They made a mistake setting up an appointment that I paid a $25 deposit on. I was fine with rescheduling the appointment due to their oversight... BUT THEN they tell me I have lost my deposit.Cue a very incredulous moment.I hope they are happy losing a financially comfortable customer that was looking forward to many years and thousands of dollars of business... All over a TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS deposit.Glad I found out now instead of later that they dont care about the customer or pet... Just the cash register in an shockingly ill conceived manner.Their loss

Giving this facility one star is more than what they deserve. Horrible attitude and terrible service. They shaved our Great Pyrenees because they are extremely lazy. They charged us $160 for brush and bath but they shaved our poor dog. Unprofessional and no experience. They were caring till they expanded and became extremely arrogant. They kept the dogs for 8 hours while the new groomer we use now does the job in one hour. They told us they will shave the dog again if we come back. Horrible staff and the owners just don’t care. Do not give them a dime, save your money.

Excellent service, they treated my dog with quality care and the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend taking your dog here. I was very much satisfied with my dogs haircut and their warm welcoming.

We take our Samoyed in here every 4 weeks. They do a great job even though he is a noisy anxious client. He gets a bath, blow dry, comb out(the amount of hair makes this quite a job) teeth brushed (md just commented that his teeth looked good and I never brush them myself), nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and some minor shaping of his coat. The quality is great, the people are gentle and caring, and the price cant be beat (my dog takes a LONG time to groom, see picture). Other places returned him still wet under his under coat, far more anxious at pick up, or made me feel bad that part of his coat was falling out (he has had surgeries and has an alopecia type condition on his back end). Not these wonderful people. They make drop off and pick up so easy, he smells great after, and they give him an adorable bandana. Give them a try!

My husband called and was able to be seen right away without an appointment. Also my husband was able to get a quote over the phone and they kept the price when it came for pick up. My Yoshi Bear which is a Shiba Inu to get a bath and nail trim. He spent 3 hours there but so worth it. We only spent $65. The staff was very kind and took care of him like a prince. This place is also affordable. Will take my dog here again.

This was our first time at Pampered Pets. I have 2 medium sized labradoodles. I was quoted $85 on the phone and had to wait 4 weeks for our appt. When I dropped them off, they said they were going to charge me $95 as they were a bit long (due to their inability to get us in). Then, they said there would be an additional $15 charge as their coats had tangles (I had just brushed them out prior to dropping them off and brush them weekly). What???!!! Our appt was at noon and I didnt get a call until 5:30pm to pick them up. Both dogs were stressed beyond belief! Plus, once at home, I discovered my male had a 2X2 razor burn on his private parts! He was in great misery and due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I couldnt get him into a vet until Monday. I am at day 6 now and have been applying aloe vera gel and it is healing but he is still miserable. He is barely eating or drinking due to his discomfort. And I have had barely any sleep. This business is a bait and switch pricing business - and they obviously shave the dogs as quickly as possible without caring for the animals well being. Do not take your dogs to this place. Very bad service, quality and expensive. I would give them a negative star if there was an option.An update - I just called and spoke with the owner, and he said it is not possible that they caused a skin irritation (razor burn) from their grooming. (Yet I saw him using a shaver on a big dog when I dropped off my dogs, so now they lie on top of everything else and even tho the vet confirmed it.). He was very aggressive and challenging on the phone and said it is not possible. What????!!! I said I was going to post a negative review. He said fine, go ahead. What kind of business owner says that and doesnt even apologize? One that doesnt care.....beware!!!!

My husky is always taken care of even when her fur is so impacted I’m afraid she will have to be shaved. They take the time to patiently brush her out so we don’t have to shave her hips which are the worst during shedding season. She’s a beautiful happy girl now and the price is right compared to other groomers in the area that want $150+ to deal with a huskies fur and tangles. Been going here since my pup was 12 months old and pet smart shaved her at 6 months because they didn’t want to take the time to patiently brush her out. she’ll be 4 this year. Very happy with the service.

We have been using their service for almost 5 years. We liked the establishment, the owners were always nice and the staff was always accommodating.As their business is growing, service started to decline. We have large breed dogs and one needs brushing, specially the under coat. When we went to pick up the dogs, one of the dogs, a Great Pyrenees was shaved down to the skin. They decided that because he was a bit matted, they shaved him instead of brushing. The dogs are always there for a full day at the spa, this time it took only 3 hours, they were busy and shaved the dog. Our dog is petrified, he lost his coat, he is depressed and doesn’t want to leave the house. When I called to complain, the person on the phone told me if I don’t like it, I can take my business elsewhere, and if we ever hand the dog to them matted, they will shave him again. That was the last time, they lost our business. It cost us $100 to shave the dog. Who on earth shaves a Great Pyrenees? The customer service person on the phone was rude and inconsiderate. Never again will we ever give them our business. They were lazy and decided to shave the dog instead of brushing. Pure cruelty to animals for sure.
