The signature beef bone noodle soup was absolutely fantastic. The broth was clear and not overly salty. It tasted like a true bone broth that one would make at home. The noodles are soft and chewy. Water was nice with one slice of lemon in the container. I will absolutely recommend this place to a soup lover. Food came quick and server was very nice.

Its an authentic north western style Chinese noodle house. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Its service is quite good, and not forcing high tips. Foods are really delicious with affordable price.

Handmade noodles are very delicious and fresh. Wantons were amazing too. We also tried the lamb cumin and pork sandwiches and they were both amazing. The cumin lamb sandwich was more flavorful. Portions are slightly small but prices are fair ( just make sure you order enough).

We came here for Saturday lunch and there’s a line which was a good sign. The wait was about 15 minutes but the service was fairly fast if you already knew what to order. Both the taste and presentation were great. Cold Skin noodles (Liangpi) is hard to find here., and their is pretty good imo. You got to try it if you’re a huge fan of this Chinese street food!

New reference hand pulled noodle shop in the Bay area. We had quite a few items on the menu and they are all authentic and good. I like the lamb organs soup, tasty! Its listed on the menu as haggis soup. Dont miss the beef ribs soup noodles either.

Super glad to have scrolled through pho options while in the Bay Area. One Piece Lamian offered noodles we literally watched being made in front of us. It just doesnt get any fresher than that. I especially loved the potato salad appetizer. It was so fresh and zesty! The servings were generous so Ill be able to enjoy another serving thus evening. Great place. 👍

The food was INCREDIBLE. It blew me away. The beef bone noodle soup was so refreshing and just such a nice clear broth. It definitely gives a home cooked feeling to it. All the food items we got were beyond delicious and exceed expectations. A must try if you are craving noodles. 10/10 would come back. Will definitely be a regular here.

Found out this place from my cousin when he posted it on IG. They just opened and first time eating here. Good customer service from what we experienced. Both Beef noodle is good, tender, and tasty and a lot of serving for just one bowl almost good for 2 people and so the appetizer pig ears are good too. They served free tea. My child even got a free 🍩

Favorite Chinese noodles place found! Don’t be fooled by the clear broth, it’s got the essence of the beef bone soup, and it’s the perfect combo with the al dante hand pulled noodles! So satisfying, and we weren’t even thirsty hours after the meal! We had a take out for our first experience and decided to try it fresh by dining out!

Yes, you should definitely go here!! We went for dinner and honestly didn’t expect to like it as much as we did. We went for lunch again the next day as we aren’t from the area. The braised pork noodle soup with regular thin noodles is what I got, and I’d certainly love to try more of their food next time. The noodles are amazing! If you have space, try their braised pork burger also! 😋 Friendly staff, clean space, quick service, delicious food! 💯

The restaurant was busy the night we ate at One Piece Lamian, but the food came out fast, the service was good, and everything we ordered was delicious! This place has fresh and delicious noodle soup and dishes. The noodles are made in-house so you cant get any fresher than that! My favorites are the Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup and the LanZhou Beef Noodle Soup. Their apps are also very good, especially the Spicy Wonton.Service was great too! You order via your phone via QR code, which is very convenient! We got our food fairly quickly after our order.The sign in front still says soft opening but this place has been open for some time now.

I am a Chinese grown up at north eastern (Dongbei) China. I have ordered Dongbei Style Noodle Salad, Dongbei Style sweet sour pork, Dry Cooked Pork Intestine and Dongbei Cold Noodle. I would say the tastes are all very authentic! The prices are not expensive and the amount are big, which are also a part of Dongbei style! Some yelp reviews are low and saying the service is not good. However, as a restaurant with Dongbei style food as a focus, I would question its authenticity if the service is too good!

Excellent ramen place. We tried the Lanzhaou beef noodle soup and the minced spicy pork dry noodles. Both the dishes were great. I found the dishes to be delicious but less spicy than expected, which I believe is a good thing since the hot chilli oil is on the table and can be added as per choice :) The service was very good too. I would recommend this restaurant for some good handpulled noodles.Update: Also tried the spicy wonton. And it has become my new favorite. Do try!!

Cant believe I havent reviewed this place yet. We come here all the time for signature beef bone noodle soup, lanzhou beef noodle soup, pickled cabbage beef noodle soup, braised pork pita burger. Weve tried other items, mostly good, but these are our usual orders.Noodle servings are huge and we sometimes share by adding beef bone + green vegetables (xiaobaicai). I really like the fact that we can add stuff and that we can pick what noodle type we want.I only wish theyd peel the tea egg for me but thats a small nit.Weve eaten in and ordered out... noodles are always better dine in.Good for lunch or dinner.Theyve actually gotten better since opening and are now quite busy during lunch times.

I absolutely love this restaurant, I have saved their number in my contacts. Thats how often I get take out from this place.I always get the Lan Zhou Hand Pulled Noodles. Ive tried all the noodle thickness but my go-to is the thin noodles.The soup is the highlight of the dish, I wish I was able to even replicate it a little at home. The beef is also very tender and soft.I highly recommend if you are craving for a bowl of good noodle soup.

My go-to shop for 肉夾饃, but also a solid choice for noodlesThe braised beef noodle soup is pretty much good whenever, its not too spicy, its got depth and complexity, and the noodles are pretty good.Prices are more then reasonable as a cumin lamb 肉夾饃 along with a noodle soup comes out to be about $23 after tax.Small bonus, but I do like their QR code ordering system, very simple and straightforward, never had any issues with loading the menu. I usually get my order within 5 minutes of ordering.

I got the Braised Beef Noodle Soup and a Braised Beef Pita Burger. They were amazing choices and i can’t wait to come back. For the soup, the flavors of the broth, meat, vegs, and spices all make an amazing combination. As for the burger, 10/10.You order through a QR code on the table and make very little interactions with the employees, other than to bring the food and give you water.Seems to be a popular place for locals. If Chinese food were ever in need of revival, this is the spot. The dong bei style cooking had me at the first bite. It is truly unique and pleasant to my taste buds and stomach. The variety of veggies in the Shanghai style fried rice compliment the little pieces of meat giving it a deliciously different flavor that most are known to. This restaurant change our tips on the bill after meal. I found out this because our total about that day is a very coincidence number 135.79, my friends also play jokes on this before we left restaurant. They could do this on our bill, and they could also do this for other customers. 3 bucks is not a big amount, but their behavior is pretty annoying. We happened to be in the area during lunchtime as spotted what we thought was a new restaurant. It turned out to be what was formally the Phoenix Garden taken over by new owners. We ordered a couple of bowls for lunch at $$6.00 each expecting a bowl of rice with a topping of Sweet and Sour Pork or Kung Pao Chicken. What we got was the equivalent of a Bento Box with the main dish, salad, rice, and a second entry which were fried fish or honey coated chicken. All the food was properly prepared and very tasty. We were stuffed when we finished as their was enough food for a light dinner. In summary the food was really good and of unbelievable good value. Tea was included at no extra charge. Right now they take cash only but since they just opened that may change in the future. This is now on my list of best places to eat when I am in the area. This restaurant is in North Fremont, just below RT 880 and not to be confused with the Fortune Cookie restaurant, which is a little above Mowry on Fremont Blvd, and focuses on carry out.

Read the reviews and decided to give it a try.... as you walk in there is a little sitting area where you can sit so you can wait to be seated, so I thought. The cashier is right next to the door where I was sitting. She saw us but made no greeting what so ever. A young man was waiting/cleaning tables, I thought maybe when he was finished he would escort us to a table since the cashier was semi-busy. Nothing, we waited and still no eye contact or greeting. By this time the cashier left her station and started doing other things...so I thought maybe she is not the hostess....so we waited for the young man which he kept on passing by... by this time my patience was running thin...so when the young man passed us again I asked him was anyone going to give us a table?.... I didnt understand him and all he did was just stared at me I guess wait for me to answer..... so I repeated myself and he tried to my guess hand me a menu.... All I wanted was a table to sit down and order a dinner meal...... since they couldnt do that or understand me.... I turned around and left for Shanghai Tapas which we been there before and never had a issue.

As northerners, we are regular customers of this store and visit almost every week. Objectively speaking, their Lanzhou Ramen is not bad. I like the soup, which has the flavor of beef bone soup and is relatively light. The types of noodles can range from capillary to wide, so there is a wide range of choices. Liangpi also tastes good and is gluten-washed, but the quantity is small. The Roujiamo is not very well made. First of all, it is a bit small. It is only half the size of the Roujiamo in Xian restaurant. Secondly, the braised pork has no taste. It is very different from the braised pork of the authentic Roujiamo. It should be braised. The meat ingredients are not good. The pork ribs in the pork ribs noodles are well cooked, but the soup is really not flattering. Either the noodles are in the pork ribs soup, or there is some soy sauce in the soup, which is not fragrant at all. Here’s a little suggestion: Putting small pieces of beef in Lanzhou Ramen is more authentic. Square beef slices are not chewy and may make people feel that the beef is stale. The other noodles are pretty good, and you cant be too picky. After all, there are too few authentic northern noodles in the Bay Area. Aftertaste of Ningxia, Xian Restaurant, Xinyuan Restaurant, Old Beijing Noodle House, Fragrant Noodles, and New Five Breads and Two Fishes are some of the restaurants that do well. I sincerely hope that Yiyi Noodles will get better and better!

I have never tasted such unpalatable fried noodles. The texture is extremely bad and it feels like the noodles have been soaked in soy sauce in advance. The two bowls of noodles I ordered tasted bad, worse than the noodles bought in the supermarket. Not to mention the cold skin, it was watery and tasteless. The taste of the cold dish is a little lacking, but the cold skin is delicious (it tastes better when you take it home). The signature beef bone noodles are highly recommended. The noodles are springy and the soup is sweet and refreshing. The dry noodles are also delicious. I don’t like the Roujiamo very much, so I haven’t tried it yet.
