Even though Olive Garden is a nationwide chain, or for that matter a worldwide chain, we always have good food at Olive Garden. Today was no different! The food was tasty. My wife ordered the chicken parmigiana, and I ordered the tour of Italy. We always fill up on the incredible breadsticks first, so never have enough room left to eat the entire meal, but no need to worry, they are happy to provide take home containers so you can finish the food later!Our server was so friendly and attentive! Very good experience!The only thing that I can say negative is the price of eating out of getting is getting so expensive, and Olive Garden is no different. For the two of us, almost $60.00, not including tax & tip.Still compared to other restaurants still a reasonably good value.

First time visiting this place, our service Vicki was very friendly and have so much patience. We loved their unlimited breadstick, soup or salad. They were not busy when we visited Sunday lunch....will recommend this place to visit....also, enjoyed their shrimp and chicken carbonara.....A++++

Place was quite busy when I visited, but we got a table really fast. The waiters and waitresses are so pleasant. In my opinion, service and quality went downhill after the pandemic at many restaurants, but not Olive garden!! They are my first choice when I go out to a restaurant. The food is always good, fresh, and delicious. Service A+. They still offer the same great food and service, no changes. Thanks for that!! 👍

Came here with my family and we enjoyed out experience. Nothing too special, had our meals, chatted, and then left. I ordered the Never Endingl pack and I enjoyed it. I was able to get 2 plates down, along with, 2 soups, and 1 plate of salad, and 3 bread sticks. I was very full at the end. Our server was kind and provided us with everything we needed.We did have a few things we would like to mention though.When we were seated, we were not provided with silverware. When we asked a different waitress for assistance, she responded I know, they will be out soon then she stopped talking to her colleague and fetched us some silverware. What didnt sit well with us at this moment was her saying I know to us not having silverware. We already had our entrees on our table and if she new we needed silverware, why wouldnt she go despite standing and conversing with her colleague right beside our table.Our actual waitress was very kind and attentive. She did keep bringing us small to go boxes and it made things a little tough to fit our food in there. We saw that the table right behind us was receiving the larger to go boxes and had the same amount of food to pack as us. It was a little odd.Despite these miniscule inconveniences, we enjoyed our time and will be returning.

As usual our food was great! Our server was nice & efficient!Only thing I hope they can do is bring out more heaters in the outdoor dining area. They only have two small ones. Our hostess sat us at the back of the outdoor dining area. There was no wall to keep the cold air out. As a couple of tables became free & disinfected I asked if they can move us to one of the tables near a heater because we were freezing and she told me it would be a 45 minute wait! She was kind of rude when she responded. My husband and I couldnt believe it. There were about Four available tables and NO ONE WAITING IN LINE. We still had not been served our food, so we didnt understand why we couldnt sit there? Other than that everything else was fine.

I went here today. Our server Chris was great. When I did have a problem the manager came over and was so kind about the situation. This is the best Olive Garden I have ever been too. We will only be going to this location from now on. The food is great and it comes out quickly. Just a great place to go for a nice lunch or dinner with friends or family. Also if you are thinking of getting dessert get the tiramisu. It is delicious!

Last minute lunch outing with the kids and decided to try Olive Garden! Kids have never been to that restaurant, and I havent been to an Olive Garden in years! Very clean and quiet location. The staff was great from the moment you walked in! As we walked in, we were quickly greeted by the host and escorted to our table by another professional employee. A manager (I assumed) was walking around greeting guests at tables, making sure everyone was content. Our server, Jordan, was AWESOME!!!!!! Very professional, attentive, and patient with the kids (all under 11 years old)!!! One of my petpeves is having an empty drink during my meals. Jordan was on top of it!!! I did not have to ask for refills for any of our drinks!!! Made our experience pleasurable!!! Thank you Jordan for the EXCELLENT service!!!! I go out a lot and I notice a change in customer service in todays time. Jordan is a perfect example of how great customer service used to be and should still be!!! Thank you again!!!! Jordan definitely deserves a raise!!!!

I highly recommend this location.The food is delicious and fresh. ( We ordered Fettucchine Alfredo with Broccoli, Shrimp Fettuchinni Alfredo and from the kids menu the ravioli). The Capuccino is amazing too.The servers are very polite and attentive especially our waitress Leanna H. She is amazing. She is very prompt Polite and Attentive although the restaurant was packed she never forgot about us. She made sure we were happy with the food and the service.We enjoyed our meal very much.

3 stars because I dont go out to dinner at a restaurant to have to put in my own order on their little table computer. You pay on the machine as well which I dont mind. If I wanted to put in my own order Id have gone through a drive thru. My server was such a sweetheart and very attentive. I unfortunately wont be back because I wanted a waitress/waiter not just a server. The place wasnt even busy at all the day I went. There were only 2 other tables besides my own in my area and not busy at all in the other areas. We still waited for an hr to get my food. Makes me wonder, if to many orders went in at the same time would the cooks get overwhelmed and it cause delay in service 🤔

Our retirees group (18 of us) went here for our quarterly luncheon. The food as always was excellent. No complaints there. The wait staff did a wonderful job serving our group. One complaint. Those of us who ordered soup, salad, and breadsticks were served right away. Those who ordered an entre had to wait a long time for their food. Much too long.

The waitress was obviously new as we had to repeat our orders and ask for refills on everything. We were not treated as “Family”. The bread sticks were cold, extremely salty and Hard as Rocks. We asked for a new batch and they were also the same (cold, salty and Hard as Rocks). At this point we asked for the Manager. We explained our displeasure with the quality of the bread sticks. The Manage sad he would bring us a New Batch. By the time the Manager returned, we already finished our meal. I told the Manager it would have been nice to have Fresh Bread sticks with our meal. He replied “It takes time to bake them from scratch”. I told the Manager, per the waitress, other customers were complaining about the bread sticks. He looked at me funny, and walked away. He never offered a Free Desert or a price discount. The Bread Sticks the Manager brought were also cold, salty and hard as Rocks.We have always enjoyed Olive Garden, but this was a horrible experience and we will not be returning. Extremely Poor Customer Service.

Yesterday I went with my children and my son checked in and said that we would wait 20 minutes and the boy never checked in, it took longer and when the time came to enter it turned out that there was another wait because the waiters were serving the people who came in much later and we thank you well without being attended to. We decided to leave the restaurant because the waiter never arrived. We know they are very busy but this time they had terrible service. I will never return to that place again.

Place was great until just now. I have been visiting the place for the 5 days each day having my dinner. I always sat at the bar and because people like Daniele and Abby are great, I always chose to sit there. Today, all of the sudden I was told that I can’t have more than one bottle of wine for the night. For 23 years living in this country, I am facing such issue. I know it’s not Daniele’s fault, but she was the bad news messenger and I really feel bad for her. Management, don’t try to parent your customers. This is how you lose them. I don’t need you to control my consumption of anything. I wish I can put -5 stars!!!!

My husband & I come in every Monday for their weekday lunch specials. Great tasting food and very reasonable prices. We always ask to be seated in Michelles section since weve become good friends with her over the years. Shes top notch & so friendly. I definitely recommend Michelle if shes available since she has quite a few regulars that ask for her. The managers here are also very friendly & social. They make sure to check in on you to see how your dining experience is going. This is my favorite Olive Garden location!!!

Tried to call in a reservation because you cant do it online if its a party of 7 or more. I was told we couldnt do it. My party size decreased so I put our name on the Wait List, online. When I arrived at the restaurant, they didnt have our name. The host began to argue with me as if he didnt believe I checked in online. I asked him just to put our name down. When I asked how long the wait was, he said 25 minutes. We went into the bar, sat down, ordered drinks and an appetizer.As soon as the appetizer arrived, our pager began to flash. When we told our server in the bar, she just dropped the food and dishes onto the table and left. We picked up our food, dishes and drinks and went out to the hostess desk, where I was told it would be a few minutes while a chair was added to our table. So, well just stand in the waiting room, holding our food, waiting to be seated.If it werent for our server, Ethen, I would have given a 1 star review. Food was average at best. Ethen was fantastic.

Best customer service we have received in a good while. After having a bad experience with hosts at the Santa Ana location, we drove to this location. Im so glad that we did, we were celebrating my nephews birthday, and we were a party of 10. Hosts was really friendly, and we were seated quickly. We had 2 servers (Chris and DJ) best servers ever!! We will definitely make this location our go to because of the service we received. If youre visiting here with larger parties, these two as a team rock, highly recommended.

I love Olive Garden but Im confused as to what they are trying to do. You have a waitress but you can order from the table threw their digital menu & you can pay on the same device. What exactly am I tipping for? The service isnt bad but definitely not great either. I went in the other night & it was super dark. The lights were then turned up only to have them turned down again. Reading the menu was a bit of a challenge. Also, screaming kids that are blatantly throwing a tantrum for well over 5 minutes & clearly bothering other patrons as they stare over at the issue & yet management did absolutely nothing. Im not to thrilled with this Olive Garden at this particular location.

Waited almost 15-20 minutes for service. I DID NOT GET ANY. All the servers just walked by. They could go to the table around my table but not mine. Usually, within minutes of sitting down you get ask what drink you want. They could not even do that. They could walk by and made eye contact, obviously knowing we are there. So I just walked out. Missed out on a good tip too.

I will give more stars but this is Oliver garden it is run very poorly. 1st, we got there, I pulled the chair for my wife, and when she try to pull it back in, the top patting of the chair came right off. If she would have sited, she would have smash her finger. 2nd, the menu was a one paper copy of the original, the letters were soo small that I literally needed a magnifying glass and more light to see it. Luckily our server was good and knew the menu buy heart. 3rd, they gave us plastic cups for our beverages, when I look all around us every one else had glasses. I asked why, and she said they were out of the glass cups 🤔🤥 it did not look like it was understandably busy for that to happen. It only took them about 5 minutes to sit us. Weve been at this location several times, but I think is time to go to a different location. The only reason I give 2 ⭐ is because of the server. This was a memorable dining experience, but for all the wrong reasons!

This place has gross bathrooms. The service is super slow and disappointing. My daughter has a allergy to grains. She ordered the gluten sensitive meal. It took so long to get our food that my grand daughter fell asleep. When they did bring our food, my daughters plate had pasta on it. She asked for it to go since her daughter was asleep on her. They simply put a very small piece of steak with small strips of zucchini in a box. We paid $20 for 7 oz of food! No way will we ever be back to this place

I ordered soup and salad. It is not on the menu so the waitress had to guess at the price. She guessed correctly. The salad was not bad but not really good either. Quite a bit of brown and wilted pieces that to be set aside. The soup and salad were brought together which meant the soup was not hot by the time I finished my salad. The soup tasted fine, just a bit cold. The waitress was very nice, friendly and did a great job although seemed busy. It was a busy night because a lot of students in formal attire were filling the place up so that may account for some of it. Not really her fault. Also, this is the only restaurant I have ever been too where they have managers constantly walking around with head sets on barking out directions to the staff like air traffic controllers. I understand this is their process but it not very relaxing to have front of house people walking past your table yelling bus table 64, 32 is open, 17 is taking there time, 56 needs bussing..... Other restaurants have figured out how to do this more discreetly. Having the host up front yelling out guest names is not very relaxing either. You have pagers, use them. So, all in all: not bad but, also not the best. Hence 3 stars.

Been coming here since I was a kid 10+ years ago. Today I had the best waiter I’ve ever had here, or at possibly any restaurant ever. Kelly is the absolute best, this guy was on top of everything - even getting some extra sauce for my pasta after noticing the pasta-sauce ratio was a bit off, but really that’s a testament to his attention to detail and table side manner. I felt like he was pressuring me, so I just said to give me one.He kept checking on us a few more times in a span of 10 minutes, and I just took it as a sign that he wanted us to leave. I told me bf that I guess it was best to just finish my meal at home since apparently our server doesnt want us dining in anymore.We split the check and I reluctantly tipped him before going home extremely dissatisfied with our experience.Out of all of the restaurants Ive been to, Ive never once felt that sort of pressure to leave.When we got to the entrance, we knew the dinner rush hit and I figured he wanted us pushed out so more people can come in.I am very disappointed and got very offended with how he treated us. Keeping 5 stars because of my history with Olive Garden. This review will be for today 02/06/2021 during the pandemic. They had outdoor dining which is great. Problem is their seating capacity is more limited. I completely felt rushed the whole time. Like hurry up and eat so we can seat the next party. Food availability was limited too, which is understandable but unfortunate. Their breadsticks were super salty, I had to dust the excess off. I had dinner here and was somewhat let down. The cocktail I ordered was really good. The salad fresh, but when my meal came out, the lasagne was not layered, looked like it fell apart when they placed it on my plate, the parmesan chicken was over cooked and the fettuccini noodles were dry. The reason this happened was because they placed the whole plate in the oven to heat. How I know this is because when the waiter came out, he told me to be careful of the plate, it was very hot. He was right, I did touch it to turn the plate around, and sure enough it was very hot to touch. Another disappointment was the lasagne was a bit salty. I paid the price for this later that night when my hands and fingers were swollen. To top it off the next morning the scale let me know I was retaining water. I didnt complain, I just will not be visiting anytime soon. Its a shame California doesnt have Carrabbas. They would give Olive Garden a run for its money.

Enjoyable atmosphere and the friendly food and service you would expect from a family restaurant. Lunch time is fairly empty so makes for a more enjoyable experience than the crowded dinner services.

Food has greatly gone downhill - the service is still okay. The breadsticks are no longer warm and taste a bit stale. The salads are just 99 cents store lettuce with some other offerings like a bit of tomatoes and onions. This place is a sad place compared to what it was in its hayday.

I wish this had a six star rating system, as five star systems reveal absolutely nothing about a place, movie, Netflix, Etc. The first thing youll notice about this place is they push one craft beer and Budweiser. That pretty much tells you everything you need to know about the clientele. The horderves are really good, but the main courses were ho-hum. At $20 a plate I highly suggest you go to a real restaurant. The interior is less than underwhelming and we actually had to have our table moved, as there was a woman who was very loud and obnoxious. She typified some of the Shoppers youll see next door at Walmart, oh, well at least in a YouTube video. 2.5 stars is about right.

Came here for Valentines Day with my boyfriend. The restaurant is rather small inside and the tables are placed really close to each other. We ordered their famous octopus sad, and it is super good. The octopus is tender and juicy. I ordered the duck laguinne, which was rather on the plain side, but still delicious nevertheless. My boyfriend ordered the lasagna, which was my ultimate favorite. Super flavorful and delicious. Keep in mind these portions are all really small.

First let me say Michael is the best server there (Latino guy on duty around 11:am on weekdays). That dude is on point. He should be running that place and teaching the servers how to serve. This review is separate from him.Today Im posting because I dont understand this place. Eighty percent of the time Ill hit this place at 11:am sharp on my lunch break. No matter if the place is busy or dead there seems to be a 5 min holding time the hosts are pre-programed to tell you. Today I walked up to the host. Said hello, for 1 please, Im going to use the mens room (knowing there is going to be a 5 min holding) be right back. My return from the bathroom the host says Whats your name? I say William, thank you it will be about 5 mins. Chuckle to myself because its always 5 mins. Within 30 seconds someone grabs me and says follow me. They take me to the large dinner room in the back. Theres not one customer in this room. Im thinking score whoever has this room is probably waiting for a customer.Time passes and Im watching server after server walk in and out of the bar wondering, are they my server? To make a long story short ended up walking out after 10 mins. I know 10 mins isnt a lot of time but Im on my lunch, my work isnt going to care if the servers at Olive Garden were none responsive. Ended up eating down the street and will probably not be back to this location for a while.
