This was our first stop in our trip from Vegas to LA and it was just perfect. We definitely didnt know where we were going but we just know we needed food asap and pulled off the Highway and chose this spot. The food was amazingggg. The portions were great because even after we finished eating we were able to combine out left overs and get another full meal for later ofcourse. If youre in the area Id definitely recommend.

I had the Aloha Pick One plate with BBQ beef as my entree. Wow, I was floored when I put it in my mouth. Im not a huge fan of BBQd anything, but Im not even exaggerating when I say this was the best meat-centric meal Ive had in years. The beef was so well flavored, and it wasnt too sweet like most BBQ meat Ive tried (a huge turn-off for me). It had the perfect balance of flavors, and the beef wasnt chewy either. So, so good! My biggest regret was not getting a Pick Two plate instead. 😅 Im definitely gonna be back to try more stuff on their menu.

This restaurant is kept clean and theres good airflow from the kitchen. Their service is pretty fast and the food is delicious. We love the items on the menu and there are many seats available for larger parties. Our kids love the kids menu.

Food I give a 4. Establishment I give it a 2. First time here. Food was good. Kahlua pork was overly salty. We had the #44 & #45 combos. It was 101° outside and felt 90° inside. Too hot to enjoy your food. Also, PLEASE have your Zoom meetings in your back office. Listening to a manager on her Zoom call on her laptop and on her phone talking pretty loudly was unprofessional.

I loved this place but I dont think I wanna eat here again.. I got the chicken Katsu plate and when I got home I started eating it then thats when I noticed it was pink I looked through the the chicken pieces and found that all of the had some pink spots in it one of them looked very undercooked being red I was so sad at now at night that Im writing this my stomach hurts and I feel as Im going to barf. :(

You should know how to Handle customers such as DHH ( Deaf and hard of hearing) when they sign they will ask for paper, once I finish my order the order behind me was first serve before mines and I ask why you skipped my order they say “oh I’m sorry” really I’m very disappointed! Very bad!

Awesome Hawaiian food! We had tried L & L Hawaiian food, my personal opinion is Ono is better. We had ordered the mixed grill with beef, chicken & Kalbi ribs with rice & Mac salad. Kalbi ribs rice plate & Kalua pork with cabbage. The grilled meat are nicely seasoned & bbq. The Kalua pork is awesome, it is moist & not too salty. It had a great smoky flavoured! All the rice plates comes with steamed cabbage ( very nicely done). We enjoyed the food very much.

Dont go in around 8pm. Since they close at 9pm, they will push out all of their orders while counting down their till and cleaning the restaurant while ignoring you as you stand in line for 10 minutes. Apparently closing early is more important than taking customer orders.

This was my first time trying the food here and I was very happy with my order. I got 2 different plates. Portions are large enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Food was fresh nothing tasted old. I will definitely be coming here again soon. My sister loves this place and now I know why. They will also give you plates which is nice. There is only 1 size in drinks. Try it out!

The kid closing tonight was the rudest. Yes I got there 10 minutes before closing..yes theres other customers in there. We even left after a few minutes of eating our food considering they were closed. Asked for an extra sauce his response was we out it away already. Dude just go in the walk in and get it it already portioned. He said nope and walked away. Went back to my bags. Told my girlfriend they told her no...she went back and nice young girl went out of her way to get it. Its was literally in reach. Its a sauce I didnt order anything extra that dude need to rethink his position. Not the first encounter with him either. Please dont sit on the counter where the food goes dont know where the rear has been.

I am a regular customer at this location but today I was MISTREATED AND DEMEANED BY KALI. (PERSON IN CHARGE) The guy that took my order was a little spacey..not sure what that was about, but my order cam out wrong. I went up to counter to get my scoop of rice that was missing...I was trying to explain to her that the order I got was the order we canceled and changed to another order. She was not even looking at me when I was talking to her..that was rude and no wonder she did not understand what I was saying. She gave me a hard time..I showed her the receipt..it was not the correct one..so i told her to come to the table so she could see whatever she wanted..In the meantime I still havent gotten the rice. She actually told me that, She can not give me Free Rice. I do not have to steal rice..I am a professional...I can afford rice. They guy made the mistake..she never apologized. I told her I didnt like the way she made me feel about the rice situation. She said she did not make me feel that way..Customers were listening to it all..She was very argumentative..combative also..It was so embarrassing. We did even have utensils or napkins and we were eating there..It was a horrible experience..There is so much more, but that is pretty much the Gist of it all..I am going to talk to Maria the manager on Wednesday..I was tild their phone does not work, so I have to walk in and talk to her. No one deserves to be treated like this. You come to eat..enjoy your food and have a good atmosphere...Instead I was perceived to everyone in the restaurant of trying to get a scoop of rice for free..I did not even eat my food..just so upset...No one deserves to be treated that way..No One

I ordered through Postmates, trying to swing by after work. I swung by before they closed to which then they told me they threw it away. They brought up the fact that I was two hours late so that resulted in my food being thrown away. They offered to make another plate but I didn’t have time for it. Received a coupon to try this place out. Ordered a Chicken & Beef Combo, and a Mini Katsu Chicken Meal. Got home and I only got two mini meals! The receipt was correct and they charged me for combo and mini. The restaurant is not event busy! I dont have time to go back and get it corrected.Food qaulity was sub-par. Both the BBQ Beef and Katsu Chicken were tough. I think they probably have been sitting there for awhile. Only good thing is the food is hot.

We came here b4 and liked the food. Today my family ordered 3 #23s teriyaki chickens. After a while we got 3 lemon pepper chickens. I showed the receipt because they got it wrong. 2 minutes later the cook comes back and hands us the same 3 lemon pepper chickens and drowns them in teriyaki sauce and the rice. Basically, screw u from the cook. We were so upset, I will never come back here again.

Found staff to be rude and have poor manners when dealing with customers. Its important that if your going to gossip about your dislike of a customer you should as least wait till they leave the store, and that the masks you wear means you have to talk louder for your fellow staff to hear you. Good food. Good atmosphere. The food isnt always consistent, but when it is at its best its great! Friendly staff. The amount of food is less than they use to give, but more than some places. The prices are okay, but are better with a PRINTED coupon. Near Yogurt Land for a treat after. If you arent too full. Try the Katsu chicken with the Katsu sauce and the ragoons. Worth a try if youve never had it but like Hawaiian food.

I love Hawaiian Barbecue! However this specific location is not the best ! I paid $13 for my food and it seems like all I got was cabbage !! Stopped in to pick up a plate for dinner and feeling like having the white fish plate but then decided to try the Mahi-Mahi lemon pepper grilled fish.. just finished eating and I should have ordered the white fish instead.. but that will be next time.
