Came here yesterday for dinner with my wife and had a great experience! It has been very hard to find great customer experience these days but Olive Garden is the best I’ve seen in a long time, our waitress was Julia and she was extremely quick, professional, helpful and came to us with the best personality! The manager was very professional and doing a great job on her staff! The food had amazing flavor and was cooked to perfection. I recommend the 5 Cheese pasta, five stars for me, I’m a new regular here!

Food price for portions was terrible lunch fettuccine Alfredo 13.99 for a cup of soup portion size, the bread was dry and salad had almost no dressing. The sever was wonderful fast except she kept forgetting to get our drinks. I wont be back

It was another great experience at Olive Garden. My husband loves Olive Garden, so we go to many. We had about a 10 min wait. We had great service. Our waiter got our order correct, brought out any extras we asked for, and provided quick and efficient service. The hostess was also very good. She gave friendly, clear directions.

Extremely attentive staff when I visited with my dad and wife yesterday (Saturday night). The place was busy but the level of attention we received was so outstanding it was notable to the members of my family. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce, wife had the chicken Parmesan, and my dad had the soup and salad. Our drinks were refilled quickly, the waiter was really friendly, and more than one staff member was paying attention to our table to address any needs before we called for them.Great visit! My wife loves OG so I have a great reference to measure against here with other OGs and this one stands out!

Its a very noisy restaurant, often with little tiny humans screaming. Ive asked really kindly, on a few occasions, that my friend and I are seated somewhere far from others. Ive even said that when tipping, Ill definitely consider the server going out of their way for us, and that slow service is fine.Theyve only accommodated this request once, and even then right on the opposite side of the half wall is an unhappy tiny human.We havent been back since the third time of seating us in a filled room despite the request. The food is already frozen proteins, or reheated sides, and very overpriced. Weve tried returning a few times over the past 2 years and its been the same terrible experience.Kids are wonderful, I love them, but you have to admit that if you want a quiet dinner in public, youre not going to want to be seated next to that table for dinner. They should have at least one server stationed in the back third room at all times.

I have not been to an Olive Garden in a while. This one was excellent! The service was great. The food was hot and delicious. I ordered the soup and bread sticks because they are my favorite. My husband got the eggplant Parmesan. He said it was how he remembered Olive Gardens used to being (you know before they became meh.). We had our 3 boys with us and they loved their food also. It has been a while since we could say we loved Olive Garden. This Olive Garden made us lovers again!!!

Wonderful dishes....I loved my meatball pizza bowl.But let me say today the hostess they were 3 girls they saw us walking in : no hi no welcome nothing no smile when I started to feel uncomfortable I got closer and said hi. They were talking and looked like they got mad because we interrupt their conversation . one of them help us and didnt even made eye contact. to be honest really bad experience first time in this location. I hope you can assign employees with more smile and customer service sense.

I took my kids to this Olive Garden for my birthday. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and tasted good. All around, we had a very pleasant experience. The waiter took my dessert off the bill for my birthday. :)

After a really long day at the dentist and sitting in what seemed to be forever traffic we stopped at Olive 🫒 Garden for dinner.Ordered a simple meal, soup and salad 🥗I’m absolutely love their breadsticks 😋Had their all you can eat soup and salad.The Italian salad was basic,ok and soup delicious. You can choose different soups each time but I love the chicken and gnocchi soup. To my surprise my first bowl had plenty of chicken and one gnocchi. 🤦🏻‍♀️😕After finishing the first bowl I put it to the end of the table so the waiter would know I was ready for my next bowl. The waiter came by and spoke to the guests behind me then went to the gust in front of me and asked how they where doing then proceeded to the kitchen 🤨Waiter came out again and basically did the same thing 🥵, by this time I’ve been sitting there awhile with no soup.Finally all smiles he comes and asks if I want more soup, I asked him to please make sure there is gnocchi in the bowl as there was only one. In great expectation when I get my bowl of soup I dive in. Only three gnocchi 😡🤬 really. Then why call it chicken which there was plenty of that and gnocchi In which you had to ask for it and still not get much. What a disappointment.

My mom took me here for my birthday lunch. We were seated right away, we had a charismatic waiter. We ordered the soup & salad with breadsticks and Neverending Alfredo sauce....yummy! Had a nice lunch with my mom sharing a piece of Tiramisu which was amazing!Its always a great meal and great visit.

This is another of my favorites. We go here a lot for the late lunch and I have the soup, salad and breadsticks. What a deal. All you can eat for $10. The service is always top notch and the food is really enjoyable and tasty. Michael is one of the best servers there. See if he is available. He is very attentive.

My wife and I had our first date here and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The GM Adam is also very attentive and makes sure you are well taken care of. It truly is a wonderful experience everytime we go. The food is always delicious. If you are looking for a place that has amazing food as well as service, this is it. Tonight was our nephews birthday and the day before my (21st) birthday so we decided to eat at Olive Garden (what else is there to do in thousand oaks lol). Everyone from the host to our waiter to the culinary manager was fantastic. We were well taken care of. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and everybody was smiling.Florencio, our waiter, was phenomenal. He was attentive, kind, funny and really made sure we enjoyed our experience. He was also patient as well. Kudos to Florencio, and the rest of the staff for great hospitality! :)

My friend and I went to Olive Garden to get the finest dining. We actually decided to get take out and we order 2 kids meals. As we were ordering the lady seemed very judgmental and looked impatient. She had brown hair and a nose ring and looked emo. After we finished ordering, we sat down and waited for our take out. They were looking at us and whispering so we knew they were talking bad. We waited half an hour for KIDS MEALS. How ridiculous is that? Absolutely unacceptable do better.

We are usually very happy with our visits to Olive Garden but last night (8/26) fell short. We stopped by for birthday tiramisu treat for my wife. Unfortunately, the coffee was only lukewarm while the tiramisu was still partially frozen and not made very well.The lady fingers were dry rather than soaked with espresso and the cream was not layered evenly between the ladyfingers but mostly a thick layer on top with hardly any between two layers at the bottom.Our server happily brewed fresh coffee and brought us new carafes.I should have just whipped up home made. Its not a difficult recipie.

I visited yesterday with my family to celebrate my 27th birthday. I like Olive Garden in general-- I think it brings an acceptable level of cuisine and service at reasonable price. So I was excited to celebrate my birthday at a great option. They also cater well to vegetarians.We walked in and were sat within 15 minutes on a busy night. Unfortunately, I forgot my ID, so I wasnt able to order my favorite drink! It was my birthday, so, it was worth it to go home and grab the ID real quick. I was a little disappointed, but I understand why they had to do what they did and they promised they would take care of me.And wow, did they! The manager personally seated us, and checked in from time to time. They went above and beyond to rectify a situation that ultimately, was kinda my own fault. And they sang me a pitch perfect happy birthday when they served my delicious dessert.Good food, good service, and excellent management- you can tell because the staff seem generally happy to be there.My family, who were newcomers to Olive Garden and a little skeptical being that it was a chain, were actually pretty impressed.

I am not one who normally post reviews ever. But the experience I had here just drove me to it. I am here on business with a coworker from China, never has eaten at an Olive Garden before. First off the food was amazing, don’t have to worry about quality at all. Secondly we had two amazing people who helped her through the entire experience, Nick and the bartender Julia? ( I’m so so sorry if I got your name wrong) they were so patient as she didn’t know if she would like certified menu items, gave suggestions as to what they likes and even described what they would taste like. They made the bread sticks fresh and came and checked on us a million times to make sure she was enjoying every bite. Because we aren’t from here, Julia, the bartender ( again sorry if I am forgetting your name) gave us recommendations for places to visit in our free time. Again I’m not one to do reviews but if I could give 10/10 stars I would. These individuals made me was the cry with how welcoming and helpful they were, so thank you Nick and Julia from the bottom of my heart.

Very bad experience tonight at Olive Garden at the Oaks. We came to celebrate my sons college degree. I asked the server if he could please write congratulations with his dessert treat plate. I told him I would pay for it too.Our server was NOT very nice and he seemed annoyed and didnt even smile. My son ordered shrimp with his plate and the server forgot to add it.At the end he comes with an empty plate with only the word CONGRATS! written with chocolate and no dessert. I felt so extremely sad for my son and at the same time very disappointed. My son insisted on just leaving it alone.On my way out, I asked to speak with the manager. I just couldnt leave this alone. The manager was apologetic and offered my son a $30 gift card. Here is the thing, I was not asking for anything free, I just wanted my son to feel special. This is not the first time we had a bad experience here at this location.

We had a nice dinner at Olive Garden, although I remember it being a bit easier to find vegetarian options then than now. We ended up ordering from the Create Your Own Pasta section because all the prepared entrees contained a meat or some sort. We ordered the linguini and spaghetti pastas, both dishes with marinara sauce and vegetables. They were very good and the portion sizes were hearty, as you can see in the photos. The meals came with either a soup or salad, of which Olive Garden has delicious and nutritious options.They also offered a 5 for $5 drink menu, which contained delicious Blue Moon beer or a non-alcoholic mixed drink, like Lemonata. As usual, the bread sticks tasted great with a garlicky tang. Our waiter was very fast and attentive. Overall, we had a very good experience at Olive Garden, and we highly recommend it.

There are plenty of pasta dishes to enjoy. I had shrimp scampi and liked it. They offer several soups. They have a house salad with Italian dressing. We enjoyed Chianti and Prosecco for drinks. The Tiramisu for dessert was yummy. The service was friendly and efficient. The dining area is large but not loud. They have a big parking lot. You can order and pay from a box on your table if you wish.

Was disheartened to discover that the Stuffed Chicken Marsala was no longer on the menu. Opted for a very overcooked chicken parmesan. Service was fine, restauraunt was clean.Very evident that the menu has shrunk. I wouldnt consider myself a picky eater. Most of the offerings on the menu are pedestrian, things I could get at other restaurants. I understand having to cater to ones audience. I wish my favorite item was more popular. Not sure Ill continue dining at any location.

I went to Olive Garden in Thousand Oaks on a Monday around noon. Our waiter was terrific. He went over the menu with us. We all chose endless bread sticks, soup and salad. The coffee and cream was great. They even gave us our own pitcher of coffee and it was great for refills nice and hot. The salad was light, fresh and tasty. It was a garden salad of romaine, tomatoes and light Italian dressing. My sister wasnt impressed with the salad. I enjoyed the soup although there was an unusually large amount of carrots. Bread sticks were delicious and they allowed us to take our time. We finished with tiramisu and a trip to a very clean restroom with handicap accessibility. There is also handicap parking in the front. Thank you Olive Garden for a great girls- lunch- out!

I have never been to this location. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered all you could eat soup and salad and son had chicken marsala. The minestrone soup was delicious and the serious great. The staff at this location should have already seen this coming after tonight’s visit. The tablet didn’t give me the option to do a survey (which is weird) so I will leave my survey here. With well over 10 years in the restaurant industry this was the worst and most uncomfortable experience. The server started off good but I don’t know what changed for to her just not caring and result to just dropping food and going without saying anything. Then it turned to her having excessive conversation with a table while we waited on entrees and refills. I had to get up and go to the back to see if my food was ready because her conversation was more important than her tables. We didn’t get breadsticks until after our soup and salad.Looking at the other table near I saw a table full of appetizers but no bread so while our second order of bread was arriving this table near by was receiving entrees and still no bread. Us parties just glancing at each other to see who got what continued for a while. This was the most uncomfortable experience I wanted to give them our bread. The manager tried fixing both tables but it did not seem sincere but almost like this was a regular thing. With my restaurant experience I definitely would have taken disciplinary action on multiple team members and had them retrain for their position.

I just want to say thank you to the manager that was working last Friday night at around 730 .. you where very accommodating to my diet and made sure that I was able to enjoy my time.. It was my one year sober anniversary and I was celebrating with my family and although you guys may not have know it was a special day for me you guys still made me feel amazing by working with me and my allergies and my doctors orders diet and making sure everything was spot on . We have been traveling around the state to splurge on food we couldnt during the pandemic. Now that things are opening we are starting to see a decrease in customer service. Not here and not today. I want to say a special thanks to Manager Enrique Garcia for giving us hope that their are still people who will treat their customers like they were family and with respect. He runs a tight shift and first time Ive seen in a restaurant where a manager actually goes to each individual table and asks if theyre finding everything okay in a charasmatic way. Also first time Ive seen a manager not afraid to serve customers and clean counters. This guy needs a promotion to the top. Wonderful experience.

Made an online order to go curbside and it was a very easy process. They send a text and when you arrive in a space, you type in the number and they bring your food out to you! We enjoy the salad and soup lunch special with the wonderful garlic rolls. Its a great value and fun to taste the soups that are offered each day. I always have to try two or three of the soups. Staff is always friendly and willing to bring the soup. We have been dining here at other locations and always came away satisfied and appreciate that this venue is still around .We were there for lunch and had a good meal with Salad..the waiter was friendly cracking jokes and we left there feeling good and well taken care off.I would recommend Olive Garden ..go there by yourself or go there with a family ..its a wonderful place for couples..allow yourself plenty of time and have questions talk to the waiters and waitresses who will help you.. The food was fantastic the wine was great my strawberry lemonade was to die for and the desert was just heavenly a multi-layered ice cream brownie drizzled in chocolate. So so good. We had a party of 8, even though I called 2 times in advance to try to get a reserve, I was told very nicely sorry but they were all booked up.I was instructed I was welcome to come as a walk in.My daughter, her husband and my adult grandchildren from out of town we here over night for a sad funeral of their grandmother and son -in laws mothers funeral early next day,they had a 5 hour drive to come.I am wheelchair bound ( so cooking is liminted. I just hoped to lift their spirits a little before facing good by.I thought I would chance a long wait.... Unfortunately we had a bad experience. What we had wasnt as good as it use to be and our server made the experience worst. Soup tasted and looked like it was watered down. Salad didnt have enough dressing and tasted stale. Spaghetti was bland. Our waiter kept forgetting to bring us the things we asked for, and it wasnt even busy when we were there. We were so disappointed with our visit and will be going to other Italian Restaurants.

Our waiter Christian, we had to ask over and over again for our food and condiments we got everything half an hour later . Not to mention he lied about a free wine bottle and charged us for it . Havent been to Olive Garden for a while. The first thing that was noticeable was the strong smell of dirty carpet. The restaurant overall looked clean, busy with staff attending to customers. Service was fair, a little slow getting to drinks and bringing salad. The food was hot and good flavor.Overall a fair dinner. The carpet needs to be cleaned or removed because that is not the first thing you want to notice walking into an Italian restaurant... I would expect to be met with the smell of garlic or the smell of sauce cooking.

The decor was pretty good, the food was pretty good, but the waitress we had was unfortunately sub-par. The only reason why I am rating this visit a 5 star is because of how the manager handled it. I think his name was Clinton and hes the only reason why my girlfriend and I will come back. He was knowledgable and sincere. To explain: my girlfriend had ordered the sirloin Tuscano, 10minutes later the waitress comes back to tell us, they ran out(the manager told us they have been out all day and that is waiter was told in the morning), so she ordered something new, not a huge deal, but her lack of time management and follow up regarding drinks was non existent. I cant tell if it was because she had too many tables or some other reason but when we saw another waiter sit a family down, take their order, feed them, service them, provide them with a check, and then sit an entire new family at that same table, and still service them before our waitress came back to check in on us at which point I was ready for the check and doggy bag. Im guessing it was a one off so I will definitely try again another day.

Olive Garden used to be my favorite place until I came to Thousand Oaks. The staff at this branch have no single respect for diversity. Perhaps theyre used to seeing only white patrons. So they were so surprised to see a black man coming in to dine. Hence, there was no warm reception. I tried another time, same poor reception. I just decided to stop going there. We came to your Thousand Oaks location to celebrate our toddlers 2 year old birthday, checked in ahead and waited 45 minutes when told 20. Thats ok we understand that can happen. We get to the front and there is ZERO sense of urgency to help us check out and leave, ZERO. I have an injured child and I am now crying myself trying to console her. I finally am helped and she gives me my total, I know if incorrect but I have no time to argue. I ask if my husband grabbed our food (PAID FOR MIND YOU) and she says sorry we didnt plate it or box it because you were leaving do you want it remade? I am literally in tears and I say no I need to leave. Literally the end of my conversation no further assistance or anything of that nature. I was really let down firstly as a person and mom and also by the service provided. I spent over $100 for this experience left without food and the primary concern was making sure I didnt run out on my check when my toddler needed to get emergency medical care? We tried a unique new appitizer, a twist on nachos, noodle chips with sauce and something spicy with cheese. He tried the new Giant Meatball with stuffed manicotti. I had the stuffed chicken marsala. We had salad and bread sticks before our entrees. The nachos were good, both our meals were good, even though we had to take leftovers home. They have a special going on, with adult entrees you can get an extra meal to take home, needless to say, we had a lot of leftovers to take home.😀❤️ Sir, our waitress o great and on top of everything, especially the parmesan cheese. 😁 What can I say, Im a cheese hound. 🤣
