Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Panorama City

Its my first time to try Hawaiian food and its amazing. Price is reasonable. It taste gold and the service was good too.. highly recommended!

The Hawaiian barbeque is amazing!! If you are looking for protons and protein youve come to the right place. If you get a plate you can order a combo with crab ragoons & a 16 oz. Drink. Usually quick and polite service. RecommendedUpdate: still pretty decent. But they stopped serving sides of chicken breast. And last time I went a few months ago the staff was pretty rude and short with everyone. Thats why its bow 3 Stars 🌟 instead of 4

I don’t like writing bad reviews but this staff on this branch gets on to my nerve. I order online 09/03 and pickup at this location before noon time. The lady in the pickup and cashier area is not nice and no customer service skills. I just ask nicely for more bbq sauce because she only put 1 sauce for each order (I order total of 4 full plates) and it’s not enough and the sauce container itself is not even full just 1/4 of sauce… what a joke 😲. She gave me extra 2 and when I ask for more she said I put a lot already in the plastic bag … really 4 with less sauce? In other branch the sauce is a self serving and you can get as much as you want. I recommend you just to go to other branch if you can.Ono Hawaiian Supervisor/Managemnet please train or teach your staff a good customer skills especially with this COVID-19 Days you need a customer to patronize your business to stay on business.Thank you.

Great place, yummy Hawaiian food! The staff here are awesome especially Juan Martinez who attended to me, great customer service. Very friendly demeanor, very proactive. Not sure if hes the manager, but truly a great role model to the team. The rest of the staff were also nice and customer centric.Highly recommend this place.

Clean, on the pricier side but worth it, very large portions, good location, lots of parking. The girl at the front counter had a very thick accent and honestly I could not understand stand her.

I went there for a late lunch today, I ordered my usual BBQ Mix plate, the food was the same yummy food as always. Their soda machine was broken today, food was ready fast, service was professional.

Chicken katshu and BBQ chicken plate with rice and Mac salad on top of cooked cabage. The chicken taste good, Mac salad is average. You dont get too much meat with the bed of cabbage on the bottom but its a nice addition to the meal.

Great food, reasonably priced. Current favorite on the menu is Island Fire Chicken, sort of a Korean/Hawaiian fusion dish with just enough spice to warm the heart without being overpowering. Japanese influenced dishes include Katsu and Teriyaki.You can get carb overloaded with the standard plate lunch, considering you get two scoops of white rice and a scoop of a nondescript macaroni salad.Better option is the Aloha Plate.This gives you a tasty green salad with extra good stuff like onion and carrot shreds and cooked hulled edamame tossed into it. Your entree is served on a bed of white rice instead of served in scoops next to it.Mahalo for a taste of paradise in my Panorama City home neighborhood.

Good place, good food takes a bit for the food to come but iits still pretty good

Service was decent and food wad really good! Meat had some gristle, otherwise this would be 5-stars. Excellent mac salad!
