It was Good! Ordered the beef broth noodles with seafood it had a delicious flavor but not overwhelming warmed me right up subtly too! I expected it to be smaller but definitely could not finish. Usually go to a restaurant near by but forgot they are closed on Tuesday. Glad I decided to eat here as I was pleasantly surprised because it was good! And the service was super friendly and prompt.

I like this place, but its more delicious than before. I ate it at home, but the noodles didnt get soggy. I love spicy seafood noodles soup (Gochu Jjamppong) and Cream shrimp (Cream Seau) !

Plz owner do the quality test the noodle taste bad. Man send a Korean chef’s. Stop hiring people that don’t have any Korean taste. All the food from the menus is bad no wonder low star San Jose store is better. At least the service is good. The taste of the noodle is worst then the instant noodle you buy from Korean market

Chef Paik is really popular in Korea. He is a CEO of a company that runs a wide variety of different franchise brands. Hong Kong Banjum is one of the brands. Hong Kong Banjum specializes in Korean Chinese food. Ive been to many different franchises created by Chef Paik back in Korea. All of them were at least decent. Some of them were great!짜장면 (jjajang myun - black bean noodle) and 짬뽕 (jjambbong - spicy noodle) are the two pillars of Korean Chinese food.You can order two dish with rice, too! So I ordered jjajang rice instead of noodle. And I really liked it! I like how they give you fried egg over the rice with black bean sauce. (Which noodle doesnt have!!)The other dish is called 깐풍기 (ggan poong gi).Man, this 깐풍기 tastes so delicious! I like how its deep fry is so crusty and the meat is so tender. Its spicy sauce is amazing....I recommend this combination: order jjajang rice with 깐풍기. And, maybe a diet coke to wash grease down your throat. Hahaha.P.S. You can order white onions with special black sauce. Korean Chinese restaurants in Korea all have this dish. Just tell one of the servers if you are only served with yellow radish side dish. You can try out. Korean people eat white onion (not spicy haha) because some Korean Chinese food get too oily sometimes.

This place was one of our favorite restaurants in Dublin since there arent many Korean Chinese restaurants in East Bay. However, we stopped going here after we saw a mice on a corner of the ceiling. The food is great and tasty. Not sure about the cleaneness of the place.

We came here for their spicy jajangmyeon only. Though, many tables order their fried shrimp, fried squid, fried chicken with either sweet and sour sauce or spicy garlic oil sauce.

Ordered jajangmyon, it was just ok. I wish i asked for half-cooked noodle, cause the noodle was kinda soft, not chewy.I also cant see their menu online so i ordered pickup from doordash, i should’ve called them directly cause the price diffrent is almost 20% from doordash. I also got the gunmandu, it was good! Recomended apps!

Ok korean noodles, the jjang noodle have good portion n price reasonable, the dumpling diff with the menu pics n the pirtion not too big.. more to chinese dumpling instead of original paiks dumpling...

Perhaps I was spolit by the branch in H-mart Daly City..this place is quite off with the quality. The broth has no wok-hei taste and the black bean noodle has pathetic amount of pork. I brought my family here with my impression of the great quality of food I got from Daly City and they were very disappointed that I sang praises about such quality. Given that this is a Paiks branch, I thought the consistency of the food should be there...but nope..Other reviewers were right about the food quality here. Not coming here again, I would rather drive an hour to SF.Also, I worked in retail & food establishments while I was young. I never ever seen a waitress sitting down and cleaning the plates / tables. Kids these days really dont give anyone quality services and expect big tips.

Jajangmyun noodles were not chewy like the one in Santa Clara. Also the meat in the sauce was hard and dry, hard to chew. Plus 1 for offering hot tea instead of ice water. Service rated low not because of rudeness but they just seemed inexperienced and disinterested.

Small menu. Im not a big noodle fan, so I would not even stop by it if I am alone. My kids love noodles in general so we gave it a try. They like the food there. Its more like home made style, nothing fancy. We had to wait for a table at a Saturday lunch time, so I guess its popular.

The fried pork and pot sticker appetizers were very tasty and the main bowls of noodle soups, etc are FANTASTIC!! Very good, attractive service too! Definitely will make this a regular go to stop!

Awesome Korean Chinese food!!! Every dish was delicious especially the Jang Bong which was perfect spiciness for me but others may want to get the mild. Medium was very spicy. Definitely will go back soon. My mouth is watering just by looking at the pictures of the food in the other reviews.

This restaurant is a disgrace to Baiks name to begin with.We as a family tried a few times ordering Jjajang, Jjampong and dumpling. Jjampong is a way too salty, and every time I visited, Im having a bigger disappoint in terms of taste, and noodle. I dont understand why this place food taste is so badly different than the one in Santa Clara although choices of food are same.

You go to a rundown, self-serve type of jajangmyun (짜장면) joint only because of the food. If the food is good, everything is forgiven, even if there may be some sanitary issues. Paiks Noodle is a famous chain in South Korea and I believe they have a few in the Bay Area. Ive been to the one in Santa Clara when they first opened and can attest how good the food could be. This one in Dublin does not live up to the brands name.We had the jajangmyun (짱장면), jampong (짬뽕), and tangsuyuk (탕수육). Everything felt a bit off. Tangsuyuk was well fried but the sauce a bit too sour. Jajangmyuns noodle texture felt a bit loose. Overall, the entire meal together didnt taste great.Perhaps Im asking for too much here. But at least I wont be returning unless Im stranded in Dublin with no other options.

Very dirty restaurant, you can feel the dirt and the sauce on the chairs. Food tasted awful compared to the other chains around the Bay Area. Service is much to be desired.

Everything was fantastic! Went on a weekday and there wasn’t many people there. Food came out fast and everything was perfect. Had a jengbang, my friend had a jampong and we shared their new spicy shrimp dish. Last time I went they didn’t have their full menu, but now, almost their entire menu is available. I’ll have to go back soon to try their other dishes.

Serving one of the most unique and popular Korean dish in the Bay Area, the tangsuyuk. The bits of pork are fried with a glutinous layer of chewy and airy goodness, combined with the honey like sweet and sour sauce, your mouth will not stop smiling. A slight warning though, once you start with the first piece, you will be addicted guaranteed. Chase it down with jjaengban jajang noodles, it will make any day the best day of the week.

The worst Korean Chinese Ive ever had in my life. I love Baiks noodle place but this place does not taste anything like other Baiks places. Never going back. This place is a disgrace to Baiks name. They should do better quality control of their franchise.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I’ve been here 4~ times in the past few months since this placed opened, and have been pleased each time.Consistent food quality, good service, etc.Update 12/2022: I have continued to come here consistently, and the quality just keeps getting better.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but most of the menu items say coming soon. I never ever experienced this type of limited selections at a restaurant, so we tried only a few of their very limited choices. They were okay, but Im not sure I would go back real soon.

First I was very excited since the place was close by.I was disappinted by the noodle used in Jjamppong. It was too soft. It was not the kind I was familiar with.I will give another try. Hopefully next time I am not disappointed.

First time coming here trying the seafood noodles ask for it not too spicy and the noodles to be al dente came out absolutely perfect fast service and friendly staff and very reasonable priced will recommend this place.

Sweet and sour pork - there is not much meat and only a lot of fried batter. Instead, the sauce is delicious. The white in the picture is the fried batter and the brown is the meat.Jjajangmyeon - Its delicious, but its expensive compared to the food. Just a lot of cabbage.Jjambon - The soup is too salty. I dont eat it very blandly. And there arent many noodles. The taste of the soup is different from the instant jjamppong sold at the market. It tastes like the water only has red pepper powder and salt added. I only ate the noodles and the soup was like Han River.The price is expensive compared to the foodThere are a lot of flies flying around. There arent just any flies. Are the food items rotting? The inside of the kitchen looks clean, so is there a problem in the kitchen?

This is my fifth time eating there since it opened, and Im getting more and more disappointed. There are quite a few pieces of sweet and sour pork fried in huge chunks, or with just the fried batter... Baek Jong-won would be angry if he found out.The fly of red pepper jjamppong is a bonus.

Our weekend turned into a nightmare because of you!!!I ordered jajang rice, jajangmyeon, and kkanpunggi last night. After eat jajang rice my husband vomited and had diarrhea at dawn and felt severe stomach pain. Even now, the symptoms do not disappear and very severe stomach pain and diarrhea are in progress. I also had stomachache and diarrhea this morning. Stomach pain is in progress.Judging from the amount and symptoms of eating, it seems that the problem was shrimp in jajang rice. Im watching to see if I should go to the last care because Im showing symptoms of food poisoningOnly my son who didnt eat jajang rice is fine.Im very angry, but as a Korean, Id like to ask you to pay more attention to the management of the ingredients this time, and I hope there will be no recurrence.Yesterday evening, I submitted Jajangbap, Jajangmyeon, and Kkanpunggi. Afterwards, in the early morning, my husband started vomiting, had diarrhea, and felt severe stomach pain. Even now, the symptoms have not gone away and I am still experiencing severe stomach pain and diarrhea. I also had stomach pain and diarrhea this morning. Stomach pain is ongoing.Based on the amount eaten and the symptoms, it appears that the shrimp in the jajangbap was the problem. Im showing symptoms of food poisoning, so Im waiting to see if I should go to a care center.Only my son who didnt eat Jajangbap is fine.Im very angry, but as a fellow Korean, Id like to tell you to pay more attention to food management this time and hope it doesnt happen again.
