2023-11-28 01:42:04Foods good but I had no idea until I went to another panda express that this particular restaurant always had put rice or veggies underneath your protein spot, so less orange chicken/teriyaki and more rice/veggies because its underneath your protein where you really dont notice till youre done. Annoying really

2023-11-13 04:17:48This review is specifically because of the manager Jocelyn. I really hate wasting my time with a complaint but it really is an upsetting matter for my family. My mother came in and she is a Hispanic women late 40’s non English speaker at that. As she was ordering she forgot the name of one of the items so she proceeded to point through the glassy Jocelyn was taking her order and completely ignored my mother and would not look up instead asked “what’s that”. My mother then asked her to look up to what she was pointing at because she could not remember or pronounce it. Jocelyn then went back and starting chatting and mumbling with another male worker and laughing while looking back at my mother. My mother then asked Jocelyn why she was manager with such an attitude and bad etiquette. Jocelyn rudely responded by saying she was the manager and could do what she pleases. Really Jocelyn? They did end up exchanging some words and as my mother was leaving she grabbed her food and Jocelyn then said “hope your food sits well”. Now obviously that’s very sarcastic and a passive aggressive insinuating something. Of course my mother wrote to corporate and let them know thee issue and informed her she is not the only one who has complained about her. No surprise there right. They did send her coupons for 2 free meals but the bad experience will still stay and she will no longer go there. You can bet if I was there to speak to Jocelyn and stand up for her she would have never treated my mother this way. Avoid the bad attitudes and map a different panda with better customer service and a an actual good manager :)

2023-08-17 22:35:46I arrived on time to get my pickup order and they told me it wasn’t ready yet. Took 20 more minutes to finally get it only for my order to be wrong. I drove back to tell them and they kept trying to make it somehow seem like it was my fault. They finally gave in and remade my plate and barely put anything in the plate. Never coming back. Employees are extremely rude.

2023-09-03 23:21:52We came in and the food looked cold and dry . We asked the server if they had any fresh food she said no until all the food on the display was gone. We wanted fresh food and we were disappointed. . Servers are rude to customers no great customer service .

2023-10-14 19:55:33The food doesn’t taste as good as the other panda I’ve tried. And apparently I have to pay almost $3 to use the restroom even tho I paid $20 for foods.

2023-05-29 19:02:20It’s rare for me to write a review, we came in the last 30 minutes before they closed, the workers were telling us that whatever is left on the display, is all they have left to sell, my family was craving shrimp, and that’s all we came in for, and they had only 4 shrimp left. We were about to leave, when Misael jumped in to save the Day. He told us to wait, and he started to prepare a whole fresh batch of shrimp for us, he even repaired a new bash of chow mein. I have to say that I have never had such a great service. Misael understand the importance of customer service, and he made sure that his customers got what they came for! Honestly, it is rare to have somebody go as far as he did, just to make his customers happy. Misael needs and deserves not only raise, but to be promoted to higher management. We need more people like him representing any kind of business. A great attitude, great service, and didn’t allow for his customers to leave unappreciated. Great job Misael!

2019-06-15 02:52:28Yo, if you’re almost out of something, I would wait. Don’t serve less than half, I’m paying full price This is what I got served for broccoli beef. Seriously. And you still ask if I want to donate my change? How about you donate some of the money you ripped me off the food?

2023-03-26 19:21:57I used to put up with the rude employees because I liked the food. However, on my event trip to the store and my last they managed to not only be rude, but also mess up my order. I pointed it out to the server, not the cashier, who rudely shoved my plates over and gave a much smaller portion and not the correct one to top it off. Definitely don’t recommend.

2018-10-24 15:32:24The set up is weird-not the typical panda express layout. You cant see the menu, so u have to step out of line to see what choice they have. They are constantly out of food, so dont expect it to be in and out type of thing at least 20mins maybe more if u have to wait for your food to be cooked. Other than that its the typical panda express.
