So the atmosphere is definitely phenomenal! Classic music is a quiet setting very professional and clean looking! The customer service was good they would forget a couple of things and would have to be reminded, but had a very calm and cool attitude. Now the food. Fancy, but not that great. Its really hit or miss. My Herb Salmon was over seasoned, and the sides had a very bland taste. Presented well but lacking in taste. It is also hugely overpriced except for the unlimited soup option. They try to fill you up on over salted bread sticks prior to eating the main course so you feel stuffed.

This was my worst experience with Olive Garden. We went for my sons bday and They did give us a discount but I would have rather paid the actual price and have a nice dinner with my family. The wait was about 15-20 minutes to be seated which is typical. When we were seated two servers greeted us and they seemed confused as to who was servicing the table. Long story short we waited 30-40 minutes just for our beverages including fountain drinks. Salads came another 30 after that then all the food came about 15 more minutes after that. The waitress kept apologizing and was nice but we were over it at that point. They did give us a discount but this was a chaotic experience and we won’t be returning to this location.

This restaurant has the best service in town! All of the staff is very friendly, and tentative. The restaurant is clean, the food is excellent and affordable. This is the perfect place flor date night, family night out, group meetings, and for those who prefer to dine alone! Kid friendly. Parking is free and easily accessible from the main road. Handicap accessible dining, parking, and restrooms.

Our waiter is amazing!Very attentive and accommodating.Although everything looked pleasing, unfortunately, it was a disappointment.The food, however, was well over cooked, dry & burnt.Artichoke dip very dry & burnt.Chicken alfrado dry as well.The tiramisu soggy was not pleasant at all.The salad, however, was good & the bread sticks.

Cynthia and Brandom are amazing servers and bartenders. Seeing how well they work with each other and their positive vibes really boosted my spirits and blessed our evening with laughter. Decided to go to Olive Garden again to see 👀 if the food was better than a few years ago and it hadnt changed much at all. The food is okay and the restaurant itself is okay as well, needs to be remodel. The service was great 👍. He was on it. The only thing that I was not happy about is that in the front of the restaurant were the hosts is at, they had too many workers standing there doing nothing just talking and blocking the walk way. Someone broke a bottle of wine and nobody was cleaning it up. The Salad is not the same as it used to be, not much of anything. The food was okay not to much taste on it. I wont be going there again for a long time. Dont really recommend it. If you want it to be a quiet place this is not it. Very loud great for families with kids.

We ordered online and the service was exemplary. The restaurant texted us advising to Check In upon arrival and remain in car since we ordered Curbside. This location is extremely organized and provided us with fast and friendly service. It was convenient being able to park in assigned ToGo order spots. Our food was fresh with great presentation and best of all, our order was perfect and taken out at time promised.

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday for date night, and our server was the shining star of our experience. Shout out to Tita! You rock girl. The service was seriously amazing. Visited last Friday and was not aware that our server left, We “called” a server and our machine was blinking red for over 30 minutes. Employees kept walking back and forth and didn’t seem to bother to check up on us. I ended up stopping someone and I asked her for a box and she said she will be right back and she walked past us 4x and didn’t bring our box. I asked another server for a pasta refill and he gladly helped me out, he also brought us a box. Another server came and told us she wasn’t aware that we were assigned to her and she did apologize. We spent around $80 and I just think it was ridiculous that no one bothered to check on us for over 30 minutes.

The place looks great but the food was meah I got the shrimp with chicken but only received 3 and half shrimp so I had to confront the waiter whats up with the shrimp being advertised yet I barely get any he states that the cooks should have given me 9 so he fixed the problem. I got my son the never ending pasta I got it with chicken. The chicken was a microwave chicken patty cut into pieces mixed with the pasta. Not good quality. Ive gotten a better microwaveable with Mary calendar meal . I also paid extra for asparagus and it looked like one anarestic green stick cut into tiny pieces that I could make out what it was . The food was disappointing and the soup was cold the only thing good I can say is that the waiter was great at his job.but this place never again I feel totally ripped off

We were sitted right next to a table with 2 kids n baby. On the other side was a table with crying kids.Our meals were good. I go to Olive Garden for the chicken Gnocchi. This is the 2nd time Ive ordered Chicken Gnocchi, and it was watered down, with no flavor, a lot of chicken pieces and only 3 gnocchis. Titiaf was great, good waitress. We ordered more than we had planned. She is a good salesperson.Sad to say the bathroom smell was noticeable as we walked in and pronounced as we were leaving.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST OLIVE GARDEN EVER!!! The front staff were really nice and helped us get a server fast. Shoutout to Vivian (server) who was kind, patient, understanding, hospitable, and for the AMAZING customer service. I’ve never had such a smooth Olive Garden experience until tonight. I used to go to the Olive Garden by Riverside a lot but I have never received such fantastic & quick service like this location. Everyone had a welcoming aura in this restaurant and thanks to that experience I’m making this Olive Garden my go to now. Thank you Vivian, you really made our night! You deserve THE WORLD!

They open at 11 am but had to wait 20-30 minutes until seat. Why dont you open at 11:30 am then ?The service was not as expected, usually the waitress asks if we want more soup or salad this one just took the plates out the way without asking us but she actually asked the other 2 tables she was serving. Discriminated. Expensive for the service they actually give. Good Food.

I love their food and never had any problems with it, but they need to get the staff trained on how to respond to ppl and to treat them i once asked a staff member how long would it take before my spaghetti would be out and he said and I quote “ it will be here when it gets here”,Other than that no complaints i eat there regularly, the salad is amazing always fresh and i love that they use vegetables in there food like eggplants and artichokes, they do make great breadsticks and garlic breads to with the artichoke dib and marinara sauce, I usually order the chicken and shrimp carbonara it’s amazing, also the spicy shrimp scampi.

The food was amazing!! I got my favorite soup, and it was made just to perfect texture. Not watery at all chicken Gnocchi. Servers were so nice and helpful and came around constantly to check in. It was helpful, especially when you have 2 under 2 who are constantly getting their sticky fingers even stickier.

Olive garden has gone downhill since covid. They used to be better. The chicken wasnt even browned before cooking. You just dont serve white Chicken in a good restaurant. It looks like you cooked it in a microwave. If one of my cooks served that it would go in the trash and they would be looking for a job.

I went in to the olive garden to order two take out orders. And my food was so very very delicious!!! To perfection!!! The beautiful lady at to go order table was so very nice and curious. She took my order and got everything just right. I ordered two chicken Alfredo with 3 extra sauce and she was just so very sweet and professional. She can handle that station like a pro, better yet like a manager! Olive garden should be very happy and proud to have such a wonderful employee who has so much professionalism and charming ways and really shows a lot of care and concern about the guests. Olive garden should show this employee overwhelming gratitude for all of her hard work and dedication of being such a wonderful employee with so much charming ways and professionalism. I love the hospitality, vibes the second you walk in, how patient and friendly the waitress or waiters are.If you ever get Angie as your waitress, don’t be afraid to ask her for anything! The server Isabella didn’t even acknowledge us until the hostess reminded her after 20 minutes of being seated. When she brought our food, we asked for red crushed pepper which she never brought. I havent eaten here in a while so came down on a random Sunday for some appetizers and drinks and wow was a this place busy! I barely could get a seat at the bar but so glad I did. Ebony the bartender for the day was so nice. Despite being super busy (and apparently pulling a double shift since I overheard the 2nd shift bartender never showed up) she always made sure to check up on everyone sitting at the bar making sure their drinks were full, and the fresh bread was always out. I wasnt sure which drinks to try and she suggested the Italian Margarita. When I tell you this drink was dangerously delicious oooh buddy! I had 2 more it was so good! I also tried the Italian punch? I think it was called honestly not sure but every drink Ebony suggested and made was fantastic. Soup and bread was delicious as always and appetizers arrived hot & fresh every timeGreat friendly service, good food and strong drinks 💪🏼 definitely will be coming back.

The difficult thing about Olive Garden is that I always think it should be better than it is. Hubby and I have been going there for years and years. In fact, its a family tradition to go on New Years Eve. But over the last few years, weve noticed a steady decline in quality. The atmosphere and service are stellar, but the food is mediocre at best.Hubby got the Tour of Italy this time. Says the chicken tasted microwaved and the breading was burnt. The marinara? Tasted like menthol. I mean, really. How do you ruin marinara? The fried mozzarella was, I assume, made without salt, because it had no flavor at all. My lasagna was tasty enough. I enjoy the heavy fennel flavor, so it worked for me. But the bread sticks were cold and the salad tasted old. Usually the salad and bread sticks are the saving grace, but this time they were below standards. And my vanilla iced coffee? The worst Ive had in a long time.I guess we keep going because its tradition, because it certainly isnt for the food...

Put people too close together. I do not want to bump elbows with strangers. Nor do I appreciate the cashiers hanging at the register huddled together when one is trying to have a conversation with their spouse. And a heads up, the chicken does not taste like chicken. Update Oct 2023The waiting area STINKS FROM THE RESTROOMS! It was disgusting. This is a management problem because they need to increase the exhaust fan CFMs to keep a negative air pressure in the restrooms. I did it to my restaurant and it worked. There is no excuse. The food was great and the service was excellent! Its a shame that the management blew it for everyone.One section the AC wasnt working and the carpet stunk like puke. Good service and good food. Please fix your AC and clean your carpets!

The Service was horrible. I first called to make a reservation and was told no reservations first come first served. I went there with my family to celebrate my Sons promotion. I had my 3 year old and 8 month old Grand babies along with 5 other family members. I was first told that it would be a 25 minute wait and to give my email address so that they could contact me for seating. The App that I was told to check in didnt work so we stayed inside waiting to be seated. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told it would be an additional 25 to 30 minutes while we all stood and waited with small babies. I also noticed that they were seating families that came after I came and once seated the waitress kept disappearing and someone else had to eventually help us. We finally received our salad and bread sticks 40 minutes after being seated. Horrible Service?! I will not be returning!!

I have not eaten at OG since I moved to Riverside in 2010. I also do t think they have changed anything at this OG since then.It just seemed like it could use a super clean And some fresh paint.Food was nothing extraordinary. Which I kind of figured since its not typical spot I would eat but it was a whim.Service was subpar nothing really great about it at all. When we left the hostess (there were three of them) were all just standing around and one was eating nachos at the station which I just dont think is appropriate. As a customer I dont want to see people slouching around and eating when there is customer service or cleaning that needs to happen.

Despite the fact that olive garden gets lots of criticism from Italian good enthusiasts, I actually really enjoy their food -- even though some of their food is a bit salty. My only criticism about this place -- and its not necessarily this establishment per se -- is that I want to wine and dine. With that being said, some people treat this place like its a diner rather than a restaurant.

Food was great.The food was well prepared and delicious. The salad stood no chance. For real even the salad was good. We did go overboard on what we ordered so we did leave a lot unfinished. Eat breakfast before heading out for the day or else youll order more than you should. Thats on us. On the bright side we had leftovers for the next day.Service was nice.When we went they were understaffed and doing their best to serve and accommodate every one. There were a few mishaps that happened while we were there but the staff handled things beautifully. A table across from us dropped and broke a glass. A child forgot a sweater. Our drinks were dropped while being refilled. Each of these things were taken care of without a hitch, well except for the guy that dropped the drink, he was wet.Would eat there again.

I rarely leave reviews, but the fantastic customer service my girlfriend and I were met with warranted one. Cynthia has been one of the best servers we have ever had. Attentive, cordial, and knowledgeable would describe the service received. She not only provided moments of laughter, but made sure the food came out phenomenal and fast. We never ran out of anything at the table, whether it be alfredo dip, shirley temples (hers are the best), breadsticks, soup, salad etc… The wait time to be seated was fast, mostly because we penciled ourselves down on the online waitlist. The restaurant was clean and well kept, the music tasteful, and the food was the usual.

Wow, what a nightmare! Ill keep this as short as possible but its kind of hard with the amount of terrible service my family experienced. To start it took over 30 minutes to get the first round of drinks and 40 minutes to get the bread and salad. After the first round of drinks I patiently waited to be offered another round but the server was busy hiding in the kitchen as she did the entire night. After waiting I eventually went to the bar to order my own drinks multiple times. After about an hour of waiting we eventually got our food from some other helpful servers. Unfortunately it was missing some items that we brought to her attention and literally waited about 20 minutes for broccoli and grapes. When we were done with our meal and asked for bread bag and boxes she eventually returned with boxes but no bread bag, so one again she disappeared to the kitchen. After waiting 10 more minutes we finally got up and left. She literally had 2 other tables so there is absolutely no excuse for this. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend dining here. Absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever encountered and mind you Im over 40 years old and eat out on a regular basis.

They messed up my order today (for the 1st time, EVER), but the waiter couldnt have been nicer and wouldnt stop apologizing. Food was great! Just that it took a while to get my food.. completely understandable for a busy day. BUT, It took about 30 mins to get my food. Yeah, I got my drink and salad in a timely manner, but I believe that theres always room for improvement. Not complaining one bit, just stating an opinion.

Weve been going to this Olive Garden for years we went this Friday and parked on the side of the Olive Garden we were there maybe for 15 minutes and we got our car broken into and robbed this place does not have any cameras on the side of the building the parking lot is unsafe Please be aware

We came to this Olive Garden to celebrate my little brother’s birthday. It was a pretty decent size group. We had amazing service by Diana and Rick. They were both really nice and made sure we were taken care of. We were in a little private room but they made sure we weren’t forgotten. They made our experience great! Next time we return, we will ask for them.

My wife and I went to this restraunt on 9/28/20 before going I called to verify that they were open the lady on the phone said yes and there was no wait we went down immediately and a man came out at the front door and asked how many were in our party I told him 2 he immediately said to stand behind the red line and told me it was 1-1/2 hour. Wait very sarcastically we were the only people there and said we couldn’t wait at the seating outside the door he was extremely rude and told us to wait in our car. It was 101’ degrees outside the attitude he gave us pretty much set me off to swear I’ll never eat there again I wish them a lot on staying open and only feel for the good people that do work there I hope the rest of the Cardin family of restaurants don’t follow suit like this place or they all are going to go down

Used to love this place. Not anymore. Food was not any better than a frozen dinner. Not even being half full on Fri night at 6.30 should had been a clue. Once server delivered the food never saw her the rest of the night.

The Olive Garden in Moreno Valley has gone down hillHorrible service by waiter and manager. My family and I asked for the simplest things and the waiters at Moreno Valley couldn’t take a slightest second to stop and grab the little things. Also asked for water had to ask three to four times to get water. I can not believe the service here was horrible. Temecula Olive Garden does a better job. Don’t go to Moreno Valley Olive Garden because you won’t get good customer service.

Thanks for being the money savers you are! I tried to call in a take out order & was put on hold for so &#%+@! long (1/2 hour) that I fell asleep. Needless to say I hung up, & saved $20+! The food is great - IF you can ever get it! And don’t use covid as your excuse for your poor service - that horse has already ran way too many times.

I came here for lunch special from 11-3 we got there at 1:48 was told it was going to be a 30 min wait time. Past the hour I asked where we where on the list and asked if we can still order from the Lunch special. I was told from a staff member that no by the time we are sitting it won’t be on the menu asked if we have been waiting for more then a hour will a manager still let us. She did t have a answer. I finally got a call at 3:41 saying our table was ready. Management needs to step it up it’s not the hostess fault.

And everything cant be perfect... especially right now... the last thing they need is for me trying to get free food. Good food, and great service! Too bad you have to ask for a straw. I never threw a straw in the ocean. What is this all about? I never find myself craving Olive Garden. But, my wife and I were very happy with the lunch special. Especially that we could request ranch dressing with the unlimited salad. I had the Pizza Bowl. And was absolutely delighted with the flavors and presentation. Way to go!

I ordered a particular plate of pasta that had always included bell peppers and crushed peppers at no extra charge, and the last time I ate there 3 days ago, I was hit with an additional $3.89. Upon me questioning the waitress, she immediately sent her manager by the name of Jessica barging on to my table, very undiplomatic and unprofessional to told me that whether I like it or not I was forced to pay the extra $3.89 for the 5 cents worth bell peppers, and 2 cents worth of crushed peppers, three small strips of bell peppers, were added to my plate that day, something other Olive Gardens had never done, as I have the receipt to prove it., and receipts for all previous times I had gone there within the last 4 months on a weekly basis,, only show a charge of $1.89 for Bell Peppers alone. Not until the dictatorship of Managing Jessica came in to the picture, which manages the Moreno valley Olive Garden came barging to my table spoiling my evening ruining my dinner, implying that the financial hardship for Olive Garden required the additional $3.89 that had to be added to my bill of pasta, in order for the place to survive the same place that makes millions of dollars every month yet by the same token making a Big fuzz for three lousy strips of bell peppers. Jessica responded and I quote I cannot imagine a supermarket giving away free Bell Peppers I cant imagine Olive garden filing bankruptcy for giving out three tiny strips of bell peppers and an ounce of crush peppers. For that matter how hypocritical of Jessica, as I always ask for Olive oil, garlic salt, and lemons for my salad yet where is the charge for those three items? Where is the charge for the tomatoes on the salad? Can someone please find me the charges for bell peppers and Crushed peppers on the menu??? just as you will not find a charge for added tomatoes,, Olive oil, or Garlic salt, there is no place on the menu for charging three strips of Bell Peppers There are places that are less expensive to eat so dont waste your money at the olive garden. And Im not crying over $3.89, the manager Jessica was the one crying for the three strips of Bell pepper that were not previously charged on the previous receipt I pulled out, she got very angry for me pulling it out as proof. Im just relaying the experience I had late June 2021. Everyone do your family and yourself a favor the $100 to $200 your thinking of wasting at the olive garden, that will go down the toilet the next day on one sitting, take those hard earned dollars as groceries where a whole family of four will eat for more than a week. It cost Olive Garden Approx 50 Cents for a plate of pasta and then turn around and hits your pocket book with a 95% increase. Any time anyone reading this decides to add a negative feedback with complaint, make sure you also log on to,,,, Olivegarden.com,,,, include this same message, so that Corporate can also be aware of these inept managers.

Today was my birthday and what best way but to celebrate it with my husband and my kiddos .our service was excellent inner server Jordan was amazing she was very attentive very nice and very polite and made my birthday extra special including the hostess it was very nice and very clean no complaints whatsoever with their server and the staff we really appreciate and enjoy our night and dinner.. however it was a little sad at the end and this is not out pity but more of lesson before I had ended our night we had noticed that when we exited we had forgotten my birthday balloons so we go back and ask nicely if anybody had put them away unfortunately that was not the case so sadly enough the busboy told us that a little boy took them with them I just trying to make a point to anybody who took those hd balloons please teach your children and teach yourself as parents that want people leave stuff behind especially things that have value its not the cost but the value of those balloons that my daughter and my boys save money and give them personal to me please do not take things that are not yours the moral of the story is respect things for other guests that was not appreciate itt kind of made my night sad at the end because I know that my kids went out of their way to buy those things for me if you show you kids petty actions like not only are you looking bad as a adult but your teaching that child that growing up to fill needs from taking from others is acceptable anyways I hope they enjoyed them if they had to ask me nicely I would have been more than gladly giving them to them and it actually would have made my night better so thank you to those people that kind of ended my night however I do want to thank the staff that were very curious and kind of what the situation you all have a good night.

Never had had an issue until recently. Management has gone down, service is unacceptable, hosting staff has a horrible attitude. I get it that staff is short, but plainly lying to your customers about wait time and having a condescending attitude will lose you customers. Empty tables while waiting way over wait time, having smaller parties that arrived after jump in line instead of making room for the customers who have been waiting, is wrong. Terrible service and a complete waste of time. 👎🏽
