The Panda Express in Burlingame, Ca is a very busy location. The dinning room is always clean and well maintained. This location is always fully staffed and prepared for the customers. I appreciate the consistency of the food availability and freshness as a result of the high food turnover. On the most recent visit in August 2022, a customer with 2 dogs arrived to eat in the dining room and I was not able to enjoy my meal because of barking. Other than this interruption, I like this location.

Best pando express Ive been too. Staff is nice and very patient and welcoming. Will definitely come back again. If you are staying in the area there is a free shuttle that picks you up for free. Hit me up if you have any questions.

Came in right when they opened and ordered orange chicken. The orange chicken was not fresh at all, they use the food from the day before and just warm it up. I could tell because the chicken was crunchy and not soft.

The thing I love the most about this store at Burlingame Av is the fact that they actually listen to what I say, I always ask for less rice, and they always do it for me. Everywhere else, if I ask for less rice, they will always fill my bowl or plate with rice. I feel respected as a client here. The staff is also mostly smiling and welcoming, and their food tastes great.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! i placed an order online and my co-worker was picking it up for me. she couldn’t find my order and an employee said it was already picked up. they claim someone had come in, showed their receipt and somehow the name was the same as mine. my co-worker confirmed that was not the case and instead of acknowledging that there was probably a misunderstanding and an error, they were rude and gave her a difficult time. they said i needed to come in an pick up the order and they wouldn’t remake it. online orders have phone numbers to reach out to me and check, but they weren’t willing to take that step. so, i drove over there and asked to speak to a manager.MON is the name of the manager who was completely rude and unwilling to understand that although the order was made (which may could’ve been tampered with), the issue was the blame his employees and he placed on us for their error and not accepting that the incorrect person walked away with the wrong order. he asked what i’d like to do and i asked for a refund. before giving me the money, he took a photo of my driver’s license and handed me $20 cash. putting this in writing in case this becomes a legal issue.do not go here. the employees are completely rude and incompetent.

Had them a few months ago at this location and I gotta say that all the panda express locations have gone downhill in quality of meat, especially the beef. Chunks of fat and grizzle is not what I want in my food unless Im ordering a steak. Other than that the restaurant was clean and looked nice, even though ordering was to go only.

Ive been to at least 5 different pandas, but this single and sole location is the ONLY one I will Not return to. Ive given this particular place of business multiple tries, yet everytime all the ingredients taste old and always make me food sick. I love panda express but this location is not of the same quality Ive come to love. Staff are amazing polite and quick, yet it tastes like they are just getting bad/Old ingredients.

I placed an order ahead of time, order said go to register and “say mobile order for ___”. Order was for my brother and it said it would be ready at 12:10. My brother arrived and was told no order was found for him, he called me and I tried calling the store to let them know we did place an order and it had given me a conf #. My brother was told no order was in the system and they ignored him completely. After multiple attempts to get their attention I told my brother to check the cart with the mobile orders and look for his name. He was able to find the food then. 30 mins of being ignored. Extremely disappointed.

Clean, friendly, free parking at rear entrance, parking meters on the street at the front entrance. We arrived near closing time, but the staff made a fresh batch of orange chicken for us since they were low. Enjoyed my meal very much. A great place for a quick bite at a reasonable price.

I like it. I’ve eaten lunch there several times and no complaints. It’s clean, they’re fast and not overly effusive but not sourpusses either. I usually get mushroom chicken, teriyaki chicken and steamed white rice. They haven’t screwed up yet

Terrible service. Cooks unaware of empty food items,; then after waiting on fresh chow mein and prawns, the servers filled newer orders while leaving us waiting. I had to finally say something because our empty trays were just sitting there in front of them. But the guy didnt say a word to his coworkers. People working there seemed like. The cashier Henry seemed a little over worked, but we can deal wirh that no problem being in the restaurant and food Business for 32 years I tell you what really I cant deal with; leaky food containers that spilled all over your car.I know they are not using Styrofoam (big kudos) but there are many different Biodegradable containers they can use or even customize to their chains, containers that the lid will lock in place avoiding spillage. Very unhappy.

Glad to see two types of soup back on the menu.All the Panda Express locations are the same, so U know what UR getting.Love the fresh veggies. And no extra charge for mixed veggies instead of chow mein or rice.
