min wait time, and another told me it would be an additional 20 min wait. They have four hostess talking and laughing in the front. Rude from the very beginning, rolling their eyes, standing there not doing anything. Its a horrible location!

Our visit tonight was lovely, our waiter was a young fellow who had only been working there for 4 days and he did an amazing job, he went beyond for us. He was very attentive, very generous. The Food, what can I say? All the Olive Gardens I have been to; The food is always delightful, and filling. The bread sticks! Goodness! Theyre so warm and soft as you take the first bite so yummy and garlicky.

I went to dinner with my family and I understand that it was very busy but the soup was cold, the salad was hot, it took over an hour for the kids to get there food, very slow service, when asked for a to go bag I got a box, it took for ever to get the check, and waiter never came back with my card. The waitress kept on messing up with me and my family’s orders and out of all restaurants me and my family chose to go there to celebrate my mother’s birthday 🤦🏻‍♀️ and food was cold and I even ordered food to go and my soup had a hole on the container and went through my paper bag got all wet 😒 and on top of that my mom food came out last while everyone in my family got theirs and finished eating WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK THE WORST! I brought my wife for her birthday, we had to wait about 40 minutes for a table and then it took a good 15 or 20 minutes before service, food and drinks took a long time probably 10-15 minutes, they were out of a lot of wine and didnt have smoothies however our waitress was so wonderful she was completely apologetic and it was clearly the restaurants management and definitely not the waitresses fault. The food was good when it came.

Horrible customer service. I normally dont leave reviews good or bad, but tonight was unexceptable. I went to dinner with 10 other people. It was over an hour wait to be seated even though we were told 45 mins. When we asked how much longer it would be to be seated after 45 mins, we were met with a rude response. It took about 25 mins after we were seated to give our drink order or even be greated by a waitress. Another 25 mins passed before getting the drinks and placing our order even though, we were all ready to order before we sat down, having looked at the menu for an hour. Then we wait about another 20 to 30 mins just receive cold soup. We waited another 20 to 30 mins before complaining to the manager. Mind you, we have not seen the waitress since she brought the drinks. She even forgot one guys drink altogether. Not only that, we watched as table after table had came in after us ordered eat and left. After complaining to the manager, I was told that the food would be coming out, but after an hour of waiting for food it was only the appetizers. Needless to say we got a free meal that no got to eat because it never came. I arrive at 5:10 pm and left that 8:10 pm. 3 hours. Ridiculous.I have been in food service for many years and have 16 years of customer service experience. Never have I ever.

Back to dining in! Tables were spread out a bit. Menu is one piece of paper. Manager was accommodating. Servers were on it. Soup was good and hot and just kept coming. Got the hottest breadsticks ever! This is a good cheap option if you just eat the soup. I had like 6 bowls and they just ask what do you want next! 2 adults and 2 kids $40+tip good deal.

We sat at the bar and it was dirty, like chunks of bread and food and it didnt get cleaned up until after we moved to a cleaner spot and someone else sat there and asked if they could clean it, the guy never came back to ask if we needed anything or is everything ok. We need a fork, so we just ended up sharing a fork, but the food was amazing 👏 😋 the cook definitely deserves all the stars 🌟
