Went to dinner tonight and the atmosphere was amazing. The restaurant had Italian music playing, people were chatting and laughing, families were enjoying themselves, and the food was spectacular. I had ordered the Tour of Italy (fettuccine alfredo, chicken parmigiano, and lasagna). It was rich in flavor and hot out of the oven. Our waiter was spot on and kept us hydrated.

Came for lunch. As always salad and bread sticks is delicious. I had the grilled Salmon and my son had the Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli. Chicken was tender. My Salmon was delicious. We come here about once a month. Good spot for pasta

UPDATE: Thursday, September 28, 2023 PMI probably would not submit an update since our dinner was definitely five stars again. But I had to since our server, Debbie, hit it out of the ballpark and turned that five stars into 10 stars. Kudos to Debbie!I had the all you can eat spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of salmon. My son had the cheese raviolis with Alfredo sauce.—————————-Update: Friday, September 1, 2023 DinnerExcellent all the way around tonight.A big part of that would be our server Georgie! He did an excellent job of refilling our soups and beverages and stopped by to check in on us a few times. Kudos, Georgie! Give him a raise!The manager even stop by at our table to talk to us. Very personable guy. He’s doing a good job. We usually have a good experience here. Tonight, the food was very good. I ordered the herb-grilled salmon with angel hair pasta with butter sauce. Excellent.My son ordered the cheese raviolis with Alfredo sauce. He was very happy with his dinner.They also offered the take home an entrée for six dollars. I chose spaghetti with meat sauce. They were horrendous!I felt like I was eating reconstituted frozen sponges. Consistency is bad. Mouth feel is bad. Flavor/taste is lacking. I won’t make the mistake of ordering them again.Also, you’re very limited on how you can customize your order when you order using the app. I was not able to get what I wanted which was salmon with buttered spaghetti noodles. Very disappointing.I don’t know if you can walk in and order in person and customize it? Why not get a quick seat by choosing to sit at the bar? Walked past 10 people because my friend and I just wanted drinks and food. Menu was available and the drinks were good. I even ordered a cappuccino. The service was great and I enjoyed the atmosphere even if it was kind of busy. The bartenders were very sweet.

This is my 2nd time coming here and the main dish (chicken/ 🥦 Alfredo) that one my daughters and I got wasnt the greatest like it was missing something but everything else we got was delicious 😋 fried calamari and my oldest got gnocchi soup and 🥗 pretty good. Of course the bread sticks were soo good. Ill definitely try another main course and hope that I love it. Great service and atmosphere.

Had a great time here at this Olive Garden the food was great! I would definitely recommend the Chicken Gnocchi Soup when the employees ask you if you would like salad or soup and you don’t like salad you should get the soup. Also very friendly staff making sure you always have a drink or bread definitely coming back again.

Tonight, we had planned a special dinner at this Olive Garden location as a farewell meal before my husband and daughter embarked on a long trip, missing out on spending the holidays together. It was an important occasion for us, as we usually frequented Macaroni for Italian food, however, sadly they are no longer in business and decided to try Olive Garden for the first time with it leaving a poor impression on us. Upon ordering, we encountered a situation that left us dissatisfied. Other tables that arrived after us were served before us, and to worsen matters, our appetizers never arrived. Our server did mention he forgot to put in order after having waited 30 plus minutes. This experience left us with a feeling of sadness as this was a very important moment for my family and I. I would rate the experience poorly, were it not for the manager’s efforts to rectify the issue. Despite the initial disappointment, the manager’s proactive approach demonstrated genuine concern for their customers but I do not see us ever returning or recommending this place.

OK this is my favorite olive garden. The service is amazing until the last time I went we had a guy water with that was high as more baked then the ziti lmao he was awful. Forgot our soup after we ordered he never came back no refills had to ask another waitress for to go box. Manager never came by cuz I was gonna complain. Beside that the other employees are rock stars so nice and attentive. Great location just pray u dont have Bob Marly as ur waiter

The soup and salad are great here.... disappointed in the stuffed mushrooms....they really need to add more flavor. My wife ordered the steak and pasta and it tasted great even without steak sauce... that’s the way it should be. The Spaghetti and meatballs are just ok with light flavor. My son ordered the Lasagna. It’s ok. We will return and hopefully I get something else on the menu that I really like.

Great staff. . I gave 3 stars because the wait staff continued to ask several times if I wanted 6$ take-home meal. I enjoyed my shrimp scampi, and I also asked for cherry coke. She went out of her way to put 🍒 Im my coke.. 🥰.. appreciate services like that. .. unfortunately, the take-home meal, in my opinion it was frozen and literally not worth the price. What has happened to Olive Garden!!!! I don’t know if is because the management or what it’s the deal. I don’t know what’s their problem with the salad that they are super stingy.This is my second time having the same experience. ( but the first time the waitress was the best make sure of taking care of me) so because of waitress I let it go.I went by myself and waitress served me salad for one, then I asked if I could have more salad and she said, but your food it’s about to come out, I said I want some salad anyway. It has not pass 10 minutes after she brought my food and my plate it’s full still and she asked, do you want a box? I said no thank you.Then later the manager came to asked if everything was ok? I wave my hand back saying xoxo. He said how we can make it right? I said I talk to you later. I didn’t wanted to put him in blast in front of customers. Then the manager leaving and waitress came again do you want a box? 🙄Man! People give some training to your workers! You can’t make the customer feel that they need to leave!!! Stop being stingy with the salad! How much lettuce can cost man!! Be the Olive Garden we used to remember. I left lasagna on plate, super bad. Stepped it for costumers man! Where America it’s going? There was a server there who was a man who was just the sweetest. My baby spilled some water and he came super quick to clean up and was super nice about it. The food is good and service was fine. The issue is I specifically ordered the salads with no pepperoncinis because its an allergy! It says right on my order! I put it in the notes and also it says it right under the salad. I circled it in the picture. I added a couple of each photo just so you can see. When someone says its an allergy, that means it has the potential to seriously harm them! Now, I have wasted money on something that cannot be eaten! I shouldve checked but I trusted that the employees would do their job correctly!

I am very disappointed to have to leave this review. My daughter and I love to go to Olive Garden and most of the time we have a nice experience. I am pretty sure we were pre judged when we arrived as being a couple of Karens, but we never had the chance to prove otherwise, even when we tried to engage our server the few times we saw him. We were seated at the smallest table in the place, which would have been fine if the rest of the visit had been good. A table of 5 was seated right next to us after we had been there for about 10 mins. That table had beverages before we were ever greeted. My daughter ordered a drink, which wasnt full, and was very weak. The entrée was served after just a couple of sips of soup. I had ordered the soup, salad and bread sticks, but wasnt able to eat the salad due to some dental work. The server said he would box it up for me to take home. We also ordered a pint of soup to go. At the end of the meal, we waited for quite a while for the to go order. When it finally came, there was no salad, and no little bag for the remaining bread sticks. We tried to pay the check with the ziosk at the table, but it didnt work. So we tried to call the server, but no one came. We took the check to the front counter but couldnt pay there. They called a server that they thought was ours, but he came up, said thats not my table and walked away. Another server came over, and asked to look at the check. He saw who the correct server was and called him over. We were finally able to pay the check and leave. There were other issues, but the review is getting too long.

I give olive garden a three cause I didnt do my homework. When we go to a restaurant we like to share, so we always sit at the bar and order appetizers. Plus we like to talk to bartenders and get their opinions. That didnt happen and I dont know who the bartender was, she never gave her name.We decided to do the 3 sampler and we told her that.The first item was stuffed mushrooms, what can I say..Fishy. The bartender said it had crab it. Then call it Stuffed Crab Mushrooms. I dont know about you but crab shouldnt be fishy. So it was either the crab or the mushrooms that tasted like fish. One bite and that was over.Second item was the Lasagna Frigga, the video on the kiask you could cut it with a fork. Not! It was so hard, dark in color, not even my butter knife could cut it. One bite and that was over.And last the last item was the Spinach Dip. Come on, at least warm up the chips. Not a fan of the dip but I was hungry.The all you can eat salad had two peppers, two tomatoes, and lettuce (not crispy).My soda and bread was good.So what Im trying to say is stick to what the restaurant knows and order it. Im from the Bay Area and never had this problem at an Olive Garden. I would have given it a lower star number but it was very busy, extremely loud, and lots of kids in the bar area.At the last minute I took a pic, poorly done but I wanted to get out of there.There are far better places to go on Pacific and the Mile.

The wait staff was absolutely amazing, the food however was not. First of all it was $90 for two people and the quality definitely did not reflect the price. The portions were small and the shrimp scampi was way over done. The shrimp was tough and chewy and way too fishy as if it had been frozen for too long. The breadsticks were hard and unseasoned and the onions in the salad were massive chunks nobody could eat. Absolutely will not be entering an Olive Garden again. Macaroni Grill, which isn’t far has far better food for a way lower price.

We went for my birthday yesterday. We were told 25 min wait. No problem. Checked in, left for 15 min. Came back and were seated immediately. We ordered drinks and appetizers from the kiosk. Thats all you can order from the kiosk. 1 appetizer was brought dropped and the waiter ran off so fast we couldnt talk to him. Then we were forgotten. No drinks were served. No water was brought. Rating for our take out order.Thanks for joining the numerous other restaurants that cut back on portions and customer service, BUT still charge the same price.I have ordered the soup for years for take out. I tried to order online, it said it would take over an hour. Really for 1 soup. Didnt order it.So my husband goes in, the girl tells him it will take over an hour. What? He told her she could just dip it up while shes doing another order, then hed be out of everybodys way. I dont get it. Working smart would be to get the easiest smallest orders out of the way. Like orders that dont involve the cooks.So they got the order but no breadsticks. He asked for them and her response was we never give breadsticks with the soup.B.S. The soup has always come with 2 breadsticks and a chocolate mint. Which I didnt get.So please dont argue with the customer. Ive probably been a customer a lot longer then shes worked there and I know what came with it.The picture shows the smaller bowl they now use for take out but you pay the same price and no breadsticks.Youre trying to make the customers make up for the money you lost during Covid.Guess what everyone lost money.You got 2 stars only because the soup still tasted good.

The waitress there was very accommodating, originally they wanted to seat us on the wooden tables/chairs, after I explained that I couldnt sit there and wanted a booth without any hesitation she found a booth for us.I had soup and salad and it was wonderful the salad is always fresh and just out of this world. I had the soup which was a minestrone and then the chicken soup. The service was very nice. The waitress was great.

Dinner was good. Only few problems. It was so dark in there we could hardly read the menu. When the food was brought couldnt tell weather it was done or not. The poor girl that brought out our hot meal grabbed two graders that were empty. Or had almost none in it she had to go back. The restaurant was packed. So things were hoppen. She was very apologize many timess. My drink from the bar was good. When i ordered the second one it was more citric than the first one. . But i suggest turning up the lights. So we can see better. I dont like eating pink chicken.or cold food Some people do but not me. All staff was nice. They need to change some of there wording. From you can sit over there to would you like to sit over there.or let me know when. Not hand enought. It was pack with people . Another waiter had slammed themself into her really hard almost knocking her over. I think even hurting her. Which was completely wrong of that other worker to do. We dont eat there very offten . Chicken really didnt tast that great. But ok. Come to to to think of it the last time we were there a worker did the same thing to our waiter.

I first been to an olive garden in the 90s and I didnt like it. I went back recently and the food was much better but very skimpy on the sauce.There is an electronic game on the table. It also has a beer & wine list, deserts and games. Nowhere does it tell you its $3.99 a game. I checked out a few games and when the check came, it blew my mind. I knew what I was going to order and I was prepared to leave a 20% tip, like I always do unless service was awful. I did complain that there are no signs anywhere that says games are $3.99. The waitress says thats just the way it is so I thanked her for the games because they came out of her tip. I told her, thats just the way it is. I did feel bad but there should be signs telling customers the games are NOT FREE.

Me and my partner had the soup and salad. The soup you must try is the Zuppa Toscan. Its hands down the best soup, must try. The salad was not bad, its filled with vegetables. The soup and salad come with fresh baked bread, sticks garlic butter and salt, and bottomless soup and salad. You can choose a different soup each time. Under $13.00, its a plus.

Food was good. Pretty big portions. But the service seemed impatient. Like they were trying to get your answer and nothing else. I don’t know why customers would get treated like that, not everyone is a regular. They might need that extra minute to figure out what they want to order. This was my first time there and one lady blatantly ignored us walking in even though she was heading our direction (she was coming out of the hostess area, we assumed she was going to seat us). It was around 12 to 1. Maybe it was a bad time, but it’s not like we’re getting free food. We are paying and leaving a tip.

Did not have a good experience overall. Started with the bartender overflowing a drink and serving it without trying to clean it up. When we were seated it took a long time for the server to come to our table and even longer for the good to come once we ordered. The manager who came to check on us was polite and our server was nice too. The food was just ok. The biggest issue I have is that the automated bill pay kiosk on the table calculated the tip incorrectly. Our bill was $45.xx and it said a 20% tip was $10.56. Twenty percent should be just over $9. While the difference of a dollar is not a big deal at all, you have to wonder how many people are paying more than they intend simply because they arent noticing. Ive only dined in once and the experience was a good one the wait staff seemed happy and helpful the atmosphere is great and relaxed. My one gripe is when you order out they tend to try and skimp on the bread sticks, when you dine in they shower you in breadsticks (figuratively) but the first time I ordered out they gave me no bread sticks and every other time Ive made sure they were in the bag only to arrive home and see 1 or 2 inside.

The atmosphere is very hectic. I was kind of uncomfortable the whole time. I felt as though we where being pushed out as quickly as possible. The food I ordered had bacon on it when it wasnt clear on the menu that it had bacon in it. We where seated very quickly though and the waitress was overall a nice lady.

They have an online check-in but when you arrive your wait time starts over from the time you get to the restaurant. Their response: oh it just helps us prepare for the incoming customers. That doesnt help me prepare my time when I have other things to do and Im thinking I checked in already. If I wouldve known I would have came in the restaurant.

The food was amazing and so was our waitress but the hostess at the front had a horrible attitude and even made my family member feel uncomfortable because she was in an electric scooter. The hostess said she couldnt get is a table because we had her with us. Not cool.. overall the rest of service and food was great.

The waiter was so friendly and when he heard us ask about vegan/vegetarian dishes, he rushed off to get us a vegan menu. He was so happy that he had printed it out and reviewed it in case he had veg people at his table. Best believe he had a great tip for the service and good food!

Ive been here quite a few times and most of the time Id have given 4 stars but this last time 5 stars for superior service and food for a reasonable price. It was a busy Friday evening and one of the managers filled in to assist our waitress to keep up with the crowd of patrons. Hats off to the staff for really stepping it up!

The food was good, definitely on par with most of my Olive Garden visits at other locations. This was my first visit to this location and what really made it a 5 star experience was the customer service. A group of us went to eat and wanted to keep costs down so we opted to share meals. When placing our orders, we said some of us wouldn’t be ordering anything cause we were sharing. They asked who would be sharing which meals and they brought out all meals pre split on separate plates. An experience none of us had received before.

The good was great and although the waitress was polite and nice it wasnt the best service. We waited with empty drinks for far too long. The waitress didnt come back to check on the table. I think we just got a bum waitress other then that it would have been an excellent experience.

Super expensive SLOW service...food was great but the reason why I have only 1 star its because my waiter was super slow, and he charged me for 2 additional drinks (margaritas) that I never have! I called the next day and spoke to the MOD and he kindly refunded my money. This message is also in response to the owner. Love all you can eat bread and salad/ soup. I remember this place being a little bit better. Seems like theyre starting to do frozen prep for even the meatballs a bit disappointed about that. Went here today for Mothers day. It was packed! I knew it would be so I checked in online, said I had about an hour wait. We got to the restaurant and waited maybe 5 mins till we were seated. Even though you could tell it was really busy, our server was on point and sadly I didnt get his name. Never had to ask for refill on drinks or more breadsticks. When we received our food before our appetizer he apologized profusely and we told him it was ok, no big deal, we know its busy. Apparently he wasnt happy with it and said something to the manager and they comped the appetizer! I didnt see one employee without a smile even though you can tell it was crazy busy. Some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time!!

We were celebrating my daughters 16th birthday last night. We ordered two Italian margaritas, very weak. The food that was hot was very good, although half was lukewarm. That would be the kitchen not putting all of the orders up at the same time. Even with all that our server was amazing!

Good consistant quality. If you are age seasoned then ask to be seated away from screaming kids. We have never had a bad wait person which means there is good supervision.12.15.19: reserved for party of 8 adults and 1 ankle biter. They were really off their game. Took forever to get food and only brought out couple at a time with to long in btwn.. Appeared to be disorganized. Oh well, last time we will be here. Revised from 5 stars.

UPDATE: after receiving a response from Olive Garden on this review, I emailed them as they to explain more as requested ... I never received a response back. I guess they over all have bad customer service.We visited this place on 9/29/19 for dinner. It was full with a 20 minute wait but we ended up getting a seat within 10 minutes. The waiter sat us down and explained that she was going on break and another waiter would take over. We were never given ANY bread sticks or even offered any. This was very disappointing. The waiter took our order. I ordered the stuffed chicken marsala and my partner ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara. The marsala was disgusting it tasted like strait wine. I told the waiter to take it back because I did not like it, it tasted too much like wine. The manager remove the charge and I was able to order another dish which was much better. The chicken carbonara was also not good it seems like they forgot to put the sauce. It was just dry noodles and chicken and shrimp with bacon. Over all it was a horrible experience and definitely not worth the bill that was charged especially if we didnt even get breadsticks that are supposed to be free of charge. Not sure if we will ever go back.
