I visited this place January 10th of this year for a work trip. The food was decent, but nothing unexpected for the area. I would say it was average but still very good. The weight staff was friendly. I thought it was a little expensive since all I had was the Hawaiian woman, a shrimp taco and a regular chicken taco and it was almost $40 before tip. All in all it was not a bad place and I would still recommend it to somebody.The restrooms were clean and it was in an area with a lot of other very good restaurants that I would probably go to as well.My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible

12/9/23. Lunch outside. Clam chowder and shrimp tacos were delicious. As was the cold beer. Service was a tad slow, which isn’t the norm. They were not crowded, so maybe it was a staffing issue.

I had heard good things about this restaurant so finally tried it.I didnt like not being acknowledged when we walked in. We waited about 10 mins... not sure why since the hostess did not look busy. The restaurant on the other hand seemed busy. I actually had to ask the hostess after waiting several more mins if we could get a table and she immediately took us to a table. Our male waiter gave us a bottle water that was warm... 3 of the 5 tables around us had cold water bottles... condensation on bottle expressed that... eventhough we did not ask for water at all, would have been nice to be cold... I did not check the receipt if we were charged for the bottle?Anyway the food was just ok. Fish and rice were just ok. No soy sauce or butter? How does one eat rice with no soy sauce or butter? It was not hot enough for my mom, but she did like the coleslaw.I got grilled chicken but no grill marks on there and grilled pineapple had no grill marks. Disappointing.Still not happy when they tried to fix the issues... (photo was after the fix)Nothing special.No salt or pepper on tables, it would have helped the food taste that evening.Bathroom was dark and dirty with toilet paper all over and the toilet was a weak flushing toilet.I feel the food and value was overpriced ...Felt that wait staff were very slow, not friendly and snobby to us.Will not return.

Wait staff did not show up with any kind of acknowledgment or water for twelve minutes after I got there. Another couple had water but left after fifteen minutes of not being acknowledged.Once I did get water (warm) and was able to order, the food was delicious and hot. The calamari had a delicious surprise surprise of lemons and peppers cook with it. Coconut Shrimp and fish were Moist. The chipotle sauce was delicious.

This place is terrific. I dined on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was pretty full. Our server was great and she entertained our 11 month daughter happily. Ordering was smooth, and the food came out promptly after quick succession. The firecracker salmon sushi rolls tasted great and I will highly recommend it. My wife tried the 2 taco platter with hot fish and grilled shrimp and both tasted amazing with good amount of stuffing inside the tacos. I tried the steelhead with the grilled pineapple salsa with broccolini and kimchi fried rice. The fish was delicious in taste. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back for more.

Had a great lunch here on a Saturday. The fresh catch had a selection of four different fish and a choice for seasonings and sides. The fish was well prepared and I especially liked the kimchi fried rice. The broccolini and Brussel sprouts were tasty too. The waygu burger was also a big hit for my son. They had Thai iced tea on the menu that was too sweet for me, but the overall meal was well prepared and tasty.

The revamped menu offers plenty of delicious options and combinations. The appetizer poke/ceviche trio was absolutely awesome. The fried rice was unfortunately mushy and bland and the ciopino was fairly bland. Other than that we enjoyed everything and had a great time.

Looking for a healthy dinner option on a Sunday evening got myself and wifey to Pacific Catch. Located in the Pruneyard Shopping center, parking can be tricky at times though we got lucky and found a spot right around the corner.Checked in and got a warm welcome by the hosts and we were seated. i was intrigued by the pictures on the wall and turns they were the result of kids coloring a given picture and getting to on the wall of fame along with getting a chance to win one of those plush toys as a gift. Pretty noble a concept!!Got to the table and were served for the evening by Sophia who was very welcoming, friendly and definitely helped us get through the menu and select what we liked. Big shoutout to her !!!We ordered a couple of starters to begin with namely Coconut Shrimp and Guaca Poke. Coconut was an absolute hit and nothing was left behind on the platter beyond the leaf that carried the shrimp :).Guaca Poke was another amazing find that we had though we got some hard chips that when brought to Sophias notice she got us a bag of fresh chips right then and we enjoyed the dish thoroughly.For our main course we ordered the Japanese Wasabi Ahi Poke bowl with my order having the sushi rice replaced with brown rice while in case of my wife she had the Ahi Poke replaced with grilled salmon.The food was served in a prompt fashion (no delays whatsoever -pretty amazing to our liking since we wanted to do a quick in and out) and we got going the moment the platters were on the table. I was told the grilled salmon was fantastic while i enjoyed the Ahi Poke which was amazing and the platter, well it turned out to be top notch choice. Perfectly done rice with just the right amounts of wasabi, seaweed salad, avocado, cucumber, pickled ginger (pretty amazing), daikon sprouts and much more amazing stuff, this bowl is probably going to be our favourite for some time now, every time we get to the table there.Already looking forward to our next trip down there and enjoying some more of that nice, fresh Pacific Catch!!!

Visited for the first time to celebrate a birthday. Zach and the team did a terrific job. The food came out hot and all meals arrived in prompt succession. We sat outside and although it was cool out the space heaters did a great job keeping us comfortable.The prices were very reasonable. My Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken dish was Regular size. Dessert was fabulous too!Well done Pacific Catch!

Dined at the Campbell location this eve after a long time…due to Covid & last dining experience wasn’t as great as tonite.Food & service this eve was simply awesome! Fish was fresh, very tasty & delicious, although would have like the fish to be a tad warmer. Enjoyed it nevertheless.Salad bowl was Yummie & fresh too.Awesome job to the chef for the above! Enjoyed my spicy pacific cocktails …kudos to the bartender…they were soo good & right amt of spiciness & sourish of the drink!Joseph, our server was friendly & attentive throughout the service!Will be back again for sure👍😊

1st time to this Pacific Catch. Staff was friendly, and we were seated right away. The food came out quickly. I ordered the jala-pina margarita. But it tasted more like a cucumber and no spicy kick. The food was delicious, sorry no food pix.

We were looking for a dog friendly restaurant in the Campbell area and the PC came up as an option. Pacific Catch has 13 locations up and down the west coast and serves seafood, focusing on cuisines around the Pacific.The restaurant offers outdoor and patio seating. We were seated at the patio areas very quickly by a friendly host. Although it was a sunny day out, it was pretty windy that day sending our napkins and tiny chips all over the place. If you were on your first date, avoid the patio as you dont want hairs hitting your face and in your mouth while enjoying your Poke!😶We opted for the Mix Grilled for Two at $59. There are plenty of sides to choose from and we picked the Kimichi fried rice and fries. Our server was crafty and upsold an fried egg on top of our Kimichi fried rice for an extra $2. We also added their Miso butter broccolini and brussel sprouts. Of all the sides we ordered, the brussel sprouts were by far the best. It was charred and seasoned well. Crispy and filled with umami flavor. I would definitely order this again. Skip the Kimichi fried rice if you want an authentic flare. The Kimichi fried rice was topped with some kind of creamy orange sauce that just wasntt to our liking.For the fish, we picked salmon and cod. It came with 6 grilled shrimp. We also picked the Pupu platter which came with ceviche, ribes, poke bomb (poke raw fish stuffed in marinated tofu skin) and three coconut shrimp. This dish has a bit of everything that fits everyones taste buds but also things that not everyone likes. So Id say take a look at the photo before you order this.Over, service was quick and our server was friendly. Price is expected to be over $100 for an afternoon lunch but that is what youd expect at a seafood restaurant. I do appreciate that they are dog friendly and offer our lovely fur-budd something to eat or drink 😆🐾.

You wouldnt think they have vegetarian/vegan options because of the name (Pacific Catch, its a fish house :)) Im telling you, they have the best Grilled Tofu! You can sub any protein with grilled tofu. I ordered teriyaki grilled tofu bowl and my husband got west coast style grilled tofu. Both have a unique delicious taste of its own.And they have a clean bathroom (which is a plus for me) and the fact that the bathroom has a door holder. Very cool :)

I would rate the food as 2 stars. Tried your new salmon Thai green curry bowl, there’s no taste of anything in it, neither it tastes Thai nor something else. Looked like some large table spoons of Thai curry was added over salad in the bowl, the rice were white and there’s not enough curry to get mixed all over.You guys gotta add some spice when it comes to Thai, visit a Thai restaurant and they always ask you the spice level you want. Try spicing it and it may taste better.Your salmon sushi were alright though as I eat only cooked fish, again a fusion there would help, goes inline with your theme of new.

OMG! Stumbled across this spot on accident. We were looking for Poke and found Pacific Catch. So happy my Mr. chose this spot. Everything we ordered was fire. We walked in at 9:40pm the restaurant closes at 10pm. I really dont think they were going to seat us, but they did. Our waitress was great she suggested a few items on the menu and we went with her suggestions. We ordered the Pupu Sampler, Sticky Ribs, and Catch of the day Yellow Fin with turmeric cauliflower and crab mashed potatoes. The green sauce served with the sampler was fire 🔥 had to get one to go! We will definitely be back, next time well give ourselves more time.

For the Food, Theres nothing really special about it. You can eat it in another seafood restaurant, though the Korean bbq is my fave from all that we ordered.The ambience is great, its great for a catch up talk or casual lunch or dinner. The service is good too, they made sure that we were taken cared of and the food arrives quickly too.

I wanted to add a new review but seems I can only update my existing review. Since my last review was 5 star and this visit was 3 star, I guess Ill split the difference and make this 4 star.Was excited to see the new noodle menu so dragged the whole family out so we could try all the ramen bowls. The descriptions are intriguing and I did enjoy the additions but the key to a great ramen soup is the soup base and these just didnt have the depth of flavor that I was craving.Service was friendly but also lacking in the basics. While the gift card purchase was suggested several times, our water was not refilled once and one of the featured ingredients was missing entirely from one of the soup bowls (not one inari strip in sight).Although I love many items at Pacific Catch (including a lovely seafood soup they used to have), if you are looking for ramen, go elsewhere.Here is my earlier review:Always enjoy their happy hour but this time decided to try the seafood soup (Peruvian Chupe). Delicious but make sure the aioli is there (they forgot it when served but quickly corrected it)!

UPDATE: 3/17/2023 -My wife and I have eaten at Pacific Catch in Campbell many times in the 18 months since I posted my first review, so this update is long overdue. These days, we mostly go for lunch.We love their Original Ahi Poke but decided to try something different on our last visit so we ordered the Guaca-Poke starter. The guacamole was fresh, creamy, and perfectly paired with the deliciously marinated yellowfin tuna. There were plenty of crispy tortilla chips for scooping. The generous portion was perfect for sharing.We also shared a trio of tacos: Traditional Baja, Grilled Fish, and Cabo Shrimp which were ok but nothing special. The platter comes with a choice of fries, chips & salsa or miso salad. We opted for the salad which we thought was very good. On past visits, we’ve also enjoyed the seared Ahi fish burger on a sesame bun with avocado. The name is misleading since it’s actually a sushi-grade slice of yellowtail, not a ground fish patty. The Ahi was fresh and the tangy Cole slaw was a perfect accompaniment.Our server, Lupe, was friendly, efficient, and highly professional and he took excellent care of us.Parking at the Pruneyard shopping center can be difficult at times, so bring your patience. The generous bowl of deliciously fresh yellowfin tuna was lightly marinated in a sesame soy blend and served with crispy wonton chips. It was the perfect starter and just the right size for the two of us.We’re from New England so my wife is a traditionalist when it comes to lobster. But she loved their West coast version of a classic lobster roll, dressed with a refreshing light tarragon-dill blend instead of the usual mayo.Unfortunately, my grilled Kanpachi Yellowtail dinner was a bit disappointing. The substantial amount of heavy Asian herb chimichurri sauce completely overpowered the paper-thin slice of fish. My side order of grilled Brussel sprouts was nicely charred, but the fries were lukewarm and limp.We sat in a quiet booth in the semi-enclosed porch. Ate here for the first time on Tuesday evening. We had very nice service from Mike, he was gracious, professional and helpful. Loved the menu. They had a special menu for gluten free and also special items for vegan and items for non fish or seafood eating guest. You can make substitutions or add chicken, fish or skirt steak to anything. Other then too much dressing on my salad that made it soggy, it was delicious. I would love to go back. They have hour food and drink menu too M- F 3-6. And Tue is half price bottle of wine night.

You best make reservations for this place. So ver crowded. Our server forgot many things that we asked for. Our food for myself and my husband were just ok. I had Coconut Shrimp and Fries, over cooked. My hubby had Fish tacos, no salsa. So many bags were lined up for takeout orders.I am Handicapped, the restaurant covered the Handicapped spaces with outside seating. Nothing close to park by the restaurant which is not ADA requirements!

We tried the coconut shrimp, sticky ribs, korean bbq bowl, California and rainbow sushi rolls. The coconut shrimp was fine. The sashimi on top of the roll was not fresh and the crab salad did not taste good either. The sauce on the ribs was oddly flavored (too much 5 spice?) and the meat was dry. The servers were friendly and thankfully comped the sushi since we did not eat it but unfortunately nothing else was good enough that I would come back to try other things on the menu..

This was my first visit! I was absolutely impressed! The hostess was personal and friendly, my server was attentive and knowledgeable, and the GM had stopped by to make a wonderful suggestion on menu items. Ive never observed so many staff members working together in such an organized hive. The food is as delicious as it looks, compliments to the chefs. Thank you everyone from Pacific Catch. Lunch menu was expensive! $16 for a poke bowl. Service was slow. Server was more interested in telling us about her trip to Peru than taking our order. It took way too long to get food to our table. We were done with our apps by the time my lemonade arrived. The rice was so salty I couldnt eat it. Not somewhere I would go back to.

Perfect amount of food for two people.The shrimp tacos are so good, they’re lightly nattered and sauces to perfection. The fish n chips are perfectly crispy and light. Their tartar sauce is above average.We got the chips and salsa side dish for both. The black beans and cole slaw are also above average.Didn’t give five stars because I was grossed out by a hair in one of the side dishes.

This place was packed! We made reservations and tried to grab a drink before dinner, but ended going elsewhere. When we were seated, service was good and efficient. The street corn arrived shriveled and disappointing, but the waitress let the manager know and we were not charged for it. The poke trio is my go-to meal. Food here was great! However, we didn’t appreciate having to the pay the living wage surcharge. Apparently that is a charge to customers to pay for the employees health insurance. That should be coming out of the CEOs pocket, who probably makes millions of dollars every year, not from the consumers who are already paying a lot for their food

We live 5 minutes from The Pruneyard so we go very often, we like to have lunch or dinner there. This summer we went many times, we love the bamboo cabins. The service is very attentive and friendly, we were talking about that in Santa Clara it makes it mandatory to use mask again inside the premises and that my husband needed to buy a new one and the waitress gave us a gray cotton one with the restaurants logo, what a nice surprise. I love the flavors of the sea, this menu has many options: we start with Calamari or edamame. The California salmon hamburger with alioli is delicious, the classic Fish & Chips also good but my favorites are the Ahi Poke Japanese Wasabi big bowl or the Asian Chimichurri Salad with Grilled Sea Bass roasted cauliflower, avocado, cucumber, tomato, edamame, daikon sprouts, Asian herb chimichurri, miso dressing Base: mixed organic greens with quinoa blend, so yummy. My husband varies between Spicy sriracha Tacos, Classic or the Fresh Catch of the day: You pick the fish, the style you want to be cook and the side. Excellent choice.Normally we dont order dessert but the dulce de leche made me curious and we asked Dulce de Leche “Spring Rolls” Muy rico, the best way to end a good dinner.I highly recommend for a tropical experience with good food.

First time there was a spur of moment dinner with mom. Our plan was to go to whole foods to pick up some Salmon for the next night, so we wanted to eat dinner somewhere close to store. We found Pacific Catch in the Prune Yard. Its where the old Left at Alberques was. The restaurant was booming, and was estimated 30 minute wait. We were seated with in 5 minutes. There is a lot to choose from, from appetizers, sushi, sashimi, and great entrees. We both chose a 2 taco plate, mom had 2 salmon tacos and I had the bajan taco and one other. (Cant remember 2nd one). We had the classic sevechi served with lettuce wedges and chips. The food was excellent great flavors that melded well with a margherita on the rocks. I highly recommend this place if your a seafood lover. The prices are a little high was around $60 for 2 entrees appetizer and drink, a treat not often taken for ourselves. Our servers name was Joshua he was great recommended several dishes and was polite and professional. Gave us extra time when needed to make our selection. So thank you Joshua and Pacific Catch for a great dinner and hope to see you again, next time maybe Ill try their Poke bowls.

There is also a covered patio area that is more protected from the weather.Update: 5 stars dropped to 2 starsThey got rid of the outside patio that was built in the parking lot so outside tables are small and cramped. We were just there for dinner tonight and had the worst service weve ever had. Our server, Arturo V, was abrupt when taking our order and rushed off before we could even finish ordering. We had to call out our drink order as he was walking away. Then he disappears and we had not gotten our drinks when our entrees arrived 20 min later. We had to ask another waiter who was nice enough to go get our drinks for us. We didnt see our waiter for another 15 min at least and we were looking for him because he got our order wrong. He finally came by to let us know that the kitchen had messed up our order but no apology. Someone else brought out what was missing but it still wasnt exactly what we ordered. Finally to top it all off he brings the check and he charged us $2 more because of how he fixed his mistake. We are regulars at this restaurant but this experience definitely left a sour taste.

This restaurant is located at the Pruneyard at the very corner so its easy to find. My friend recommended that we go since she also loves the restaurant. I love how they have a catch of the day with fish that were shipped in from all parts of the world daily. I had salmon from Patagonia and it was cooked and seasoned very well with Hawaiian sea salt. The flavors were not overwhelmingly salty. My friend got the salmon as well but she styled it with Pescado Asado. You can choose their different flavors for their sides and I love the possibilities of combinations that you can have. I also got their French press coffee, which takes a few minutes to make since they have to press the coffee, but the presentation was excellent and the coffee filled about four cups in total. They have a rotating seasonal list of desserts as well and I wish that I tried their macadamia nut ice cream, as I got the sundae, but the ice cream was vanilla.The service was good. Our waiter was attentive in the beginning, but he stopped coming towards the end (probably because there were a ton of people in the restaurant for lunch). It did take a little bit of time to get our check and leave, but I didnt mind that day.

I have been coming to Pacific catch for the last two years in Campbell and yesterday afternoon was a terrible dining experience. Most meals Ive ordered over the past two years have been wonderful and if somethings not super fresh, theyre willing to take care of it i.e. sometimes the coleslaws not so fresh or the salads. I believe that the meal shouldve been comped may be less the wine and the coconut, shrimp appetizer. Everything else shouldve been comped will never come back again thats how awful the fish and chips was this time. The manager told me I mustve got a bad piece of fish.I mean for goodness sakes its a call Pacific catch the fish and chips should be the best item on their menu.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. They have wonderful food. Their pokes and ceviches are so yummy. The Pork Belly Musubi roll was out of this world. In our group we had the kimchi fried rice, the guaca poke, the seared ahi burger and the toddler in the group had the chicken strips. We all loved everything we had. This is such a well run restaurant and they have great wait staff too. Its located in the Pruneyard Shopping Center. Parking can be challenging but we just park over near the Pruneyard towers and walk in from there. Theres always parking there and the spots are larger than in front of the restaurant. I got the small bowl and it was more than enough to fill me up. They do NOT skimp on the Shrimp either. Lots, and I do mean a lot of Shrimp was in this mildly spicy bowl. It was most delicious and I have no negative things to say about my food nor the quantity. Nom nom, hope to return soon.

We visited this location for the third time this year. I would have loved to leave a five star review. Let’s start with the pros: You have to try a Pain killer they are amazing, when you finally get your drinks. The food is delicious however, once they lost our whole table’s order then we didn’t see our waitress again.Finally, an uncomfortable situation where the manager was continually snapping at the hostess and she was extremely distressed.Now, this was our perception. Hopefully, they do not encourage this form of harassment and treat their employees with the dignity they deserve.

Ive been here a couple times. The food is always delicious. I had the Japanese style bowl with salad and rice and it was a big portion! My relatives tried the fish and chips and they also liked it a lot. Its a little pricey (if youre on a budget) for an everyday meal, but once in awhile a great meal to eat and share. We also tried the calamari, they were crisp and the sauce was also yummy!

Ive had to go food here three or four times now, And I always want it to be better than it is. The menu descriptions sound delicious, but unfortunately the food presented for takeout doesnt match the descriptions and certainly not the pictures. Its more than that though, sometimes the fish I get is not properly seasoned. It doesnt ruin the meal, but it certainly doesnt help. The sushi here feels rushed, and without any finesse or preparation. Which is kind of weird because sushi rolls here cost significantly more than they do at sushi restaurants. Maybe I am not ordering the right things. I try to stay away from anything fried, which limits the menu for me at Pacific catch.

After about 3 years visited again! The menu etc have changed quite a bit but they still are making the delicious seafood in town! I ordered the family style whole fish with two sides: Kimchi fried rice and mashed crab potatoes. It was a potpourri of culinary styles! But they all tasted so well. My husband, my toddler and I thoroughly slurped through it!! We left just the bare bones of the fish behind! The whole thing came up to $65. But we didn’t had to order anything else. I would still put this place as pricey but that serving good food. I would hope they add more selections to the family style.

I really like going here for lunch when I can. The service is friendly and most often fast. The prices are fair and the menu selection is good and simple. On a cold day you can ask to sit in front of the fireplace near the patio and it makes for a nice and relaxing time. They start you off with a nice bowl of crackers and beans and everyone like that. .I personally love the steak tacos. They offer a selection of 2 tacos or 3 on a plate. I often share one when I order the three and it gives my guest a chance to try it out. The fish is always good and simple but, I recommend trying the Crab Cake Salad, StickyRibs, Tempura Shrimp 11 or Salmon Chowder 9 to start. This is also a great place to bring your dogs if you can sit outside. Id call to reserve a place on the patio if you want to make sure theres space for the fur babies.

The menu has changed recently, but I suspect that is due to the seasonality of the Seafood. I would recommend PC for a nice dinner out, or to entertain customers.
