Its was just ok. I got the 2 plate one side. Choices was rice and mixed veggies which was good. Along with the Steak and mushrooms i think peppers. Also chicken teriyaki which felt under cooked so I threw most of it away. I dont go to panda as much in my city and maybe not period. Paid $12. Ate and took pictures of the good pieces. 👍

Service was decent, but this is one of the stores where youll be paying $15 dollars for two entrees that can barely feed a teenager. One small scoop of orange chicken and 4 pieces of shrimp. They were delicious but I was still very hungry.

When I arrived some of the food was freshly made. I ordered a bowl of fried rice and orange chicken. Portions were amazing. I dined in and want to highlight the staff. During my time I noticed several customers mistreating the staff and and they maintained their cool while getting yelled at. Because I know I would have lot my top.

I placed an online order for my husband to pick up. I received the text that the order was ready, but when my husband went to pick up the food, it was not ready. The staff was very rude. They did not explain what was going on or let him know when the food would be ready. The food was ready over 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I get being short staffed and things happening, but to not communicate with your customers what is going on or to do anything to try to better the situation is horrible. Do not go to this panda express. Horrible service and we will never go here again.

I ordered from the app at 9:24pm because it gave me a introductory half off discount. I forgot this place doesn’t make your food to order because I only use the locations with a drive thru, and I only go here once or twice a year. I went to pick up the order at 9:35 and they said they couldn’t make my order and they couldn’t cancel the order for me either. The app doesn’t give you a way to cancel or even a way to complain. I was offered the only entree they had available as a substitute. I can’t be mad at the people that work there because corporate doesn’t pay them overtime to clean up after closing time. I tried complaining later online through their website but I got this long stuffy copy and paste response from them that I could tell was pointless. My opinion is the drive thru isn’t compatible with their style of service, especially when they’re not busy. Also this particular location isn’t busy at night so it’s open too late to expect to have everything on the menu waiting for you. The Yoshinoya next to the I-10 Sierra exit in Fontana has a drive thru that’s open until 3am EVERY day, and if you like the original beef Yoshinoya has the best App discounts of any fast food chain.

A family favorite for many, many years. We dont have a Panda Express in our hometown so we often visit when we are off the mountain. As always, the food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Friendly staff, portions are good. Chow mein wasnt burn, and my Kung Pao was actually spicy. I even asked for a refill and she was very accommodating.We customers are aware that times are changing, now besides customers and drive thru there are online orders, this is a good problem to have but not one to make your customers pay for.It took 10 minutes standing there to even get acknowledged and place an order. It shouldnt be a customer problem because one is on the clock, the owners and management should make sure to staff better or change their system. All orders are still getting picked from the same place, which causes delays and food to run out. You need to change with the times and set up another food set up so that all orders can be fulfill in a timely manner.Also, please be a little more generous with your meat servings, my broccoli and beef should just be broccoli, only two pieces of beef present. Panda is already more expensive than other chinese restaurants, so please dont hold back.

Terrible. Big lumps of cabbage in my chow mein. My Beijing Beef was okay and hot but tell me why the chow mein was cold. I spent over $10 on this meal. I will not go back to this shop ever again. Btw this is not the first time this Panda Express has let me down. I love Panda Express but honestly I’m not so sure I’ll ever go back to a Pandas again.

Serving portions are way too small. Im going to contact corporate because at this time I feel cheated. Ive held my tongue but today was the breaking point. A bowl that is almost $10 is not even filled all the way and in fact barely 3/4 of the way if that. They are constantly reducing the protein/meats they place and now it was to the point I can count the amount of pieces in 1 hand.Ive gone to other Panda locations so this is definitely a problem just here not chain-wide.Ive attached a picture for reference.This is probably one of the few bad reviews Ive given and usually try to name the positive but how are you going to think no one is going to say anything?

Drive thru cuz their dloors where soaked... But we must have gotten last nights leftovers because my husband ordered the pepper steak and it was burnt....I asked for half and half white rice and chowmein, well they decieve you by filling the bowl with rice and placing a bit of chowmein on one half of the rice to make it seem🤨 I chose panda because my husband said it was my turn to choose and I regret that it was my turn to choose a restaurant😩

Its the only drive thru chinese food place that I know of. Great food but every other time I go there, they mess up my order. But if I call and tell them, they make up for it and give me my next meal free. But sometimes that is an inconvenience when I want to eat what I ordered right then.

This is the worst panda ive ever been to. Terrible portions. Thought it was a fluke the first 3 or 4 times, but now Im never going back. Poorly cooked Kung Pao. 2 pieces of meat with the mushroom chicken, all for 10 bucks, save your money and go to the Wendys across the street.

Party of three on a Saturday at 426pm. 1person a head of us and in 5 min we where seated and eating. It was busy after us.Dine in sit down area very clean and spaced apart. The Air conditioner was blowing cold on hot summers day. Dine in area filled up but still felt that it was not crowded.I always order my food to go so that if any leftovers are already in containers.Food was great and we enjoyed each others company while we ate. It’s not even 5pm… why are the doors locked??? Also I called ahead to verify there way Apple Pay. I was told there is but ONLY INSIDE. My family and I (3) went through the drive thru, order 3 meals.. there is atleast 10 entrées to get, only 4 they had, as you continued to order, they ended up being out of more.. then tell us it will be 20 minutes wait time to get said item for them to cook it, they clearly didnt want to.. ordered rangoons, they didnt have them.. Its 845 pm on 1/22/23 and the employees refuse to make anymore food because they close at 930 pm!!! So they open for 45 more minutes but refuse to make 5 minutes Chinese food... Went in for lunch, noticed the brocolli beef was not looking the best (little meat, mostly brocolli) but went for it anyway. Ended up being 1 small/medium piece of beef to every 7 brocolli and basically 0 sauce/seasoning. Just kinda cooked flavorless brocolli.Also ordered a soda only to find the Dr pepper was out of syrup. Told a worker who said she would have someone change it, waited 10 minutes to eventually tell the manager who told me they were out and someone should have told me already.Asked for a soda refund only to be pressured to take an extra food item instead. Chinese food has been my favorite since I was a small child. Panda Express is very good. The prices arent any higher than what you would pay for a combo at a burger place. Today we had honey sesame chicken bowls. Some with rice, some with chow mein. My youngest grandson had the kids meal with orange chicken and rice. He said his chicken was too spicy for him. So he and my daughter traded their chicken pieces. They both were satisfied. The food for four people came to just over $37We have paid more than that at a burger drive up. And gave paid slightly less sometimes. Panda Express is a way better choice, in my honest opinion

At this location the veggies were fresh and crunchy, not brown and soggy. The fried food was crispy and hot and the rice was fluffy. The staff here knows what they are doing. Fantastic job. We will make the drive and revisit. I wish we could have eaten inside but during this season dine in experience is not available. If your in Redlands and want a restaurant you can count on delivering delicious food, you need to come in. I had the sweet fire chicken and the sesame chicken. We also got the string bean chicken and mushroom chicken. All the best we’ve ever had at Panda Express.

Horrible customer service. An employee named Ruby was extremely rude when she got our order wrong. Funny thing is we weren’t upset or rude to her at all… We explained to her how it was wrong when charging us, she proceeded to argue with us stating that it was our fault… a simple apology would’ve been sufficient but she was argumentative instead. And still got our order wrong. I understand the frustration of working in customer service myself as I’ve worked in that industry as well. Ordered pick up, but it seem the staff was not given any system for pick up orders. The door says only drive thru and it was unclear how pick order where being handed. You would just have to wait in the parking lot and hope a staff member would come out with your order. The manager of this panda express should create a system of these online order, chairs should be up signal dining in is not on option before walking to the door. If pick up can not be done inside a sign on the door should explain to guest how to get thier food. Also when delivering pick up orders, staff members should ask the guest the name on the order insted of saying this order if for guest name, to eliminate mix up orders and theft of orders.

First time visiting this specific location. When we walked in the staff all greeted us and were very friendly, that was very nice. Food was fresh and tasted good. My only gripe and its not just this location. Why did you change the mixed veggies? Where are my carrots and zucchini? The new ones were not bad but they made me sad.

I ordered a small 12-16 person party bundle from this place at 11:12 am for a small gathering. It’s 1:07 pm and my Postmates app still says that this location is preparing my order. Thankfully, I decided to call them to find out about my order. I was transferred to 3 different people who didn’t know what to tell me. The 2 star review is for the management or owner who only staffed 2 people (1 cook and one server) for the restaurant during lunch time on my visit. Was told they were actually closed....yet they were still serving people thru the drive thru and more kept going thru it. Was told to try back tomorrow and they might honor my receipt. Clean, nice friendly service. Ive never seen the chain offer any coupons. Good food. Ask to taste a sample. Its usually crowded in the evening. Sometimes theres a bit of a wait. The person in front of you may take the last of an item that you wanted. Now youll have to wait 10 min for more to be made. At least you know it will be fresh! Watch when they bring a fresh batch of food to the steam table, they will dump the remaining old food in with the new. Mixing the 2 batches together is a big health code violation so say something to the manager. Some servers can be light on your serving size and will actually knock food off the serving spoon before placing the food in your container! I always say to them, Im a hungry guy, so dont be stingy with the serving, as they are getting ready to spoon it up. Usually that works and I get enough. Sometimes though I might have to make an additional comment like, come on now, Im hungrier than that!. LOL Yiu might even have to be blatant and say please give me more. The end side of the service area has items that cost an additional amount of $$ from the standard selection. It seems a strange way to charge. The quality of the food is good, but they serve so little I feel like Im paying double or more what I should be for what I get. Ive tried the place 2 or 3 times, always tiny servings whether its a plate or bowl. Even more so with the bowl, its 80% rice with 6 or 7 tiny pieces of chicken on top, they fill the bowl with the rice so it isnt as obvious how much youre paying for a mediocre amount of chicken. Will definitely be visiting the Wok Experience across the street from now on, or any other chinese place besides Panda. Nothing is ever ready here. Drive thru service is horrible. If youre coming for the drive thru expect to be asked to wait up front for 5 minutes which actually ends up being 15+ minutes. There were 3 cars ahead of me, and it took 13 mins to get to the window to pay.
