Plenty of parking spots. Wait time was reasonable. Staff was nice and friendly. The soup was great as always. The breadsticks are addictive but filling so dont overdo it. The fettuccine is delicious. The alcoholic drinks are moderate.

I took my girlfriend and her daughter here for the first time, and they loved it! Our waitress was amazing and so kind, the food was great and the atmosphere was lovely, the food was brought out in a very timely manner and It did not disappoint. We all left full and happy, 10/10 we will definitely be back again.

Olive Garden used to be my all time favorite! The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was always a go to in my family. I have noticed over the course of time the Alfredo sauce has lost its value. But never the less it was still pretty decent. Yesterday my family went in and the Alfredo sauce was disgusting… it tasted like watered down flavorless sauce…. I know for sure they’ve changed the ingredients because it doesn’t have the butter it used to have. The butter would always separate from the cheese in the left overs and it doesn’t do it any more. Anyways food just isn’t as good as it once was. And the waitress never offered refills we had to hunt her down constantly. Atmosphere is alright. Over all I feel it’s not worth my time to come back here anymore unfortunately. The downgrade in the quality and taste of the food alone is enough for me to not come back :(

The Olive Garden off of New Stine Rd in Bakersfield, CA is hands down the best Olive Garden restaurant that I have been to. Our waitress, Christmas, was incredible. She was very personable and always made sure that we were taken care of. Furthermore the quality of the food was great and it was very tasty. If you are in the area I highly recommend that you stop by for lunch or dinner. Thanks for the great experience. William

Fantastic place to enjoy breakfast and lunch! We were greeted by our friendly waitresses, Raj, when we walked in. She accommodated our group of 6 and provided exceptional customer service! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us with suggestions. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. They even have a little area by the register with gifts and souvenirs. Highly recommend this place!

Sat a party of 5 at a small booth. Asked for a chair for end of table and was told no because they said I checked in as a party of 3. If I wanted a bigger table, I would have to wait an additional 25mins on top of the 60min wait I already endured. I am 100% sure I put a party of 5 because thats why my initial wait was so long. When my table was ready they had 5 menus in hand which I told them to exchange 2 with child menus.Moving past that, I found pincher bugs crawling on the wall. Childs food came out 10 minutes before adults. Drinks were not watched and refills took ages. Bread basket wasnt refilled and when it was, they gave us 3 breads.To top all this off, food was WARM and partially cold.

Ive come to this particular Olive Garden quite a few times and Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone was extremely nice offering assistance for my disabled mother by moving a chair from the table and making it more comfortable for her. They always offer great recommendations of course its subjective to what they particularly enjoy but I always go with it. This last time I went It happened right after the fire incident occurred and the smell of smoke was very faint, nothing overpowering. The gentleman waiting our table was really friendly asking how we all were asking if we had been there before and just all around exceptional customer service being implemented. I was skeptical about a dish and asked him about it and he gave his honest opinion so I ordered it and was so happy I did so. It was exceptional!

Never going here again the sever Ruben V was taking our order on 10/19/2023 table check number 26192 he kept asking us if we were sure we wanted to do the never ending pasta bowl and made us feel like he didn’t want to do his job he told us that the pasta bowls didn’t have enough protein . Also he didn’t ask us when to stop on the cheese and that’s what I was looking forward too but I didn’t take it any other way until I heard him offering other tables to tell him when to stop and we had 1 bowl and he was already asking us for a Togo box this was a huge mistake coming here the very next day my family had food poisoning which is even more of a reason to never go back there again !!! I really hope Olive Garden gets workers that want to do there job .

Stopped to purchase a fettuccine Alfredo to go as requested by my elderly mom. Olive garden is/was her favorite Italian wannabe. Staff were a bit off-putting when ordering. Food was cold and bread hard when received. Expressed my concerns, to Mgr, Mario who blew off my concerns. I did not request replacements but rather explained that the food should be at least warm if not hot. Mario did not care. I got frustrated and told him Id be posting a negative review and going elsewhere for real Italian. He told me to do what you gotta do. So there you have it, no common courtesy served with cold take out. I would have thrown it at him had I not already paid for it. Never returning!!!

I reserve a table before we arrive and it was the same wait it said 11 to 15 minutes and the wait was longer than that. I really like the taste of this wine Italia Roscato Rosso Dolce Sweet not to sweet or sour It was perfect I would recommend it.

I dont get here often, as its the only one here in town and the lunch time wait is too long. Well the food was basically okay; a little dry everywhere. The breadsticks were not fresh or warm, and the main course was dry. The Bellini was really good, and the service was stellar - If I could single out the service for a rating, it would be 5 stars . I noticed on the menu that fettuccine seems to be the side pasta for everything. Its not really the best choice when having chicken marsala. I know that fettuccine Is really cheap, and the sure sign of a cost saving measure, but it is also heavy and flavorless. . And, I dislike poorly prepared pasta, as this was lukewarm and a little chewy. I would not consider going here again in the near future. I DO recommend the italian donuts though

Have not been here for a long time. We had a gift card, so we had date night. The bartenders Sara and Bill were awesome! I think they forgot about us, cuz the wait was long. They had the AC full blast, I was actually freezing. The food was mediocre, not very impressed.

Olive Garden needs to hire more people or move their staff around to better serve their patrons. We were seated on time as one reservation of 11 fell through, and we were a party of 10. A win for OG. The issue came when we ordered two appetizers, and only one arrived. The wait on our food was ridiculous. The silverware was filthy, very disappointed. Then, our waitress disappeared 😒. We spent more time waiting on our food then eating it.

If i decide to come try again I will leave a better review. But upon the service of trying to have a sit down meal and the hunny being shunned away was disrespectful. A simple sorry were closing and not taking further seating arrangements would have been fine. But the attidude and sheer disrespect from the host???I would like to update my review as we tried this place again. We sat there for about 20 minutes after being seated with no server to come take our drink orders or even greet us. I was about to walk out but he went to grab someone and it wound up being the manager. Vicki apologized sincerely and told us she would take off our appetizers and drinks. Angie became our server and she was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful with everything and fixed any mistake up as there was a wrong drink brought to our table so she apologized and fixed it very quickly. Christopher wound up taking over for Angie and he was ok but definitely couldnt fill Angies shoes. He brought us boxes at the end and 10 minutes later we literally had to ask for our check. Usually the waiter will bring u ur check with the boxes or go grab it right after but come on... I didnt receive a pasta spoon so that made eating alot messier then Im used to and without the check ins I couldnt ask for one. So we got our check and couldnt pay. We had to take it up to Vicki and not only was our drinks still on our ticket but we were double charged for the mistake. She only took off the mistake. So the promises she made about taking off the drinks and apps for our inconveniences only mounted to taking off the one appetizer. Thanks Vicki. Should have walked out like I wanted to in the beginning.Onto the food portion. It was not 5 star quality. They didnt have the lasagna fritas we originally wanted so we got these instead. Not recommended over the lasagna fritas. I didnt like my chicken and seafood pasta so my hunny switched me plates with his Alfredo. The salad was very heavy on Italian dressing. I like mine light so I guess I should have specified that. As I mentioned above. No pasta spoons. Sure it would have been an ok meal and I wouldnt have picked it apart so much if they would have made things right. But instead. We were lied to. After waiting and almost walking out because we didnt have any service. And the food wasnt exactly screaming for a return of the customer. The best part about our visit was the server Angie. And sadly we wont come again. Guess we should have known by the way they treated us the first visit. As my first review states

This is a typical olive garden with good food and huge portions. I tried the chicken gnocchi soup and its just amazing. I didnt enjoy the chicken Parmesan much. The staff is pretty good and quick. We went a little late around 9:30 so there werent many people in there and it was a little dark

I’m a big fan of Olive Garden! But unfortunately Tuesday evening I had an unpleasant experience with the Hostess. You can only imagine I didn’t even stay I just left because who wants to eat at a place where you get disrespectful response from the hostess when you simple asked to be seated. I understand they were busy and I was being patient even when another guest got in front of me and cut me in line.I really hope they re evaluate their hostess.Sadly I won’t be going there again rather spend my hard earned money eating out at mom and pod where customers service will be excellent.

Definitely gave me food poisoning. We all had the zuppa Toscana and I bet they didnt let it sit at the right temperature and it has meat in it. All of us turned up HORRIBLY sick around 24-48 hours after eating here. And I only had a bowl of cereal since eating there so I know it wasnt anything else

With a small party of three we went and the service was amazing, instantly helped and informed us on the wait times which were conveniently short and as soon as we were seated the waiter came and made sure we were taken care of, showed real initiative and respect. When eating out lately, its hit and miss around town. But this spot consistently provides good food for reasonable prices. Server was amazing. I forgot that servers used to actually put food in to go containers for you- somehow felt like a treat not having to pack my own leftovers. The only drawback was that its so wildly popular that seating can be a bit cramped- but Id take that over disappointing food and bad service.Really enjoyed our night out here.

This location is ALWAYS busy. That is not meant to be bad or good, just a heads up if you are from out of town or have never been to this location. This is the only Olive Garden in town.About as good as every other Olive Garden one goes to. They are just as bad as all the others at seating large groups. They have this one large table, so that is where large groups go. Could we push together those 3 tables? No, that would use up all of my tables. At the end of the day, we were seated in less than an hour so I didnt take off more than a star.Food was the same as all OG. Nothing new to report.They have a gf pasta that my wife ordered but they forgot and then took nearly 30 minutes more to bring the correction. By which point everyone else was practically done.Still left a generous tip since this was a party of 13 after all.

Terrible service waited over 30 mins for someone to come serve our table. Not one person came to our table within that 30 mins. It was my wife, 4 yr old and myself. Simply because this chain is lying to you. Italian born and bred here and you wont find anything which can even remotely resemble Italian food. Less selection then I remember and I was highly disappointed with the Loaded Pasta Chips (I couldnt eat more than a few bites) and the steak is much smaller than it should be for the price. Additionally, the service was mediocre and nothing looks like the menu. They arent the place they used to be and its a lot nosier than I remember. One positive: the salad and bread sticks were great as always though, have your gold Star. I probably wont be back anytime soon.

This place never disappoints. The classic Italian dishes are consistent. Its not food that your best friends Italian grandmother serves in her kitchen in Piedmont. But its flavorful nonetheless. Olive garden is always a good choice. Its nothing mind-blowing, but you always get good food, good service, and leave feeling happy. Isnt that the whole point in the first place? You will rarely, if ever, regret going here. Not the most exciting of choices, but its solid. Its the F-150 (3.5 Ecoboost) of Italian food, and that is a good thing. Lunch specials are a GREAT deal. You cant really beat it. Five cheese ziti alforno 4tw.

I’ve been here multiple times, but I won’t be going anymore. I called ahead and tried to get an estimate wait time for a party of 11. I was told I can’t make a reservation over the phone and they’re only made online. I was also told for a party of our size we have to come in person to be told a time wait time. I went online and it’s only for parties up to 6. My family and friends went to Olive Garden since nobody would help us over the phone. We went and a woman staff member told my fiancé “why didn’t you call ahead?” WE DID and were turned away. Then she asks “why didn’t you make a reservation online?” To which my fiancé replied “it’s only up to a party of 6.” To which the staff member just said “oh” we were then told it’ll be an hour and fifteen minute wait. So we left. Poor communication. Will not be going back.

The Olive garden never disappoints my family. This was our first time back since December 2019... Then the pandemic news came & in the first quarter of 2020 our world changed. So we didnt get a chance to go out much because I have parents in their 70s & they opted to stay inside & no more going to restaurants. Fast forward to the 11th of March 2022 & we came back to celebrate 🍾 my moms Birthday 🎂 🥳 here, because she was craving their famous Salmon & broccoli with the all you can eat Salad & Breadsticks. We started with the fried shrimp 🍤 appetizers with fried bell peppers & onions that come with this delicious spicy ranch dressing to dip everything in. We also got the Fried Ravioli with the spicy ranch dip as well, Which I highly recommend‼️‼️Our server was a real sweetheart & I HAD to tip her an extra $20 on top of her tip that was added to our debit card payment cause she took very good care of the 6 of us at her table. She was on top of her game with refilling drinks & butter & breadsticks & salads & extra dressing for my mom & grandma. We had her running back & forth for sure & she didnt disappoint at all. Our food was served pretty fast & I was surprised because the place was packed. Everyones dish came HOT 🔥 & delicious to our table. We all accepted the Freshly grated parmesan cheese on our dinners as well. Everything went perfectly for my moms birthday. We bought a cake & our waitress put it in the fridge for us until we were ready to sing Happy Birthday 🎂 🥳 Then staff members all came over to help sing. We had a blast there & it was a 5 star 🌟 visit & review. I cannot thank the Olive Garden & its wonderful staff ❤️ for a beautiful night out with my family & an amazing dinner as well. THIS was all that was left of my moms cake because our bellies were full of food. We will 100% be back again. It was so worth it after being away for 2 years & 3 months. Tonight it was so hot and the place had a smell to it and noticed they had a portable AC unit running and the smell from the motor overpowered the meal not to mention after waiting 50 mins to be seated my chicken came out burnt and that killed my taste buds so today I left with a headache from the portable AC motor and my mouth tasting like I chewed a cigarette never again will I come to this place only good thing tonight was our(waitress🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️)

We love olive garden, until we visited the one in Bakersfield California, granted we came in with a big party of like 15 people was not a special occasion just dinner, the lady at the front desk told us it would be about a 40 minute wait so we said thats fine, about an hour went bye and still no table for us, I noticed that they had seated approximately 25 people that walked in after us, so I ask how much longer for a table they told us about 20 more minutes, so fine we waited.. part of our group had to leave due to the long wait about another 30 minutes when bye still no table and they are still seating people walking thru the door other then us, we waited for close to two hours just to be seated...

I had a last-minute meeting that didnt give me leeway for dinner. I ordered a pan of spaghetti with meatballs and sauce. I was shocked by the price, a little pricey. I guess I was paying for the convenience. The food was ready as promised and delicious. I waited in the car while someone brought it to me. It was worth it since everything worked out accordingly. Food was good as always! I got the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. Their soup is delicious!! Service was great and they were quick to check on us, bring more bread, and refill food and drinks. This location gets really busy because its the only one around, so get on the wait list, be prepared to wait when its busy, and ask for what you want if you really need a booth. They were a bit busy, and I was disappointed to get a table in the middle instead of a booth, but I forgot to specifically ask for it.

Let me start by saying this is my first time leaving a review for any restaurant because my experience here was AWFUL. Took my mother to eat to Olive Garden for her birthday and customer service was already to a bad start. She brought us our drinks and she tossed our drinks at the table and when she brought our food out she tossed my mother’s plate across the table and hit her lemonade drink. My shrimp Alfredo looked and tasted disgusting, the sauce was separating from the water, oil and what looked like parmesan cheese, you can see the oil speckles sitting on the “Alfredo Sauce”, the noodles were hard and some even stuck together. My mother’s and brother’s pasta was the same as mine and had the same remarks about it. The plates were really scratched they should definitely replace them. I was definitely sure because I did not want to take food that made me feel sick. I had a really bad stomach ache as soon as I got to the parking lot. 100/10 would not recommend for you to come here and take your family out to eat, especially if it’s there birthday. Olive Garden used to be good but over the years customer service and their food has went down the drain.

We went on Saturday night while it was packed. The service was excellent from beginning to end even though we had a pretty big group. We were not disappointed with our food choices! I noticed that all of the employees were dressed nice and looked neat, clean and professional. There was one male server with his face done up like a drag queen. He was also wearing long black fingernails with sharp points that should not be allowed for any food server regardless of any personal statements employees are trying to make. I heard him explaining that he was having challenges doing certain tasks with the nails on. Long nails of any kind do not look sanitary nor professional in the food industry. He seemed like he was doing an excellent job and had a great enthusiastic personality. There should be a written dress code that would apply to any and all food servers that would prevent this kind of thing from happening without fear of Repercussion.There’s a time and place for everything.

The salad was a salad, hard to mess that up, so that was good. The first tea was lacking flavor, but it was smooth. The second time it was super flavorful. The pasta was cooked nicely, the sauce was a first for me. It was a nice taste compared to store bought. The chicken was cooked nicely and had a nice sear. However there were some pieces that had no salt and some that where too much salt, so that was a bit off putting. The portion was good and very filling.My kids enjoyed there food, they didnt like the lack of sauce but I explained that its a kids portion.Overall I liked the food and the experience, but Im not rushing to go back just yet.

Worst experience ever. Had found a hair on my food and told the waitress about it she brought a new set of bread which she threw onto my table and said something under her breath, when asked for the manager she gave attitude about it. The manager David then came talk to me and said he couldn’t do anything about it but give us a new bread, he did not offer nor try to find a solution to this situation. To add on to my experience several waitresses gathered and were talking very disrespectfully as well and point and staring into my direction

Cool lunch. Waitress came just on time but didnt hover. Allowed us to have a conversation. Waitress was actually really nice. Will definitely look for her again. Food was good. Everything came on time and allowed me to leave within the hour without feeling rushed. Awesome

Its been a while since I actually sat down and ate at this establishment but, I do find the carry out option very convenient.The customer service is a bit of a hit or miss. On most occasions, I find the staff extremely friendly but, there are those times when I find them a bit dismissive.As for the food, I would have to say that the quality of the food is very consistent and fairly good. Its the perfect go-to when one has no time to prepare a meal and the price is fairly reasonable as well.

This food is frozen in a bag and warmed up, everything is basic. This is a campbells soup type establishment. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because in case of a zombie apocalypse this would be a good place to get food, full of preservatives and long shelf life.

Absolutely exceptional.Our waiter was so kind friendly and positive. It really made the night and definitely brought our Vibe up. We all have bad days. And sometimes its his great and sit around the table with your friends and family and talk. But when you got awesome food and also a waiter like ours. It makes the whole experience.
