First timer here. Enjoyed good food. Wish that the beverages are inclusive on the all you can eat price. Lettuce wrap comes with a price too. But overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Second time coming here and Im a fan!!! Everytime I think I want Korean BBQ this is the only place that comes to mind. The price for all you can eat is fair, the environment is cozy, and the food portions you receive are just excellent. I have nothing bad to say about this place and the service you receive. Fantastic food and very kind service. I love it!! And will be an advocate to anyone whos looking to get into some BBQ. I wish I had better video but when you start grubbing its so hard to want to take pics.

Have come many times to either this location or the Elk Grove one.Upon arriving we let the server know that it was my wifes bday today and we were told at the end we could spin the wheel for a prize. That did not happen. They forgot.Food is great, my go-to is Oz Galbi and sesame beef. But on my last order, I ordered sesame beef and got pork belly. I left it there. Too fatty.Overall I like this place, but I like the Elk Grove location alot more.

I always have a good time here, Staff is super friendly, nice, and attentive. For just a decent meal, go earlier as quieter and no waiting. If going out for evening make reservations as will be a wait as very popular.

This is my first time at this establishment. The waiters took complete advantage of the 18% auto gratuities. Service was lacking. When he showed up, the server rarely had anything we asked for. No chili sauce was given until towards the end. By this time, my pot stickers were cold. The sauce was grainy and unpleasant. I spoke with GM Haley the next day about the poor experience. She was professional, pleasant, and helpful. Due to her I would give this location another try

First time here while visiting Sacramento. It was super great! We had Jan as our waiter and he was very attentive and patient with us. It was quite busy but he was still able to attend to our party. Overall, it was a good experience.

First, I would like to say that the last time I came here I gave it 5 stars !!It’s been a year now, and I have changed it to 3 stars. I came here for lunch with my family on Monday, 9/11/2023. The price for lunch now is $23.99 for adults and $20 for kids ages 4-10.The lady who sat us has great service. What I really dislike the most now is how we order and the way we get our food.Now it seems like there is less customer service / help with getting our needs met. There seems to only be one waitress/ waiter helping one side in the area we were sitting. After making our first order, a robot delivers the food to you. This was okay at first, it didn’t seem to take long. After our first round of ordering. It took a while for the waiter to come back and take our order again. Now that there were more people coming in for lunch, the service and wait for our food took longer. We were only able to get 3 orders in. Thankfully the food still taste as good. For me, the price and wait time for it, was not worth it. I feel like the robot delivering the food takes longer. It needs to go back to how it was before. All this new technology is killing this food service industry. I don’t know exactly what was going on, but it was terrible. We already have to cook our own food and enjoy it that way, but making us wait for the food to come is ridiculous.I hope it gets better. I really love coming to Oz. If this is how they do things now, I will definitely not be going back at all.

The experience and food, for the price, for all you can eat!? Its such a good value. Service was great, food was great. I recommend the short ribs and pork belly. Dont skip on the spicy stuff, its spicy but in just the right way, not overpowering but not invisible. Was my first time doing Korean BBQ and it definitely wont be the last.

The food was good. Ive never been here. I was here with other people that brought their children. That was too much for me. But the cooking was fun. Its too much meat for me. I dont know if Ill come back. I dont know how the waitress put up with my family. One of the steaks came but it wasnt cut up like it was supposed be. A robot brought us our meat on a tray. That was cool to see. It would go from table to table. It was an experience.

Made a weeknight visit. It was OK. At 5:30 PM the crowds were small. By the time we left at 6:30 it was getting pretty full. The food servings are reasonable. It would’ve been nice to have more vegetable choices. The robotic food delivery is cute, but seems a little out of place. I guess I appreciate real people. :-)

Their beef bulgogi was so flavorful and yummy! Overall the meats and sides were great. But the service was a bit slow, perhaps a shortage of servers? The wait time to get in took very long. Best to reserve your table way ahead of time, especially on the weekends. Otherwise you could be waiting 45 minutes to an hour (I’m not exaggerating).

This is the only Korean BBQ spot from sac to the city that deserves five stars. I’ve been here a handful of times but Trang is the one I’d like to give special props for her service. One downfall is you have to have Yelp to make reservations ahead of time which I don’t have. They also temp check before seating.Food is super fresh. Six dipping sauces to choose from. Two days before and two days after your birthday you can come in to get your birthday credit. You get three appetizers and three main dishes per table. Parking has a security guard at night. There’s a bar, clean restrooms and a full bar. Curbside takeout. Heated waiting area.

The service here was friendly and quick. We chose the lunch all you can eat. Were were told to choose 3 appetizers, 3 proteins and our choice of veggies. Rice, salad, and sauces are available upon request. We wanted to try multiple items so we asked for smaller portions so we wouldnt waist food and could quickly order the next items. The KBBQ here was delicious! The meats were good, the corn cheese was good, and the sides were phenomenal! Some recommendations from my group are the sesame beef, the brisket, and spicy brisket. We went through the Yelp waitlist and when we got there it took a couple minutes for them to set up our table. The drinks were strong but tasty, one person got the sweethearts and said it tasted “really good, very fruity!” and another got the Scooby snacks which looks like a shamrock shake and she enjoyed hers! In addition to 2 Modelo and a Kloud super clear everybody enjoyed their beverages. Everything was good, and we’re definitely looking to come back

First time trying this place out. Food was decent, the variety of meat and appetizer was pretty good. Service is a bit of a let down. The host/greeter/wait staff. The feeling of just being treated like cattle. Get in and get out, you humans!! Yeah, that feeling. After a long trip from Lake Tahoe with the family. The service was and extreme let down. Very pleased with our first visit here. Food was great, ended up being quite worth the lunch all-you-can-eat price. Some things werent as tasty as others, we werent sure whether we cooked the calamari steaks properly (which wouldve been a nice thing for the waiter to talk about to new comers), and we had annoying temperature variations with the grill (sometimes the meat would cook instantly, other times it would sit there for a long while). Great overall. I would certainly return to eat more of that delicious meat.

And no problem getting a table, only had a 5 minute wait.Our server wasnt the best this time, not very attentive, we had to constantly ask for them for refills, bring the rest of our order etc. Although generally they are on point, she may have been preoccupied with her phone. Had a wonderful time at the Korean All You Can Eat, Oz. Blake the host was warm, friendly and very helpful. Lien, our waitress was excellent! She was quick, efficient and very personable. I believe that was her name. After eating, I was in a bit of food coma....😳. She was Asian and had blond hair. The food was delicious. I especially loved the steam egg dish. It was soft, custard-like and bubbling hot when it was brought to our table. For all you can eat (minus drinks and extras), it costs $24.99 for adults and $13.98 for kids 4-10 on the weekends. On the weekdays, it costs less $18.99 for adults and $13.99 for kids for lunch from 11-4. You can order small portions of the meats so that you could try more items without getting so full. I am sure this place is packed in the evenings. However, you can log onto the Yelp app and be waitlisted to speed up your wait-time. I would definitely go back again for another enjoyable time at the Oz.

Wait time was about an hour but it was well worth it. It was our second time coming here, the first being in 2015 and the service is still top notch since then. Seriously, the best! Our waiter that night made sure we had everything and asked us if we wanted refills every single time he came by. Food was delicious, plenty of side dishes and all workers are wearing gloves and face masks when necessary. You do need a face mask when you walk in and they take your temperature. Once cleared, youre escorted to the outside seating area and to your table. When you sit down, youre allowed to take off your mask. Theres a barcode on the edge of the table that you can scan with your phone to pull up the menu. You pick 3 starters, 3 proteins, and any mixed veggies. Also, If you need to use the restroom you have to put your mask back on. Same if youre leaving, put it back on and take it off once youre outside of the restaurant and in your car. In the end, we came out full and happy! We will definitely be coming back soon!

However, there is a nice little bar in the front that isnt too expensive selling pretty good cocktails for $6.As for the kbbq experience itself, it was great. Service was good. The side dishes are satisfactory and they even have rice wraps. Weird that extra charge for lettuce wraps though. They have galbi and also steak that is nicely marbled (see picture). The brisket is yummy.The tofu stew is better than lots of Korean place and the steamed egg is also really yummy. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat whenever I want ayce kbbq!

Seems like outside seating is going through a remodeling when I went for lunch. Either way, this location is a bit small for my taste. I’ve gone to the Elk Grove location and my only problem for these places are the parking. Lunch was a problem for parking so be prepared to look for a spot because sometimes it’s a battle for them haha my opinion on that. Aside the parking, food and service is always on point if you know what you want. They’ll bring it to you on the double but if you take your time then don’t be surprised of a bit of a wait because there’s other order on point at other tables 👀. Oh and keep in mind you cook your meats. Overall good!

We had so much fun having dinner at Oz Korean BBQ. If youre not familiar, each table has its own bbq grill, the meats and veggies are delivered to your table, and you cook it. Keep ordering more until youve had enough. The food was super fresh, and the marinades were flavorful. They have robot that delivers the food to your table. Its fun! The bulgogi beef is wonderful.

The sad part is the beef was dark old pale color when brought to us. My date he was so hungry and ate them. I didnt the rest of the porks were ok. It has a very modern and youthful vibe. There is a grill in the center of the table that you cook your own food on. It is a unique and fun way of going out for dinner. They have an all you can eat with a lot of great choices of meats. Every 15 minutes or so we had them bring out new meats to grill up. Its pretty close to how I imagine heaven. The serving staff was great. They were friendly and super upbeat which made us feel very comfortable. As soon as I put down an empty glass they brought me a new drink. This place is amazing! Tonight my family and I went to the location in Rancho Cordovo. After our experience tonight we will not be coming back.I checked in to the waitlist approximately 20 minutes prior to arriving. When I added my name to the list the app stated an approximate 30 minute wait. I received an automated text to arrive by 8:04 and we arrived just before 8:00. Upon arriving I was greated by a hostess who stated it would be well over an hour because we needed to be present to be on the waitlist and other parties had arrived in the meantime. This process makes no sense Why offer an online waitlist if parties can come in in front of you. Thats the point of a waitlist right?In addition to being frustrated with the above. I found the 2 hostess to be rude.Unfortunately this is the 2nd similar experience we have had at this location. We will not be going back. The are plenty of other restaurants in the area that are a better option where customers are valued.

Had a seriously awesome experience here. Cannot stress enough how kind and attentive the staff here was, constantly checking in but not being overbearing, making sure we were happy and fed. Food isnt cheap, but was an amazing value and an even better experience. This is my girlfriends new favorite restaurant and type of food in general. If youre looking for a place for date night thats fun and gets you fat and happy this is the place. Addair took care of us and he was an awesome guy who earned his tip 10 times over. This place was delicious and the experience was better than my first time in Vegas. The choice of meats was shorter than some of the other places around, but there were many more appetizers and since I was dinning with 3 first timers and one picky eater (no spicy no seafood) we picked oz. The appetizers were on point! Cheese corn, wings, and potstickers were sooo good. The short rib was our favorite and the sweet pork was good. BBQ chicken surprised me bc I expected it to be bland and it really wasnt. We also tried the briscuit which was not marinated and it was OK. Since I like spicy I put the Chile sauce on it and that was good. Atmosphere was good, they changed out the grills after each round and I did not smell smokey. Would definitely come again.

Although it is all you can it, I dont understand why do they have to throw away the food you dont order, but they bring it to you anyway (like appetizers that are on the table before you are even seated)? Seems wasteful. Usually when we go out to eat and spend over $50, we come back with two boxes of leftovers which are then used to have dinner on the next day. Here on the other hand, you cant take the food you cannot finish. Doesnt seem to be a fair value of ~$50.The food tasted okay. Ive expected more.Besides, most of the staff have a strong asian accent which is very difficult to understand along with all the noise going on around you.

This was about the 4-5 time I’ve been here in a month, I went two days in a row for lunch. The first day I found a hair in the rice, no big deal. I didn’t make a deal out of it just told the waiter “Andy” (I remember cause same name as me” he gave me nice rice and that was the end of it. But the second day I got with my son, I found 3 hairs just on my plate, then 2 on his. This is my families, favorite restaurant but unfortunately the service here has got so bad I’m not sure if we’re going to return. Good, but it takes so long to get and if you have kids or a smaller party, expect to get put in the worst parts at the restaurant. Our grill did not heat properly dude to which it was probably clogged but when we told our server, they just said oh that happens and said it’s OK but it took us 15 minutes to cook CHADOL. To top it off it was my daughters birthday, and they never offered her to seeing or to spin the wheel. I told the lady I wanted to pay with my gift card and the remaining balance with my debit card but she put the entire payment on my debit card but at this point it was already too late to go back and refund and we just wanted to go home.

This KBBQ was excellent! The sides were outstanding, and the meats and corn cheese were both excellent. The brisket, spicy brisket, and sesame beef are some dishes that my group particularly likes. When we arrived, it took a few minutes for them to set up our table after we were added to the Yelp waiting. The drinks were strong yet flavorful; one customer who had a Sweethearts claimed it tasted really good, very fruity! while another ordered a Scooby snack that resembles a shamrock shake and said she liked it. All of the drinkers appreciated their Kloud super clears and two Modelos. Everything went smoothly, and we absolutely plan to return.

This was the closet Korean BBQ place to were my sister lives so we thought it would be worth a try. This place is not worth the money, expensive for subpar service and okay meat. The server barely came to the table and when she did she was dropping off items and was gone in the same breath. We ordered the regular pork and it came to the table frozen later we ordered the garlic shrimp only 7 pieces were given to us (for a party of five?). When we got our check she gave it to use then we didn’t see her again for roughly 20 minutes, after waiting some more and looking around the whole table had to get up and go to the host stand to find someone to cash us out and then she materializes. Definitely won’t be coming here again the 30 minute drive was not worth it save your time and money. If you do come request the cat robot to be your server you’ll probably be better off then we where.

The all you can eat is pick 3 starter and 3 proteins for the table. They bring out your drinks, some small plates with kimchi and other fun stuff along with rice and a grill to cook your own food. The shrimp are still in shells and not deveined. You get metal tonsil and chopsticks. At times I felt I was handling raw meat with the tonsils and chopsticks a little too much. The second time around with the shrimp, I removed the shell and fingers were a bit ilkky. The raw meat, a large selection of beef and pork, is thinly sliced and most are marinated and only need a min and then flip it over to the other side. So a win win, burning calories while eating! Great service and atmosphere, definitely will come back and try the other things on the menu. Desserts sounded yummy but are not included in the 30 buck dinner price.

First time having Korean BBQ and overall it was an OK experience. The food was good, but there were some items I could have gone without (i.e. appetizers, brisket and spicy meats). My biggest complaint was the misleading wait times. We were added to the wait list at 7:40 pm but didnt get seated until 9:30 pm. We received a text around 8:15 asking us to check in and were told wed have to wait an additional 15-20 mins. 20 mins go by so I decide to check with the hostess and turns out more people have been checked in so now Ive been pushed further in the line. We were told THREE different times that itd be an additional 15-20 mins which was very misleading. After finally getting seated around 9:30, it took our waiter more than 10 minutes to address us until I finally complained the host. By the time we finally ate, the kids were sleepy and we had waited too long to eat. We were offered an apology but no discount or courtesy item for the inconvenience. Personally we didnt feel the wait was justified by the food. Children 10 and up are charged as adults, which seems unreasonable given most children dont eat very much. Despite the prices advertised online, the per adult fee is $31, not including drinks or add-ons.

The wait list can get pretty long if you come during peak hours & with more than 3 people in your party. Came here with one of my friends & her boyfriend for the first time & really enjoyed it.It is a bit dark inside but the orders come out quickly & the servers really pay attention to your water and refill your drinks promptly.Also, just a note, the location is not the best. The parking lot is tiny and always full.There arent many KBBQ places in the North Bay Area so this was one of the first ones I went to while I was at Davis. Very poor customer service started from beginning. We reserved a table online with a wait time of 40 minutes, but it took over 1 hour and 40 minutes. Whenever I review a restaurant, I always look at a few key metrics, like the quality of ingredients, diligence of the staff, presentation, and a few other idiosyncratic nuances I wont discuss now..No matter what metric I consider, Oz Korean BBQ dominates, standing at the peak. Without question, Oz represents the best Korean BBQ in the greater Sacramento area. We had the pleasure of dining with server Brian, and I must say his energy, and attention to detail, were second to none. He knew every ingredient intimately, was so attentive that it bordered on precognition, and maintained a positive yet restrained attitude that was consistent the whole night. When our food arrived, the pot stickers were as fresh as can be, and each ingredient we cooked tasted delicious. It was obvious that Oz used decent ingredients, as even my shabby skill produced cuts of meat that can only be described as sacred. The cadence of fresh food arriving was pace car perfect, and there was never a moment where we wanted for anything. Unlike Blue House, Brian took the time to change our grill when it blackened too. Truly, a great experience. My only gripe? No leftovers! Haha, give it a try. Its a bit pricey, at nearly $30/person, but its absolutely worth every penny. We left with full bellies and great memories.

Great place. The all you can eat is worth it because you get to try all the meat. Side plates are very good to. Perfect place to go with family or a group of friends. It is kinda noisy, but bearable. Make sure to try their chili pork. Call-in reservations are only 9 people or more and have to be 3 hours in advance. EDIT:Taking off 1 star for their inability to accommodate for poor lighting due to the fume hood being in the way. Make sure you get a table with good lighting so you could actually see your food. We had to turn on the flash from multiple phones to be able to see if the food was ready or not

Here are a few reasons why you should avoid Oz.1. Rude staff, been here multiple times and have yet to have an experience where there WASNT a rude staff member. Man in pastel patchwork shirt I’m looking at you. Just absolutely miserable to deal with. Also be prepped to ask for things at least 2-3 times.2. Low effort on the food. Honestly this is whats making me not return to this establishment. For what you pay, its not anything special. They cant even be bothered to de-vein or de-shell the shrimp even though they split it? Literally bare minimum stuff. Also their is no continuity, each time i go, the same dishes taste different.3. Poor atmosphere. If the rude staff didn’t throw you off maybe the deafening noise has a shot. I don’t even attempt to talk to folks more than 2 chairs away, it’s futile. Decor is mid as well.4. Bang for your buck. Its expensive and everything I’ve talked about contributes to why this place is not worth it.You will have a better time going to jiujiu or blue house. Oz is definitely one of the most disappointing places in Sacramento.

Reasonable price. Meat, poultry, and seafood look and taste fresh - although I feel like some of them need to be marinated longer. No. 11 is very good and definitely recommend.We had a pleasant dining experience: our server was very attentive, she checked on us often and we never had empty drinks and empty meat and vegetable plates. They also replaced the dirty grill with a clean one often.The restaurant is always crowded, so, if you dont want to wait 45 minutes to an hour, come early. We were there at 5pm and had to wait for 30 minutes. When we finished at 7 pm, the wait line was pretty long and there were a bunch of groups outside waiting for their call/text.We tried to make a reservation for a four earlier in the day, but when we called, they only make reservations for a group of 9 or more.

Lunch special definitely the way to go here. Its cheaper but has the same selection as dinner to my knowledge. Food is wonderful as expected, although the Calamari is not fried and its somewhat bland. Other then that the other meats/appetizers were filling and delicious. Wait times get pretty long during dinner at least during the weekends so Id definitely plan ahead. Id say lunch special usually pretty quick and a better option. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for an upscale restaurant to feast at. Be prepared to pay a bit of a premium though!Service can be hit or miss depends on how busy they are. Its not the greatest but sometimes it can be decent and sometimes its a little bit less than satisfactory but not a huge negative.

Anytime I have friends in town this is the place we go. You cannot beat all you can eat Korean BBQ. We will normally show up with a party of four to six people and eat until we have to roll out of the building. As far as prices go, this place is relatively cheap for all you can eat buffet. Their food is very good, their staff is very friendly, and the overall environment of the building has a good vibe to it. I will add that sometimes it gets so busy the person who is taking care of your table can take a while to get there, but that is understood because of the 200 other people that are in the restaurant. Overall 10 out of 10 for quality and price.

Best Korean BBQ in Sacramento. Its on pay with Korean BBQ Ive had in la and better than bay area. Tables arent cramped, they are fast with service. You can adjust your own flame at the table. Some of my favorite japchae. Their sides are good. The fries are actually incredibly good. We ordered them for the kids and ended up helping them eat it. ;) Fast on drink refills, music is loud enough to drown out other tables but not your conversations. Clean floors, clean bathrooms, and never had a bad waiter or experience.

This is the Bradshaw one I went to. Its the smaller of the two Oz locations in Sacramento. However, it doesnt live in its bigger siblings shadow. Bradshaw Oz is just as busy and delivers on quality. In my opinion the quality of food and service are on par with each other. The bars however. Bradshaw has the smaller one but, their bartender, Gabriel, I feel has the edge. Gabriel has this speak softly but, carry a big stick attitude. This man knows how to mix a drink! Over the course of an hour and a half (my groups wait time) I downed six mix drinks.Other miscellaneous things. Bathrooms are on the small side and were a bit unkept, use the seat covers. There is the option for curbside pick for orders to go. They were accepting cash and card. I dont recall seeing an ATM. There was only one loud drunk guy at the bar. Masks were required until you started eating or drinking. Also before being seated the staff took the temperatures of everybody in the party. I didnt see it happen but, I assume you will not be able to take your seat if youre running a fever. This doesnt happen during check in, only right before you are taken to your table.

Fast serversDelicious foodUnlimited all you can eat. Portions are fairly big and filled my belly. I like the galbi and parmesan mussels. They also have a large selection of other things that I wish my belly was big enough to handle.The side dishes were good too. Love OZ! It is exactly the Korean BBQ experience youre looking for when you want good meat, veggies, kimchi, etc all the while TVs are looping K-Pop. Prices are reasonable for AYCE if you have a healthy appetite. Staff is great, friendly and readily take care of needs. Can get really really really busy during night hours, but weekday lunches are pretty easy if you have the time and opportunity.

So first experience was last year mothers day. I had liked it but I didnt know how to order and the server didnt really explain much. And during to covid the menu was online without pictures, and I dnt know about you but I like a visual menu....Overall it was a 3 star rating.Today 03/13/22 its my third time back and now we know how to order and we also came with 2 other people not just me and my son. And the service seems alot more friendly and prompt. It was full but the wait wasnt crazy at all and fo join the online waiting list is easy. We now know how to order it was deliciously fun.A good tip I can give for first timers look through menu options before hand and ask ur waiter questions. Also if you can go with someone thats been there your experience will be much better.

Really awesome place, great food, nice service, but the wait is really long, and it kind of expensive (All you can eat is about $30). I enjoyed cooking my food, it was a pleasant experience. I also ordered Cajun Fries in the first round but didnt get them until the 5th! The stove also went out once, but they turned it on after a few minutes. Otherwise, everything was marvelous.

This place is pricey but you get your moneys worth with the buffet. It is 17.99 per person for lunch hours and 24.99 per person for dinner prices. The great thing about this place is you start off picking 2 appetizers, your side Vegetables and then 3 meats. After you finish off either one of those plates you can order more of it or choose something else. Be aware that they do charge for surplus food so make sure you can actually finish a dish before ordering more. Its a great place to go with a group but since it is so busy would suggest trying to make a reservation, had the mistake of doing a walk in and waited an 1 1/2 hours to get a table but it is worth the wait.

This place is amazing. I love there front staff. They are so polite and helpful. The servers work really hard and fast to get you your food. The meat is GREAT quality and the atmosphere is so inviting. I would honestly recommend you give this place a try. During the week on lunch for 2 people for the all you can eat its about $45 on weekends and dinner roughly $65
