Everything here is fantastic!! I got the pork bún noodle bowl and the truffle fries, and my friend ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp. Seriously, it was so good we came back 2 days later for more!!

Great flavors! Very friendly atmosphere and service. Portions are large - always an enjoyable meal, and I always leave full. Everything always tastes great.

Dont skip out on this place!! Its so good! My favorite dish is the Lomo Saltado with the steak cubes. Words cannot describe how tender and delicious this plate is. Im so glad to have this restaurant at the Janns. Its a really great place to sit and eat. The food is absolutely incredible here. I am personally hesitant with dishes I am unfamiliar with but coming from a picky eater, this place is absolutely worth exploring. I attached a picture of my plate cause it was that good. Other things to note: the restaurant is very clean, and well decorated. The music is pleasant and not loud. The staff was very friendly and prompt to greet me and seat me at a table. Most the dining area has an excellent window view of the plaza in the Janns marketplace outside the theater. Sodas are served from a can if that matters to you and ice is optional and free.

We look forward to visiting Ot Bistro when we are in town seeing our Cal Lu kid. The Pho is spectacular (superb broth), the service is always great, and my egg roll opinionated fam says Ots are the best.

Very very disappointed overpriced fried rice with no egg. Literally just rice and some bacon on the top for $18 ridiculous will never be going here again this is not fried rice

Not good for the money. Ordered the vermicelli with chicken and it was a small portion for $14, no mint as described, and noodles were hard. Traditionally this dish would come with egg rolls, which is an extra $1.75 each which is super expensive. Interior setting was modern and clean. Not recommended if you want good Vietnamese food or bang for your buck.

What a pleasant find!!! Great value and food is absolutely delicious. We got the pho and garlic noodles! Both were excellent. The texture of the noodles were Al dente and the prawns were grilled to perfection! This is just fuss free and delicious food. Was too hungry to take any photos!Vietnamese coffee was also just like how we’ve had in Vietnam! :)

Our first time here. This was a very fun experience.Very welcoming environment, nice & cleanLocated in the food court. Not your typical food court.....beautiful outdoor area.As an appetizer I had the Crispy Egg Rolls - ground pork, mushrooms, onions, carrots & glass noodles. Deep fried and served with sweet & sour fish sauce. The word FISH Sauce scared me not having it before, I wasnt sure what to expect. But I tried it and Im so glad I did. I really enjoyed it! Of course the egg rolls were fresh & delicious.For the entire Vermicelli BBQ grilled Pork (Bun Thit Nuong) - Vermicelli rice noodles, mint, lettuce, cucumber, shredded carrots, topped with crushed peanuts & fried green onions. This dish was delicious! Im excited to have it again & share it with my family too see what they think of it. This was light, fresh, flavorful & tasty!

The garlic noodles with ribeye is such a great dish. The ribeye is always done perfectly how you order it and the garlic noodles sauce is so delicious. I also recommend the combo pho with meatballs, brisket and ribeye. Everything here is delicious.

Stumbled upon this place when we were craving some Southeast Asian food. Was not disappointed at all. Run by a lovely husband and wife duo serving Vietnamese food with a twist.We had the rib eye pho and garlic noodles with grilled shrimp. Everything was *delicious*, and the chef clearly loves their craft.Cant recommend this place enough!

A standing ovation for the incredible hospitality and faithfulness for the Vietnamese cuisine. The pho was slightly sweet for my taste, but the quality was high due to its 24 hour cooking time and adequate use of quality base.The refillable pho noodles are a welcome novelty since the prices are a bit high compared to other pho places. The garlic noodles were flavorful but a bit cold. The fried rice was similarly good, but didnt quite reach the same mark as the pho. Apparently, the Lomo saltado also left some to be desired.I think you would be hard pressed to find a rival pho restaurant in the area. This unassuming restaurant raised the bar in an exciting way for Moorpark. A fantastic effort from the new restaurant and I hope to return some day.

Surprisingly delicious pho. I had a fairly big party and we are pretty big eaters so we definitely took advantage of the unlimited noodles.The service was outstanding and if your in the mood for pho I highly recommend. The crispy wings were delicious although pricy really crispy and juicy. The garlic noodles were great however they came out luke warm.

So I ate here on February 13th, day of the football game, and I got the pho and fried rice and oh my goodness I’ve never had such amazing Asian food! The fried rice was garnished with spring onion, just like how traditional fried rice is made, and it was super flavorful and golden. The pho was mild enough to my liking, I do have a sensitive stomach and none of the food caused stomach or intestinal distress. Fast forward to V day and I was at the Jans mall to help my grandma buy pet food and then she went to Panera, and I was thinking hard if I should go back to Ot bistro just to get their plain fried rice, indeed it is a bit pricey, so I decided to go to Panda Express instead. It’s been a while since I last had panda, and oh boy do I regret it. Their fried rice has almost no flavor and it’s not golden and crispy like Ot Bistro. My stomach is in pain as we speak. The beef was too saucy and it made me nauseous. Wish I went back to Ot for their fried rice cause oh boy my stomach is paying a price. Hope Ot stays open for a long time. Very delicious!

Trying out the place for the first time and it was surprisingly good. Order the ribeye Pho and the broth is very flavorful different than the normal for that I had. This will definitely be my go to Pho after work out since it’s right in front of Gold’s gym.

I got the rib eye lomo saltado with some shrimp spring rolls. It was worth the price extremely delicious. Their lychee lemonade taste super fresh and refreshing. Will be coming back

I was happy to hear about a new Vietnamese restaurant that opened up right down the hill from my office that can make a quick, convenient bowl of pho for lunches. The people there were friendly, the food was good, and I’m looking forward to coming back for lunch again!

The best Vietnamese/Asian fusion food in town. The food was beyond delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. Definitely recommend this place if youre in town!!!!

The food is too pricey for what it is. The waiter was not very helpful at all only came by 2 times one to take our order and once to leave our check.Not once were we offered refills or anything. 1st and last time here.
