Ive had multiple experiences where the employees and management have been unnecessarily rude.Our most recent experience was insane and left my three children in tears. We ordered online to make the process easier for my kids, but our food never seemed to be ready. We asked 3 times over the course of 45 minutes and was told just 5 more minutes every time. We finally gave up and asked for a refund as we were leaving to get our kids out of that place. They finally gave us our food after that point.The food was badly packed and the bowls had very little protein.Whats the point of ordering ahead if they dont put it in the queue with the walkins? Poor management.

Placed an mobile order in prior to arriving to the store and dined in around dinner time on very busy Saturday.When we arrived, an associate named Wade approached us, asked if we placed an order, and kindly informed us wait time for our food. He did in such friendly and professional way. The time he told us was accurate. Food came out fresh and hot. He checked in us again if we needed anything.We were very happy and quite surprised at the service we received. Wade if you are reading this, you are awesome!

Ive eaten a lot of Chinese food in my life, some great, some mediocre. Before I ordered from Panda Express, I had heard mixed reviews about their food. One day when I was feeling curious, I decided to try it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality! Although this is fast food, the selections I ordered were fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. I wont hesitate to order again.

This place is RIDICULOUS! I ordered 4 plates and 4 large drinks and they give us food that looks like they put it in the box and threw it at each other. Then the drinks werent even filled up all the way. We get home and my daughter finds a strand of hair in her food. Im so over this place. This is the last time I ever go there.

It can get busy due to rhe drive thru orders. I paid for my food and was told it would be a 7-8 minute wait. I paid for my food and waited right next to the counter 15 minutes later I was still waiting since they forgot about my order. Then they forgot to give me forks,fortune cookies, sauce and napkins. The most frustrating part was they told me they had put it in the bag. However I had to go back another time since they had forgotten to put in the napkins.

A little before 5 PM today I had a VERY RUDE EGOTISTICAL drive thru attendant/boy. They asked for us to speak up at the speaker. At least 3 times..to the point of almost yelling for my order. We were good sounding in my opinion.But, while speaking loud to get my order heard (very unnecessary) THEY were laughing. So Im taking it they wanted me to speak up just so they can laugh?? Really unprofessional.Bad listening skills and little to none, customer service experience ??. PROBABLY!If thinking about a quick bite to eat.. dont go here.. They dont respect you. Least from this experience today.. . .Im sure they have better workers..but 1 bad worker can rub off onto others.

Be sure to ask for a refund if they under serve your meal. They skimp on the amount of food you received because you dont take a stand and demand better service by getting a refund and giving them the underfilled container.

The person behind the counter was nice, offered me a taste test of whatever I wanted, answered my questions and took my order right away inside. He packaged my order to go and finished the transaction in a few short minutes. Best and fastest experience at any Panda Express I have been to.The honey walnut prawn bowl with fried rice was hot and delicious. Id go back a few more times, it was that good. The restaurant quickly filled up after I arrived and everyone was working behind the counter and at drive through. Most people were able to leave in about five minutes.

The food is almost always a hit or a miss. Sometimes its perfect, others it leaves a bit to be desired. First of all drive through speaker was very difficult to hear. The order taker was extremely muffled. The order taker was extremely inpatient, rude, argumentative, and condescending. She has zero customers service skills and bad listening skills.The worse part is she didnt seem to care. She argued with my husband the whole time she took our order and took our payment. I was afraid she would do something bad to our food. (I have heard stories of low integrity people doing bad things to customers food)The food was fresh and had plenty of sauce packets BUT no utensils or napkins. My son didnt eat anything that day. We went to Panda and ordered. Immediately after, within 30 minutes my son became violently ill. He missed work and school for days. Needless to say, they did not care. I was told by the store manager and customer service guy that they would not do anything. She then gave me a fake corporate number, which led to four fake numbers. Thanks to Google, I found it. The lady that answered was rude and disrespectful. I said something to my family and she told me that if I said it again that she would hang up on me. I told her that I wasnt talking to her or about her. She then said, I dont care, Ill hang up and you wont be able to complain about anything,because I wont answer when you call back. She hung up and did not answer for hours. Oh and Noone ever apologized or showed concern.

I’ve been here twice through drive through with my husband and the service has been bad. We’ve been told that We’ll have to wait from 5-8 minutes for food and have waited 30 minutes on one occasion and 25 minutes the second time. My husband decided to cancel the order the second time, when we waited for 25 minutes. They should be realistic about how long people will have to wait for their food, that way people are not expecting it a lot sooner when it’s actually going to take a long time.

Our experience last night before closing was great!! Two of the employees were very suprisely awesome. It was a total 360 from our previous experience.We received great 1 1/2 portions like other Panda Express locations whereas when we came there months prior we had 1 very small portion and very poor customer service the employees didnt smile didnt ask if we like to sample anything it was awful.Coorporate clearly needs to monitor this store and probably others as well because the food is great and so should the employees serving us.

The service here used to be awesome went there tonight 12-18 awful we ordered orange chicken and got 3 different plates of something and returned it they gave the order to someone else after I already opened it and handle the order and then when I vote the right order they charged me for 2 orders and then too 40 minutes to return my money. So then I went home with cold food. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. If I ever go back I it will be a long time. Staff doesnt seem to know what is going on went there 2 weeks ago and had similar problems not a well trained staff. Girl didnt seem go want to solve my problem. Very slow and after all that charging my way to much sorry dont like to be treated horribly and then give food to someone who has already handle it gross.

I was very disappointed with the quality of food at this Woodland location. I ordered brown rice with veggies. The veggies had no flavor or sauce. I am vegan and wanted to have teriyaki sauce on top. One of the servers dropped chicken in the sauce and then it was contaminated. There was no other sauce available. There was no manager on duty and no way to correct this problem. I will not be back again.

Normally this location is AMAZING when they get your orders right but the passed couple times I’ve gotten the wrong entree. I ordered Beijing beef and teriyaki chicken and received teriyaki chicken/orange chicken. The other time I ordered Beijing beef but received broccoli and beef. The food was fine, typical Panda express. However, it was clear that the shift was not being run well. The supervisor was more of a nuisance than support, the cooks appeared to be ignoring the women working who were simulatanously being put down, cut off, and condscended to by the male supervisor. I felt that if I were a female working there I would have walked out of that shift (which Ive never done before... it was that bad). Of course this could have been a one off experience. It was oddly busy, but I cant tell completely if that was a high number of guest or an average number of guests just compounded by the apparent mess behind the counter.

They skimp out and have bad food compared to different Panda Express Restaurants.Filled sauce contairner to 1/4th, food was soggy and stale with no flavor. Rice was very stale and not cooked, lots of hard pieces.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.2nd time around a few months later the food quality has improved however service is still lacking. I did an online order and waited 5 minutes longer and when i walked in they didnt have the order ready. Not a big deal but ruins the whole reasoning behind online ordering for pick up.

The food is typical Panda Express, which means it is awesome. If you are looking for a quick Chinese food option, this isnt is the place. Service is slow whether you go inside or drive thru.I ALWAYS get slow service inside and it is rarely clean. They only have one trash can in the very back, so the dining area always has trash and leftover plates all over them. The staff dont seem to care about their slowness or the dirtiness of the dining room. Also, considering how slow the service, it also isnt very friendly.

I went through the drive thru and one of the workers was very rude and had a major attitude. She wouldn’t let me finish my order and told me to wait 5 minutes for my food, which I did but then 10 minutes went by and I was still waiting. I went back and saw my order sitting by the window and when the employe saw me, she went to the back room and finally came out 5 minutes later and handed me my order. I confronted her about her attitude and how she made me wait for so long but all I got in return was more attitude and disrespect. This place is HORRENDOUS. Never. EVER. Go here. Everything in Woodland closes early and it was late so I decided Panda was the best option. I drive all the way over there, the OPEN sign is on and everything (its about 10:08, they close at 10:30). I pull into the drivethru and begin to give my order to a nice girl before this OTHER girl rudely interrupts and says UHHH were closed. So I look at the clock, its 10:10 at this point, and I respond with no, youre open until 10:30, it says so online. Oh, well, were open till 10 on weekdays. I was so over her attitude at this point that I began to drive away, mumbling my thanks before I hear her be like oh... Well I mean, I guess we COULD... I didnt even let her finish before driving off. She was SO rude and I wish I wouldve seen the actual hours so I couldve fought it more with her. I know they were just saying it to close early, and because of it it has REALLY made me rethink eating at Panda again. Which sucks, because Ive been a customer since I can remember. As of August 19, 2021 the Panda Express servings are a joke... I received 4 total of the orange chicken on both mine and my daughters. The mushroom chicken borh mine and my moms was had a minimum of two pieces of chicken and three zucchini s slices. And my mom received one slice of the teriyaki chicken sliced into 5 slices.. This Panda express has turned out to be a ripoff.

So I went in told them what happened the workers seemed more then sorry and wanted to help when the manager got involved he asked for a receipt I told him the lady at the drive in never gave me one so he then said THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU THEN. Im sorry your workers gave me the wrong food and no receipt I have brought in the food untouched showing you what you guys did wrong and there is nothing you can do for me? HE SAID YUP. So in sharing all of this...1. Make sure to check your food before you leave the facility to make sure you actually have the correct order. DONT ASSUMETHEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!2. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RECEIPT otherwise they wont do anything for you.(So theres $6.70 down the drain and a Panda Express I will never go back to)HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This place is horrible..opened at 10 am no food ready..its 1026 and they placed our order stating its ready...with no sauces..we asked for teriyaki they said oh that takes another 3 minutes..I have eaten here twice and it has failed everytime...thus particular chain should be avoided
