Huge place, ALWAYS crowded, but great service most of the time! Salad and breadsticks do not disappoint. Serving sizes are generous, asked for a to-go box and the waitress added fresh breadsticks knowing we loved them! Now that’s “going the extra mile”!

Long wait time. 30 minutes to an hour and a half wait. The food was good. I ordered the 5 cheese ziti al Forno with chicken. The pasta itself was delicious, but for some reason, the chicken was not very good. However, the unlimited chicken & gnocchi soup is always a winner! The service was very subpar compared to all the other times Ive been here.

Great experiences in the service industry by far are not the normal things to be expected. But this olive garden 😍 is exceptional in service .The atmosphere was relaxing, pleasant, and very welcoming . My wife and I were greeted by 4 different servers as we walked from the reception area to our table. Let just say that I spent 35 years in the service industry, and I know a genuine greeting, so my complaints to this establishment for creating a great working environment for their employees 😀 and it shows. As I was heading to the restroom, I saw 4 more employees, and were all smiles and seem happy to be at work. Im saying all this because we all have been to establishments where the workers are there doing a job and a poor job at it too. I highly recommend this olive garden restaurant 😋 😍 👌. The food was delicious and came out fast also .

Unlimited soup and salad was great! Chicken gnocchi soup was sooooo good! Our chicken fettuccine and spaghetti and meatballs were great.Staff was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back but maybe only get the soup and salad because we got full on that by the time we got our entrees lol

This is by far the best Olive Garden in the Inland Empire. We can to celebrate my Sisters Birthday. Our server was Luis. He was amazing. Our party size had a lot of unique needs and he responded well to our table. He needs a raise and I will recommend him for repeat guest. He is the reason I willBe returning.

So my sister and I had lunch here today and I must say it was a good experience all around. The greeter at the front was friendly and very prompt. Our waitress was just amazing, I will add her name when I get it. The food was delicious. I dont think I can say enough nice things about the experience. I will have to say the manager of this Olive garden knows what they are doing. Went back and its still really good.

The wife and I took our motorcycles out for a date ride. She had been wanting to go to OGs. We both ordered the soup salad and sticks. We ordered the calamari for an app. The food was good and servers were doing their best. The problem was the temperature inside. It was hot! The kitchen was slow and the surrounding customers at the bar were grumpy about their delayed orders. So the combined average drops a bit. I would try going back though.

Was going as a group, was originally told 30 min, then after asking when we weren’t seated, we were told an hour, then after asking again later, an hour and a half. Then after waiting almost two hours, we asked a fourth time and were told we still had 40 minutes. This whole time we tried to be as polite as possible and patiently waited but after asking the fourth time, we finally requested to speak to the manager. After talking with his staff, he proceeded to tell us that we shouldn’t be disrespecting the staff and cussing at them even though this whole time we kept a calm demeanor and never insulted or cussed anyone once. He then said we would have to wait until a family left and at that point we decided to leave. Half and hour later we get a notification that our table is ready.TLDR;Half an hour kept getting postponed into two and a half hours, and we were falsely accused of being disrespectful and told off. You be the judge.

I’ve never ever experienced such a horrible experience with a restaurant before. First I walk in and all their young staff are standing laughing with their phones out. I ask how long is the wait for 13 people she says 30 minutes so I say okay perfect and then she says no it’s going to be an hour to and hour and a half wait. We said it’s okay since everyone was there. Keep in mind she’s saying all of this with the worst attitude and no customer service what so ever. We wait the hour and a half and we ask them how long do we have left they say 40 minutes so we ask to speak to a manger and he said he’ll figure it out. He came out and told us that the timing they gave us was not accurate. And that he was going to try to find a table within the next 15 minutes for us. And he goes. and he goes and talks to his staff and they lie saying that we cussed them out and was disrespectful to them. So he comes and tells us that he was gonna find us a table and that he will be helping during our visit. At that point we were really upset not only because at this point we waited over 2 hours but it was because they lied to they’re manger. That’s not a place we went to give our service and our money too. TRAIN YOURE STAFF BETTER. Never come here!!!!

We came here on a Friday afternoon it was surprisingly not busy at all. We were seated right away. We got two appetizers and two entrees. We got the calamari and fried shrimp for appetizers. They are both surprisingly good. We got the tour of Italy and the chicken and shrimp carbonara for entrees. They are very good as well. The server was very nice and very patient with us. We havent been in Olive garden for a long time so she really helped us out. The overall experience was good. I definitely recommend coming here.

Food has a great taste here. I ordered the shrimp scampi and the flavor was just great (it tastes way better with cheese on top of it). The kids pizza is a pretty good size and with good flavor for the little ones. Friendly staff. Big suggestion make sure you leave room for a slice of Tiramisu

This location is best in San Bernardino area. The wait time is around 25-30 min on weekends. They have plenty of friendly staff and you don’t have to wait long for your food. The manager really takes good care of you. Overall it was great experience. I always prefer this location.

The food here, especially the bread, was amazing. The waiter was a little bit too much insistent on us trying some of the wine but that didn’t ruin our visit here. The food didn’t take long to arrive, about 20-30 minutes. I had spaghetti with added grilled chicken, it needed a little salt but other than that, it was really good. The chicken alfredo was also good but I still think the bread was the best thing here.

We wish this location would become Hell’s Kitchen, Hard Rock Cafe or even a BJ’s or some other upbeat type of restaurant cause this is not it! There’s no car chargers or Valet parking . Service from front hostess was horrible. Walked in for dinner for 2 was told 5 to 10 min wait, ok no problem. One couple walks in gets told the same and they wait another same thing. First couple gets seated before us then second couple gets seated before us then another 2 groups get seated before us. So our 10 min wait was now 20 and still waiting with no acknowledgement from the hostess to inform us that she is trying to get a table or anything. So we just walked out and left and took my business elsewhere. This is the 2nd time going here and its the 2nd let down. There Wont be a 3rd time thats for sure.

Wow!! The staff here is awesome! They truly deserve 5+⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ We were welcomed & seated right away. The waitress was helpful with menu suggestions & didnt make us feel rushed even though the dining room was nearly full. Several waiters & the manager Craig stopped by our table to check on us. This is by far the friendliest Olive Garden we have ever dined in. Better still, the leftovers were delicious the next day. Its worth the drive for us to come back here rather than our local.

Let me start off by saying David and Nicole were awesome waiters! They made this 3 star rating! Now, the reason I gave them 3 stars is because the booths we were put in were dirty. What do I mean? Theyre dirty as in stained. It grossed me out. Our food took forever to come out and it wasnt so hot. The wait was not bad. Overall pretty good place to eat.

Our party of 10 arrived at this location on a Tuesday evening. We were given a wait time of :90 minutes! I would of guessed the wait time would have been a lot less being that it was a weekday. Although we did notice there were a lot of empty tables, so maybe they were understaffed.Vanessa our waitress came right over and introduced herself, along with another waiter (wish I remembered his name), who was going to be assisting her. They were on top of it the whole night.For starters we ordered the artichoke fritti (comes with chips). It was warm and very tasty. For the main course I ordered the chicken & shrimp carbonara. It did not disappoint. It comes with sautéed chicken, shrimp and bucatini pasta. The pasta is tossed in a creamy carbonara sauce, with bacon and roasted red peppers. Each mouthful was creamy and tasty. It had two chicken patties and quite a bit of shrimp.For dessert we ordered zeppoli, which are Italian doughnuts dusted with powdered sugar. They come with chocolate sauce and whip cream for dipping. My goodness they are amazing!Kuddos to the waiters and the kitchen. Our family was very pleased with the food and service. Looking forward to our next visit.

I called to place an order to go and did not have a pleasant experience with the to go order taker. However, the manager Steve was able to turn all that around. He assisted me by taking my order and was very professional. He expressed empathy and even personally brought my the order out to me curbside to apologize for the inconvenience. Sadly things have changed in the food service industry with staffing so I try to take that into account before I leave a bad review. However, this place alwaseems to have at least 4-5 workers (hostesses? Waiters? Management?) lingering around the hostess stand. What are all these employees doing other than their job? Food is normally fast but it normally takes a while before a waiter initially comes to take any kind of order. Food is mediocre at best these days especially since prices just keep going up. The cherry on top seems to be that every employee that works there seems absolutely miserable. Dont know if its a terrible place to work or if they really are a group of unhappy young adults.

Communication in the establishment is incredibly poor. At around 5:20pm, I put my name down for a party of 8 and was quoted 2 hrs and 40 minutes which was totally understandable for the amount of people they had at the restaurant. I left the location and was approximately 12 minutes away from the location. After an hour they texted me that my table was ready. I called to ask if they were able to accommodate the wait it would take me to get there and the manager Josie Duron said they would check for me. She put me on hold for 43 minutes and then proceeded to tell me they weren’t able to because it had been 30 minutes past the initial time my table was ready. When I spoke with Josie, she was incredibly rude and condescending and told me that she had forgotten she was placed me on hold and that they were just so busy.

We had a party of 8 for a graduation celebration. After being seated it took almost 15-20 minutes before anyone came to our table to get our drink order - we had to ask for everything twice because they kept forgetting xtra napkins, our drinks etc. I ordered the Tour of Italy which looked nothing like the picture and more like a tv dinner. Everyone else in our party was disappointed with quality of the food. This is not the Olive Garden I remember from past years. I’m surprised at the other positive reviews because our experience there was so bad all around. I sincerely hope you guys do better because it felt like such a rip off

I was really excited to try out this new location, as its close to home, but was sadly let down. The food was good but the service was terrible. My mother brought me here for an early birthday dinner and the wait was only 20 min, no biggie we waited. After about 20 min my mom realized two groups who came in after us got seated. She told the host and we got seated immediately. Turns out we got skipped on whatever, list they go by. Once seated the server came over and greeted us and was really nice and gave us a sample of wine. We placed our order and waited for our food. It took awhile for her to bring the unlimited salad and bread. While we ate that she come back to our table looking confused and says, They didnt bring your entrees? Your food was already done someone was suppose to bring it out. She then walks back to the kitchen...again we were forgotten. When she finally brought our food we asked for more salad and a glass of water. She said, no problem and walked away. We didnt see the waitress again for quite awhile and she never brought us the water or salad. Completely forgotten a third time. When she came by again she explained she had to step out because she felt hot and needed fresh air. So I dont understand, why another server couldnt check on us if she was feeling under the weather?? We were then ready to pay at this point and she took our payment and walked away again. A few minutes later she came out and served the table behind us some drinks and walked to the back. We sat there for about 10 more min and she still never returned with our change. Beyond irritated at this point we just got up and left. So she got more of an extra $$$ tip then what was deserved. Even as we were leaving none of the 4 workers up front said a thing. Not sure if I will come back here in the future...they really need to work on their people skills.

The food was great the waiter Emmanuel B I believe brought us our food with no utensils we had to ask for everything and it all took at least 10 minutes for just straws then utensils then boxes then bread sticks and even the check . The food was delicious, but the host and waitress were rude.When we first walked in, the host made eye contact with us, then turned his head and started talking to the other hostess. We had to wait for his petty little conversation to be finished before he even asked how many in our party.Next, the waitress. She was nonexistent. Took a long time to get our breadsticks and drinks. We asked for more drinks, and she never brought them. The whole experience was pretty terrible. Sat at the bar while I waited for a table to be ready. The bar area smelled horrid and bartenders were rude. Its almost like they had a rule about not talking or making eye contact with the people they are serving. When I was served my drink the Bartender slid the drink in front of me and it spilled some of the overflow. He never said a word or tried to clean it up. I had to reach over the bat to grab my own straw and napkins to clean it up. He never said a word to me the entire time I was at the bar nor did he make eye contact. The staff was loud and talked amongst themselves but never checked on anyone at the bar other than the one bartender who made lewd comments at a womans husband about how handsome he was. Once I was seated I noticed how filthy the glasses and dishes were. Had to have them replace the majority of them. Our server was actually very kind and attentive compared to the other staff working and food was good. But considering how dirty this place is and the fact that most of the staff are so disrespectful I will never be going back.

Only got worse from their. No refills for extended periods of time, no bread refills because of kitchen issues, couldnt even enjoy the extra charge dipping sauce for the bread. Omg! First time an olive garden really disappointed.We were a group of 15. We arrived at 615pm to save a spot because they dont take reservations. Will never go back to Rialto location. I’ve dined there quite a few times and each time it gets worse. I just went 2 weeks ago for lunch and spoke with asst manager, explaining how every time I visit, the silverware is dirty. Wine glasses are also never cleaned properly. We were already ready to order food when she came to take our drink order. When drinks arrive, I requested napkins & eating utensils. We never received eating utensils, napkins, nor salad, bread sticks nor soup as we waited. We received our entrees first and still had to wait for soup and salad and bread. Our entrees had a soup spoon on each of our plates. We eat pasta noodles with a fork, not soup spoons. Spoons had specks of dried food on them as if it was rinsed and dried. Not washed properly. I went to bar to ask for to-go utensils and napkins. At that point, our waitress still hadn’t returned and I was fed up. Once she walked by, I asked her to bring me a bag so i can take food to go. Service was horrible! I didn’t even feel comfortable eating my food because I was unsure if my food was sat on a dirty plate or not, since utensils and wine glasses seem to always be dirty. I am So disgusted and disappointed at this place. I love Olive Garden! We Finally got one closer to our house and it’s trash! I recommend any other location. At first I thought it was just me, but clearly I’m not the only one who’ve experienced this nonsense, based on other reviews I read. We left Tucson mid-morning and had skipped lunch, so we were famished when we arrived at the Olive Garden. I hadn’t eaten in an OG for several years. We had a brief wait for a table, so we went to the bar for a drink. Delightful and efficient bar staff - in spite of not having any bitters for a Perfect Manhattan (LOL). Once seated at our table, our server David proved to be an efficient and knowledgeable waiter. Food was delicious and arrived in a timely fashion. Very impressed with the number of times wait staff checked to make sure we were satisfied with our meal or needed refills of drinks or additional food items. Overall, a very satisfying experience. We were soon on our way for the final one-hour drive home.

Incredibly disappointed... went to celebrate with a party of six. Waited for almost an hour to get in. Sat for almost two hours to be served by 3 different people but our assigned server was Omar. He never refilled or drinks, only brought one bowl of salad and when we asked for more, was annoyed. He took most of our salad plates and silverware, when we asked for more salad as our dinner was taking a while to arrive, he brought another bowl but forgot to bring plates. When we asked for the plates and more cheese. He brought hot plates and never returned with the cheese. A different server brought the silverware. He ignored us for the most part, I had to call to him 3 times. The worst was that, I asked six times for bread sticks and never saw them. When I reminded him the sixth time, he brought the check back with him- hint... then he said to me, they are in the oven, youll have to wait. As if two hours was not enough of a wait! So much for unlimited breadsticks... we never got one, let alone unlimited. There was no communication or explanation. You would think given a check over $200, for 6 dinners, two appetizers, and six drinks that we would have been treated with common courtesy and respect. We werent, Omar was terrible and our experience at this restaurant was deplorable.

I have been to this olive garden alot it is one of my favorites I like the location and its clean. This location also allows you to join the waitlist from the app whichis great!. Today I took my kids and was very disappointed. The hostess went to seat us at a table that had dirty dishes and dirty table 😳 I asked her if we could sit at a Clean she informed me that the table was clean they just left the dirty dishes. I was not happy and she could tell she then offered to wipe the table. Then the waitress who was taking orders for the table told the hostess that she was leaving and didnt want us to sit because she was going to get in trouble for not clocking out on time. I heard the conversation and had my kids and I wait for another table while we stood there waiting the hostess came over to tell me the table was clean so we walked over to the table and waited. The waitress seemed irritated, my son said why are they having us sit here if she is going to be rude the whole experience was not pleasant and the waitress was not pleasant until we were leaving 😒. I really hope the next time we go its a better experience.

I had not been to an Olive Garden for about 4 years. My last time really made me feel the place lost its appeal. Today we decided to go to this newly opened one since we live close by. Though they arent fully staffed the service was constant but not over bearing. The food was hot yet cooked on point. The place was clean not just because its new but you can tell someone just passed by with a broom or a mop within 24 hours. I cant say how much this experience reminded me of when Olive Garden first opened those many years ago. It felt like all of the old nostalgia had returned. I hope the management there knows they and their staff are doing it right and if they continue this place will be the go to a this location. 👌

The staff that attended my husband and I was great but my biggest complaint has to be the wait time. I understand that we are currently in a pandemic and therefore restaurants are not at full capacity but it took a very long time for our server to acknowledge us and an even longer time to get our food. We have missed food we have received someone else’s food and we have received food quality that is absolutely horrendous. Tonight for example we ordered $100 worth of food and we weren’t given two meals and one of our kids meals had spaghetti poured all over the chicken. No idea how that happened. So we took it back to the restaurant and all we got was sorry. No compensation nothing from the manager no recognition of the messing up at all. This is on par with the quality that you’re going to get at this restaurant. It’s an absolute disaster. The workers here don’t care the management here doesn’t care there is no quality assurance or quality inspection. I don’t even think they have a head chef because if they did the food quality would not be going out to the customers the way that it is.

We have a list of things that dont happen anymore at the Olive Garden. Waitress dont bring silverware, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar. My husband and I have ordered several times before for curbside pick up but this time was just not acceptable. I ordered my food online and was to pick up at 6:20. I arrived and checked in per their email. We waited for about 20 minutes. A car pulled up next to us and a person delivered food to them and they drove off. So I called and asked about my order and the girl I spoke to was polite and seemed surprised I was calling. She did someone would be right out to see me. This is our second time going to Olive Garden and it was an absolutely delightful experience indeed! We went on a Friday afternoon and as expected the place is pretty packed but we managed to get a table right away despite the restaurant capacity still being kept to 50% due to the current health crisis.Our server was absolutely friendly throughout. Ordered the seafood Alfredo and a chicken scampi for the wife. The food has never let us down and this was no exception. crisis. Service wasnt slow at all despite the place being almost full at their capacity. Even though Olive Garden is a chain of restaurants, their quality of food is being kept to the highest standards. Me and the wife would definitely come back here in the future to satisfy our Italian food cravings.

Bad experience for to go order. My partner ordered us food to go that would be ready by 9 I arrived by 9:05 and had to park off to the side due to the place being packed. I see the waitress going to other cars not coming up to mine so I decide to call they put me on hold for 20 minutes. 10 minutes later I finally get my food. Stale bread sticks and both salads that come with the order hardly had loose lettuce rather three big butts of lettuce just thrown in there and on top of that we always ask no olives due to me being allergic and the salads has olives. Pasta was overall good which is why I rated it a 2 star and not a 1 star.

We went yesterday for my sons bday and they said the wait would be 1 hr 40 min there were 8 of us. Once we got to 1 hr and 30 min I went to check and they said they had to clean some tables but the wait time kept changing and we went snd told them why the time kept changing then they told us the tables were ready. They said they couldnt sit us together because they could only sit 6 at one table when I called the location in Ontario mills they said they could sit us all together but wait time was longer so we decided to wait at this location. We didnt have a great experience with the receptionist but I can say our waiter definitely made up for it. She was very attentive that I forgot about the bad experience we had with the wait time.

First of all, I have been to Italy. I know my ways around a noodle. This olive garden is a poor excuse to represent the Italian culture. It is a disgrace that they serve the chicken and gnocchi soup to the public, the consistency was rancid. The salad was limp. I had such mediocre hopes since this is just an olive garden, but mediocracy would be a compliment. I wish I ate something mediocre. What I ate was pitiful. I walked away feeling wronged, as if I made a mistake by choosing this place. I did. The service staff was very nice and they are the only thing that made this place redeemable. So I took my wife and son to eat here yesterday and the only problem which I think is the biggest problem we experienced here is how incredibly dirty the dishes, utensil and cups were. I think with how serious the issue with covid is they should be scrubbing, rinsing and sanitizing everything. That way when they bring out our wine glasses, salad dishes and utensils they dont have food on them from the previous person that used them. That is beyond gross.I brought it up to my waiter and she tried to bring me clean cups ext but they all had spots, food and nasty grim in them. How could lower end restaurant eliminate this problem by giving you new cups, forks, spoons, knives and plates but a restaurant like Olive Garden that is supposed to be more higher end than them give you dirty dishes? I dont get it. We really did not enjoy our meals and experience this time. Did not finish our food, drinks and wine. I am also in the food industry and would be beyond embarrassed to serve my customers on dirty dishes. This really made us not want to return. Olive Graden same on you, you should really be embarrassed of putting dishes in a dish washer and not making sure there spot less and no food of course on them before serving your customers.

We checked in to their waitlist and we waited for more than an hour. We decided to talk to the lady at the front to see the status. Their website said we were 6th in line. However, the lady at the front did not try to hear us out. She said our 10 min grace period was over? When we had never gotten a “your table is ready” notification. So she checked us in again, and said to wait another hour. This is unprofessional. I expect employees to know the system but apparently staff is poorly trained. This happened on 4/2/22 at 6:40pm. First and foremost I called and place a to go order. I got there and they got it wrong. I asked them to correct it. They did without an issue but then had to wait another 10 minutes. Now since they had to correct some of the food everything was barely warm. They also did not provide us with any bread sticks. I only live about 5 minutes away. So clearly it wasnt the drive home that cooled it down. Just ridiculous. Very frustrating. We had a great experience at this Olive Garden. It’s been a while since I’ve been to one and was very pleased. My mushroom tortellini tasted amazing, my husbands chicken Alfredo looked good and tasted just as it looked! I had a margarita and the drink was delicious. The service here is EXCELLENT! Today I had a server named Isabella and she did an amazing job with my party. She made everyone feel really welcomed and made the process really easy and friendly. Afterwards I felt like she deserved the biggest tip ever and so our party made sure we tipped her. I ordered the fettuccine with no chicken and it was really good too! My family and I give this New Rialto location 4.5 🌟. Definitely room for Improvement. You guys did a great job considering today was the first day you guys actually served the public. The bread was Hot and the salad was delicious. Both perfectly👌made. My Salmon was really well cooked and perfectly seasoned. The Peach Tea my wife and I both ordered was really bland. I had to ask for a extra cup of syrup to make the drink really taste the way it should have been made for myself and my wife. And the most important thing was missing at the end of our visit. Your Iconic Chocolate Mints werent offered to us so the kids left bummed out. Its not like they needed them, but its all in the details and theyve come to expect your Iconic Chocolates when visiting Olive Garden. Over all we left Satisfied and Full.
