I recently visited Olive Garden and had an incredible experience with their All You Can Eat pasta deal for just $15! This amazing offer includes unlimited pasta, soup, salad, and their famous breadsticks. Hurry in before this fantastic deal ends.Our server, Stephanie, was exceptional. Despite a busy lunchtime crowd, she was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for us and her other tables.The manager on duty, Mayra, was also friendly and actively involved in ensuring all customers had a great time. She even stopped by our table to greet us and check on our experience.I highly recommend Olive Garden for their delicious food, great service, and fantastic value.

We have been to this Olive Garden numerous times, but today was just an A+. Stephanie was our server, very attentive and assisted us in timely manner. I decided to come here the day of my birthday and I was truly disappointed by the service, there was a total of 8 of us and by the time the food came out, everyone got their food but me. I figured maybe they were still making mine but 10-15 minutes went by and then I asked the waiter about my food and they said they forgot to put in my order even though I was the first person that put in their order. By the time I got my food everyone else at my table was basically done with their food. Now normally the waiters ask if you want cheese on your dish, and I never get cheese on my dish, but as I was talking to my friend the waiter proceeds to put cheese on my dish while I wasn’t looking, and I let the waiter know I didn’t want cheese, and even the waiter apologized for not asking. Also since it was the day of my birthday my friends asked the waiter at the beginning of our dinner if he could bring out a birthday treat for me, the waiter said yes and so once everyone was done eating we all stayed and waited for them to bring it out. We waited 20 mins and then asked the waiter about it and he said he forgot but that they’ll bring it out, that waiter didn’t come back, we had to ask different waiter and they said they’ll bring it out, we had to remind them again about it after waiting 15-20mins. Everyone was ready to leave including me and then last minute they bring it out.I would’ve understood if this all happened due to them being busy, but this was on a Wednesday night and barely anyone was inside. I just hope they can train their waiters better on their service and paying more attention to their customers.

Dinner had a slightly rough start as our server, Dalila, was attending two tables on opposite sides, causing a delay in taking our order. However, once she did, our experience turned into something exceptional. Dalila made sure to check on us multiple times, refilling our drinks, and even packaging our to-go food. Despite the initial bump, Dalilas outstanding service turned our evening into a truly delightful one. Hats off to her for transforming a potentially negative experience into an incredibly pleasant one.

My pasta was dry.. I had a manager come by & ask how everything was. I told her about my pasta, and then she said, Ill gladly bring you more sauce.. 30min later..... nothing! I then asked the server about manager he says she went home already wow!.. then another manager came by, apologized, and took a dish off.

Everything was good but I asked for medium rare. Not going to ask for another one because that’ll take some time, service was good but it was just the steak being too done. Also, I asked only for a light dusting of sugar and we found a mountain of sugar underneath the dessert. The server was great but we just didn’t expect a mountain of sugar when we requested less.

This place does not need a review, they are a pioneer when it comes to breadsticks. It was my first visit a few days ago and I became a fan instantly . Went on Mothers Day and went online on the app to sign up on the wait-list and it made a big difference on our wait time. Our waiter Larry was so fun, so personable, so amazing, that we tried to leave a review on the little table top game but it wouldnt work so we asked to speak to a manager. We raved about his great service and personality and the manager spoke very highly of him back to us! She was a great manager to take the time to listen to us in a busy restaurant. Food is always on point here.

Stopped here with my grandma and son and we all had tasty meals.I ordered off the lunch menu and got the Fettuccine Alfredo with a side of the Zuppa Toscana soup. Both were delicious and perfect potion.My son got the Mac and cheese with grapes and broccoli and loved the broccoli!!I believe our waitress was Lexie and she was also very nice.

We have been to this location several times and have never had a bad experience. They have a great reference menu if you have food allergies and the servers were always super helpful with figuring out what is in a dish if we weren’t sure. They actually have a gluten free pasta option that even our somewhat picky 4 year old would eat!

Zero to no stars, if possible. I arrived starving and sat there for 15 minutes with no one to even approach me. In the meantime 3 waiters on the floor going around asking everyone else that was getting ready to leave if everything was going well. Not once but twice did they go around while I sat there waiting to be acknowledged. Seems to me that the waiters are more worried about the tip than the customer service. Never will I go to this establishment I might go elsewhere but not this one. P.S The place was almost empty.

Havent had such bad service since before covid. Server Steven did not check on us once and forgot to put in half of our order, and by the time we finally got the food we were done with everything else. We had tried to ask for the rest of the food to be given to us in to-go boxes, but since he was so absent we had to request the boxes after and package the food ourselves. We were also not provided with a bag. Never got our last drink refill, and when we would request something he would disappear for up to 10 minutes for extra napkins. If you come to this location, make sure you get a different server if you want to enjoy your meal

My husband family and I decided to go and have brunch there today 07/10/22. The worst customer service experience I have ever experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. On our arrival the host told us it would be a few minutes. As we were waiting for our table other families were coming and and were being seated. We were a party of 9, 6 adults and 3 children. We probably had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy. They open at 11am and we probably got there around 11:20am. By the tine we got seated it was close to noon. We told our waitress that we were ready to order since we had plenty of time to see the menu when we were waiting. We order our drinks and food. It then takes the waitress about 15 mins to bring us our salsa/soup and bread. Then it takes her about 30+ mins to start bringing our food. We had to keep asking her for refills. Other serves had to assist her in bringing out our food. To top it off, my plate and nieces plate is not out with everyone else’s order. The waitress comes back to ask if we needed anything else. I simply said that we were still waiting on two more plates. Then some else brings my nieces plate but mine is still MIA. By the time they brought my plate out all my family members were dine eating their food, now they were just waiting on me to eat.Extremely frustrating and disappointed in their customer service. I do not recommend this place.

We took our Grandson for his Birthday, I made the restaurant Manager aware of this so that they can reward him with a piece of cake with a Happy Birthday song. Our waitress brought out a piece of cake for him then left. The family sitting behind us was also celebrating a birthday. Before my Grandson finished his birthday cake they brought out a piece of cake for the other child and the staff came out and sang to her. This made my Grandson sad, we were made to feel unwelcomed.

I was furious by this time, she was being stupidly rude and careless .After that she didn’t come back to the table to see if we needed anything, not once till the end, another kind waitress brought our boxes and chocolates.Very unpleasant dinner, very unsatisfied, definitely not recommend dining here, or having Malina as your server, as she extremely unprofessional and immature,, still have tender skin by the hot plate that she tossed in my arm.Olive Garden should not give Malina that many tables to take care of, because it’s proved that she is not capable of handling them all without being stupidly rude.

Very disappointed. Went for dinner on a Sunday night. The wait was not long at all. Between 10 to 15 minute wait for 2 people. The guy at the hostess stand was friendly. Once we were seated our waiter came and took our drink order. Later returned to get the rest of our order. Some confusion between waiters because a different waiter came to our table to take our order, but we had already given our full order to the first waiter. Very disappointed with the food. Got calamari as a starter, the breading was very salty. Got the chicken gnocchi soup, very salty, even the bread sticks were to salty. A pricey meal that was not enjoyed at all.

Recent experience on New Years Eve not so nice. They did not have the Bellini mixes. They sat us at a window seat in the corner that was leaking profusely. We asked to move. They seated others there later? The menu has changed. The manager offered a helpful menu adjustments when ordering as they no longer included soup and salad together as an option on the menu. We had just ordered extra salad with our soups. It wasnt that we couldnt afford the meals. But the intimation was there, service seemed begrudged. We will look for other Italian dining experiences in the future. The food was good.

Let me start by saying I LOVED OLIVE GARDEN when I was younger visiting my grandparents, so when we were in Salinas with time to kill I made sure we had the chance to swing by for lunch, even though BJs is next door (another favorite chain of ours).So, we sat in the bar area, had a drink and lunch. The food is okay at best, service was INTENSE - she came to the stall we sat in and would just look at us while we were unsure what to order. She didnt give us a chance to look over the menu or anything.... Just STOOD THERE, waiting for our ENTIRE order. I felt pressured and overwhelmed by her need to have all the answers right away.We ended up rushing our order, not getting what we wanted, the food was not as great as I remembered it was as a child, and we didnt want to speak to our server about the poor quality or lack of attention to our fold because of her intense pressure at the beginning of the meal.The salad had lettuce that was still dirty and wilted, the soup was mildly warm, the stake was chewy and tasteless and the breadsticks were the best part.Needless to say, BJs is better food and service and we will NOT be returning to olive garden in Salinas again, unfortunately.

Ive come to the Olive Garden with blithe friends, and family over the years. I love the food, and the staff is always kind. My last visit was with my dad during the pandemic. Service was attentive, friendly and courteous. Food was excellent. Everything was tasty and seasoned well. Chair was dirty when we went to sit and person seating us didnt care. Funky underlying smell in the place. Kitchen, when we walked by had several floor issues. If I had seen that before I went in would most likely have left without eating. I dont think I will be going back to this one in particular.

My whole family went out which means a party of 8 people. The food was delicious, and Sierra did an excellent job waiting our table. At times it seems that waiting tables is a lost art, but she did an excellent job of keeping glasses filled, anticipating needs, and making small talk. Nicely done, Sierra! I tried calling back and they just kept hanging up on me until someone answered and was on hold. Then they told me to call back if I wasnt near or tell them I was there. Either way I was still on wait through a call that never got picked up. I had to go inside because they kept on hanging up again and then when I walked inside I noticed front staff on their cell phones on personal calls and the waitresses all talking amongst themselves laughing about the mistakes they had made tonight. I finally got my food but the staff was very rude and made this experience the worst. Never going again. This visit to Olive garden was the worst ever. We waited forever for seating. They took another group of almost the same number of people before us even though they came after us. they used to offer people waiting if they wanted to order a drink ahead of time in the lobby, but no offer was made. Once we were finally seated we were seated in a little corner out of the way and nobody came to the table for 15 minutes. There were no wait staff around a flag down either. After that we got fed up and left. The woman at the front counter saw is leaving but did not ask or make any attempt to talk to us. Ive not been to an Olive Garden restaurant since the late 1990s (in Solano County). The food used to be pretty darn good and there was always a long wait list when you arrive.Last night (11/23), my wife and I took advantage of a gift card wed been given.We already expected the long wait at the door (15-20 minutes) which turned out to be 30 minutes. Not really a problem.As it turned out, our server was only assigned to tables so the service we had was impeccable and she had a tremendous sense of humor.The minestrone soup was delicious..... but thats where the enjoyment began to wane.Our main course dishes arrived at our table quickly..... I had ordered lasagne, ravioli and fettucine combination.After a couple of bites, it was evident that someone in the kitchen had been having a happy dance with the salt shaker. Each of my portions was overly SALTED...... For me, the Olive Garden experience, meal & evening was basically ruined..... However, knowing that my blood glucose is always a bit of an issue, I took the chance and had to try the Tiramisu with no regrets as I stayed within my limits. Disaster averted. The Tiramisu saved the Olive Garden experience..... but in all fairness, LOSE the Salt Shaker

I know its a chain. Some may say its basic. It may be about as Italian as chef boyardee, but I love Olive Garden! The breadsticks are addictive. The salad is just right. The mixed drinks are good. Theres a wine for every palate. Every meal I have tried is delicious and some (not all) of the desserts are heavenly. It quickly gets pricey if you have all of the above, but on a splurge night you cant go wrong here. Watch out! Be heads up for the Salad Sherriff evidently if your date has a lil salad to go with the olives you gave her because you dont like them, you will be charged for an extra salad if you decide too order another salad from the all you can eat salad and bread promotion. I dont mind spending the extra $5, but I dont like when the assumption is Im trying to get on over on the restaurant, our final tab was $80 she could have seen our order because she added the extra salad. Anyway the waitress was way awesome along with the trainee, food was great, but the manager really killed the lunch date I had with my wife. So be heads up no sharing at the Olive garden, take that lady and the tramp action to red lobster.

I am not the person who complains, however, I did have a really horrible experience at Olive Garden this past week. I was alone and waited half an hour to get approached by my server. She took my drink, appetizer and entree and came back with my drink 20 min later and finally got my appetizer another half an hour later with the wrong order! I was irritated so I asked to cancel my entree, hoping she said it was ready, she answered with sure, dont worry it wasnt ready yet anyway! Worst part of all, she had a party of 8 AFTER ME, she put my order first and their food was out BEFORE mine!

I came about 90 minutes before they closed. Although the waiter was attentive, the food was obviously not fresh, some noodles were crunchy from having been rapidly reheated. I would suggest you dont go close to closing.

Its a typical Olive Garden. Last time we were there our waiter did something a little special for us. He poured a tray of alcoholic beverages on my wife while we sat on the table. He laughed and said this round is on me. The surprise came a little later when we found he had put the drinks on our bill. We had to call the manager over. She agreed to remove the drinks from our bill. How big of her. Would I go back, not by choice!

This place is a hit or miss. I absolutely LOVE Olive garden however, sometimes they can be a bit of a ditz. I order take out before I had to travel to work. 20 minutes later I arrive and was approached by the Host. She asked me if I need a table. I told her no, I am here to pick up my online order. She then proceeded to direct me to the bar where I will wait until my food comes out. So I sat at the bar, grabbed a glass of water from the bartender who also asked if I needed anything and I waited. And waited. AND WAITED! More than Half an hour later and I still havent received my meal that was ready a while ago. I was a bit concerned and frustrated. I asked one of the servers who was staring the whole time but was helping other people who approached the bar if my food was ready because I need to go to work soon. She asked me to hold one moment while she checked. So I waited, patiently, while noticing her still talking, still not moving, and not the least bit interested in helping me. So I ask for a manager. It wasnt until I wanted a manager that she quickly went to the back and came back out with my meal. Checking what I ordered, I noticed the food is damn colder than Alaska; Than Montereys winter frost. So I talked to the manager, explained the situation and he stated that he would make a nother. I told him dont bother I just want a refund so I can go to work. He denied my request and instead, 10 minutes later, brought a new dish out. This place needs to learn how to actually be of good service in he service industry. at LEAST! learn to realize that when someone who you notice has been sitting for almost an hour hasnt been helped. GO AND HELP

It had been a number of years since I last ate at an Olive Garden. While that memory was good I had since gone Gluten free so I wasnt sure what my options would be. As I was in a group of friends I gladly went along for the shared company and knew I could just eat salad if that was the only option. Happily it was not. OG has a Gluten free pasta that allowed me to enjoy their meat sauce with added shrimp for a nice substitute for a plate of Spaghetti. A nice surprise was that I was able to start the meal with an Italian soup that was great and also Gluten free. So beyond be the good company I was able to enjoy a meal I would enjoyably repeat again in the future. A pleasant surprise that OG had updated and put forth the effort to help those with special needs and it was quite enjoyable instead of being a Oh well, its something - better than nothing attempt some other places provide.

Good food - check, unsafe parking lot popular with criminals because zero cctv - check, late lunch bill over $1,000 - check.I was hoping to have a nice meal for myself and two kids at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, my bill came to over $1,000. I had my car broken into while eating at this restaurant. This is nothing new for this place, as one of the workers who helped us said, this happens all the time. Shocking that this clearly isnt a priority for the management. Police said, any cameras in parking lot? I replied no and she said, thats too bad. It is too bad, because clearly Im not the first victim.

We have three in our party so cannot order too much, the soups are very good. salad ok. tiramisu is the 2nd best i have ever had, a lot better than those you can have in the Bay area... forget that from Costco - which is only a desert! Yet, there is a tiny piece of bone in the chicken pizza - it is the very first time i had bone in a pizza over the past forty years. yet, no apologize or sorry from the waitress although she agree it is rare, weird (?) I wonder why the bone would fall into the pizza?!?? Overall, it is a good restaurant and we will go back when in that area. Oh yea, the service is good although the waitress looks young. trust they can be better!
