I enjoyed my visit at this location. I ordered the chicken scampi, and it was perfect. Nice hot and very flavorful. I especially enjoyed that they offered a little deal when you order one entree from the menu. They offer a few items for 6 dollars to go. I ordered the chicken Alfredo to go, and it was packaged in a microwavable container and was super awesome as a lunch for the next day. The best part of our dining experience was our waitress. She was very exceptional. She was informative, polite, swift, and very classy. She was especially kind to my daughters. As a parent, it warms my heart when my children are treated respectfully and kindly. I will definitely be back here.

The food is good although the dishes could use more seasoning and/or sauce. The Chicken & Gnocchi is the star here it’s delicious. The atmosphere is very quiet, not much going on. I gave service 1 star because they no longer offer Ubereats delivery and that’s usually how I ordered. Since I lacked transportation. The $100 minimum delivery order through their website screams GREED. I just wanted my soups. 😪

Loved this place with great service and fresh food, and they went fast on taking us to our table after they had a 45-minute. Wait, they took care of us as soon as possible. Our dishes are grilled salmon over angel-hair pasta with mushroom topping with sautéed shrimps 🍤, and my friends same except he order fettuccine Alfredo pasta, Yummy 😋. Ok, the only thing is if you take an older person, you have to stay on the first floor since you have to come downstairs to use the restroom 😉 .

This olive garden is a lovely 2-story establishment with beautiful decor and ambiance. We had a huge party, and the team of waiters and waitresses took excellent care of all of us and with smiles on their faces the whole time! The food was delicious, and they were very accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend!

Our server Zach was very sweet and helpful. And cute, in as least creepy a way as I can possibly be lolThe rest was Olive Garden. Bad hosts/hostesses, mediocre food (my spaghetti actually tasted like vomit. Im not exaggerating even a little bit. It tasted like someone threw up in my spaghetti. The chicken parm was good though lol.)Was a nice dinner though, made complete by our really great server. :-)

Our server was horrible. He was so rude and had an issue with the noise around our table. Made comments under his breathe. Completely ignorant and uneducated. Some of the children at our table are special needs and on the spectrum. He didnt seem to understand that and decided to talk to another olive garden staff about the level of noise. So disappointing, olive garden corporate should better train an individual about common sense customer service and professionalism towards all guests. This happened October 9th around 7 pm. Dont discriminate children with special needs, do better Olive Garden. Location is Arcadia, CA.

Erika a manager greeted me with Pro professionalism. We created a vent cover idea together her shes on her customer service a game. But my server Lindsey listened to my concern and immediately addressed it by informing Erika her manager. These employees have wonderful attitudes and good service. Im not a pasta eater but my family is and they usually enjoy the fettuccine and raviolis. I get the salad and soup deal for lunch. It comes with breadsticks too and it has oil and garlic. The little mint chocolate at the end of service is nice too. Friendly staff and quick servers.

Olive Garden has really gone a long way through the years! The service is fantastic here. Bryan will take great care of you! I hope youre fortunate enough to get his service. The food was served very quickly and efficiently. The presentation was awesome. The taste I think could be improved, but if youre not too picky and not too critical of Italian flavoring, then I think youll enjoy this place. They have great value for money as well as great digital menu ordering options. Olive Garden has implemented some really fascinating technology in their ordering and payment system. You can even split bills using an app here.

June 2022 - Too expensive for the quality of food and service.Food/Pricing - Seafood Alfredo, $22.49. Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, $21.79. Both tasted fine but for the price, theres better elsewhere. Both were slightly too oily for me.Service/Ambiance - The service left much to be desired. They questioned everything we requested. I came to eat, not to feel judged. Their tone wasnt professional and they spoke to every table like we were children. Server leans on walls and puts their leg up on the chair while speaking to customers at the table. They seemed to find it strange we wanted just hot water. Also that a party of 3 ordered 2 entrées and an alcoholic drink. They questioned that as well. I wasnt too hungry when I came to dine but I dont think its necessary for me to explain myself when I already stated wed be sharing.Server didnt provide plates for the salad and took awhile to provide us with some after we requested. They also poked at our bread basket with their finger to check if it was empty.Im not sure if they were trying to be funny throughout this experience but I certainly wasnt laughing.Will I be back? We live really close by but no I will not return. Times are tough so I still gave 20% tip but thatll be the last time.

I was pretty upset at seeing ppl that arrived after me being seated. I couldnt figure out what was happening.The waitress and waiter were super busy but attentive. There was even a time when things got hectic and confusing. The issue got resolved for that. Thank you for tuning a bad start into something good.

Got the soup chicken with gnocchi good stuff. Theres celery and carrot in that soup :) and the shrimp fettuccine alfredo was good the waiter was cool too he put cheese on our pastas yay! i ordered my pasta to come with mushrooms because shrimp alfredo they dont come with mushroom. The breadsticks go well with the soup and with the pasta. i did not finish my meal despite being real hungry. No complaints definitely enjoyed this place :)

We went on Sun Sept 10th. Reason for the 4 stars. I was disappointed with the appetizer. We got the lasagna fritta. Look like cook threw it together fast and didnt put enough sauce on bottom. Sent it back. Other than that our food was great. Our server Shawn very friendly, polite and on top of everything.

Hands down this is one of the best Olive Garden restaurants weve ever eaten at!! We arrived at the restaurant closer to closing, about 9:30 and even though it was close to closing time, the caliber of service and the quality of the food was wonderful. Rico is an amazing server; so kind and so nice and a chefs kiss to the chefs as our food was on point!! Well definitely be back!

This time I was more familiar and I enjoyed better the tastes.Usually is necessary yo wait 20 minutes to have a seat, but it worth.They assert to cook real recipes, but as Italian that is not totally true. They are adapted probably by the time to local tastes. But in overall the experience is very good.I will recommend to you the Fried stuffed Ziti.The famous breadsticks are really the thing that you will probably remind for a lot.Restrooms are clean. The staff in very kind. You feel very appreciated.Prices are medium. $$.Highly recommended

I went to have brunch with my nephew. He had the salmon and I had the soup salad and bread sticks. I love me their soup (minestrone), it was so fresh and hit the spot. My nephew loved the salmon. Hes usually not a veggie eater but the broccoli was the first thing he ate. I was actually surprised. Our server was so sweet and she kept checking in on us. Absolutely loved it.

I dont need to call her and we are tend to, like water refills, beeadstixks and soup, even before we call her.We ordered a special entree Portobello mushroom ravioli and it is so delicious. The chicken piccata is ample portion. The lasagna is a good portion size, a little small for me but not my wife maybe due to the special entree.The dessert is to die dor. Do not recommend because of the rude receptionist (Saturday evening around 7.30pm / March 27 2021). The guy tried to perform his dominance, importance and influence. Not the right person to welcome customers. All other staffers are welcome and friendly. We went to Olive Garden to celebrate my birthday. There were 5 of us. The wait was about 35 - 40 minutes wait. This was Friday at 1 p.m. (Easter vacation week). There were other large groups too.The server was courteous and polite. The wait for the drinks and food was very slow. When the food finally arrived, it was hot.By the time we left Olive Garden, we were full. I would recommend this place.

Im NOT big on going to such restaurants, especially with so many better tasting mom and pops places, but I will say the lasagna had the perfect about of ingredients (lunch size). I personally dislike a lot of sauce and well, it had the right amount.Also, the waiter spilled a drink on me. It happens no need to be a B about it. He kindly tried to make up for it with dessert (I refused, not into sweets), yet the manger did remove the charge for my dish.

I was confused because the menu was really small, maybe it is because they have a smaller one for lunch time or I had the wrong pamphlet. Most of the items were like $20 so I was shocked by that but the minimum wage is pretty high here. The food was smaller than I expected for a $20 plate but I do like the free refills on the soup and salads. Our waitress, had flawless customer service and was really helpful. The bowl for the salad was huge and the salad only filled a 1/4 of the bowl so I dont know why they use such a huge container. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was very good.

We came to dinner, and although the wait was quite long which we understood. Once we sat down to begin our Waiter/Server, I believe he said his name was Kenneth but went by Kenny was amazing. Immediately got us started with drinks and we even made my kids (ages 5 and 10) felt included as they ordered. He always checked in on us, made us laugh, started little conversations with us and brought our meals in a timely manner. It was definitely an amazing experience and worth the wait. My baby was asleep in her car seat and we werent allowed to sit at a booth as we had requested and waited over an hour for. Ive never had a issue with any other Olive Garden restaurant that did not allow me to place my baby in the booth with us. I was told that my baby posed a fire hazard if she sat beside me in the booth. The male hostess had the audacity to ask if we needed a sling for the car seat my baby was in. I would think that would be the least they could offer after the inconvenience or did he expect us to place her on the floor?

Had an excellent dinner tonight with Federico as our server. Its been awhile since I have been to an Olive Garden, and knowing how busy they can get, we made reservations. We were so glad we did, because there was at least 20 people waiting for a table when we arrived. We were immediately seated, which was wonderful. Even though Federico was very busy, he provided excellent service! Our food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the Lasagne Fritta Appetizer- YUMMY. I think Olive Garden does amazingly well with offering delicious food at reasonable prices. I always enjoy the ambience, which includes the Italian background music. There was someone celebrating a birthday at an adjacent table, and all the wait staff sang Happy Birthday, and delivered a birthday dessert. MOLTO BENE

Went to celebrate my daughters Birthday. Placed our order, my Mom ordered an appetizer as her meal. Waitress even asked if she wanted it to come out with everyone elses meal and my Mom said yes and it came out first. Waited 40 mins for the soups to come out and then the meals came out 10 mins later amd you could tell they had been waiting under the heat lamp. My daughters pasta was wilting at the ends and very hard, she didnt even want to eat the fries because they were old which says a lot when a kid passes on fries. Other pastas that were cream based didnt even move on the plate. Hot fresh pasta should slide on your plate. Had to call a manager who took the food back and said hed bring out new ones in 10mins and offer dessert and family discount. After waiting 20 mins my brothers first bite came with a nice long hair. Had to call the manager again who offered to make another plate. My brother declined and decided he wasnt meant to eat. Once we got the bill we were charged for desserts and my brothers meal that included the hair. Had to go talk with the manager to straighten the bill out. Wasted 3hours of our lives.

April 7, 2023:Have not visited in a few years due to poor service experience. My mom wanted to go here for her birthday. It does not seem the standards of cleanliness has changed much since my previous visit. The one brought to us should have been cleaned before we were handed it. The seat had dried liquid and food all over it. We asked for a towel to clean it.The hostess who seated us and brought us the booster seat placed it on the table. It was very disgusting to look at... on the table. It took her about two minutes to bring us a dry napkin to clean it. Seriously. A dry napkin to clean it? You would think with three hostesses working the front, one of them could have cleaned the booster chairs. We ended up using the baby wipes we brought with us to clean it and hoped the rest of our experience would be more pleasant.The food presentation was not any better. Two of the dishes our table ordered were the same dish. Unfortunately the presentation was not the same - the meals were served on two different looking plates. One order had overcooked noodles. The other plate looked great. Food is always salty tasting - expected when you have a lot of cheese in the meals.Our waitress seemed like she did not want to be there as well. Maybe she had an off day or other things on her mind, but she did minimal speaking with us.

This location appears old, musky, and something that has not been cleaned in over 20 years. The rugs have food stains and crumbs, the furniture is oily and stained and the place has a funky smell.Even though they claim to be an authentic Italian restaurant they are far from one. I visited this location after a while and I was surprised (Not pleasantly of course). Their never-ending bread or salad is only for people who order an entrée. If you have multiple people in the group and one of them happens to be elderly who wants to order something small, too bad for you. They make you pay either $8 for the one person in a group of 8-10 people who do not want to order an entrée or they can’t have the salad or beard. The food portions are reducing by day and the prices are increasing by the hour. Even though it is not authentic the food tastes good. The staff is somewhat friendly.Downsides are prices, portions, you can’t make reservations at some locations, and the general appearance of the location.

I very much like this Monrovia location due to the fact that it has 2 levels. I always request dining on the 2nd level, if its available. Dont ask me why but perhaps its the lighting. I feel it has a more calming affect on me as opposed to the lighting on the first level. The staff at this location are very friendly and accommodating. I never have a bad experience here with the service. They dont hover but check-in at just the right intervals during the meal. I dislike having to flag down a server in a restaurant. So glad it doesnt happen here. The food is great and you cant beat the buy one take one deal. I also enjoy the wine tasting as soon as youre seated. Nice way to begin the dining experience. The 4 stars is due to the timing the main meal is served. It sat for a time while finishing up the salad and appetizer. It had cooled down considerably by the time I was ready to enjoy the lovely dish. I like my meal hot. Thats the only complaint I have.

This olive garden really helped me a lot. My parents took my kid brother out for his ninth birthday, to this olive garden and things did not go so well. First, my parents had a drunken domestic spat in the parking lot to the great embarrassment of me and my siblings. Luckily, we were able to navigate those waters long enough to get seated. Obviously, the table was a powder keg ready to explode but thanks to the utmost patient, caring, and courteous wait staff we were still able to enjoy our dinner with our many many speed bumps and hurdles. The waitress, provided great service constantly checking on our table and even sung happy birthday for my brother the undoubtedly highlight of the night. The place is small and quaint. Its been there for some time and a fixture in Arcadia. I went there because my son wanted to go there in celebration for his graduation. The employees restroom worked and they couldve directed everyone to these but failed to do so. It would have been much better if the meat sauce was more moist and the macaroni had a creamy cheese sauce and not a dry crust of baked cheese. The salad was also super light on the dressing and we asked for more dressing which we received.The staff and service were actually great and the upstairs seating was super convenient for large parties.

We had a great night dining in at the Arcadia Olive Garden. We used the Olive Garden app (Waitlist) to checkin early. Waited only around 15 min to be seated. The plates we ordered and dessert were delicious. Our waiter was great and the Manager was also. We recommend everyone to visit the Arcadia Olive Garden.

Slow service! Took 5 minutes to take our drink orders then another almost 10 minutes to receive our drinks just coffee and fountain drinks. Then two tables that were seated after we placed our food order received their food first. The flavor and temp of food was good but service left experience unsatisfying.

Ask for the bartender who makes the most delicious dirty martini. I do not normally choose to eat at yhe bar in restaurants but I do at Olive Garden in Arcadia because the service is extra extraordinary at the bar compared to what you get from the waiters when you sit at a table with all the other patrons. I dont know why that is either but it has been my experience not once but twice .

The service was okay. We got there at 12 today (Sunday). We ordered our food and our soup had almost nothing in it, very very small portion so I requested more soup as they gave me very little and they were taking long with our food. My second portion of soup never came and my food was served 40 mins into the dine in, mind you it was not busy. The food was okay, kind of cold. The sauce I ordered for my kids spaghetti was wrong. The restroom had no napkins, seat covers, toilet paper. When I told the workers they stated well did you check the dispenser? It was empty ofcoarse I checked it. I felt I paid for unsatisfying food. Also when I asked for my check it took another 25 mins to come back to me. I only gave them 2 stars because other times I have gone I received better customer service. I think my waiter may have been new I’m not so sure.
