Ozen Sushi in Foothill Ranch

Our favorite sushi restaurant in the area. Have been coming here for years for our Sushi Friday lunch. Great service. Good sushi. Donny is the best sushi chef. Its always fresh and they will make you something custom if you want.

Looking for sushi, ramen, noodles, bento boxes - Ozen has a little bit of everything. It never disappoints. Try the lunch menu - better pricing before 3pm. There is a little up charge for dinner and weekends. We’ve had all the bento boxes (teriyaki chicken, bulgogi beef, and salmon). It usually comes with miso soup but only for dine in and a choice of sushi or rolls or tempura, rice, salad and wontons. Several tables inside and lots of outdoor patio seating. Located at the Food Festival Food Court in Foothill Ranch. Prices are good for the amount of food you get. The staff and owners are super nice and always greet everyone as they come and go.

We just finished lunch at Ozen. The portion of fish was truly large and fresh on the rolls. Highly recommend the Shugon, rainbow and Andys rolls were fantastic. So was the seafood Udon soup. Must check this place out if you are truly Sushi eater!

If you’re looking for sushi, then don’t go there. I don’t know what I should call these, but definitely not sushi. Service was rude, fish was not fresh, rolls were not shaped.

Service and atmosphere were great. But the food was really just so so. The bluefin tuna sashimi was too soft (in my opinion). And the basic tuna roll started unraveling.

Sushi was falling apart, and there was way too much fake crab mayo mix. Overall it was Overpriced and underwhelming. The seaweed salad was good and the service was quick but the sushi was disappointing.

Chill sushi spot - nothing fancy but hits the spot in every way. Recommend the poke bowl, the spicy crunch roll and the dragon roll. Haven’t had anything that I haven’t liked here!

Originally, I started going here because its close to the movie theater and a great way to kill time before a movie but because Ive enjoyed coming here for that so much, its slowly shifting into a place I go just to relax, even without going to the movie.The atmosphere is lively but mellow so I typically sit at the bar and order for myself. The menu is full of various types of combinations and I have yet to really explore it but Im observing and taking notes at what Id like to indulge in when the time is right.Until then, I can say from experience that this is a good spot to enjoy casual relaxation while indulging in food and drink simply from the friendly service and every order seems to be full, vivid creations that each guest thoroughly enjoys.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for years and it doesn’t disappoint! The staff is friendly and the sushi is some of the best quality! We love the oysters but they haven’t had them in a while I hope they continue to have them on the menu and that we’re lucky enough to have them again!!

We absolutely love Ozen Sushi. Paul, Doni & Steve are all amazing. Shiwon is also the best ever! You will not regret trying this place & will definitely go back.
