Not sure why, but it did not taste like panda express. Kung pao chicken was bitter. Other than that everything was on point and as expected. Pricing good for the area. Lots of room, clean, big parking lot and air conditioned. Has a drive thru and in a big shopping center. Bathrooms clean and they have some new drinks like aguas frescas at the register.

I went for lunch and I ordered a kids meal with just orange chicken and fried rice. This location has an AI system for the drive thru, and with the rain an individual spoke on the speaker and it sounded like she was at home or in a corporate office. This was not the original AI robot voice like before that I have gone. So then I repeated the order and I also asked for Dr. Pepper, but then an employee from the inside spoke on the speaker and I could tell the voice change and she said they didnt have Dr. Pepper and what other choice I wanted pick so I decided Coke. Then the employee told me the total and I pulled up the window. The lady that handed me my food and drink, she was friendly and I asked her why the AI system wasnt working, is it the rain? Because I noticed that someone voice sounded like she was far from the facility and then I noticed the last voice was from an employee from the inside. She said it was me and I said oh wow that is interesting that they rather have someone remotely take the order when AI system isnt working rather than have you take it like we used to. She mentioned that the remote employee couldnt tell me about the Dr. Pepper since she wasnt physically in the store so thats when she had no choice then to jump in and take over my order. Then we shared a laugh and I went to enjoy my meal in the parking lot before heading back to work. Its good that Panda Express is running this new technology and I just want thank the lady that gave me my food today and share the experience.

I walk in and notice a few new employees, first employee young guy and I see him serving. Nice full plates and I get happy, then another employee comes in, young African American female. Big smiles and also makes nice full plates I get even more happy. Then everything took a turn down hill, they are both busy and another employee ask me for my order, no smiles, and just rush plating and very little portions. I was, oh she gave more chow mein, and she ask so what you want more? I said yes but felt stupid and kinda lost my appetite. Managers please advise employees if they are having a bad day, do not be up front and please do not make it like chipotle where you have to ask for more of what we are already paying for. Props to the other two new employees and blessings.

Not my first time here, I like the food but its the first time I have gotten broccoli and beef with nice chunks of broccoli and a few tiny pieces of beef not even .5 of an oz.I recommend the food but I recommend to check what you get before you leave when you order to go.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. There was a BUG in our plate under the broccoli. I spent $90 and the manager refused to give me a refund. Saying they arent allowed to do refunds, I need to come back and talk to the GM. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The health department needs to pay them a visit asap.

Terrible management & understaffed.Only drive thru was open Sunday 7pm when I visited. Ordering inside the store was not allowed.I walked in to avoid 20 cars lined up in the drive thru. Said they were only doing Mobile orders, or drive thru. So I went to my car & downloaded the app, but the new Almond Chicken wasnt on the app. I go back inside, & the manager tells me to write Almond chicken on the app Notes section & shed fix my order. Said Id be waiting in my car since dine in wasnt available.Fast forward— Ive been waiting 20 minutes in my car when I cant take it any longer and walk in. My order was sitting right next to the register for who knows how long. Thats inexcusable. Dine in wasnt available as it is, so be on top of your mobile orders if youre going to be restricting dine in.(Not the employees faults)A sweet employee apologies when I tell her Im discontent with my order having went cold now, she says she completely understood and would make me a fresh order.She comes out with my order & explains theyve been understaffed, thats why dine in isnt available. She says shes felt like quiting since its overwhelming. I sympathized with her, told her to breathe and just focus on what can be done, and also to mention to tell the manager to have better communication with how to handle online orders.This is just another corporate chain that does not want to offer better wages to attract employees. The result is the lines are wrapping around the parking lots and you have stressed out employees trying to do their best being overworked. I will GLADLY pay more for my meal if it means youre properly staffed and paying respectable wages.

Came in today (it’s a busy Sunday) to get some food and waited about 15 minutes in the long line. Everything was going fine until some register lady with red lipstick, who wasn’t even assisting me or taking my order tells the person taking my order I had to wait in line and not order at the register. I loudly tell her I had been waiting in line and she said nothing back. She should’ve minded her own business because I had asked and she wasn’t even that manager at this location. It was humiliating and she probably assumed I cut the long line of people during a rush. Again she should’ve minded her damn business because unwelcoming behavior like this that makes customers not want to return.

Visited this location today and ordered 2 plates. and a side of 3 rangoon. There was no wait at the drive-thru so that was good. Paid a total of 25 and change. The bigger plate was 3 items but I only got 2 I asked for honey walnut shrimp not string bean chicken and also asked for kung pao chicken and didnt get it. The rangoons were not even cooked. This is not the first time panda express screws up my drive thru order. They gotta train their employees so that they can get the paying customers orders right that would deserve 5 star review. And you call to speak to the lead and they hang up and they dont answer the phone when you call the number on the receipt. Next time Ill go inside and make sure my order is accurate ok bye
