2023-12-02 23:34:55A good place for having authentic China Chinese hand pulled noodles. We had the spicy dry noodles, beef soup noodles along with appetiser of cold dish pigs ear and wonton. The noodle Portion was too big for one person. Next time, I would order 1 noodles for sharing and called more delicacy dishes. Overall food was good especially the spiciness is mostly from the sichuan pepper -mala.

2023-10-19 05:02:45Recommend lanzhou hand-pulled beef noodle soup! The soup is very juicy. Beef roll is also good. Service is also good and quick. You can customized ingredients (spicy, cilantro, etc) for each dish.

2023-07-27 20:59:59Came here yesterday for the first time, it was clean and very nice! Was sat down and served our water immediately. I ordered the veggie noodles with the veggie broth and the broth was so yummy, not too salty at all and very flavorful for just vegetables. I thought this place was pricey, but the portion sizes are quite large. I like the regular round size the best. I would definitely come here agains for a casual lunch with friends.

2023-05-12 03:21:39I’ve been to this place several times before name change. I went there last weekend under their new name and I’m happy to report: same kitchen, same taste, very authentic!I loved their spicy beef side dish 麻辣牛肉 and was a bit surprised they changed the type of beef to the same as the noodle soup instead of originally 卤牛肉,but no worries on that, still worth it.

2021-09-20 02:56:28First, Ill say that I was pretty disappointed that even when you dine in, youre served all of your food in to-go containers. Makes for lousy presentation and crispy food that becomes steamed/soggy, and is bad for environment. The general chicken was fine. Nothing to write home about. The cold thin-sliced beef was good. Was a little skimpy on the Szechuan peppercorn (numbing flavor). Otherwise pretty tasty. The hand pulled noodles (medium thick) had a nice chew, but the broth was lacking...not much depth/one-dimensional. Barely any meat in it. Pricey for what you get.The beef roll was pretty good. Decently crispy. Flavor was fine.Overall, its decent food, if a little pricey for what youre getting. I guess everything is pricey these days when it comes to food inflation! Probably worth a try if youre looking for this type of food and are in the area.

2021-03-09 09:17:04The food is authentic and reminiscent of Northern China cuisine. I am very surprised how uniform in size and shape the hand pulled noodles are. They must be made by a chef with decades of experience. The broth of the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup was the best with a unique flavor. The dumplings are a little salty and the chili oil for the Spicy Wanton is not very spicy. For the price, they give a reasonably good portion. Overall, it is an average good Chinese place that is worth a return to try the different types of noodles. The staff are excellent and treat their customers well. They forgot one of our dishes and when we came back to grab it, they apologized and threw in a Shredded Potato Salad for us free of charge. Thanks!

2022-04-12 18:30:28Lanzhou hand pulled noodles are the best noodles Ive ever had and will be my go to comparator when weighing up against other types of noodles (mainly ramen). The slow cooked beef broth is full of flavor with a mild spiciness that doesnt overpower or linger. My table also ordered cold tofu with century egg. I tried a bite, then one or two more, and again until it was finished. I appreciate the complicated flavor and texture of the dish.Like many dine in restaurants in 2022, the menu is a qr code scan and requires a phone number to place your order. Currently, their online menu is missing photos of some of their dishes, but thats easily resolved by checking out photos from other reviewers. The online menu is easy to use from multiple phones.Service was quick, even during a busy dinner service.Edit 2022/04/12: The restaurant features the Michelin mascot, which I believe means they were awarded at least one Michelin star. Im not sure where to find definitive info about it.
