Panda Express in Ontario

You can’t go wrong with Panda Express food 🍱. Kung pao ckn and the teriyaki ckn is delicious.While waiting in line I notice that they where 3 people working but only one person was doing all the work serving and chasing people out while the other two employees where chitchatting in the back and even one was on his phone. Liliana was the one that was keeping everything going smooth, she did asked the other employees for help and they both ignored her. While the line kept in getting longer and longer. About after 15 minutes I had my food.

Very popular among shoppers. The longest line in the food court. The service is quick. Food is fresh, except fried rice; it was cold (pre frozen). We couldnt eat it. I like the new crispy almond chicken, the honey wlt shrimp, and ty he grilled teriyaki chicken.

The rudest staff I ever seen in my life.It was almost closing I went with my son to eat at PE, there was 1 order portion available as last order. I turned to my 9 yrs old son to ask him if its ok to order that last order.UNFORTUNATELY, OUT OF NO WHERE WITH A RUDE AND IMPOLITE ACT BY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FROM THE BACK KITCHEN, CAME AND TOOK THE FOOD & PUT IT IN A PLATE AND LEFT. I was shocked for this action like he havent seen food for years this stupid employee, he just took a 9 yrs old kid order with no respect whatsoever. I asked the girl on the counter how come he did that? I was going to order that portion for my son, how come you do that? She replied, hes an employee here & he can do whatever he wants.I will never ever eat at PE in my whole life.

We ordered two plates for delivery, and both had Beijing Beef as one of the entrees. Both plates showed up with NO Beijing Beef and only ONE entree despite purchasing PLATES! They literally stole our money. Avoid like the plague.

Seems like the person charging was not happy to be there, asked for ice for the warm apple juice then asked for utensils. She said they were in the bag, I couldnt find them so I asked again and she threw them in the bag.

The orange chicken was nasty it tasted like vinegar and was not pleasant.I wanted a refund but they couldn’t do that for me. Instead they gave a small amount of honey sweet chicken. I didn’t enjoy this experience.

Worst Panda ever. Food was horrible. Chicken uncooked. Chow mein was super dry. Plus employees so rude and unprofessional. Joking around and not paying attention to customers

Visited this location at ontario mills at around 3pm with a friend. the girl who served us our food was so nice however the cashier named evelyn?¿ that checked us out seemed like she had an attitude with us which made me feel kinda awkward. when i did not know if i could pay for my food yet, she said i could go when i was ready but i didn’t know i could because it didn’t show on the screen to pay for it (like swipe, insert, tap) until she seen me waiting & she went on the register to put it up. i also have another complaint.. the rice seemed like it wasn’t good anymore like it was reheated & hard, it had a strange smell to it & i never had that at other panda express; it was not fresh & my noodles were dry & i felt like i couldn’t go back to get a new one since the cashier was showing lack of respect so i ate it despite that. they can do better however shout out to the girl that prepared our food for us with patience & enthusiasm!

I got chow mein which was stiff, not cooked all the way. Got Kung Pao, mushroom and teriyaki chicken. All three tasted the same and I swear, the chicken had been boiled. Mushy. Chow mein full of cabbage, more cabbage than noodle.Worst I have ever had and way overpriced!
