I think for the quality and portions they give it’s definitely not worth the money, especially with so many restaurants in the area. If you like premium Asian fast food check out KPB Asian bistro in Fullerton on Euclid. There, the food is made to order and the portions are great for the cost. They also make their own chili oil that goes great with everything. 😋

I really love panda. Brought the whole family for a meal at this location. We all really enjoyed it. The family combo is really worth it. This location is very clean as well. You cab tell just by using their restrooms. They smelled really clean.

The food at this location has not been consistent the last 2-3 visits. We went at 6pm on a Sunday night. When we arrived the line was out the door. We ordered our food to-go but would have asked for a refund if we dined in. The Beijing beef was too spicy, again. Both the rice and chow mein were undercooked.

Hit or miss. Positives- they move through a line very quickly and this place gets a lot of traffic so the food is always fresh. Orange chicken here is more crispy than more which makes it sooooo much better and their chow Mein isn’t just a bunch of cabbage. Negatives- the Beijing Beef is supposed to be Spicy but there is a point where is is inedible. It is never consistent here which is a bummer because that is the thing I crave from Panda. Also, when manager is serving, he gives amazing portions but when he isn’t there, you’ll get half. They also will cut your portion in half if you order with another person and you each order the same thing if they are down to the bottom of a pan of food rather than ordering for more of it to be made. To end on a positive, I will also add that this place is SPOTLESS.

Panda express at this orangethorpe location hooked it up. Food is amazing and even the cream cheese wontons were super fresh and crispy. Very delicious! They didnt have the almond chicken though which has quickly become my favorite. They were open on Christmas eve which is awesome because we didnt celebrate much today! Heres a photo of the food.

Small portions. Save your money and go to a different Panda or to Daves next door. Panda Corporate says its supposed to be one heaping spoonful but its more like barely touching the edge of the spoon. Service is pure business - no smile no warmth - just get your small amount of food and get out.

30 minutes before closing and the only option for a side was the last of the dried out friend rice not even white rice. The only proteins that they were serving was what was left over. The food had obviously been sitting there for a long time and was visibly dried out and unappealing. They were unwilling to make any additional food for any customers coming in for the next 30 minutes. Basically they didnt really care at that point. Understand that I get that they were near closing but this was the first time I have ever been to a Panda Express that wasnt making fresh food for their end of day customers. It would have not been worth it to pay for any of that food. I watched 2 people walk in then walk out with nothing after I left with nothing myself 👎. For someone that has been working in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years, you need to try harder. Nothing against the employees but if you want any food dont bother going to Panda Express at the end of the shift. They dont care. You will not get good food.

My experience here was beyond words. I put in for a catering order, the app said it would be ready by 5:50pm... It was 2:30... I walked in asked about the time on the app. The crew had my order ready and me out the door by 3:00pm. Understand they had a line in the store and took very good care of me. They are the reason I continue to come back. That crew is AWESOME!

Love Panda. Loved it since college. This place is clean and efficient. Staff is nice. Parking is easy. I wish they had more coupons and discounts but the price is already reasonable. Love the orange chicken- Family meal is a great deal overall.

No in person dining, thats fine. The store was a bit busy, the line looked long, but the patrons had kept a polite distance between each other, 5 groups a head of me. All menu items werent available, but they had a sign up saying so. The items on the steam table were full, and ready to be served, I didnt notice anything missing. I ordered 1, 3 item plate, half chow mein, fried rice, w/angus beef, beijing beef, and orange chicken.I was through the line and at the cashier quickly. The cashier had a big smile asked if I wanted a drink, I said no but asked if I could have 2 fortune cookies, he nodded and said of course! He gave me my total, and asked if I wanted to round up for a charity the company was promoting, I agreed. And he thanked me, and added an extra cookie. All done, and out the door, when I arrived home, the food was still hot and tasted fresh.

Mostly all great visits I’ve had some bad and some worse but overall with the new online order app the food has improved drastically. I have ate here probably 5 times this week and it still hits the spot. Workers here get down.Beats my last bad experience that made me quit panda for a whileI had a horrible experience here today! The last few visits were nice and they were on a roll with winning me over. But today was the last straw. The store was so hot I couldn’t even sit down and eat my meal. The employees were dripping sweat all over the entrees as they were serving me. On top of that while I was waiting for my food in that inferno. They messed up my order and didn’t even apologize. I go here because its the closest panda near me if I dont want to drive a bit further and always regret it. The employees have a very high school mentality they dont hustle, theyre on their phones, theyre constantly out of items and will only make more if you ask and then be prepared to not only wait for your food to be made but for the normal girls working the line to box it up. Id say I waited a good 15-20 minutes on one item while the rest of our food sat boxed up getting soggy and cold. Ill definitely drive a little further next time to get a better quality and higher customer service standards!

I really hate giving anyone a so-so review, but this location needs help! The food quality is fine, but dont be shocked if they run out of your favorite item and make you wait for 10 minutes for a fresh batch...all while your other items sit and get cold in the containers! And, whatever you do, dont bother ordering an item that includes a premium $1.25 charge. They charge you more and give you less! It was bad this trip...not a happy camper!

Why should customers have to ask for sauces? Team member Laura was incredibly rude. At this location pick up orders are done at the exit of the restaurant so not knowing that they had changed where to pick up my order I headed to the exit no On helped me and when I finally got Laura’s attention I told her I had a pick up and she told me that I had to go around the building when for her it was literally just a couple of steps I had to go all the way around being so unaccommodating when I asked her If she could just hand it to me so I wouldn’t have to go around she said not I work in retail and the way she handled it was completely off putting. When I finally made it around I asked if I could get chili sauce she said yes and walked so incredibly slow as if she was doing it on purpose to spite me, as she walked to the kitchen I saw her gossip with another coworker and look at me. How rude and unprofessional. I always come to this Panda Express for lunch specially since I work right across the parking lot and will definitely continue to go but Laura’s lack of professionalism was offputting I’ve never seen her at the store. I never leave reviews calling out specific team members but she needs to learn and a leader needs to have a conversation with her

This is a fairly typical Panda Express. Nothing particularly special or out of the ordinary. The food tasted like it has been sitting for a little bit, but not too long. Service was fine, though Id rather not get asked to donate a dollar to charity every time I pay for my meal.

Ive been here a couple of times since I moved into the area. The food is good(I wish they had more vegetarian options...they only have vegetables and chow mein and rice). Very friendly staff. I can tell the staff are happy because how happy they are is a reflection of how they are treated. My favorite side is cream cheese wantons (which are vegetarian).

This location is slower than other Pandas Ive been to. I think its because theres more families in this area, so a lot of sampling happens, and then more plates to assemble. But the thats not really the issue. The employees arent really hustling. The manger for sure is the bottleneck. Shes super slow and I think the rest of the employees take after her.

Im a big fan of Panda Express, but this location simply doesnt cut it for me. Food almost always comes out bland. The orange chicken wasnt even orange, it was literally brown and was severely missing sauce. Nearly every time I go here something is wrong. The locations near Cal State Fullerton are 10 times better.

This location is on the East side of Harbor right next to Togos in front of Best Buy.Good food, got fresh orange chicken, and was allowed to sample about 4 or 5 items.Panda Express can be hit and miss. I do tend to come here a lot at this restaurant but these are two occasions that I was not happy about it all the first time that I was here I saw a female worker drop a spoon that the workers use to toss the rice or salad or whatever and I saw her pick it up from the floor and then put it back near the fryer or a table all in front of the customers that is ridiculous and I told her right away why would you put that they’re on top of the counter why not just take it to the sink in the back maybe we customers will believe you she said oh that’s where it goes and I believe I just left that was disgusting on the other occasion I was there it was just way too slow and I had to get to work across the street so I had about 10 minutes and I was barely halfway in line so I just left the food and left.
