The lamb skewers were phenomenal. We also ordered orange chicken that was better than anything else Ive tried. The hot and sour soup was also delicious. Everything hit the spot!

2022-12-21 06:17:46I loved the food. It was fresh, slightly more expensive than other places selling a similar dish, but it does taste fresh. The only con is that they didnt have the fresh noodles and it wasnt that late. They offer a buffet option which I cant wait to try.

2022-01-09 03:34:02Excellent halal Chinese/Ughyur food. Weve eaten here 3x now and each time was excellent. If you are dining in, the seating is very minimal so a big party should call ahead. The staff is super kind and works hard to make sure you enjoy your experience. If you arrive early, order the hand pulled noodles, very different than any pad Thai or other noodle youve had. Authentically Ughyur. Everything we ate was delicious and came out relatively quick. Will definitely be back.

2022-10-24 06:47:16This restaurant is very authentic and reminiscent of my childhood in Shanghai and visits to Xinjiang (Urumqi and Kashgar). The traditional Uyghar dishes were amazing, so flavorful. The Big Plate Chicken is a must try for your first time, but make sure you order in advance, takes 30 mins. Lamb is a staple in Xinjiang and the chef does an excellent job, not too gamey. The owners are very friendly and even speaks Mandarin. The Uyghar dishes are a must-try but they also do a great job with dishes originating from other regions in China.

2023-01-17 21:42:38We lovvvvved this restaurant and its recipes. We have been long-time customers of another Halal Chinese Restaurant In Anaheim, CA but for a change, we visited Omars Kitchen on my Birthday and since then, it is our GoTo. So far we have tried Hot &Sour Soup, Lamb Kabobs, Mongolian Beef, 3 flavors ChowMein, Black Pepper Beef, Hot &Sour Shrimp, Schezwan Beef and Paratha/ flatbread but every recipe is unique😍😍😍😍. We also had the pleasure of learning so much from The host/owner who has a vast knowledge of the Uyghur Turk-based Nation and the restaurant has precious artifacts representing their culture pleasing to the eyes!! The restaurant is kept very neat and clean. I recommend everyone encourage Omars Kitchen by giving their business to this local eatery during post Pandemic striving times!!!!

2022-11-25 18:07:37I highly recommend this place for Chinese food. Its fresh, tasty, light and most of all not super greasy. Its also Halal. Google the meaning. Its not cheap when compared to other subpar places, but its worth it. They do have a Lunch Special. They have hand-made noodles dishes and lamb with a 30 minute wait. Pictured is American Chinese 😉 and yes, we like rice. They do have authentic dishes.

2018-12-29 03:31:10Our favorite Uyghur restaurant! They have just reopened the restaurant after remodelling and expanding it. Very classy ambience now. This family owned restaurant is highly recommended for its warm hospitality and great food. We love their black pepper beef, shrimp fried rice and fried tofu. Tried their meat pie but I personally find the lamb flavor too strong. But my son loves it.
