This place for food is definitely worth your money! I got Grilled SPAM & rice and I ate em all! Steamed broccoli and green cabbage is important because its a relief from salty and rich food! Well be coming back in future!

The quality of this place is horrible. I have ate Hawaiian BBQ plenty of times and always get the chicken katsu. Fkrst time I received it and it was cooked in a way I have never seen it before to the point it was not even looking appeasing. Asked to get it switched and instead of apologizing or finding a solution she was more concered about me throwing the chicken away like if I was trying tk scam my way to extra food. Wouldnt recommend this location at all. Customer service lacks immensely.

Lame burnt island fire chicken meal ...the wife advised to take it back but I had already spent 45 going there to pick it up round trip .. I was not willing to take another trip, I didnt want to drive upset so I ate around it . Will definitely think twice with this experience

This was my first visit. I asked the young lady what was the most popular? She said chicken kutsu was her favorite. It comes with breaded chicken laying on a bed of cooked cabbage and some broccoli. Side of white rice and macaroni salad. (Complete dish was $10.99) She knew I was new, so she reminded me to get kutsu sauce which is available on a display counter on the side. I took the dish home and yes it was excellence. I will try more dishes soon.

Went in to pick up dinner around 7:30 PM. Wait time was reasonable, they were busy but I felt I got my food pretty quick. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ mix chicken, beef and short ribs. The flavor was amazing only complaint I had was that my chicken was very tough. Other then that everything it was amazing.

We should have turned around when we realized it was fast food, but decided to try it. Ordered the fire chicken and threw 98% of it in the trash. The chicken was fatty, grisly and had a horrible texture. If there was a positive, the macaroni salad was decent. Lunch for 2 was $26. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Only reason I come to this location is because its close by. I feel that the Ono chain doesnt give you as much food as the Aloha chain, with only 2 pieces of chicken in the mini meal compared to 4 at the Aloha chain. Dont really notice a meat quality difference between the two either. However, despite that, the place is always relatively clean and Ive never had bad service here, but its definitely not stellar or anything to write about. Only thing holding it back from a 4 star is just the portion size, everything else is great!

I went to the norco location and waited for 10 minutes for my to go food but it was delicious. I observed the chefs cooking with gloves and following sanitation protocols. Being in the service industry I really appreciate when staff take care of themselves and the clientele.

Today service was slow. I asked my family meal to come with white rice only no cabbage and of course I got extra cabbage and my chicken was not cut. On top of that 3 or 4 people who got there after i had already placed my order anf they all got their meals first before me and left while I got to wait there for a while longer.All I got was ur order is next every timeI didnt wanted to make a scene so as my order finally came I was so Upset that I didnt check it so I got what I didnt wanted.I have been going there since it open every week but the NO more they just Lost one of their greatest customers 😠

Went to this location about 10 mins before closing. Girl at the counter was very nice and friendly. She gave me an extra bag for my sauce containers. Food was ready with till closing, and a couple had just come in that they were happy to help.Customer service is definitely not where this place falls short, unfortunately its the food. I ordered the kalua pig with teriyaki chicken plate and kalbi for my better half. First off my hubbys ribs were at least a quarter fat, plus the bone didnt leave much meat. Not enough mac salad for my liking on a plate lunch/dinner. Not to mention this isnt your traditional hawaii mac salad..but I wont go there. 😊The vegetables were too much and not cooked well enough for my liking.My plate, same issue with preparation of vegetables, however I would have muched preferred some sautéed cabbage with my kalua pig. The kalua pig was short some flavor and couldve used a bit more smokey flavor. Of course, I am very picky when it comes to kalua pig. Growing up in Hawaii the hotels would have a competition every year to see who made the best authentic kalua pig and I would get to taste straight out of the ground. 😋

One of the slowest and unenthusiastic services I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The cashier said that she Isnt allowed to use Samsung Pay at the register. I could have walked away to another place, but didnt ended up staying because of lack of time. As it turned out I ended up waiting for 10 min to get my order with only 4 other customers who have already placed their order prior to me.

Ono has become my favorite franchise Hawaiian place. Reason, their chicken katsu and macaroni salad. Other menu items are equally good, especially the Mahi Mahi when available. I also love that I dont have to beg for extra katsu sauce. Its out there in the open.

Not coming back here anymore thanks for nothing customer service, ended up ordering beef musubis by accident through post mates, I asked to see if I can get the spam musubis which is what originally wanted but instead I was told that I needed to pay again so I decided not too and it is what is and decided to try the beef musubis and I gotta say not good at all the beef was pretty chewy and nervy not doing that again
