First time there and had a great time. Get there early to grab a seat and if the show is sold out (mine was) choose seats against the railing unless you want to be against the stage. They will turn unused seats at your table around for people to sit on. You can end up with people sitting directly in front of you.We had a great time, picked good seats and watched a great show.

We went to last nights Roast Battle (12/5/23)! We havent laughed that hard in so long. It was fun and memorable. Loved all the comedians and judges. Funny to the bone!! Great atmosphere, delicious drinks and just a simple good ole time. Absolutely loved it all. We will definitely be back. Thanks Ontario Improv!

Great vibe . The comedian we saw was amazing . Drinks and food were good, but if there is another show after the one you saw, do not order last call drinks lol they brought ours about 3 minutes before show ended ( which they admitted they messed up in) and expected us to either A) chug our drinks in order to consume what we paid for or B ) leave them on the table - which we thought was wrong considering the drinks are not cheap . Luckily manager was very understanding and reimbursed our last drinks we did not get to enjoy after talking to her .

Server was very attentive, but they were so inconsiderate of who they sat in front of you at the same table. This persons hair was so big I literally couldnt see in front of me. They continued to hackle the entire time and no one said anything (they have a rule by the way that you cant do that). I paid all this money for food, drinks and entertainment. Couldnt enjoy any of it so we just left in the middle of the stand-up. Worse part, they didnt even care.

I surprised my husband with a night on the town. Being a mom of many and not enough time it seems in the day, we seem to always try to find new ways to enjoy each other and others. As a gift to my loving husband for early Father’s Day, I surprised him with tickets to the Improv to see our favorite comedian, Preacher Lawson! We had a fabulous time and it wasn’t just because we got to listen to a bunch of great comedian like, Dave, Justin and Preacher Lawson. It was also because of the staff there attending to our needs. The staff was very kind and nice and attentive. The place was clean and the atmosphere was cozy and fresh. We had such a great time! It was definitely one of those things we won’t forget. Thank you all for that great night to remember for this extremely busy momma and daddy of 8 kiddos!!!! Hugs and kisses!!!

This place is located in a shopping mall outlet. There wasnt a spot in the place that you could sew the stage. There was plenty of seating and the entertainment was great with lots of laughs. The food and drinks were great. I did not expect it to be good, for it being a comedy club. By the way, we had to buy a two food or drink limit. I didnt complain because I enjoyed myself.

Always a great time here. Get there early cause parking might be a little tough. Recommend valet. Great comedians, great ticket prices. And a huge mall for shopping. Highly recommended

Go late before show starts if you go in early theyll sit you at the front very crowded if youre a small person probably a great place to be but Im 6 ft 1. 249lbs I asked to be seated somewhere different and they accommodated me all in all if you want to be crowded front seats early comfortable back seats late

Saw Ian Bagg here for my husbands birthday, not as funny as he usually is to me. Spent a lot of time on the group from Costco which wasnt that entertaining. My husband loves him, and was disappointed to not be called on seeing as we were sitting in the front row. Cant win em all I guess. Would still love to see him again however. He is great, just an off night I guess. The Ontario Improv is very small. My husband is 67, 300 lbs, and has a hard time sitting in their tiny chairs and tables. Drinks are expensive, usually not that strong, food is ok, not great, not bad either but the comedians they have are always top notch and very funny. I have never seen a dull show there.

Great venue, and what a show. Saw Ali Saddiq he is super funny and a great storyteller. The servers were wonderful. The team worked well together for a seamless experience. My first show here. I will be back well done for an overall fun evening. I left the place smiling all the way home.

Michael YO was funnier than I thought. Food could be better. Watch out ordering by the QR code it’s adds a tip automatically. Wish they didn’t sit us so cramped because it wasn’t sold out.

The staff was great, food and drinks were good. Giving 3 stars because I dont understand the seating...why put 4 to a table when 2 people will be blocking the other 2 people sitting behind them?? I understand wanting to sell more tickets but who wants to pay to watch the back of someones head for 2 hours?Also, the main act this past weekend was terrible. Started off hilarious and then used the improv stage to rant about his political and social views...not interested.

Ive done independent comedy for years but this was my 1st real comedy club I saw when I was visiting Ontario and I was able to rip it at there amazing open mic years later.. great food and amazing venue and a good start for any one chasing a dream to be a comic

My first experience at this particular Improv location in Ontario was to see Luenell Campbell comedian/actress.. I had VIP and a very rude, unattentive waitress who cut you off without listening while trying to order food. The Dirty Shirley drink tasted like cough syrup medication.. so I had to get a side of Grenadine. Then was very annoyed by the seating blocking the isle and 3 women who were going back and forth with each other and the waitress about who ordered what and who needed to pony up their portion of the bill. It set a tone that was interrupting the show.So I decided to return to Ontario Improv to see The Christi Show last evening.. I guess I didnt learn from my last experience with bartenders who cant make a simple Dirty Shirley it was horrible and I requested more Grenadine syrup but it took the waitress 30-35 minutes to remember to bring a side of grenadine to halfway fix this horrible tasting drink. The waitress offered to have the drink remade after realizing that 40 minutes had elapsed and my drink was totally water and melted ice by now.. Well the remade Dirty Shirley finally made it to the table and it was simply Grenadine and watered down sprite.. It was sooo bad that I let 2 complete strangers sitting across from me to sip/taste it because it was that bad, and they were like there is no alcohol ( Absolute) in that drinking glass. I left both drinks on the table and survived off of my $6 Evian water. While hearing several other customers complaining about the taste of their food. I drove to this particular Ontario Improv location and Ive experienced way better service and drink/menu and wasnt sitting with peoples heads in the way while blocking the isle with these chairs of seated people blocking the isle. I drove for 3.5 hours in traffic 75 miles ( 150 roundtrip with gas at $7 per gallon) and experienced horrible service on both occasions ( Luenell Campbells show and The Christi Show), sub-par food, and poorly mixed drinks, watered down remade drink, and guests interruptions of both shows ( cell phones ringing and guests seated in the isle seats arguing/debating over who owned what on their bill.) I definitely wont be back. Brea Improv and other comedy clubs or Jimmy Kimmels comedy club will get my business. Ontario Improv can definitely do much better not to mention that the PA/Speakers were horrible too ( muffled sound). The comedians were EXCELLENT, but I was seriously disappointed VIP and dropping $60.00 on menu at Luenells show... then returned the following week not knowing that The Christi Show was a headliner until I saw the digital screen advertisement. I should have passed or known better than to reorder the Dirty Shirleys.. should have stuck with 2 bottled waters. Well there wont be a next time. I will travel elsewhere to have a night of entertainment. It wasnt just me.. overhearing other people/customers complaining about their food/drinks lets me know that its not just me... others dont take the time to bring to staffers/owners attention in order to help them understand and improve.Yes, I wrote a novel but two visits in a row and both experiences were horrible.

Great place to have a good laugh. Bought tickets to celebrate fathers day and what an awesome time we had, along with the comedians schedule to perform, you never know who might show up, this time was Gabriel Iglesias fluffy. A little Pricey, but worth the experience!!

We saw Paul Rodriguez here. Great place! Fantastic seating, no bad seat in the house. Had the cheeseburger which was delicious. The prices were reasonable. The comedy was funny. The service was really good at first, but as it got closer to showtime it was more difficult to find a server. But overall this is a fabulous place to see a comedian.

It would be better if you didnt have to share your table. For the 2 people sitting on the bench side of the table it is great but for the 2 that had the outer chairs it seemed inconvenient because they had to turn their chairs to face the stage and eat with their plate on their laps. This is a great venue to see and be up close to the comedians. Food is great so are the drinks. We came and saw Sebastian Cetina who always gives us a great show. Theres never a dry eye when seeing him performing his act, we were laughing so much our eyes were crying. Thank you Sebastian for another great night out. If you havent seen him, do so right away you wont be sorry.

Tonight was such an awesome experience. As soon as our table were seated our server was at our table taking our food and drink orders! And if youve read any of my reviews I do my absolute best to eat no carbs. They had cauliflower buffalo bites with celery and carrot sticks and ranch. They offered brussel sprouts that were cooked with bacon, peppers and a vinagerette sauce. I also God a chicken club sandwich with no bun and no fries and asked for a replacement of more celery sticks and carrot sticks and she took my order without batting an eye or asking any questions. And I was beyond shocked that is soon as I put my purse down and was getting situated that within three to four minutes my cauliflower Brussels sprout bites were already at my table before anybody else is order was finished. The cauliflower brussels sprouts were nice and spicy and hot very enjoyable. The chicken sandwich with no bun was okay but it definitely did the trick because I was starving. I was able to order an apple pear martini and it was delicious. Needless to say the whole time we were there snacking and drinking we could literally not stop laughing. The gentleman that was the main event was 30 minutes late to his own show.when he did show up he showed out!! We were diying! Our cheeks hurt so bad by the end of the show, my face hurt. Good times

Had a blast. Service was excellent, food was hot and fresh, Andddddd... Shuler King was funny as can be. Im talking to the point of being tears-- yes, he was that funny!Its a minimum food requirement along with the ticket. We chose the wings and they were delicious. We tried the BBQ and Buffalo variety, as well as the jumbo pretzels. Very, very fresh and tasty. Our waitress as also awesome. Attentive and pleasant (a definite plus). We saw other waitresses tending to other attendees and they were also getting the same great service. Impressive and a HUGE shout out to Ontario Improv for the above and beyond service.Will definitely return and suggest others also find time to get out, have some fun, laugh like a maniac and Ive a little longer.A must visit and five star event.

First time coming here and we will be back for sure. We came here for a birthday night and had a great time. I had never heard of anything about this place so we didnt have any idea what we were walking into. They sit you in a foursome so be aware of that if its just two of you. We were lucky to get a cool couple of guys that sat with us. Next time we will bring a couple more friends so we dont have to worry who sits with us. They had a good selection of drinks and some food that came pretty fast. They had two openers and then the main comedian. For us all three were very funny and we had a lot of fun. We will be keeping our eye on the schedule and come back when there are some more big names that show up.

The venue itself is great, however the servers were all over us to a degree that we were at times unable to hear the comedians we came to see. That was really annoying. The drinks were fine for what they were, but I can mix up better cocktails at home. Also, we got sat in these seats with our backs facing away from the table behind us. That was...awkward. This place has potential, but the service needs refining.

Full house! The cue was out to the middle of the parking lot! 9:30 show, valet was closed. The line started to move at 10:05. Once we were inside we requested a seat that WASNT on top of another couple, but Improv staff refused. We needed a table because we wanted to order food, we were told we had to be seated at the same table with some strange couple that did not order food. This unfamiliar couple should have been allowed the option to sit in chairs facing the stage, but instead they sat sadly watching us bust a grub...The food was good and came out quickly. The drinks also good.All of the comedians were very entertaining. Godfrey has A LOT of material, very impressive. First time seeing Hakeem Wood, hes got a great career ahead of him. The stars are for the comedians, the bar and the kitchen.**ONTARIO IMPROV MANAGEMENT..different times, require different policies. Sitting people on top of complete strangers may need to be reassessed. There are currently businesses open doing a better job at making its customers feel safe until a so-called deadly virus is under control.** Stadium seating? Conference room arrangement? Idk. Work it out, I want to return, but not like this.

First time seeing a show at Ontario ImprovThe comedians were great, no complaints hereService: Will call ticket service was good, getting in was good, server was nice and did a good job. Server wasnt pushy was attentive.Food: The worst part about this place is the food. Absolutely horrible. The nachos were not great, the Improv burger was the worst, the brioche bun had a weird texture, the meat was dry and disgusting. The only good thing was the dessert - mason jar brownieI would recommend eating at the mall and staying away from all hot foods if you need to meet your minimum stick with drinks and desserts. No refills, water is only bottled and costs money as well.

The only thing here I would give five stars too is our server Mark he was on top of it the whole night very courteous bending down when hes in front of people so they can see the show while taking orders thank you Mark!!!!as for everything else was very disappointed this is the second time weve been there.The first time we were sat in some chairs in the aisle in the back of us was a table that another couple that we didnt even know.We kept having to turn our legs just so the servers can get through the whole show..... couldnt even concentrate on the show because we were faced the other way there was no table for us to use so we couldnt even order food this second time we went it was a little better we were sitting in a booth-like seating with a table in front of us and the other two people that were with us were faced away from the table so they can see the show they were constantly moving their legs trying to move out of the way for the servers will not be coming back had nothing to say about the show due to the uncomfortableness of the seating

I paid VIP because the description said you get front row seats . Upon arrival all of us where cramped into a small section and had to share a Tiny table with another couple . The table was so small we couldn’t fit all of our food so we ended up eating out of our laps . Eventually even more people showed up late to the show and they where placed in front of us . At this point we had no leg room and no good view of the stage . When we ordered food it came out quickly but it was all cold and soggy. I ordered the “street chicken tacos” only to be served bland defrosted chicken . I asked the server to return it along with the rest of the food . The grand total for the night VIP and food included was $200 . The seats sucked, food was cold/ frozen and everyone was crammed together. Save your money and go somewhere else .

I was surprised by Family on my birthday. The show and food was excellent. Once the main attraction Delray Davis found out that It was my birthday, He and the entire Improv audience sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me.Get your tickets ASAP to see for yourself. Excellent! Very impressed with how it all flowed. Stood in line outside for about half hour, tickets were scanned and hands stamped in line. Venue opened, we were seated, ordered drinks which arrived very fast, ordered food and it arrived hot. They had enough staff to ensure no one was waiting for anything more than 5 mins. Staff was attentive but unobtrusive. Didnt interfere with viewing show (Brad Williams 11/27). Will definitely come to this location again!

Great spot,layed back but the bartender messed our drinks up twice,in a trypho way.... We all asked, no ice, we got ice! Waiter takes 2 back and when he brought us our drinks they were watered down.... Really! You could see the color difference from the other drinks. The entertainment is the only reason we go. Food is not good and drinks are not made as you order them. Its always a two item minimum per person which is the only reason we order something. My husband ordered a ceaser salad and was offered to upgrade by adding Avocado. It came out with a side a guacamole, not sure how that equates to Avocado on a salad. I ordered the warm pretzel which was supposed to come with two dipping sauces but I only got one. I ordered a blacker the berry drink and it was not good. We ordered three more drinks but they took so long to come out that the show was almost over by the time we got them.

This Improv has an abundance of parking because its at the Ontario Mills Mall so problem there. The venue size is as most comedy clubs across America, not too big, so its intimate and the sound system is done well. All that allows you to enjoy the comedy shows because you can see and hear from any seat in the house. You can laugh out loud which Its good for the soul. The Ontario Improv is a great place to check out a night of comedy. Usually, I think people from the Inland Empire figure they have to drive into LA to see improv or comedians. The shows are always good that we decide to attend. Just recently we went to see the Plastic Cup Boyz and they were hiliarious along with Just Pam (I think that was her name) and she killed it!!!!! Our drinks were not made well but luckily we had purchased shots to make up for the food and drinks...smh. I believe that his material lacked something because of personal issues that we all go through. His demeanor was lack luster-ish. I DO NOT LIKE THE SEATING! Covid going on and they force you to sit with others I had sit with my bad to a table and a couple was there. Everyone is different. I have a broad back so out of respect I slid down in my seat to accommodate the couple behind me. That shouldnt be its very uncomfortable. Just a heads up. We purchased VIP tickets and were happily seated first after having waited a very long time in line to be let in (they were running late). I was EXTREMELY thirsty having waited outside in the heat for nearly an hour before the doors opened. I ordered buffalo wings and wine and asked the waitress for ice water and exclaimed I am so thirsty . Well, my buffalo wings were delivered promptly and I was completely finished with them and still no water, wine, anything! By this time I was not only thirsty but my mouth was warm from the buffalo sauce. They cleared my plate and finally my wine came... as I watched ALL 4 tables around me being served water! I had asked by then 3 times for water from 3 different staff members! I didnt receive my water until the show had started and the headliner was performing! And to add insult to injury I drank the water down so fast I wanted more...she never came back to refill it even after I ate the ice and the cup was dry . I even turned the cup over and pushed it to the edge of the table so she would notice but nope! So if you were wondering to the waitress thats why your tip sucked! Thanks a lot. This is bad business and I know being a local business owner myself!!!

Ontario Improv is a quaint, yet friendly establishment. D.L. Hughley was performing the night I visited, so you know there were laughs to be had! Even his warm up people were holding their own. Be patient with staff, as they are serving in the dark. I wasnt amused with the wings, but the beverages were nice😁. Coming here should be included into ones self-care.

Comedy was great.. the service was good... the food could be better. They need to improve on making better drinks... are skimpy on the alcohol but not skimpy on the price . Lastly I dont like how they squeeze people into the VIP section .. It didnt make me feel so VIP at all.

Front office staff was incredibly rude and mean. Bathroom was disgusting, and a main stall didnt have toilet paper at the end of the show when everyone was trying to use the restroom before leaving. Food was ok, but soda was flat and did not taste good. Servers were good, but just wasnt an overall enjoyable experience.

The Improv was nice. It was a sold out show. I just did not like having to share my table with others. I think if they tried to seat couples with couples and singles with singles it may not have been so bad. Its a little awkward when you are on a date and have to share your table with singles. Bruce Bruce was great.

Had such a great time watching Carlos Mencia! Tried the chicken quesadilla and soft pretzels with cheese. Pretty good, and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the quesadilla was. Cant wait to go back soon!
