Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Redding

Too much wait time for some average food. Food quantity is good for the price. Mushroom white sauce pasta was good, 5 cheese pasta and gnocchi soup was only okay. Service was really good.

Great place to go for Italian food and drinks in Redding. The eggplant Parmesan was top notch along with the spinach artichoke dip and some signature cocktails. The soup however has a lot of potatoes. The server was friendly and informative regarding places to check out around. Clean area and restrooms. Would recommend it. Plenty of parking.

I like chicken gnocchi soup and anything with shrimps 🙂 I had raspberry limonade and it was refreshing. employees are very nice and helpful.

Absolutely perfect. It wasnt busy so it was quiet. The food was great. Service was on top of it. The pay at your table kiosk was ok, it was a little finicky with my card but my card is about 3 years old. I had the Ravioli Carbonara with Chicken Fritta. My wife had the Seafood Alfredo. Both really good.

I ordered take-out because I was on the road and trying to stick to a schedule. The person on the phone mentioned it would be ready in 30 minutes which lined up perfectly with my arrival time to the restaurant.When I walked in they said it was just about ready and would only take two more minutes-- then I waited. And waited. And waited. At the 20 minute-mark, and with TWO employees loafing around at the take-out station, another employee comes up and mentions a ton of orders are ready, but theyve just been sitting around. Two more employees from the front desk sporadically check in on me, but not my order.A fifth employee comes up with baskets full of food and gets out the order of someone who showed up long after me, and then starts packing my food.Almost 30 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, I finally get my food and go. The fettuccine was cold and dry, if I had to guess, Id assume it was sitting out on a counter for about 30 minutes.This has encouraged me to never return to ANY Olive Garden restaurants, and of course, share their failings with the public.

15 to 20 minute wait for a table on a Sunday night is not bad at all. Very clean restaurant. Great service friendly staff amazing drinks. Not a bad price for dinner for two with drinks. Wish I could remember the name of our waitress she made the dinner even better with her personality. Hands down best waitress weve ever had! (Redding,CA) location. Even got a complimentary birthday dessert for my love! Definitely recommend this place.

We always come here for unlimited salads and soup. Everything were good and delicious, but some how service was slow for refilling our water and service. Maybe due to new employees.

Cheyanne was our server this afternoon. She greeted us with a smile and was very excited to help us. We never wondered where our food was or had an empty beverage. She was very attentive and always asking if we were doing ok. We love coming here but today we definitely got the best server in the restaurant. Thank you Cheyenne for going above and beyond.

Ive eaten here for decades. Prices are still reasonable, the food is very good, the endless soup and salad is always a favorite. The wait staff is usually very friendly. The ambience is not to be compared to a more expensive Italian restaurant somewhere, like Italy, where I like to go. But I would say its pretty much as good as it can get and still serve a wide spectrum of the general public well, which it does.

Crystal was a breath of fresh air! She was very attentive and fabulous at her job! It has been a very long time since I have had anyone provide such incredible service 🥰 thank you Crystal for restoring my hope in the food industry
