We had a great time here. As Europeans we heard a lot about it so we wanted to try it.The food was good although a bit different then traditional Italian.The ziti as starter was really good and we can highly recommend it. The lasagne was ok not that special but its a big portion so beware or take the leftovers home with you.

Cant rate the food. We where seated. Took our drink orders. Brought our drinks. Ordered our food...and the story ends there. After having empty drinks and around an hour later she came back out asking how our dinner was. Needless to say, thats a wrap! Paid for our drinks and left hungry. Very disappointed 😞 normally like olive garden but its been a few years. A lot has changed apparently

Had a wonderful time with a friend. Enjoyed the meal so much but still had so much leftovers asked for some boxes. Got up and walked out of the restaurant got my car and realized. I left the leftover meal back at the table. Walked back in the restaurant it was waiting for me at the order to go counter. Thank you.

Excellent Service experience!Cory was truly the Best most attentive, pleasant Server Weve had in a long time...as a whole we really enjoy Olive Garden. However this day I tried something new wasnt really crazy about it but salad bread sticks are always a good thing and you cant beat the deal of an extra meal to go for 6 bucks 😀

Came for my birthday with my wife for the first time in a long time and its hard to beat this value! They have $9 lunch specials! Dinner was excellent! Joshua our server topped the experience off with great service and suggestions! It was way more than I expected out of a restaurant and for the price of most fast good restaurants, this place is a no brainer!

Unfortunately, during our visit to Olive Garden, we encountered a disappointing incident where we found hair in our soup. This was a major letdown and affected our overall dining experience. However, aside from this unfortunate incident, the rest of the meal was satisfactory, with decent food and service.

We went in (a group of 7) and within a few minutes, we were seated. The waitress was wonderful, working with us and the kiddos we had with us, even when theyre was a mis order (our fault) she didnt miss a beat and had the new order out for the kiddo in a flash.

My wife and I were really hungry for pasta and spaghettis for a lunch. We decided to go to Olive Garden and the place was clean and has refreshing smell and the waitress greeted us cheerfully.We ordered calamari as an appetizer and meatball spaghettis and shrimp something. It came with salad and soft stick bread.Taste great! Its only about eleven dollars each order. Definitely we will go back whenever we are craving for Italian food. But we will not skip the appetizer because three orders were too much for two of us.

Absolutely love love love their Alfredo!! The take home pasta dishes make eating out economical and fun. Wasnt a fan of the fried vegetables, shrimp or calamari. Everything else (especially the Zepoli) was delicious 😋

Depending on who you are, it may be a better experience. Our family celebrates birthdays at Olive Garden and chose this location last night because the Menifee one is usually packed. It was disappointing to say the least. Bread sticks were cold and hard, as if the basket was composed of left overs from other tables. Ordered fresh bread sticks which arrived to the table nearly burnt. After a long wait due to the new cook burning the first order to a crisp, my daughters birthday donuts were dry and they didnt even sing but did for other tables. Thank goodness birthday desserts are free. Tipped the waiter simply because we were a group of five with an infant.

Always great service here. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is very family and kid-friendly. The amount of food is generous for the price, including the lunch menu. Even during busy hours, the table service is very good. A family favorite that we will continue to visit!

Fantastic dinner -- didnt even tell them it was my birthday! Margon was a superb server, on top of everything, and Eric was a great manager that came to check on us. Wife subd salmon with steak and 2 extra sides of veggies -- theyre very flexible with creating the meal you want so dont get overly tied to the menu. The corner table in the bar area was nice and secluded. First time at this location. Well definitely be back.

Stopped for dinner & to kill some time to get out of traffic. Our wait staff was great; friendly & efficient. We had the vaked Zeti based off her recommendation. Excellent. Large portion, along with endless salad & bread sticks. I needed a nap after finishing 🤣During the meal, the manager came by checking on the service. Staff in the restaurant were on the job, hustling & getting things done. Salad came out fast & then the food. Highly recommend this location for an excellent meal w/ Friends, family or just yourself.

Unfortunately, very awful experience. Waiting time was not bad, but the service inside was not pleasant. My husband ordered 6oz sirloin and that thing was just pure fat. He couldn’t even cut through it. Not to mention that my son found a human hair in his spaghetti sauce as he was eating his food. We obviously complained, but we will not be returning. For a hair to be mix in the food it’s because the cooks are obviously not wearing gloves nor hair caps when dealing with the food. That is very disgusting!

We had a large party with 4 seperate checks, I arrived after the other parties had ordered, i asked the waiter to make sure myself and my daughter were on one check seeing how everyone else had already ordered and he said it was no problem, when we asked for the check they gave the b day boys mother one check for 554.00, dollars with everyone meals on the check, and 90 dollars for gratuity..lol had the waiter and waitress actually brought the food out on to.e there were people fi ished with their meal, and some people hadnt received theres??? And the fact that they didnt seperate anyones check just so they could add on 90 dollars of gratuity.. yeahh if you deserved it. But 👎 no I wont go back there.

Its Friday night and you got two choices. Super annoyed by the pick up service here.I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my pick up time so I expected to need to wait til the time.I called, the girl took my name, acted like my order was ready, and said it will be right out.During the conversation I asked if my order came with breadsticks (it was an $80 family order) and that if it didnt, i would like to add those on.She ASSURED ME that the order came with that.25 minutes passes by and still no order so I called again to get an ETA. the girl said she was so sorry and for some reason she never got the check in (it was the same girl).She made it right by saying I apologize again but dont worry. Ill throw some extra mints in there for you. Wth!? I dont need some extra free candies.Brings my food out, again repeats that she threw some extra mints in.I check and you know what...no...my meal did not come with bread sticks but at this point Im already annoyed so I just leave.Not likely to do a pick up from this location again.The only reason I didnt give 1 star is cause of the Olive Garden brand

Most of the servers are quite good, theyre pleasant and keep drinks filled and clear the plates quickly. A couple of servers perhaps had a really long day or had something else on their minds though. The food is always good, and comes out quickly - sometimes too quickly if youre having salad first though. (Thats okay, we can have salad with the main course, or after.) The chocolate lasagna dessert is excellent too!

We had lunch here Tue. Our server Cory D was awesome. Ask for him! It was not busy inside, but the parking lot was full from the students at CSUSM parking there. So noisy inside with people voices carrying. The guy behind us was on his cell phone with the speaker on, so rude. But if you want real Italian food, go to Rustico in Murrieta. It has the best Italian food.

We stopped by for an early dinner (4:30pm) we were seated as soon as we walked in, which was a pleasant surprise, Im used to having to wait for 30-45mins. We were then greeted by our server, he was a nice guy, he answered our questions we had about certain food items, then he took our order. Our bread sticks & salad arrived, the piping hot bread and a fresh salad are great. Then our entrees came out, they were delicious, and the portions were huge, we both took home about 1/2 of our dinner for the next day. All the while the server kept checking in on us to make sure things were ok, he made sure our drinks were kept full. Then our bill came, and I was totally surprised on the amount, it was only $52.45 for all that food and drinks, you cant beat it. 😁😁

We went to Olive Garden because they were advising 10.99 for thier oven bake pasta. We got there and had to ask about the special to find out that at thier establish they are only doing one flavor at 12.99. To is the advertisement was very deceiving and disappointing. On the up side the dood was good, our waiter was nice and helpful. The waiting wasnt bad because we tried the online wait list. People were being told 1 and a half hour wait and we waited 20 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was happy and friendly. We had a great experience.

We were a large group of nine. Three of us were adults the rest were kids.We had two people waiting on us, the lady who took our orders was really nice and patient. She didnt seem irritated or overly rushing when we let our kids make their own orders.The food came out fast considering how many of us there were. I was told to come in 30 min before my party to reserve tables for 25 people. I got there 45 mins before & was told that they just had a call for 40 people when I was told I could not call I had to go in. So I was not very happy. A big thank you to the waitress Amy and the manager Patti, that helped us look for a dropped diamond heart pendant that was missing from my wifes necklace. Normally the chicken marsala is my go to dinner at olive garden... not sure what happened recently, I mean it has been like 6 months since weve been here but ummm.. today the meal is more expensive with less quantity and no taste. Was very dry asked for additional sauce but by the time I received it, I was kinda over trying to salvage a good meal... very disappointed... giving it 2 stars being the server was great and really tried to make it a good experience however with food of no taste & dry thats kind of an up hill battle. If I could I would give a zero star. Worst service we’ve ever experienced at Olive Garden. Was told a wait time of an 1 hour and 30 minutes and ended up more than two hours of waiting to be seated, while we watched tons of people who checked in after be seated. We did end up speaking to a manager but that didn’t change the situation, even after that the service was not great, waited over an hour once we were seated to receive our actual entrees, not only that but we were the first table to be seated in our section, and every other table received there food before us which is absurd. Eventually another manager came out and comped some stuff but situations like that shouldn’t happen. We spent about four hours from 4:03 to about 8:00 at Olive Garden which in my opinion dinner should never take that long, worst experience I’ve ever had; never going back

Tried the newer Chicken Marsala and enjoyed it very much. Very flavorful - just a hint of spice and plenty of mushrooms. I very much enjoyed the tomato basil soup as a starter and the bread sticks. The bread sticks. Did I mention the bread sticks??? My lunch friend mentioned that she and her husband often come and just have the soup and bread sticks. I was thinking, oh...thats nice... But now I see the appeal - the soup was wonderful and the BREAD STICKS!! Our server was delightful - helpful, friendly and attentive. Ill be back!

The have really gone down hill. Everything with take out was so skimpy. My 5 cheese ziti barely had sauce on the top half. The rest was dry pasta. My moms chicken Alfredo was basically pasta and chicken, no sauce. We had to make more sauce for it to not be so dry. The soups were mainly broth. Our third meal came with a salad. It had the standard number of items, but the veggies on top were tiny.At $19 a meal youd think they would make things like they use to. Isnt the price hike suppose to counter their costs?Very disappointed in this location. Also, extremely sad that this was my pregnancy craving and they botched it big time.

We were pleased to have Leilianai(excuse me if I mis spelled her name) serving us around noon on Saturday, May 13 at the Temecula location. As my wife is being treated for cancer, Leilianai easily realized her illness and truly showed her honest sympathy and kindness which made my wife feel good on Mother’s day. She even offered her some warm water and lemon as she felt may be good for her to drink while waiting for our meal. It is always nice to have servers at the restaurants with good heart and compassion. Happy Mother’s Day to her.

This place has been through some changes in employee attitudes...a year or two ago they would not have gotten this review, but our server was great! Always great food and amazing customer service. Our server, Mackinsy, A+. Deserves a HUGE raise. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Brought out everything so promptly. Refills - super quick. Even with it being packed in there! Got the “make your own” pasta with endless soup, always got the Chicken and Gnocchi. ALL OF IT WAS AMAZING! Never disappoints! Mackinsy was even able to get us freshly made breadsticks without the garlic (I cannot handle garlic - pregnant). That was so awesome! Such a delight! 5/5 stars! Thanks!

Our waiter (I think his name is Joshua) was super friendly and took the time to serve us and have a friendly chat. The rest of the staff seemed very lighthearted and kind as well which I wasnt expecting considering how busy the place was. Despite OG making a small error, I was very satisfied with the high professionalism and care with which they corrected it. After a long pandemic induced coma, excellent customer service is back evidenced by OG. My order was supposed to be ready at 6 pm which was when I arrived and checked in via the text link. I ended up spending $60 for me and a friend, I paid part cash and part credit. I am not usually a soup eater but it was so good I had two bowls. For the main course, I had the angel hair pasta with meat sauce and meatballs and I enjoyed it immensely. Our server was very personable and gave us quick service with a smile!!! I dont remember his name but I believe that he was the best one I have ever had. The restaurant was totally busy and I can see why. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. It was a little noisey but in nice kind of way. I would highly recommend the Olive Garden as a place to go for a pleasant atmosphere and great food. I also noticed that everything was tidy and clean with no dirty dishes or silverware. It is kind of a turnoff to pick up a fork and it is not clean. Kudos to Olive Garden and their staff for their diligence in keeping a very clean restaurant!!!

This Olive Garden location was the cleanest, friendliest, most comfortable restaurant my family and I have ever been to, hands down. What made it even better was our server Mark. With his big beard and deep voice, he was super friendly and he took it upon himself to help us when it wasnt even his area. He had refills ready before we finished our drinks, he had great food recommendations, he smelled great...the list goes on.We gave him a well deserved tip (wish we had more to give him) and had a couple great conversations with him too. O.G. management should absolutely give him an increased salary, in addition to having other O.G. employees take notes on customer service.Mark, Thanks for giving us a great evening.

Ive been going here since I was a kid, and as such going here has quite the nostalgia factor. The staff are also quite friendly. However, the food does not quite match up. The food, as of late, Ive found to be not up to par with their usual. I can count 5 times Ive been there in the past 6 months where Ive come home feeling sick. Not exactly sure what causes this, or if its just us, but I would keep that in mind before eating here. Such a shame too, as this place seems to be much better. Hope they can improve.

We went with our 4 yr old and 8 month old and the staff was super nice and accommodating. The service was fantastic and the food....AMAZING!! If I could give more stars I would. Even though it was pretty busy our food was still out in less than 30 minutes and our drinks and bread sticks never ran out.

I plan this restaurant to Celebrate my sisters Birthday and its turned to be so bad that I Must said that I was very disappointed. We waited for 1 hr and 1/2 and when its ready to be sited our waitress dont even said hello or any kind greeting. My family if 8 we all think that she is so rude. She place 8 dinner in one corner and I have to pass out to my family same thing with all the water. She came back and ask us if we are ready to order and my sister asked what is the most special dish here and she said idk. I will give u guys some time to look at the menu. We all looked at her and shock. The whole note she dont even have a smile on her face and if I have to be honest she look like she is mad and not being there. We asked her about the $5 meal to take home if we order that and how is that works? Again, her response was very unpleasant. I been to Olive Garden many times and this is the 1st time that I have to witness this kind of service at Olive Garden. Foods, service everything went wrong. I will have to think twice if I want to bring my family there again.

5 stars due to the waiter Mark, we have had some good and some bad experiences with this place but the way Mark treated us made any bad memories of this location completely disappear. He was so phenomenal! Very friendly, helpful, courteous and just on point the whole time!!! Talked to my kids and acknowledged them which was sweet and really made i6 a very enjoyable experience!! Very popular on weekends and holidays. Get ready for a wait. Come a bit early. If you dont want to wait, you can eat at the bar, if seats are available.

The restaurant was packed being Friday. Opted to ear at the bar. Douglas did a good job serving the meals and keeping up with the food service. We had their duo deal at 6.99. Everything was good and for the price had to beat. I had to ask to have the A/C turned on. Really shouldnt have to ask. Overall a good lunch.

My family and friends have been coming to this Olive Garden location for many years. Although it is hard to get a reservation for a big party I must say this location is absolutely pleasurable to eat at. No matter what dish you decide to order you will be absolutely satisfied with the authentic Olive Garden Cuisine. For the most part the wait staff are very patient and on top of their game however there has been a few times in which weve had a wait quite a while for orders despite it not being busy. I cant say anything about the service as the last time I sat down at an Olive Garden, I was 12. I decided to give it a try again despite it being common knowledge that their food is sub par. This time, we ordered to go. We ordered shrimp scampi, salad and tortelliniwith chicken.Olive garden is a bit overpriced for the poor quality food they serve. The shrimp scampi tastes nothing like it should and the noodles were soggy and watery. How does a restaurant that serves Italian food mess up pasta? Thats like a diner messing up pancakes.The salad looks and tastes like pre packaged salad mix. We were very disappointed, but not surprised. I wont be ordering from Olive Garden again and I dont recommend it to anybody.

My order must of baffled all 3 workers who answered the phone. This was my first visit to this location. They were pretty full on this day. We got our table quickly. The host seated us and gave us menus. Our waitress was taking forever. We knew what we wanted. No waitress. She finally decided to come to take our order. We ordered unlimited salad and breadstick with our meal. She never came to check on us. We had to wave down other waiters for more salad, extra napkins, and refills of our drinks. When it was time to leave. We had to ask for our check. We got up to pay because she was taking way to long. We went to the counter and the manager was there. He asked how was our visit? I told him not to good. I began to explain why. A man was standing close by and listening. The manager did not apologize for the service or the waitress. He handed me a $25 gift card quickly. He didnt want to hear what we had to say. As we began walking out. He reached over and shook the mans hand that was listening. Very interesting.🤔

But the check arrive really quick and she had added 20% tip automatically when I gave her my credit card. I had to lower it because it was not a good service. The location is a little difficult to see coming up from the street and the parking lot is a little small considering all the other stores in the center. The restaurant is clean and they were welcoming upon entry. You do have the option to sit at the bar if there is room instead of waiting for a table, they do serve food in there. The main room that we were seated in was really full and that is never a problem, except the acoustics of the restaurant made it very loud. Food was great and actually hot when it made it to our table and the service was great. Only complaint is that after the check was brought, we were basically forgotten about. I had a question about how to pay on the kiosk and it took me almost 10 min to flag someone down.

Before going to Olive Garden in Temecula, I called to find out the wait, was told 15-20 minute wait. Got there the lady was said it would be an hour, took in a party of 15, before me and my daughter. She was unfriendly and rude. Glad that happened because we ended up eating at Macaroni Grill which was a wonderful experience!!

Its your typical olive garden, which I seriously love! Only reason I gave 3 stars was because the staff literally forgot about us during their shift change over. But food is just as delicious as other olive gardens. They have good consistency. Family friendly as always and wine is always good!
