You absolutely cannot be a $9.99 lunch special! Great ambience fun music and a lovely server. Classic soup, salad, and breadsticks... Did I mention they are endless? If you havent been to the Olive Garden for lunch in a while, do it!!

Damien was a wonderful server. He was so friendly and accommodating. He made my friend’s birthday really special. Thanks for the happy birthday song to the staff. My only problem with the restaurant was that it smelled dirty when we walked in.

This Olive Garden was great! The servers where kind, welcoming, and got us to our table quickly. The food was delicious and well made. Our serve asked us a few times if there is anything we need. The atmosphere was lively, but not too loud. I would definitely recommend this Olive Garden!

There was alot of people, It took over 25 min to seat, when the host said 10 min. Another 45 min to get food and thats that we order right away do to beign on the clock but everything was hot n fresh. The waitress Annie very sweet n talkative. She got a very good tip from us 😁

I love ordering takeout here, they give you really good serving sizes... its such an easy process and its usually pretty quick, even around dinner time. Im obsessed with the shrimp Alfredo and I also love the chicken and gnocchi soup (especially for dipping my bread sticks). I havent gotten a salad yet because Im always afraid of takeout salads being soggy no matter where I order them but everything else so far has been great and way convenient.

I enjoyed a great dinner here with my family. It was a fantastic time. Our waitress was so awesome. She was kind, patient, accommodating and all around just a sweetheart. I really wish Id have gotten her name. If I saw her again Id wait to be seated in her area. I liked that the manager came to make sure things were OK.

Cant say enough about this location, what a great team of employees and management. We went here after going to Knotts Berry farm and the everything from start to finish was perfect. Went during the start of endless pasta promotion and it was busy, had to wait about 30 minutes before being seated but thats ok cause we walked around the mall while we waited and they text you when your table is ready! Absolutely love Italian food. We have dined here several times, and have had a good experience. The Never ending pasta Bowl is a pretty good value. The Bread sticks are really good, and they keep coming. Went in Hungry, came out proclaiming never to eat anything ever again. Lots of food, good flavor. Nice for Family

I went with my son to enjoy a meal last Tuesday after a day at soak city, but during the wait of soups that were all out, my son freaks out because a 🪳roach was ready to crawl on me. It ruined my appetite very much so, oh and I had to kill it of course. since I was still waiting for our waitress to return. I went to find a manager and let them know the situation. Embarrassed because the way I jumped and people not know what’s going on the manager then moved me to another location. We’re now on another side of the restaurant and the manager says “Dont worry we’re not charging you for this, it’s on us” well let me tell you, even if I didn’t have to pay it ruined my 1 day I get to enjoy with my son, and it added even more time on the wait for food. I wasn’t going to post but it kinda ruined my love for Olive Garden. It’s a place where we go usually but different locations. I can say I’ve gotten awesome service at others but Buena Park location should make sure they clear out hiding spaces like those fake plants where it came from after a fumigation. Disappointed ☹️

Really great food and our server Damien was amazing!! From the beginning to the end. You can tell he is a very kind person and has a really great heart, you don’t really find those type of people around. He’s very sweet and his service was so quick he made my sisters graduation dine in a great experience! I would definitely recommend this place just because of him and i will definitely be back.

Each time I come here as a single person, it takes longer for someone to take my order . It’s just only one person . Rather take larger groups than one. I asked a waiter to get me water to drink and took them 10 minutes longer just to prepare my drink . The food is great, just need to improve on customer service.

We had to wait about 20 mins for a table which was to be expected on a Friday, but once seated no one seemed to want to serve us. They seemed very short staffed.The food, when it arrived was rather luke warm, low quality (I had the Chicken Alfredo pasta and the chicken was chewy and gristly) and very forgettable.

We were there on Mothers Day and should wait 40 minutes, but it was then only 25. On Mothers Day, there was a queue everywhere, so it was still relatively fast here for good food.I had the Scampi Shrimp for the first time and it was soooo delicious, just great. I ordered it without tomatoes because of intolerance, unfortunately the portion came with it at first anyway. Our waitress apologized sincerely and quickly took care of a new portion. In the meantime, the manager came and asked why I have no food and also made sure again that it went a little faster. She must have asked three more times after that if everything was fine now. Very attentive and interested that everyone goes out happy. Lovely!

The food was ok. The service was good. We had little or no wait to be seated. The restaurant has a large dining area that is clean and well set up. The food just seems to be a bit pricey for what you get. I ordered Chicken Picata and was surprised it didnt come with any pasta. Thank goodness for the all-you-can-eat salad because the entree was small.

My family came here to celebrate my moms 88th birthday. Upon arrival, the host told us to wait, and we waited. She did not ask the usual questions: number in your party and name As we waited, other diners came after us and she priced to help them and seat them. We had to remind her that she did not take our party name or number of guest info.When we finally were seated, our server Jacob, did an excellent job. He was very efficient, and cordial and accommodated all of our requests. He/They made our dining experience special.The food was good. Came here recently for a graduation celebration and was very impressed with how kind and attentive our waiter was. They checked up on us at a sweet spot amount of time not too often but not too rare. Very kind and accommodated for my special diet. I would highly recommend Olive garden offer more vegan options aside from their minestrone soup. Perhaps even updating the menu to distinguish Vegan and Vegetarian.Over all, happy with my experience but would make this even better with far more vegan options or better menu labeling.

Service is excellent at this location! We went for a bday dinner (which we discovered several others had the same evening, as well!). There was less than a 30-minute wait. Our server James was attentive and makes a very pretty long island iced tea. Unfortunately, I did not take many photos this time, but I recommend the Tour of Italy to order. Its been a year since I last visited OG. I love pasta, but when you can make your own, why pay triple the price for it right? I should have stuck with my conviction. However, today, I ordered the pasta and was really excited to get my pasta which started at $12.99 with $3.99 saute shrimps add on and my $2.49 Italian sausage. When the dish came out, I was so disappointed. The shrimp were so tiny, and it wasnt sauté, it looked and tasted boiled. It was about the size of a dime. For 4$, I was expecting at least the ones about the size of my pinky. On the plus size, their soup and salad is still legit.

Spent 140 bucks on alot of things and displeased with it. Enjoyed a night out with my family, the place was packed around dinner time and thats the norm for Olive Garden. It was a 50 min wait for a booth. We knock out some something came back and our table was ready for our party of 5. We sat right in front bu the entrance which was alright. The two waiters we had where definitely busy and my wife and I took our time because its been awhile since we have treated ourselves to Olive Garden I felt like such a noob. We ended up ordering not the specials but some of there feature entrees. I got the soup my wife got the salad, we shared, kids wanted pizza and french fries easy, apple juice for kids and berry sangria for us which the waiter did warn it was sweet with not much alchohol but we enjoy a pitcher anyways. For my entree I got the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara Sautéed seasoned chicken, shrimp and spaghetti tossed in a creamy sauce with bacon and roasted red peppers. Pairs with Chateau Ste. Michelle Chardonnay which was excellent my wife order the Zoodles Primavera - Zucchini noodles tossed in a light basil cream sauce with broccoli, carrots, seasoned tomatoes, roasted red peppers and mushrooms. With Grilled Chicken With Sautéed Shrimp which she loved and peofessed to want to always eat from here on out. We also ordered the stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks for and app. All in all in was a great experience. Im giving fives stars because I had a great night eating out with my family and the waiters did a good job. The hostess where nice as well everyone was professional.

Honestly I use to enjoy coming here. The ambience was nice you could here Frank Sinatra on the background the service was good and the food was great. I hadnt been here in months and every time I seem to notice the changes. The music I cant hear which isnt bad but I liked it. The service is not bad but could be a lot better, but the food doesnt taste the same. This last time it was undercooked and cold. They serve you less and they seem to be tight with the garlic bread. So sad cause I really liked Olive Garden.

Poor standards of cleanliness. Utensils have stains with left over food bits, your soda comes with grease that floats to the top, plates with food bits left over, very low standards. Very bad experience today, I went to celebrate my daughters birthday. We waited for about 30 minutes and when they called me that the table was ready they gave me the closest one to the restroom, there was a strong smell. I asked for another table and I saw one that was empty but the rude waitress declined our request. Then I went to talk to the manager Pamela, and she was so rude, she wanted to make me wait the line all over again. And I asked her for how long I will have to wait and she rudley said she doesnt know. My daughter left sad on her birthday. Im not going back ever again.

It was very busy. My friend wanted to order an alcoholic drink but forgot to bring her passport (we’re tourists). She showed her ph driver’s license to the waiter, which by the way is recognized by the federal government. Waiter declined and made a big deal out of it. I know my friend should have not pleaded for a drink, but the waiter’s voice was very very loud and kept on reiterating the scenario to other diners. it made us super embarassed. We just wanted to have a nice dinner before we leave tomorrow. So sad and disappointed. The other waiter was nice though. Salad was good but others were just meh. We had a great experience on our last visit. When we sat down, a very nervous server greeted us, and promptly informed us she was new. I suggested she take a deep breath, and never tell another table that again, and own her experience as if shes worked here forever. Her stress seemed to dissipate a bit. We ended up having one of the most attentive dining experiences weve ever had at this location. I love the fact that you get to choose what appetizers you want to try. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was basically do to the server put a 20% gratuity for 2 people, what if I wanted to give more or even less gratuity based on the service. If I wasnt going to leave a tip I wouldnt have noticed the amount. I think that servers should receive a tip, they are serving you as a guest. I refused to wait another 45 minutes and this is very Bad Customer Service. I told the Hostess I need the number for the Corporate Office this is not Right to treat us as if we don’t matter and to brush it off the fact that we just waited 45 minutes and someone took the wrong phone number. The Manager noticed from afar that I was getting frustrated and finally came over from behind the desk and said we would be seated soon she was very dismissive of what we just endured. Our staff were awesome. The food was great. I dont recommend the never ending pasta deals. They dont really expect you to have more than one extra, and the second dish is small. Should have known.

As always the food was excellent- its the staff that makes the difference.The Orange and Brea stores could take a lesson from the Buena Park location.No one at the stores in question ever mentioned the $5.00 take home meal or the $9.99 special from 3 to 5 pm.I will drive a little to get the service that Buena Park offers.Our latest server was Noah - ***** five, count them - 5 Stars!!!

We celebrated my nephews 6th birthday and we had a party of 11 to seat. They had no problem getting our table ready. The food is always top notch ans our waiters and waitresses were there if we needed anything. They even had a group of waiters and waitresses than sang him Happy Birthday. Good ambience. Enjoyed it alot.

The 1/2 price wine🍷 available in the bar while waiting for seating is great! Our meals were delicious and served hot; especially love the salad🥗 and breadsticks🥖!Unfortunately the young woman server who replaced (temporarily during a meal break) the wonderful young man (Devon?) who took our order was much more attentive to the couple at the table behind us; we felt ignored waiting for replenishments while she laughed and conversed with them at length in Spanish. Please make all your guests feel appreciated!

Went with adult daughter today.. Actually I had been sent a gift card as the last visit in Dec. didnt go well.. Today was worse.. Busy for a Thur. 2:00..Seated in 5 min.. The wait for drinks another 10..Salad wilted-in over 20 yrs. never salad so soft! In worse news, bread overcooked &/or stale.. Asked for fresh, nope as same..Asked Waitress again..Took a bit over 10 mins. So NO Bread with bad salad: daughter enjoyed sausage/cheese soup..but with bread better.. Waitress apologized, said SHE had to bake new bread??? Then everything got slower as lights kept flicking on & off- yep! I wont be returning to this BP location!

Had a whatever experience today there, we there before two other parties. 2 parties of two, its my mother in law, my son sits in a high chair and me. So these parties that came in after us got sat first. But luckily the waitress was really good and her service made up for it.

The family went there and had a good lunch, everybody ordered different things. Starters where soup and salad it was okay, main course was different types of pasta (chicken, meat sauce, sausage and pizza) for me was that all of the tomato/tomatoes sauce taste all the same no differences between the meat sauce or the pizza sauce. I would not recommend the tomato style sauces for a different flavoured pasta styles or pizza. The cream sauce with chicken was every nice.

I wasnt impressed with this Olive Garden. The server wasnt that great and the food was just alright. I have to be honest - the food tasted like it came out of a package. I love the bread sticks and salad but had to waive our server down to get more. Top it all off - they automatically added their idea of a tip to our bill as if it was a requirement. I dont like that!

The server was very nice, but I didnt really care for my pasta. I didnt say anything while I was eating the pasta. I briefly mentioned it to the server when he was packing it to go for me. I had ordered the Alfredo and substituted rigatoni noodles instead of fettuccine and I guess it made the pasta very dry.

James, our server tonight and the rest of the Olive Garden staff were incredibly accommodating. Im vegetarian and my girlfriend is vegan. They had a bunch of options for the both of us.I dont want to ramble, but the food was great, and the service was even greater. We were impressed and highly satisfied. This has been the worst experience ever. This is one of my favorite restaurants, I know it was my fault as a costumer to arrive an hour before they would close but I feel like Im still paying for my service and my food. I would expect more from Olive Garden. I would understand if Im going to a fast food restaurant. And thats what it really felt like and on top of that, the kitchen had no refill on salad or drinks. Waitress never came over to address last round for bar. I did see the large group sitting next to us they were getting perfect service by a different waiter which I dont understand how we got a different waitress, which she looked so out of it, super busy and no attention to me or my husband. I did notice they were not short staff which I figured that would be the cause of the bad service but they had ppl cleaning the tablets so I know that wasnt the case.As well as people that work in the front are so incompetent, one of the front service staff saw me leaving to my car after they close the door she didnt mention anything about not being able to come back inI did mention I was going to my car since I left my credit card in the car to pay. The staff didnt think of asking the manager if I can go back in while I got my card from my car. When I came back to the door it was still locked and the girl was just looking at me calling in her walkie talkie. It was faster for me to call my husband and have him open the door.This was such a sad date. Since me and husband rarely get dates since we have our kiddos.But definitely never again will I go to this Olive Garden

Horrible waitress and manager. My family and i went in for the 12.99 special. We are bigger people so first off hosts sets us at a both so we squeezed in but hosts should be better tried to put people at tables with chairs or at least ofter. Then the waitress came to take out order. We told her a few times that we r here for the special and i even pointed to the pictures. Now i realize i made a mistake and didnt read carefully but waitress should have said u realize that there are options to this special. We ate. Food was ok then bill came and each plate was 20 bucks not the 12.99 special. So i asked the waitress i think this is not right..did u take off for the special. She just walked away and the manager comes over. He explained that special started at 12.99 but because we had a meatball and chicken added its more. Ok but why did she not tell us. I will never got back. I work to hard to spend money on food my hubby can make better.

We came for dinner last night to celebrate our anniversary and the service here was just amazing and made our night!! Waited less than 5 mins to get seated (even though we were estimated 25 min wait) and also waited less than 5 mins for our food to arrive after ordering! I didnt even finish my soup by the time my food came lol. Our server Eddie was on point with checking up on us and we were just so impressed with our whole experience. We told the manager our compliments and he was honored with our feedback as well as us celebrating our anniversary with them so he gave us a free dessert on the house(: Will definitely be returning to this location!
