Taste okay. But it looks like cheap fast food. Next time, I would eat elsewhere.And when they ran a card, it asked for a tip.A TIP??? FOR WHAT?It processed fast Japanese food. Everything was in paper products. This was NOT a restaurant but a FAST FOOD JAPANESE SHOP.SORRY. NO TIP.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE … gave me the wrong order!!! even tho I clearly said shrimp and yes to shrimp.. I understand its pretty loud cause of the sizzling but they could have at least accommodated me and change my order since its the same price. NEVER AGAIN! There are a lot of similar stores like this thats way better.

Its definitely not high priced, you dont get as showy of a show with your food, but this is teppanyaki, just like Benihana or other places like that. Mostly chicken moves rapidly along on this massive teppan grill, but beef and shrimp are also available. They call it teriyaki, and the sauce is definitely the sweet and umami mix of teriyaki. But its not grilled, its on a big metal teppan griddle.You get two sides with your meal, choice from noodles, steamed rice, fried rice and steamed veggies. The veggies come out of the steamer crisp and full of nutrients, the fried rice has peas and carrots in it, the noodles get stir-fried fresh on the grill.The best thing about Osaka is the freshness of the food. The fried rice might sit there in a steam table, and the steamed veggies sit right next to the fried rice. But considering the popularity of this little food court booth, the fried rice and veggies dont stick around to wilt and get funky.The neighborhood loves this place, justifiably so. Fresh food and lots of it. Itedakimasu!

5 stars for the fooood! The best Asian food I had on the West Coast so far. Customer service kind of sucks, but I normally order the Teriyaki Chicken and it is so good everytime😊

Food wasn’t presented as advertised. The posters for shrimp show about 15-20 on the plate. The end result was 7 whole shrimp. The teriyaki sauce is supposed to be sweet but it tastes like brown gravy. That is it that’s all!

Amazing food! I’ve been going there for the past 6 years. They are extremely rude though. Workers are cool but the two Asian owners are extremely rude. You can tell their workers are hush because of them and they make a big deal. They serve water downed Siracha and they are VERY unprofessional.

The food is very nasty. While I was waiting for the food the men cooking it got on top of the stove with his dirty shoes on to clean something on top of the stove.The Japanese men the owner I assume saw the cook getting on top of the stove while customers food was cooking. He did not say anything. It was not the cooks fault it’s the owner the Japanese guy because he controls them and makes them do all those nasty things while the food is cooking. The sad part was that the owner told the cook to get on top of the stove with his shoes on. Infront of customers food while it was cooking. If they do that in the presence of the customers. I cant imagine what else they do in close doors. Nasty! It does get busy since it’s in the mall. And the food is not that good.The Japanese guy(owner) acts arrogant and has bad customer service. If you like the taste of dirty shoe in your food? Go! I myself will not go back.

Fantastic service! waitress did whatever was possible to insure we had everything we needed. ordered food for 4 and was extremely well priced. ordered cajun shrimp and the waitress came out with gloves to have us peel them. overall amazing service, clean and super friendly I will visit again when I come back 5 out of 5 stars.

Sub par food with awful customer service. Asian woman at register who I assume is the owner is rude. Dont know if shes having an off day or whats going on in her personal life but please learn how to treat your clientele with more respect. I will never go back.

I will give 0 stars to this place . If you asked for extra sauce the Chinese lady/owner gets mad 😡 . The second time I went to ask for more she made her face again and I told her “ooo you don’t want to give me more and she nod her head very disrespectful “ and I told her ok you just lost a costumer.

Very elegant and accessible spot. They serve generous meals and for reasonable rates. We liked the food a lot and the staff were very welcoming and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Terrible. The Hispanic woman working the register was rude. I meant to order the shrimp beef and chicken teriyake but accidentally forgot the chicken. When I kindly asked if they could add chicken she gave me a dirty look and very rudely told the Chinese cooking to add chicken. Then he said it awweady done cook. It awweady done cook. they finally added it.To top it all off the food wasnt good at all.

My order was wrong the cashier punch a different order then they want me to pay more for the shrimp I didnt look at the receipt bec the price is the same with the shrimp then they want me to pay extra for the shrimp I said no bec I waited long for my food Im not ordering there anymore the food is too salty & oily the crew were not pleasant.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BAD SERVICEIt really is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. I bought a meal there. The chicken was super overheated. Also, the employees looked like they were doing it reluctantly. Lastly, the cook exaggerated the teriyaki sauce. I honestly thought it didnt have much sauce. but when I sat down and saw it, it was super exaggerated, I came back and told the girl that if II could change it and put no sauce or separate sauce and he told me that I had to pay 2 dollars because according to meI had eaten it so I told him Im not going toPay two dollars if you want, give me less, Im hungry and she was super exaggerated with the cooks that I had to pay or you know what, give me my money and she told me no, I couldnt do it, I told her, call your manager and he told her in English the opposite and I clearly understood that he should give her his money and she came with the same thing to pay for both and that I asked for extra sauce and that I had already eaten it. I clearly felt bad and turned around completely, they didnt give me my money and the food. Pure business sometimes the spaghetti is staleIn addition to the fact that they do not specify well what a combo contains, the photos show that it comes with rice and spaghetti and notAt the very moment, if you dont ask for it, they dont tell you anything, they just ask which rice, white or fried, and you trust it and since you dont mention spaghetti, they dont give you anything.And when you go to tell them and they say my spaghetti we cant put it on your plate anymore because the meat has already been served.And they tell you if you want spaghetti you have to pay for it separately and its 5 dollars more.It is totally a scam to get more money than they are supposed to come from the two combinationsTotally nooooo I recommend it
