I enjoyed my first time at OMGrill staff was nice and the food came out fast. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl. It was pretty good. No complaints. If you are looking for a fast and convenient lunch with great value OMGrill is a good place to check out.

This was the best thing to come to such a funky location. Worth going to. Chicken seems to be the better choice for all dishes IMHO. Was there for grand opening, asked for them to get brown rice, they did.Chimichurri plate is outta this world, healthy eats at great prices. OMGrill is my lunchtime staple. Their dressing could be sold if he wanted to. I know I get extra dressing for all my orders just to have some with my salads at home. Would wonder why anyone would order a burger here with In-N-Out up the street. They have cut back on their portions since opening and have more rice to fill the gap, but still very good food for the price.

OMGrill offered an interesting fusion palette. They had Latin flavors, as well as some Asian influence over traditional American dishes like burgers and salads. I got the beef dish and it was very flavorful but just a little dry for my taste.

The absolute bomb teriyaki chicken bowl or plate I know of in the entire valley! The secret is their signature teriyaki sauce. Its so good and original, you can purchase the sauce by Its if you want (if rhey still have that option)!

I used to love this place but now they charge extra for veggies that used to come with the teryaki chicken bowl. Now, they charge per sauce instead of it being free. Sauce doesnt taste the same. They also messed up and gave spicy sauce instead of ginger that we paid extra money for. That would not have happened if it was free like it used to be and self-serve like it used to be. Everything got way more expensive but less quality. What I liked about this place is gone. Oh well.

A family-owned business that offers both Japanese and South American dishes! EVERYTHING Ive tried so far is fantastic, and a great go-to place for catering. No, I dont own the place- I discovered it when it was newly opened and have always enjoyed great food since!

They are so close to having line out the door food. But a prices are a few bucks higher than they should be and using a cheap nasty oil in their sauce the value for the dollar is sorely lacking. The place is a bit slow during dinner hour. Been driving by it for like a decade finally stopped in. Dont think I will stop in again.

VERY VERY VERY DISAPOINTEDI have been a regular at OMG. I loved there burgers and the chicken bowls. This last visit. Someone took our order over the phone (like always). We always order a Bacon Cheese Avocado burger combo. Even if we order a Bacon Cheese Burger & then add avocado slices. This last few times they have messed up my order. I got tired of them messing up. Called to have them re do my order. WOW, the staff @ the restaurant gave my assistant a very hard time. They argued and kept insisting on Guacamole Burger. I never asked for a Guacamole burger. Finally after a while, we got our order and it was still ALL WRONG!!! Ive been in the neighborhood for little over 20 yrs and have seen lots of business come and go at that location. If they keep that attitude up. They will not survive. There business is based on the local offices and local fire department. Word gets around fast when places dont treat customers right.

I used to go here A LOT when i am still working in an HVAC warehouse nearby.. I found this gem along sherman way and brought my co-workers to try this during lunch time and they liked it of course.. at that time for the price of a chicken bowl is really a bang for the buck and we would have food coma after eating the whole thing.. Since then i had to quit that job because of an accident and never been here for a while. Few months passed i went back again because i missed that char flavor and to my surprise they increased their prices wayyyy to steep and no changes in the amount of serving though they are already generous enough it doesnt justify a very steep price increase. Although their staff already know me enough and very nice to me specially the lady that works there (i forgot her name) who saved me from a long line when i come in for an online pick up order, i think i would take a break from going back.. their food is very good but for the price now its too much and there are more options out there.

This is our offices go to place. We eat here at least once a week, sometimes more. I get their Teryaki Chicken Bowl and its really good. Collectively we have had everything on the menu and its all good. Clean, cheap healthier than fast food. Call ahead at lunch time because there is always a line out the door.

OM Grills service is usually outstanding but on Saturday, February 13, 2021 was awful. I asked for a Half and Half Teriyaki Plate with Vegetables no carrots. When I got the plate it included salad which I never got in the past. When I took it back to get it corrected the cashier said he got the order right even though I showed him the receipt that showed I was correct. Just want the public to know the cashier is horrible and now they have lost a customer if over 5 years.

I dislike the chicken teriyaki, tastes like charcoal! Maybe the beef one is better but the chicken taste like it rolled around charcoal and then they served it in the bowl. I do feel disrespected. Its not the time to be wasting money on this!

Great tasting food, well made everytime I order. Portions are big, and prices are good. Parking is free behind the restaurant, or some street parking in front. Place gets busy around lunch time, so I usually order by phone.

Pricing seems to increase every time I go here, they’re now charging extra for sauces, I usually never get any extra but that’s kind of tacky. I also noticed the cooks are taking a little less Karen giving you fatty pieces of meat. It is what it is I will still come here but not as good as it used to be be

I wanted to go to In n Out for lunch but the line was ridiculous so I swing by this shop and was so impressed. I got the teriyaki burger and fries and it was so much better than a double double. I really want to come back and get a teriyaki chicken bowl because I know that will be amazing. Parking lot in the back was more than I was expecting too, especially for the valley.

This place is a little tiny shop that puts out some pretty good flavor. Their dishes are simple - rice, salad, chicken or beef. If you like Teriyaki then this is the place for you. They also have chimichurri and anticuchero and both are very flavorful. Great place to have a quick lunch although I also stop by there after work sometimes and take home a chicken or beef plate. I probably eat there a couple times a month, its a much better choice than your average fast food.

Tried the chicken and beef plates here. The chicken was good. A lot better than other places. The beef was okay. I felt the beef lacked some flavor and was a little dry. I also got a Peruvian desert, alfajore, which was not the best. The cookie was way to soft and crumbled before I could even take a bite. I think they order them from an outside bakery. The place can get crowded so I would try visiting during non rush hours.

What can I say. I used to live nearby and I would get a avocado teriyaki burger with their amazing fries but moved up to Northridge and I dont go as often. But Everytime my husband surprises me with their bowls or with my favorite burger I feel my eyes shine and my smile gets bright because this place is my favorite.

Affordable teriyaki bowls surpassing lackluster flame bowls. While its easy to miss this teriyaki bowl shop, its quality ingredients make up for OMGrills lack of creative menu items. The bowl meat is cut thin and on the dry side. The exception to this is the burgers, which has juicy patties. Staff is friendly. Driveway cramped.

Overall I give this place a 7 out of 10.The prices are unreal, very inexpensive.I ordered two items, the chimichurri chicken salad to go, and also the Teriyaki Rice Bowl. Not bad. Dont get me wrong, but here were my gripes.The Chimichurri Chicken Salad (maybe 4oz) is basically just half of a chicken breast chopped up, and then thrown on top of a bed of lettuce. Thats it. Nothing fancy. The flavor is good.The teriyaki chicken rice bowl was good. The sauce is a little bit salty though. I think maybe if you mix the chicken well with the rice, it kind of balance is out?My final thoughts on this place would be that if youre in a crunch, and need something on the go that is inexpensive, this is a good place to go to. Should I bring a date here for dinner, probably not. But as a married couple, you want to bring your kids here, or some place to buy lunch for a film crew, its definitely a good choice.

I went into that place today 2/14/18 to get a chicken bowl with broccoli and I got exactly that a bowl full of chicken and broccoli with no rice. I called to speak to someone and they got an attitude with me saying “next time I need to be more clear about what I want” guess the customer is always wrong there. I’ll never eat there again.

They dont let the delivery drivers who pick up the food use the bathroom. Im just posting this based on a screenshot a Doordash driver posted in our Facebook group which had universal instructions for all dashers in all caps to not use the restroom. I finally stopped by here to pick up lunch last weekend. I have to admit, I was really checking out the Mexican place next door but it still wasnt open yet...Anyway, OMGrill was nice and clean and had great parking.I picked up a steak teriaki bowl and a steak chimichurri plate.The chimichurri was flavorful and I believe the steak was cooked to order for both dishes.Id get it again but Im not sure Id go out of my way.
