Drive thru workers are usually rude. They speak to you with such attitude, and at the window roll their eyes at you. They always make us wait for dishes, so they must not have food that’s prepared, or they just enjoy messing with people. I wish my kids would learn to like someone else’s orange chicken.

This Panda Express was very good. We ordered the honey walnut shrimp and string bean chicken; double order of chicken and rice. We also got the orange chicken.They were very nice and told us about their brand new chicken dish I believe it is the honey sesame chicken. They were quick to get our meals prepared and it was fresh.We enjoyed our time there actually. They also have a drive through which is really good for a Pand Express.

Rice is always undercooked. Its all hard and dry. Chow mein is also super dry n bland. Orange chicken is ALSO dry but at least has flavor. I think the only good thing here are the drinks. Bcuz service sucks, food is dry and bland, and they take forever. Ive tried coming at different hours, but the food is the same. It sucks all around

I hate this place, they are so rude, unhappy, like they hate thir job, portions are very small, I got the broccoli beff, only got 3 broccoli, mushroom chicken with no veggies, and it have veggies in it. If you want Chinese food, go elsewhere, this place freaken sucks!!!!!! And they dont give you fortune cookies anymore, they really SUCK!!!!!!

Seriously, after a long day I decided to get some panda and relax before I do homework and they got my order wrong! My order was wrong paid for sizzling shrimp and was charged for it but got chicken something. This is the second time this has happened. I will drive to Montclair for Panda from now on. I knew it was too good to be true because when I left the speaker to order, my bag was already ready at Window. Super fast service,but order all wrong . And the rice was crunchy

I went to buy food for me and the family but once I got there I got greeted by the most amazing presence there. I believe her name is Miriam. She gave me excellent service and catered to all my needs. She went above and beyond on making my experience unique and one of a kind. I would definitely recommend to anyone to try this location and I would definitely go back there again.

Food was ok.... the employees were beyond incompetent. I had to tell one of them twice my order after she just randomly started scooping the wrong food onto my plate..... then had to tell cashier 4 times that I did not order a kids meal with my meal. After time four, the cashier gave me an attitude, stating ok, I got it. Then, the pleasent cashier decided to ring out the wrong meal anyway, and decided it was my fault, and such a burden, that I did not want to pay for a meal I didnt order.I wont be coming back to this place again...only reason is not getting one star, was at least the food was ok...not great, but ok.

Disgusting! I can’t believe I found a cockroach that was ALIVE IN my food! This is totally unacceptable and distasteful. I can’t even believe what I encountered and will be reporting this to the state health board. How can you serve a moving pest to customers and it was covered in orange chicken sauce. Unbelievable!

Went through the drive thru and there was no line, waited and no one was on the speaker. So I drove through, exited and was going to order in person. The doors were locked but there were people inside. A customer opened the door for me, then I was told that only the drive thru was open. So I get back in my car drive up and waited about a minute until someone finally took my order. Too much of a hassle to order. I would go to a different location this one doesn’t seem fully staffed.

Drive thru is horrible. The worst food. The worst service. That ugly woman, Katherine needs to get better customer service skills. How are you gonna accuse someone of eating half the food when y’all barely gave anything to begin with? And how you gonna tamper with a customers order too. Y’all took my food back, picked at it and brought it back to me saying I ate half of it. I got like 7 huge gross pieces of orange chicken and dry rice. The food was cold. Barely luke warm. Very unprofessional. Door states open at 10:00, big neon sign on in window said open in big red letters. Did not open till almost 11:00 after I called to ask if they were open. I was told on the phone that they were short staffed and the other employee wasnt clocking in till 11:00. I have worked these types of jobs for most of my life. And everywhere I have ever worked, we opened on time, even if we were short staffed. But I guess its like everything now. Every single place sucks at customer service now. Then when I ordered my food, I asked the girl if the restroom was open. She said yes. I paid for my food sat down and then was told they werent doing dine in. I said ok. Im just going to use the restroom first then. I went to the restroom and then the girl yelled through the door that I could use it this time but next time I would not be able to use it. Then why when I asked if the restroom was opened, she didnt say no, notfor the customers? I can guarantee there wont be a next time.

Apparently they can tell you what youre allowed to order. Pleasantly surprised by the quality, flavor and size of the meal. We ordered a Bigger Plate meal each and enjoyed the good variety of choice. We ordered and paid on-line and went straight to the drive-thru window at close to the time we were informed the meal would be ready. The only downside was we were asked to to pull into a park-and-wait space and had to wait for around 20 mins for the meal. Overall pleased with the meal...shame about the wait.

Came here for the t-mobile Tuesday deal. Ordered online and my bowl was ready when I got there. Got orange chicken and chow mein.Family was hungry so got in line right after. I had previously rated a 5 star when they first opened their doors for business. But now as different management and employees change, different attitudes and service. Ive noticed every time we go there and get asked for donations, theres always a small portion of food in our plates and employees attitude and gestures change... When I do donations, then our plates are always over filled with food and employees are very friendly. Not happy with this...

This is just gross because what if they fall into the food and we just eat it? Unacceptable to say the least. One of the workers told us that the person doing that is actually the manager of the store, and obviously this isnt a good example for the employees. Not coming back again.
