Been going here since they opened. Have always enjoyed the pastries however today, very disappointed. My pasta was excellent but the pastries tasted very stale, dry and day oldish. Forty bucks worth of not very good bakery products. Scones were dry, pineapple upside down cake(s) were stale.. Hate to give up on this little shop and I dont mind buying pricey pastries just want them to be well worth it.

Wow - this is one of those Holes in the Wall that delivers on delicious!Customer service is personal. The owner is always on site.HealthyI do my best to choose healthy options like Oatmilk, Almond Milk, Stevia, natural fruits and veggies. This place delivers and has a huge offering for all taste buds and lifestyles.Coffee is specially selected. Mine has Oatmilk and Stevia added for a delicious yummy sipping marathon.Veggie Bagel Sandwich was a rainbow of flavors. The spread is majical. The veggies are fresh and crispy. Bagel is perfectly toasted.Burrito was just yummy!KETO cookie - whaaaat? I tried one for the heck of it. Oh boy, the almond flour and ingredients are a perfect match.Overall big cheers.

Very good food, everything was made fresh and you could taste it. Great selection of Keto and Gluten free treats. We split a Sicilian/pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. The coffee drinks were well flavored and the staff was so gracious.

Ive been watching The Sopranos lately and theyre always eating cannolis. Ive never had one so I figured Id see if anyone locally made them. Sure enough, Palermo Bakery came in clutch and they are absolutely delicious. Now I can see why The Sopranos were always eating them. I will say my preference between the two is pistachio but chocolate chip is still really, really good.

I love Italian desserts and I’m new to the area. I found this place and it’s so great! Every treat I’ve tried so far was amazing. I even tried a turkey club sandwich and it was delicious!! The employees are super nice too and the place is clean and quiet. I never leave reviews anywhere but this place is worth talking about!

My friend and I frequently walk @ Via Verde park. We needed a pick me up and Googled coffee near by. Palermo popped up and had high stars. We decided to give them a try and I am so glad we did. The gentleman who took our order was so friendly and had excellent service skills. He answered all our questions and gave recommendations. He even brought our drinks to our table. The owner came out and chatted with us for a few minutes. It just made the whole vibe and experience pleasant. They serve delicious fresh ingredient bakery items. They even had various food items from sandwiches and salads to lasagna. I found then on IG and saw pics of wonderful beautiful custom cakes and cookies they make as well. We will be back for sure!!! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND YUMMY COFFEE. 💙

Absolutely delicious food. We have tried AND ENJOYED a number of different items on their menu. Portions are quite large. We tried the Mothers Day special of Prime Rib for my husband and the Chilean Sea Bass for me. Comes with large salad and your choice of cake for dessert. Superior on every level!! I sincerely recommend this delightful bakery/cafe. The owners are very nice, and work diligently to see that you are very satisfied. ☕🥄🍽

Spent couple hours at Palermo Cafe and Bakery this morning. Being the 2nd customer right after they opened for the day, the nice smile from the barister was especially appreciated by me. I had a latte and a blueberry scone. Love that the latte was hot. The scone was a bit too sweet for my taste. It was a nice environment indoor and they also have otuside seating.If I come back to the neoghbhood, will definitely visit them again. Much better experience than going to a big franchise coffee shop.

Staff is friendly, but the food wasnt very fresh. The ribs were excellent but everything else was mediocre, including the vegan caprese on a bagel, tomato soup, and margarita pizza. For dessert, the creme brulee cheesecake and lemon bar were good, but the pineapple upside-down cake was dry and the scone was terrible (way too salty). For what you get, the prices are way too high.

If you live nearby I recommend taking a walk over! We didn’t have a cute cafe here in so long and I’m so happy I tried. I don’t have to drive downtown to get a good latte, they have lavazza right here! I recommend the lasagna, Sicilian pizza, bagels, cheesecake, and scones. It’s so peaceful inside and a nice place to escape the heat to read and have a snack. The owners are super friendly too and make the experience so much nicer compared to chain cafes.

Great, personable service. Quick breakfast burrito hit the spot after a long walk. A wide variety of baked goods which also included gluten-free and keto. I had a black Americano and the brew was smooth and tasty.

Took a shot at grabbing a coffee from Palermo Cafe when in the neighborhood one time, and now I make reasons to head to Palermo. The coffee is consistently good, and the food went beyond my expectations. Lasagna, meatball sandwich, croissant breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito... all delicious. While the portions look perhaps a bit leaner in comparison to some chain restaurant options they are far more dense - so much food! Lastly, but probably the most important, is that every time Ive been there Ive received great service. Every team member is kind and engaging.

This place is the greatest bakery Ive ever been to! Their paninis are GOD tier (I recommend dipping it in a side of soup, trust me on this.) Youd think theyd only excel in the pastries but literally *everything* they have on their menu is delicious! I was originally introduced to this place by a friend because they got me their lil chocolate bundt cake, and to go in myself and see that it was vegan was SHOCKING. It was the best chocolate cake, vegan or not, Id ever had. Plus, its awesome they offer an inclusive variety of sweets.But what makes a place great isnt JUST the food. Their service is so kind, it felt like I was talking to old friends upon my first time in. Not to mention, the interior is so clean and minimalistic. I cannot recommend this place enough. Plus! Theyre near a small park so you can eat with a view!A million/10, please go!

More than a bakery, they offer a complete prepared holiday meal. I ordered with the sirloin roast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green beans, cranberries, green salad, yams, and 2 pies (the crust on the blueberry pie was perfect). Oh my! It was a yummy feast for a reasonable price, no cooking, no mess, just all the yumminess, hot and ready to eat. I highly recommend! And their everyday cakes, cookies, and desserts are so good! Top it all with friendly service by people who care. 👍🏼😋

This place is overly pricey for items I can actually make better myself. I went there for the keto cheesecake. So I called beforehand and asked how many slices they had and they said 3. When I get there it was one piece of cheesecake and I was like cool someone left me one. Only to find out that they actually cut one third of that one slice and considered that one piece. So thats literally like 1/16th of a cheesecake for nearly 7 bucks. Ripoff! On top of that, I can literally make a better tasting cheesecake in a coma. It had a weird aftertaste and wasnt good. Never again!

I was so excited to come here but I left disappointed... my sister and I went in for some sweets and I got a few different pieces of pie and a cake pop and brownie .. kind of a mix of everything to try and get a little taste of what they had to offer and the brownie was hard and dry.. the cake pop was ok the cheesecake was really good but I paid 5 bucks for a sliver of a piece. I feel like if they want to charge so much they should give bigger slices. I also ordered pasta I kept hearing how good the mushroom pasta was so I got that and it was undercooked and cold the sauce was lacking flavor.. I was so bummed because I have a lot of patients I care for that are excited to go by here. It may have been an off day so I’ll try again but my first visit wasn’t great and I waited forever to try this place!

The owner and staff are very friendly. Love coming here to get pizzas and sandwiches. They are fresh, delicious and super filing.Then we go and walk around at the park. This place is very good.

The food here is absolutely amazingly delicious! Everything is handmade - there isnt one thing that I havent had that I would buy again. The people who own this bakery as well as their employees are also incredibly nice and customer service oriented.

We ordered a gluten free cake for a 1st birthday in hopes that it would be edible. It was delicious! No one even realized it was gluten free. The mini cupcakes, cake pops and smash cake were not gluten free and also delicious

My family and I absolutely adore this place, not just for the food. The service is amazing. The entire place sparkles and smells like heaven. The food is out of this world, the dessert are perfection. I love that they try to accomidate all your needs if they run out of something. I cant say enough about there business. We love everything!!!!! Even the keto cookoes are amazing.

Had the Sicilian lasagna, 12 bux for a piece and half a garlic roll. It was good but the meat was scarce. Definately dominated by cheese, a little more balance wouldve been nice and a whole piece of bread would also help validate the price. Not hating, just my observation.

Best local small bakery around. Tuna sandwich is killer as are the homemade pizzas and sicilian lasagna. Even now they are spot on with taste and freshness. Breads are dynamite and baked daily. Deserts are decadent.
