Unlimited salad,soup and breadsticks? I dont think so. You havent even finished your soup but they arrive with your main. So are you supposed to eat your main then ask for more soup? We asked for an extra order of breadsticks to go with our main and we were done eating by the time they arrived. Never understood why in America they bring you main when you havent even finished your starter? The clue is in the title. STARTER!!

It was not the best experience that Ive had there, and usually I get pretty good service but this time it was terrible. First off we were there for my granddaughters 21st birthday. I specifically told the hostess to have the food server ask my granddaughter for her ID for her 21st birthday as she wanted to be carded for the first time. Well they forgot, so we moved on and ordered our appetizer which was the calamari and it was pretty decent, although they did kind of got stingy on the amount of calamari that was on the plate. When we started our order we had one waitress halfway through she was replaced by another waitress. We had to wait quite a while for our drinks to arrive and when they did they were incorrect. Again. We had to wait quite a while before the main course was delivered and my spaghetti with meat sauce was cold as was my wifes shrimp scampi. We had to send them back and that took another 15 to 20 minutes before we received our food. The switching of the food servers was terrible, because they were inconsistent with our orders. And also took a long time to get refills for our drinks, and that was very disappointing. To finish my review, I have to say that this is the worst experience that Ive had at Olive garden in a long time. It was supposed to be about a celebration for my granddaughters 21st birthday and it turned into a disaster.

Have been to this Olive Garden 2xs great service and well presented and tasteful food. There was a wait as there is in places like this when one doesnt make a reservation. But it wasnt a long wait. After being seated it didnt take long to be served. The food was better the first time...2 years ago.The lasagna frittata was amazing as was the shrimp Alfredo amd chicken n shrimp carbonara. However the salad was a bit bland. My shrimp scampi was okay. Ive had better. Our server advised us she would be goong on break and that we would be attended in her absence but no one came. I had to flag a server down. For our bill and to go boxes. Over all my parents enjoyed their 54th anniversary dinner.

They told us our table would be ready in 30 minutes. But it was actually only 10 which was really nice. staff was super friendly and quick to take our order, food was absolutely fantastic as usual, and even the manager was going over to every table and asking them how the service was and if they need anything. To which I found very welcoming.Restaurant was really clean and and we had a enjoyable time.

This restaurant is a great Italian restaurant with great staff and great food alike. They love and support their community and are willing to give back to it. They have staff that are happy and welcoming, the management at this location care about their customers. The food is always on par and within the standards that are expected. They have a great area of dine in options as well as take out, the food is always hot and inviting to the palate.

This was such a disappointment. I had the lazagna and it was the worst I have ever had. My husband had the chicken and shrimp carbonara which he said was very salty. This restaurant tries to cover the fact that the food is over cooked and poorly flavoured by drowning everything with salt. That is definitely the last time we will eat there. The question below asking which dishes we would recommend should have the option of none.

Last minute date with my wife on a Sunday. We showed up with several people waiting for seats and take out orders. We had to get the attention of one of the wait staff to ask if we could sit at the bar. She pointed the way and said absolutely, if theres anything open. There sure was! Bar tender helped right away - even with several drink orders submitted.

Our visit was made awesome, by Rosa! She was so nice and willing to make our visit so memorable, it was our 20th anniversary and well never forget it thanx to Rosa! She, and her 26 yr experience has to be a asset to this company! Compared to other Italian restaurants in the valley, Olive Garden is relatively cheap. And the food, though not gourmet, is very good. Theyve got some very tasty soups. I love the never ending soup, salad & bread sticks lunch for $12 (I think). Its a healthy bargain.

Went for dinner tonight. The wait was less than 15 minutes, we checked in on the website. We were blessed with Alexis as our server. Our family all agreed we have never had such an amazing server. She was friendly helpful and kept us full and hydrated the entire time! The food was great, although we were stuffed from our app, salad and breadsticks. We took the entrees home! Tonight’s food definitely gets a 10 from our family but Alexis deserves 15/10!

The family had lunch here today. The server was nice and friendly. She was pleasant and prompt with assiting us with our order. Our food was served in timely manner and the presentation of our was great and the food was delicious. The entire family was happy with the taste of the meal; however it was small portion. The steak and pasta lunch only comes with 6 oz steak and they dont offer upgrade sizes.

Free salad and free bread sticks were yummy as always. Service was ok. The seating arrangement was a bit crowded. Our main dishes were so so. My hubby liked them more then I did. (Chicken marsala & Ravioli). My daughter really enjoyed her Alfredo and endless juice! I would give everything a 3.5 star rating but decided to go 4 since we cant give half stars and it was better then a 3 star!

The waitress was nice but very forgetful. We had to ask twice for extra salad dressing, refills on water, salad and soup which is endless. I asked for a second bowl of soup which never made it to the table. Our order was also taken wrong even though it was written down when we ordered it. The portion sizes are rather small, the take home pasta sizes that are $5 are almost bigger portions than that ones you pay $18 for. Needless to say the pasta was only Luke warm when it finally arrived.

The food was excellent but they have to improve there service. Its pretty packed on weekends thats why I suggest you should go early or else you have to wait. We were pretty hungry that time and we have to wait for almost an hour and when we got our table, no one did asked if we wanted a drink. Good thing their food was great. PAU & CITLALY So I just stood there and they looked at me and said “how much??” I said for 7. And they said it was gonna be an hour wait so I said it was fine. And they got my number. She repeated it and it was wrong so I told her my number again and sat down. 40 minutes passed and I got up and asked if I was supposed to get a text telling me in what place in line I’m in. And the girl said no that I’d get a text when the table is ready so I sat down again thinking they’d call me when the table was ready bc there wasn’t that many customers anymore and they clearly knew we were still waiting. 40 more minutes passed and I was still there I was upset already so I got up again and asked the girl when were we going to be seated and she asked for my name and said “we sent the text that the table was ready and no one came” I said I’m sitting right next to you and I didn’t receive a text. I came to ask you if I was supposed to get the text and you said I’d get one. And they sat us down after that. But I didn’t like their attitude as soon as I walked in and they didn’t apologize for not getting my number right both times I gave it to them. So RUDE. And from what I can see the person replying to these reviews only cares about what the ppl that give 5stars has to say but just the people can know and not put up with that attitude if it does happen to you

Ive always loved Olive Garden since I can remember. Look at the 6oz Sirloin with my fettuccine pasta. Does this look like a serving I would get if I was eating inside Olive Garden? I had 3 fork fulls and the pasta was gone. I was left hungry after this small portion. I only gave 2 stars because the food was good just did not get my value. Never again!

This is a GREAT place for Family Dining! We had 13 people, aged 7 to 65, and everyone was pleased. We were seated in our own little room at a very large, round table. This was a perfect setup, we could be loud and not worry about disturbing other guests. The round table also made it perfect for easy conversations with everyone and no one was left out.They have a diverse selection of appetizers that are perfect for sharing. My two favorites are the Spinach Artichoke Dip and the Fried Mozzarella. They serve unlimited, fresh from the oven, breadsticks and with each meal they offer bottomless soup or salad. For the entree, they have all the Classic Italian favorites and they are Fabulous! One of the best dishes on their menu is the combination platter, The Tour of Italy, it includes Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagnia Classico and Fettuccini Alfredo. My favorite is their Create Your Own Pasta. You get to choose your pasta, your sauce and your topping. The dessert options are exceptionally delicious and also perfect for sharing. Zeppoli, Warm Apple Crostata and Cheesecake are the must try desserts!Olive Garden is most definitely the perfect destination for your next big Family Dinner! SALUTE!!!!

Got there and was told the wait was 1 hour and 30 minutes, waited our wait and got up to ask how much longer, was than told it would be another 20 for them to just clean off the table. 20 minutes passed by and we got up to ask again, they than told us it would be another 40 minutes. Never gave us a solution and told us it was out of their control but people kept getting there and they would immediately sit them down.

My husband celebrated our wedding anniversary on Saturday night. On the drive home, I started to feel off. I didn’t think anything of it though and thought I was just tired. Fast forward to yesterday morning at 6 am I’m violently back and forth from the restroom and can’t keep anything down. Service was awful. Sat at the bar, the lady bartender was more concerned with gossiping with fellow employees than working. A waiter from another section took pity on us and took our order. They arent bad just kinda eh if i had a better experience with dining there it would be a higher star rating. If youre looking for authentic Italian cuisine, its obvious this isnt the place. But if you were to rate the food for what it is (corporate chain Italian food), I think its quite good. I always enjoy the fresh soup.

Always Great Food and service. They started a half price wine and beer while you wait, so we decided to take advantage and it worked out perfect. The glass of wine was about half way fine when they sat us...great idea as I didnt plan to order one so it worked out for them financially and for me to relax a bit.

Our server was actually the key factor in why our experience turned out so successfully. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Jay Q of the Palm Desert Olive Garden. We had a terrific time. First, we were greeted immediately by the courteous hosts at the host stand. Second, the food and drinks were brought to the table in a timely manner. Our entrees and sides were piping hot. Taste testing was a plus. The check backs were on point. His service was seamless. And tableside manner was done with ease. Ive been in this business a very long time, and if I was his manager, I would make sure he got a bonus, with recognition. Id be proud to have him working with me. Well done Jay. Food was terrific, and the price was just right. Well definitely be back.

Love this place. I couldnt believe that we had to wait to be seated on a Monday night. We were told 25-30 min. wait however were seated within 15 minutes. I ordered the Mushroom stuffed ravioli, with Alfredo sauce and shrimp fritta off the never ending stuffed pasta menu. Of course there was so much food I did not need a refill! Food was great, our server was very nice, we had a great time ( party of 5).

Food was good, service terrible. Sat at the bar, late. Not many other customers. Hector gave us excellent service, but his shift ended early in the meal. Service afterwards was mediocre. Staff laughing and talking loudly all around us. Inattentive service. Finished plates not picked up. We ended up stacking them to the side of us. Water glasses not refilled. I finished a glass of wine and was never asked if I wanted another one. Manager on duty ignored all this and seemed more interested in getting ready to close than in making sure the staff was taking care of customers. Staff needs active management and training in customer service

Always love visiting the Olive Garden for nice occasions. Me and the wife were sharing a Fathers day / Birthday dinner. The waitress was great! So sweet and gave sweet attention to my son. They even brought out a nice dessert for my wife for her birthday. Love it! Keep up the good service!

So last week we’ve ordered to go from here and we gave them 5 stars because the food was delicious. We went tonight for the second time and We are dropping our stars by to one only because of the customer service. Who ever was cooking tonight needs more training because the Alfredo sauce and the shrimp scampi pasta was horrible! The sauce was watery we are so disappointed of our food order tonight.

The Olive Garden is a pretty decent place to eat, albeit usually not the most healthy fare available. The biggest complaint people usually have about Olive Garden is that the food isnt authentic Italian, and realistically this is the truth. That said, they are very consistent in their food quality and preparation, and even if its a bit Americanized, it still tastes pretty good. In the past, they used to push alcoholic beverages a bit too hard for my taste, but recently they seem to have mellowed out in that department. They still have a full bar if thats your thing, but they dont aggressively try to sell it to you anymore, which is a welcome change.

We were seated right away. The server was really nice. We had a table of 4. We ordered the nacho appetizer. It was really good! It was spaghetti sauce, meat, and cheese on top of chips. Sparkling strawberry lemonade was good. I ordered a salad and the 6oz steak medium well with white alfredo sauce on pasta. You cant buy that sauce at the store it was really good.

We usually go at dinner time, but made a rare lunch visit recently. It took ages for our server to come as they were so busy. The usual classy cloth napkins were replaced with cheap paper. The food as always was fantastic! Their new and altered menu items were nice. If you want a simple less formal experience go at lunch, if you want classic class, wait for dinner.

Really great service but my only complaint is that I left my facial mask that had a lanyard attached to it so I called and they found my mask and when I went to get it someone took my lanyard off of it. This facial mask is special to me because I had it especially made for me. It was my DAV Ventura Chapter 24 mask. Now it was only a lanyard but it was the principle that someone would actually steal it.

Usually love Olive Garden, but this particular location wasnt good. First, it was absolutely filthy. The floors looked like they hadnt been mopped in weeks, and both bathrooms were absolutely filthy (I used the womens and my husband the mens). The food was not good either. It didnt look or taste good. My husband ended up sick about an hour after eating there. The only positive was the waitress. She was very attentive and sweet.

Need better seating waiting areas for summer. Cerritos and west Los angels have a nice layout inside the restaurant. Could of had better service. I noticed that some customers were asking for to much. But, they must be patient with customers during rush hours. Other: its clean, tables organized and food is good....

Great food, great environment, great service. They lost our order ticket in the kitchen but the manager came out and apologized as well as the waiter and they promptly made out meal and brought it out. It was delicious. They gave us free dessert as well. Will definitely go back.

What happened to Olive Garden? The menu shrank and some of my favorite dishes have vanished. Its been awhile since Ive been to an Olive Garden. What happened to the free bread sticks? The waiter noted twice they would come but they never did.I ordered Chicken Parmigiana with a chicken gnocchi soup (very bland and boring). Under the waiters advice, I switched the spegghetti to Alfredo sauced noodles. I must say there was no sauce on the noodles and they really gave me a skimpy serving of noodles, perhaps just enough to barely get 1 piece of chicken parmigiana down. Your expected to eat the remaining piece without noodles. This was a $20 dish, with no bread sticks, Im not impressed.Olive Garden just isnt what it used to be. From now on Ill be cooking my own at home.

Had lunch with my wife and dog so asked for the patio. Were here a few week with group of 10 for dinner and sat on patio then. Didnt notice the condition then as dark. Patio area needs good wash down and smarten up with some plants and ambiance. Floors and walls dirty. Food was fine tasty and warm soup and cool salad. Staff efficient but manager needs to step up and get things up to shape
