Large menu for both plant-based and carnivores! I had the dirty chai tea. My husband had a local beer. My vegan mushroom patty melt was delicious and my husband enjoyed his grass fed burger.

Tried the vegan biscuit and gravy. Flavours were nice and peppery but wasn’t a huge fan of the presentation (although I know biscuit and gravy is supposed to look like this). Service was friendly and quick and atmosphere was very chill. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic wet breakfast burrito. The sauces are dancing on my taste buds. The Vietnamese Coffee was the perfect pairing. My wife loved her breakfast tacos. All the fruit and avocados were fresh and lovely. Staff was great.

Incredible vegan options. I had the loco moco (mushroom patty) with scrambled tofu and it was excellent. My partner had the breakfast tacos which were also delicious. Great smoothies and coffee too. Would return in a heartbeat.Decor is a bit wacky but fun. Great meal at Palm Greens!

Yum!!! I had been to this little spot about 6 years ago when the menu was much different. Theyre expanded menu has tons more options but still has plenty of vegan and vegetarian fare. My husband was skeptical, but he said it was one of the best salads hed ever had! We also ordered the vegan cinnamon French toast, The Impossible Burger, and the avocado bowl. The portion sizes were huge!! One thing to note they dont have tap water, they only serve boxed water which they charge $1.50 for. We got a Rice krispie treat to go for our dessert and it was pretty good. This is not the cheapest Cafe in Palm Springs Im sure, but the food was good and we beat the rush! Id definitely go back next time were in town!

I always enjoy Palm Greens. There arent a lot of places in PS that I can enjoy a good vegan breakfast. And, nonvegans can also enjoy their meal without having to eat vegan. I had the breakfast platter with scrambled tofu, tempeh bacon and French toast. It was amazing. And, their fresh squeezed OJ was wonderful. I highly recommend Palm Greens.

Ambiance is great, the staff is nice. The burger was okay, but we also ordered the spicy Vietnamese noodle bowl and it was very underwhelming. The noodles were cold, and it was bland overall and a bit watery. The place is also very over priced. I mean, $6 to add 1/2 avocado? In what world is a whole avocado worth $12 😅

Man oh man this little joint was amazing! Stopped in before heading to our hot spring resort. I was only wanting something light and I ordered side items to build my own bacon avocado toast and it was the most delicious thing I ate that day! Friendly staff as well. Highly recommend.

Delicious! My group came here in need of some nourishment after a night out and we were all super satisfied. There was really something for everyone here; really nice variety in the menu. Tons of vegan, gluten free, and classic options. My smoothie had the perfect consistency. Great service too! Would recommend!

My friend is visiting from San Francisco and he wanted to eat at a vegetarian restaurant and I remember that this was a place I had eaten several years ago it was vegetarian and now its extremely vegan as well. The menu didnt interest me much and the prices were extremely high and I was very surprised at how small the portion was. My friend found something that he liked and mine was lets say interesting some of it I enjoyed but most of it I didnt eat. I enjoy eating a lot of vegetables and a lot of different vegetarian fried type food but I couldnt find anything that really got me excited but I think that if you go there as a vegan that you will be quite amazed at the huge selection that they have now for both vegan and vegetarian. I am not either and actually could have just done with the very very nice salad with mixed vegetables and that type of thing but I didnt see anything on the menu. There may have been one but the menu was extremely large and in terms of the number of items and I may have missed it so Im not going to say that there wasnt something else that I would have enjoyed more. There seems to be a number of new vegan restaurants popping up in Palm Springs and Im sure that this is well as some of the others youre probably an excellent choice.

What a little gem! I was walking to a cafe nearby and happened to walk in this strip mall area, and I saw the word healthy on the window, looked it up on the map and decided to stop in. So glad I did! The iced coffee was good, and the menu had lots of choices with many ways to customize, whether vegan or not. I had the breakfast ball and it was delicious and plenty of food. I’ll be coming back for lunch.

Loved all the food we had and the drinks. The service was a little slow though. It took time for them to even give us our check. I had acai bowl for the first time and it was delicious. I tried the Beets by Greg drink and it was just tooooooo goooddddd. My friends had biscuits and gravy, english breakfast and pancakes. Pancakes were okay and felt a little dry! I tried my friends Biscuit and gravy and it was delicious. They have a huge variety though.

Great tasting fresh salad and tasty smoothie. Only reason for 4 stars is because of the long wait and lack of someone working the front and either seating people or letting them know there was a waiting list or how long it would be. I shoulda got a discount for letting the 10 people who came after me what was going on. Anyway, once I got seated and ordered the food came very quickly. Definitely recommended aside from the bit of logistics issues.

Zen atmosphere and excellent, fast and friendly service. The wellness shots were delicious. I had turmeric and my husband had spicy ginger. The main meals were okay, but had the potential to be so much better. My teriyaki bowl was swimming in sauce, to the point that it was soup consistency. I could have poured it out. Also, the menu said it contained brown rice, celery, carrots, peppers and onions; but it came predominantly filled with mushrooms. Mushrooms are not a neutral ingredient, people either love them or hate them, so they really should be listed on the menu. I added salmon to the bowl, and that was great; but I left behind a heck of a lot of mushrooms floating in teriyaki sauce. My husband had the breakfast burrito. It was very basic, and they have you pay an extra $5 to put sauce on top. Tons of potential for this to be a delicious, organic meal to start my day, but it didnt quite live up to it.

Delicious lunch and grateful for the outdoor seating!! There were 8 of us in our group, we sat at 2 different tables. Everyone was happy with their meal although there was one person who felt their plate was filled a bit too much with lettuce and not enough of the good stuff. Service was fantastic and fast with pleasant staff!! Thanks for the great experience.

This place is so great. They have wonderful and delicious options and the staff is incredibly hospitable, friendly, and 100% on point. I ordered iced coffee with half and half and the salmon fritatta, slightly modified (I got it without greens). My daughter ordered the almond matcha iced tea, an acai bowl (pictured), and a side of 1 vegan blueberry pancake. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend!!!

I went to dine in for brunch and staff acted as if they did not see me. The sign clearly says wait to be seated and after 5 minutes of them walking near me the girl looks up and say “oh are you picking up” I said no she gave a weird face and said sit anywhere. The server walked by me a couple times and then looks at me and says “oh ugh are you picking up”(as I’m sitting there waiting to be helped) then says oh awkwardly handing me a menu “i didn’t see you there”The food is good here but not worth that treatment.

Great place for vegans and omnivores alike. Although the menu is a bit crowded and slightly difficult to decipher, turns out that most things can be made vegan with the exception of steaks and omelettes. Vegans can get vegan french toast and and vegan sausage for example while omnivores can get the same thing with pork sausage or bacon. Friendly wait staff and not crowded on a weekday morning. Delicious food, will be back.

Look, you can either sell smoothies in a cup with a lid that stands up to sipping, OR you can offer straws to customers like any normal shop, but in my opinion if you do neither then its your fault when customers spill drinks all over themselves, as multiple people in my party did. Its like the McDonalds hot coffee cups: if youre selling a product in a vessel, the vessel must meet your customers needs, or its your fault. Honestly, Ive never been sold a smoothie in my life without a straw, its ridiculous, but OK Ill deal with it if the cup otherwise suffices, which this cup didnt.No straw, but plastic cups. Go here if youre willing to ignore a big piece of plastic while gloating about not using a smaller piece of plastic. (And a paper straw would have been acceptable.)PS they also dont even have milk for the smoothies. What even is this place.

Overall great experience. Friendly service, fast kitchen, clean and trendy environment and the food so tasty!We got the vegan breakfast platter and the vegan loco moco. Lots of flavor and large portions. The tofu scramble was very good, quite different in flavor to most Ive had. I would say tumeric and curry were amongst them, a very nice touch. The pancakes were a bit dence, not fluffy however its because its banana, almond flour, and soy milk based. Healthy and filling! The mushroom patty was so good, comfort food feeling.Id go back for sure and try other items on the menu. Love that you can make any meal vegan So there is something for everyone.

I really loved the food and service at Palm Greens Cafe! I got to visit twice during my short trip to Palm Springs. The first visit I did take out - I had the hummus avocado toast with a side of the breakfast potatoes. The second visit I went with the breakfast platter with french toast, fruit, eggs, and tempeh bacon. The french toast was so good - it was very flavorful (instead of tasting just like egg-y bread). Our server was really nice. All covid protocols were followed.

Ive been here a number of times and I really like this place since its a special place for my wife and I. But holy smokes, I paid $12 for a smoothie! I know things are pricey in a post pandemic world but it was 14 oz of a blended liquid that did not contain alcohol.I know Im griping about the prices but I do recommend this place to anyone that has a vegetarian or vegan diet. They also respect gluten-free and soy-free diets which makes it really popular with my wife and I. Make sure the check the hours because as of this review they do not serve dinner.Also, the staff is usually friendly, nice and quick.

Very disappointed I threw up the drink I purchased after I was home!!!! I made a quick call to them to warn them about it and they never even offered a refund, the gentleman just said I hope you feel better! The bad drink was almost $11 bucks!!!! I had never been to this organic restaurant before today, and I am looking forward to going again soon. This will definitely be my go-to place for when my friends come visit. I had the Vietnamese noodle bowl with steak; everything was crisp and tasted so very fresh. The steak was rib eye and it was delicious - to say the least. The doterra immune system shots were really tasty as well. I appreciated that the serving size of the food matched the price. I can respect the concept they are going for and the place is busy so must be doing something right however my experience was not great at all. Food quality I would definitely rate low as well as service.Not flexible. Asked for 21 grain to be uses for French toast and would not do it. Showed little concern for my health issue.Meal arrived barely warm in fact eggs were cool.No one asked how my meal was.Overall based on my experience I would not go back.

This place sounded delish, but my Avocado Roll in a Bowl salad was so underwhelming for $25! $8 to add 6 thin strips of chicken and the rest felt like it wished to be something it wasn’t- biggest issue was just the portion though. The food was okay. Unfortunately, they dont provide water for customers when they request it. Instead, they charge for boxed water. I see that the owner responded to another review about it being about not wasting water, but Im not sure if boxed water is actually more environmentally friendly than providing tap water to those who request it. Definitely seems like something meant to save/make the owner money instead. It would be interesting to see how much sales of their juices and other drinks increased once this policy was enacted. It seems unethical to not provide water to people in the desert, so I probably wont be back.

This place is off the beaten path. It’s kind of like a dive bar, that hidden gem. It’s in a shopping center that seems like it might be in the wrong place. The food was good but overpriced. We had two people serving us at the same time. They weren’t mean, but they weren’t friendly either. I didn’t feel comfortable there and they seemed to be in a hurry . There wasn’t too many diners there. One of the servers had a slight attitude with us in the beginning. They just plop the food down and leave and never check on you. I had to flag down someone just to get a refill and one other thing . I felt like I was inconveniencing them whilst dining there.

They’re greedy - trying to make money off of their customers by selling a tiny boxed 1 dollar water (and implied sparkling would cost the same but then charged us $5 for each small bottle). When our booth had an issue, they would not let us move to an identically-sized booth, saying that was only for four people, then minutes later sat two other people at that same booth. That was upsetting, and I am still unclear why they treated us differently. Never going back.

Delicious and mouth watering menu with lovely seating arrangement outside.However, not long after sitting down and half way through my coffee I notice our table covered in white dog hair, furthermore on my shorts also. Brought it to our servers attention, only for her to say “ oh ya, there was a dog sitting there earlier, will I wipe the table ? “ common... really. Firstly dogs shouldn’t be in the chairs but on the floor and if so wipe down the chair and table afterwards. As a pre-Covid regular, Im unfortunately never going back. First off, they treated us noticeably worse than the other customers around us, not checking in with us (we kept having to proactively ask for everything we needed, like to place our order and get our check) as they chatted with those at the tables on both sides of us; second, when our booth had an issue, they would not let us move to an identically-sized booth, saying that was only for four people, then minutes later sat two other people at that same booth; and to top it off, they do not offer free tap water at all. We spent $60 for lunch for 2 on a 100 degree day, and they wouldnt give us water to drink other than to sell it to us. Every other restaurant in Palm Springs offers free water upon request as far as I know. Were never going back.

I was so surprised when we found this place and I was beyond excited that everything tasted so delicious.My friend ordered the Mushroom Loco Moco. My Mom ordered the Turkey Burger. We shared the egg roll in a bowl salad and French toast. I ordered the breakfast tacos. Everything was perfect. The salad was so fresh and refreshing . Zero complaints and the service was great. We drove down more than an hour from Idyllwild specifically to eat at Palm Greens Cafe before a show at 5pm, making sure to arrive at 2pm before they closed at 3… only to arrive and find out they were only serving take out from 2-3pm. No problem, we thought. We spent over $100 between 3 people and 20% tips for 3 dishes, 3 drinks, 3 desserts. We sat at an empty booth to wait for our food and an employee told us we needed to wait outside, making us feel very unwelcome. There were a dozen open tables and we weren’t touching anything. Then when our food was ready we were told to go back inside to get it rather than it being brought to us. All very strange and terrible service. I’m bummed and embarrassed as I chose this place to bring my vegan friends. Do better please.

We patiently waited over an hour for 2 entrees along with a few other parties sitting down it was pretty slow but apparently slammed with take out.There has been a shift in some restaurants and not others where some will prioritize take out orders and dine customers are pushed to the back. Other restaurants will still accept take out orders however they are given a later realistic time frame for pick up to still be able to prioritize those dining in and get those great tips our servers need.When I suggested the former restaurant try the latter the waitress kicked me out.

We had such a great late lunch experience here, we returned the very next day for brunch on our way out of town. Everything we ate was memorable and delicious. On our first visit, I had a macrobiotic bowl and my husband had a Vietnamese noodle bowl. We were impressed with the flavor combinations and uniqueness of each dish. Truly incredible! Delicious & healthyThis place was jam packed when we arrived but they managed to seat us before they closed the dining room. The food came out surprisingly quickly for how busy they were. I had the Avocado Roll in a Bowl, which was so yummy. I added the tempeh but I think I would have preferred the tofu.Friends had the Caesar (also delish), the Mediterranean platter (yummy but she could have used more pita to dip), a soup and half tuna sandwich and a chicken sandwich with salad. Just serving tap water in small glasses to people who request it would be a lot more effective in combating this imaginary, or at best, very small source of waste. Or dump that half-full tap water glass on a cactus in the parking lot. Very disappointing meal. To begin with, the waiter was rude. My son requested fried egg whites and the waiter in a very condescending tone informed us that it is impossible to fry an egg white. We love eating organic, and were there to feed our three year old after a camping trip. In town for a week for work, and my coworkers have come here every day since we discovered it! The most nourishing and delicious, healthy and organic food in town with options for everyone and excels equally at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Service is amazing as well, friendly and fast!

Id still eat here if the food was only mediocre....... Just because they have a puppy patio where you can dine with your furr-kids.Im glad to report that they offer a vegan friendly menu with so many delicious choices. Do try the vegan Ruben sandwich. I had the Asian bowl and I wish I had picked something more flavorful. I also wish I had gotten a refill on my drink and a spoon to eat my apple sauce with. Our waiter couldnt be bothered to take the check or refill our drinks since he was literally gabbing away with a pair of cute boys at another table. I wouldnt come back based on tonights meal and terrible service.

Meh. Ordered the avo roll bowl - which the waiter had to clarify was actually a salad not a rice bowl.Dressing was good but everything was separated. Veggies all on bottom and then big chunks of chicken + avo on top that dont mix with the rest of the bowl/salad thing.Not bad but not $20 worth (13 + 6 for chicken chunks)

This place was super cute. The food was fresh and tasty, and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for vegetarians and omnivores. Great for breakfast or casual lunch- highly recommend.

I have celiac and ordered a gluten free bun. The waiter repeated gluten free bun. I didn’t think twice until I was having major digestive upset a couple hours later. It was definitely not a gluten free bun. I haven’t been this sick since I was diagnosed ten years ago. Be careful if you’re gf.

Decent food but very slow service. We were a little shocked by the blt wrap that was 98% lettuce and not much else. We asked for a split bill... Never happened. Be patient if you go there.

We were literally ignored by the waiter, and have to push for our oder twice after a long wait....bad not to because whats coming was more disappointing. The lamb burger i ordered was really bad....not sure why so many people said good things about it. Tipped 5% just for the new year and dish washing!

We made the mistake of ordering the steamed artichoke which is literally an whole artichoke cut in half and served to you with meh-tasting dipping sauce. The Moroccan chicken was really good, but the menu is misleading in its description- says it comes with cauterized vegetables but it is really a side salad.

Our family came here with kids, was treated like a 2nd class citizen. We brought a friend of ours (so 3 adults, 2 kids). Waited f-o-r-e-v-e-r while tables around us came after us, got food before us, and then left - all while we were still waiting. Families AVOID. Food was blah. Blatant discrimination against certain kinds of people. Felt like brave new world.

This restaurant claims to be 100% organic but it is not! I spoke to one of the owners about the staffsaying everything is organic and he responded, we would like to be all organic but the cost would be too high. I would like to know then why is your staff claiming it is all organic as do your menus?!! He seemed not to care. If you eat an organic diet, ask about all items on the menus most of the items are not organic! I will not be going back!!
