Just ordered a 3 item plate. Their portions are a joke. I ordered brown rice, orange chicken, Beijingbeef and broccoli beef. The broccoli beef had 2 pieces of beef! What am I paying 14 dollars for? Id rather go to the mom and pop shops that put more and taste better.

Had battered chicken strips with green beans and mango, plus rice. Didnt remember name. One item bowl. The problem, It had no flavor. Chicken was a little soggy. I used soy sauce. Helped but all I could taste was soy. The most boring Chinese fast food ever. Around 6 pm.

Wow, they don’t serve nearly as much as they used to. Usually panda was a great place to get their orange chicken, but the past couple times it hasn’t been good. Not only are the portions smaller (they obviously don’t pack the bowl full anymore), but you can also see the breading is missing on one side of the big chicken pieces. The people who work here are generally pretty nice, but it doesn’t overlook the fact that I’m paying for a full bowl and it’s not getting fulfilled. How disappointing.

Just had lunch here, 3pm 5/4/23. Tried using a 10% off card that they gave me prior. They didnt take the 10% off. I questioned it and the manager came over and said he didnt know how to use that discount and refused to give me the discount.Come on Panda, train your employees better. Negative advertising/promotions lead to silent death of a business. Wont be going back to support them. Too many other choices.

I realize its dinner time, but more attention is needed in making sure the meals are complete before giving to customers. I was not given orange chicken in my entree. Had to come back and get it. Then I had to ask for the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. Which made me forget about the sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls. I started to walk away and realized I didnt have a drink either. I ordered the Panda meal bundle but was charged for a Bigger Plate. Then paying again for the drink. Not very happy with service here. Thankfully the food was hot fresh and delicious!!

If i could give no stars i would. Yesterday we went to grab some dinner, and not only did the server give me the wrong order...even though you tell them face to face. The food portion was really small maybe a spoonful if at that. That may have been our saving grace so to speek. I woke up vomiting all my food and my wife and son got the runs and started to vomit ot up this morning. My wife still hasnt been able to eat and i had to take them to the drs for medical attention for this. Please i really hope they read this. It was disgusting. This is the second time this has happened to us at this restaurant.

I searched online to see if the chow mien at Panda Express is vegan and to my surprise it was listed as vegan right on the companies main website.So this morning I was excited to take my daughter to order some Chow Mien since she loves it (Literally her favorite meal) and me being vegan felt good knowing that I can support a dish that doesnt contain any animal in it.So I ordered 2 large boxes of it for her.As I was checking out I thought Id ask the cashier if it was vegan just to be sure (Even though it clearly is advertised as vegan by Panda Express Corporate)I was VERY disappointed when the cashier told me that the Chow Mien at her location is not vegan and It contains Chicken flavor in the sauce.This is false advertising! I hope Panda Express reads this review and endorses Vegan Chow Mien at all branches since there is literally zero reason why it should contain animal in it.I also asked if they offer Beyond Orange Chicken, The cashier also stated that they dont offer it in California yet.I wont be coming back until you let me know that your chow mien is veganBest

This location is clean and well maintained. The staff can use a boost of life. When I entered you had one helping 1 customer another cooking and one other that walked in for his shift. Staff member who was helping the customer started helping a different customer when I was next in line and after helping that customer she went to putting food away, cleaning up her work space, refilling the cups by the soda machine, never once looked up to acknowledge the customers in line or let them know she would be right with us. After 5 min of waiting I simply walked out and drove to your Clinton Keith location where I have never had an issue. It’s a drive-through, right off the freeway, and the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh when I go to that location and most importantly, the staff is super friendly always smiling and taking care of their customers. Don’t waste your time here and simply go to Clinton Keith location, it’s worth the extra miles.

It was horrible!!! The entrees were dry with not enough sauce on them such as the orange chicken. The noodles were not lo mein noodles but just cheap ramen noodles broken into pieces and also very dry. The owner or manager seemed to be watching the workers every move and the portions were very small for the high price. Will not be going back ever again. Its the same garbage from coast to coast. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Always a mediocre experience when I come through here. Been by three times and the wait to pick up my online order has been 10 to 20 minutes every time despite ordering 60 minutes ahead of time and showing up on time to pick up. Then the food is often bland and mediocre when we get it home. They always ignore special requests like teriyaki sauce and no utensils. I usually love Panda Express but this location is giving me a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended.

Kid that worked the front didnt pay attention to my requests. Didnt give me chop sticks when i requested it off the bat, coke machine wasnt working properly so i asked for them to put in some more coke into it and he ignored my request. The assistant manager helped out rhats why it isnt a one star but the kid needs to pay attention. Work in excellence.

Hadnt had Panda in a while..it sounded great for lunch. This place is usually great and friendly. Today not so much...ordered a 3 entree With half white half chowmain the server ( who I think was the manager Asian lady) gave us all the left over bits at the bottom didnt even offer us fresh batch And tiny portions. She picked all but 3 pieces of meat from our broccoli beef and gave us mostly veggie. She was rude and was barking orders at the staff. Very unprofessional! It was a bad vibe all the way around.

The food is always yummy BUT many times the food isn’t ready. This is a reoccurring theme from 9:30am (when they open) ..to when I usually arrive an hour later around 10:30am. Half the items are not made an hour after opening. This is a pattern bc I frequent this establishment at that time. This means I am waiting usually an additional 10min after I order to receive my food ..not fun when your hungry.Other than that ..the place is recommended.Place appears to be clean. Wait in line is not too slow if all items are ready (even around lunchtime). I would love to see one additional employee/server however ..my opinion that would eliminate many small problems. Also recommend 2 cooks at all times ..but I do understand that cuts into profit so I get it.All employees appear to be hard workers.I have never eaten here at night.I do like that they are open at 9:30am ..not all PE’s are open that early ..so thank u for that.Pic is of other customers waiting for their food to be made.

Worst experience I have had to date. I walked in had the manger yell at me for stepping inside because they had a 5 person policy which is on the left side of the door and I walked in the right. Then after proceeding to do what she asked she walked and stood in a corner on her phone and proceeded to not take my order and made the employee behind take the order. What great customer service.

The food is great, But wait theirs more! The downside is when i come to this location more times than not i have to wait when their is no line... Twice now server Gabriela Fs unprofessional, and unenthusiastic attitude has prompted me to give her customer service pointers which she doesnt give an F to take. fortune cookie, napkins, and sauce should be standard practice before moving onto the next customer, or you could just throw it in the bag if you dont want to ask me...

Today she even notice my military Id when I opened my wallet to pay and asked me if I was military so she could extend the courtesy and I never thought to ask walking in Panda Express. Came here today and got a “bigger plate”. Got to my house and as I was eating the chow mein I bit a piece of something hard that cracked my tooth. I called them right away and the manager “Erica” hung up on me. I called her again and she told me she couldn’t help me without the “order number”. I showed up to the store and showed her the receipt and she got super defensive and told me she couldn’t help me if I didn’t have the object that cracked my tooth. I started recording and asked her for the number for corporate and she told me she was calling the cops for recording her. I waited 10 minutes for the cops to show up but ended up leaving since they never showed up. Definitely will be taking legal action.

They messed up my to go order and was rude about fixing it.I got a bowl with half chow main, half veggies and chicken.They gave me half veggies and chicken. No chow main.(Im at fault because I wasnt watching, Im used to them getting my order right at other PE and was distracted. )I paid, says on the box and the receipt what I ordered. I was on my way to Temecula, when I got there, opened my box to find the messed up order. Had to drive all the way back.The lady questioned me like I just took out the noodles or something?!When did I get it? Time is printed on the receipt...Why didnt I say so when I was here? What happened to the noodles? ...you tell me?All she did was make my order again. No refund, no add ons for them wasting my time and ruining my lunch, nothing.Over all not happy. Not coming back. Spoke to someone named Erica who wanted to argue about their issues with doordash not having their family menu correct. They would not understand that we would pay the difference for a premium item not available to order on doordash. I have been coming to eat lunch at this Panda Express for at least 3 years. Because of today I will no longer come here. I politely asked 4 another entree because the chow mein noodle I received which was freshly cooked tasted very burnt and in appearance was blackened from it being burnt I asked the manager on duty if I could please have an entree as a substitute. And I asked her very politely. she said she can give me fried rice or steamed rice two things which I dont eat I explained to her that I do not eat those I asked her politely if I could just have another entree she said no. she explained to me she would make a new batch of chow mein noodle if I was willing to wait. but my lunch is ending and I could not wait 15 minutes for new batch. again I ask politely I understand that its not a side its an entree but this is customer service she said the manager that is that she cannot help me. this is what I told her youre willing to let this be a bad experience because of burnt Chow Mein noodles she physically said yes I gave her my tree with the untouched Chow Mein noodles that was burnt and told her Im sorry to hear that thank you very much. now I am sitting in my car right outside of Panda Express on Madison in Marietta writing this review. I am in customer service so I understand how easy it is to please a customer especially over something so miniscule. I give this restaurant or this new manager a two thumbs down not because of the food but because of the service and the unwillingness to please a customer. I was never rude ... I never gave attitude. I was very polite through the whole thing and she just looked at me and said no cant help you in my book shes a horrible manager. this experience is especially upsetting because I know everybody that works at this location they all know me and my wife at this location we eat here more than often during our lunch time. HAIR IN FOOD! Went and got dinner with the gang last night @ this location. Received a long hair in my chow mein. Drove back for a refund and had an odd conversation with the manager, at which no point ever did I receive an apology for the hair but rather skepticism over the claim. Then I started looking around and indeed, nobody was wearing hairnets and actually most of the staff had hair all over the place, meaning not neatly kept hair so it does not contaminate the food. This is unsatisfactory. Period.

A friend told me that this is the fast food version of the elegant Panda Inn restaurants. Since Im not usually a big fan of Chinese food, but LOVE crispy beef, I have given both of these places a try. I know I am late to the party, but this is my FIRST visit to a Panda Express! Anyway, the girls working couldnt have been nice! They gave me samples and even gave us a first timers gift bag with a coupon for pur next visit and some cookies! How thoughtful! The Beijin Beef, aka crispy beef is very good, but not the same as Panda Inn. I dipped it in the sweet and sour and that did it!. Btw, that sauce has some real bite to it! Yum! The Peking Pork is the best pork I have ever had at a Chinese restaurant! Kinda like sweet and sour pork, but WAY better. Anyway, I also tried the sesame honey chicken and it was only ok. I got crab Rangoon top and they are filled with cream cheese and very crispy. While we were eating they checked on us to make sure we like everything....you dont see that kind of service often, and almost never in fast food! Thanks, Panda Express!
