Panda Express in Burbank

I eat at this Panda Express a lot.Service: The entire staff is super cool. The manager is cool and the chefs are always down to help you out. If you get in there by 8:00 even if they dont have what you want sometimes they will cook you an extra batch.Food: The food is good but it does vary. If you look through all my pictures sometimes you get that extra fresh just cooked food and sometimes you get that must have been here over 30 minutes food. Im a creature of habit but I would definitely recommend the beef and broccoli, the chicken and green beans, the honey sesame chicken, or the shrimp when its available.Also last but not least I always highly recommend most people that work in customer service industry or Chef life should get a massage and if you frequent this Panda Express then youre also right next to one of the best massage therapists on the west coast healing hero hands. Just a fun fact about Burbank and this area.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it is only ok. Its fast food so unfortunately its hard to reach great when compared to restaurants. Especially when it is prepared before you get there for the most part. It is convenient, fast and not expensive. If any dish is low, unappealing and or does not look fresh; do not hesitate to ask how long for a fresh batch. Usually its less than 10 minutes, if you are willing/able to wait it may just be worth it. Service 90% of the time is great, very friendly. Every once in a while someone is apathetic but luckily rarely rude. Portion sizes are hit or miss, sometimes its not bad considering the freshness, sometines youre like I paid how much for food that has been sitting under heat lamps for who knows how long? The orange chicken isnt too consistent, Im not sure if its difference of chefs or not. Sometimes there is a little sauce, sometimes a lot. Sometimes it is super sweet, sometimes just right. Sometimes it is really spicy, sometimes it is just right. Almost always there is a ton of starch over relatively small pieces of chicken. Some of the smaller pieces seem like there is no chicken. The chow mein noodles are usually good, but the veggies arent great and sometimes there seems to be as much veggies as there are noodles. The broccoli beef si ok but almost always there is too much broccoli. The beef is pretty consistent and not bad. The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite but not very consistent, almost always too little walnuts and half of the time the portion size is small even if you pay the 1.25 premium fee. The grilled chicken is consistent and a good healthy entree. Plenty of meat. The fried rice is ok, the veggies are probably frozen medley and usually very little egg. Wish there was more, really adds tonthe flavor profile.

My first Panda Express experience. The female rep who helped me was nice & friendly, and ROBERT, the manager, made my experience even nicer! He rocks. I will return just because of how he treated me today. Thank you 😊

I had food from this place mutliple times. Orange chicken & Shrimp are must try. Not very expensive too.Good place for people from Asia in case they dont like the gluten filled Burgers & Pizza restaurants.

It has to be a culture difference. Why arent you wearing gloves and mask? Your employee literally put her finger in my rice bare hand. Your workers are talking over the food, spit and whatever else is flying out. I didnt even attempt to get the food after seeing her touch my rice with nothing on her hands. Its absolutely disgusting, your working with people food..... Would you want my fingers all in your food? No you wouldnt everyone working should have gloves and mask on...

Such a bad costumer service. Especially the girl with the glasses. Horrible Attitude. I was coming from work just to have my lunch. Never coming back to stupid place. They even check hard on my $50 dollar bills like if it was fake. Just because I was on my construction clothing. That speaks a lot. If there was an option I would give not 1 star but -10 stars.

The people here are really nice and detail oriented.The food was also good.To use the restroom you need a passcode which they will provide to you.Plenty of parking as well and other stores around it.I would totally come back again

First time visiting this location, but left having a great experience. Great food quality, despite it almost being closing time, and very friendly staff. Ill definitely be visiting this location again

Omg the worst panda express food, ever i order to go and I am two minutes away. When I got home the food was cold the chicken with green beans, & teriyaki chicken not even warm. I was disgusted. I hope they do something about it. He makes me puke if I think about it go try for yourself.
