I saw the sign on the window advertising their Lent special for $6. I went in and the cashier was on the phone. It took about 8 minutes before another cashier came over to get my order. It took a while they my order because they had several online orders ahead of me. Loved the white fish and the special salad.

The food really hits home with the flavors, quality and quantity. I have just gotten off the plane and i was famished so i stopped at the closed thing. The chicken was phenomenal, the mac and cheese was divine and the salad was superb. I had the plate with white fish and chicken, i wish they had the fiah grilled as an option. If they had grilled fish, this would have been a 5 star all around.

Food was great I asked for veggie well done instead i got chicken well done but they were pretty goodI would eat here everyday. If I could maybe next time I visit it will be just right.

Long story short, we got food poisoned. And it was resolved today. We (my fianceé and myself) ate here 08/30/2023 at 5:35pm. Walked in and was not greeted, and there was a bad smell in the air, and the floors were filthy around this time. I thought well mabe its just an off day, because we heard so many good things about this place. We get our food, and I notice a bad smell. I smell the rice and it smells like a sweaty gym sock, so I dont eat it. I stary eating the chicken and after a while, it started tasting off. So I toss the rest of my food, my fianceé eats all of his food (2 rice balls and his chicken he got). I was feeling a bit queasy on the way home and my fianceé was feeling bloated and having some stomach pain. We get home around 6:30pm. My fianceé is still complaining of stomach pain and it is getting worse. He heads to the bathroom and I follow him, concerned. He gets severe cold sweats all of a sudden and he starts throwing up. Bits and pieces of the undigested food come up with it, he continues throwing up until his face turns red. His stomach got completely emptied and he is in so much pain and just wants to go to bed. So we go to bed, he wakes up at 12am that morning 08/31/2023 moaning in pain, he gets to the bathroom and starts throwing up blood, I had to take him to the ER. They never refunded our money or anything. And the worker up front is a liar, he first tells me my manager said this.. so I ask to speak directly to the manager, he then tells me actually, my manager is out right now. So we came back today, and the manager quickly resolved it and refunded our money.

I am an OTR truck driver from South Carolina. Anytime I make it to Fontana, I always try to stop here. Chicken and steak are always fresh, and doing keto/low carb, I always replace the rice with extra veggies. Never too raw, or overcooked. You locals are lucky to have this near you!

Andre (I believe that is his name) was very polite, respectful and accommodating. While waiting in my food I was just watching how this store runs, he was taking orders, getting orders out and sweeping while a lady (not sure her name) was only getting orders out, people were waiting cuz she didn’t pay attention that people wanted to order. Couple people would say thank you to her after she called their # and she would just ignore them, walk away! I really didn’t like her attitude! I hope she wasn’t the manager, but Andre needs a pay raise cux you can tell he cares for his job!! I am all about customer service… please retrain that lady!! 6/01/2023 thank you Andre!!

Nobody greets you as you enter and make a line to order food. 1 cashier was busy facing the cooks talking while the other female cashier stared without communicating.
