Delicious food and the vibe here is wonderful. A must-go if you are in the Stanford area.We had the Surf and Turf with Shrimp and the Korean Steak. Both dishes were excellent, the steak was cooked perfectly to our liking but above all the flavors were fantastic!We would definitely eat here again.

Love this place. It started as a whole in the call in SF as one of the few places one could get affordable seafood. Now that they are all over the Bay some of that has been lost but they offer still a great menu with rather healthy items. The food is tasty, the restaurant looks brand new, service was fast. Only negative is that they messed up my order and my bowl came with the rice base even though I has asked for lettuce. Minor hiccup.

Food is fresh and tastes good. Many healthy options to choose from and some not healthy aka fried options also. Give it a try! Beware they add 3% fee.

Worst service I have ever experienced!During my recent visit, I placed my order with the server and he forgot to include one of the items I had requested. What made matters worse was the servers refusal to take responsibility for the error. Instead of taking responsibility for, he shifted the blame onto me, implying that I should have reminded him about the missing item when he came back to check on me. However, the server didnt confirm orders with me in the first place, I didnt even know there was missing item how can I remind him?I find it completely unacceptable that the server attempted to shift the responsibility into me. It is his primary duty to ensure that all items requested by the customer are included accurately. I dont have the responsibility to babysit the server to ensure they perform their basic job functions correctly.And compound matters, other servers were gathered chatting and failed to check if any customers required assistance. Made me feel my requests were being ignored.The whole dining service experience is far below the standards I expect when dining out, especially at a restaurant like yours.Hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the training of your staff. It is crucial that your team takes ownership of their mistakes and works professionally to ensure a more pleasant and attentive dining experience for all customers.

Great food. Busy place, decently pricy but the portions are massive.Anyways to the food. Shrimp is really crunchy and tender past the skin and the sauce is perfectly sweet with a light kick.Fish was a bit bland and fries were normal.Thai iced tea was a bit bland.Calamari was goodWould come again.

We made a reservation for Mother’s Day and had a great time - food was decent, good drink selection, and a big shout out to our server who was attentive despite the big rush. What would normally be 4-5 stars is dropped down to 2 because a big chain like should not charge a living wage surcharge (3%). I will happily pay a bit more for my food if i know it means the bus boy can pay his rent on time, but I know for a fact they’re not paying their staff what would be considered a “living wage” in Palo Alto, so pretending like they need to pass that fee on to the customers is really trashy. CLEARLY if you have enough capital to have 14 locations and your owners’ net worth are in the multi millions, you can pay your staff a living wage. But acting like this is doing anything other than lining your greedy little pockets is really gross. The employees deserve better.

This seafood restaurant was one of the most popular one in Palo Alto area. But, the dishes were not good enough compared to their price. Poke bowl has two much rice and salmon steak was so blend. Only lobster and shrimp roll was good. The staffs are neutral: not rude but not so friendly neither. They rushed so much. I didn’t finish the last piece of bread but they took my plate. My wife and I had a lunch over there on April 12, 2023.

Service was great but food was not good. We had a sashimi plate that was a few thin slices atop like 400g of white rice with nothing to eat it with. The chicken in the chicken plate had the strangest non-meatlike texture I’ve ever tasted - can’t tell if it was some serious freezer burn or if that chicken had just been massaged to death, it was a bit alarming.
