2023-07-16 18:09:47Very clean, pleasant restaurant. Service is good, accommodating. Was able to order onions on the side. Food looks and tastes wonderful. When ordering extra noodles, they took a while and were a bit hard. Otherwise great experience and will be coming back again.

The atmosphere was comfortable and cool. It is all in all a great place and I would highly recommend it to anybody that either loves ramen or wants to try something new.

2023-08-05 22:53:43As someone who has tried many ramen, I was attracted by the name and rating of this restaurant, unfortunately, it was a disappointment in many ways; you can tell that they used convenient ingredients as replacement. For example, chives instead of the green scallions, a lot cheaper and longer storage time. A typical Raman usually comes with eggs but you would have to pay extra for eggs here. We tried their signature dish, which is the ox bone soup, however the beef tasted sweet and artificial (I ordered the spicy one) like those pre-cooked pulled meat from supermarket, along with other strange things, carelessly thrown together. It was not ramen at all, but they used thin Italian spaghetti pasta.

2023-06-19 10:07:39One word AMAZING!!! Had the Ox Fire Miso, Hot N Spicy Miso Chicken and Spicy Garlic Edamame. Huge portions and everything was delicious. Miso chicken had a nice spicy kick to it. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

2023-09-26 23:32:49This maybe the best Ramen in this area. It certainly was the best I have had in these parts. Ox Bone deserves a greater recognition. I arrived today around 2PM, just in time to have lunch and make their 2:30 afternoon break. I had the Ox Miso, it was outstanding. Also the staff, or the wait person, I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The ambiance also adds a premium feel to the dining experience.

2022-05-20 21:50:46What a great surprise...!Being born in Japan, I’ve had countless numbers of Ramen in my life.I know there are some great Ramen restaurants in LA, but this Ox Bone Ramen ranks top for me with no doubt. The beef bone broth ramen soup is just outstanding! Westlake Village is lucky to have this legit Ramen place.

2023-07-20 17:23:32On Valentines Day, which also marked our 24th anniversary, we decided to order takeout, and it turned out to be an incredible choice! My husband is a true carnivore, while Im a vegetarian, and we were both amazed by the experience. The restaurant had thoughtfully packaged the broth separately, and I thoroughly enjoyed my order of fire vegetable. It was simply fantastic, and we couldnt have asked for a better meal to celebrate our special day.

2023-02-15 04:38:36Ordered take away on Valentines Day - which also happened to be our 24th anniversary. Could not have been BETTER! My wonderful husband is a carnivore, Im a vegetarian - and we were both blown away. They package the broth separately - that bowl is my order of fire vegetable! So perfectly fantastic! And super generous portion. Thank you for making the night memorable!

2022-11-25 20:59:08Came here for lunch on Black Friday 2022 - the appetizers were good (karaage, taikoyaki and crispy rice) but the ramen was a let down. The broth (both chicken and ox bone) were not flavorful and the ramen texture inconsistent. The wafer at the end was a nice touch. Pricey.
