They don’t wash the pot right all i saw was them rinse it and the food was falling out of the plate and they used their hand to put it back in with no gloves, they all have no gloves and they’re touching the same screen and utensils. very unsanitary and the food is stale and the chicken tastes like the shrimp and it’s hard and just gross. the chow main has 0 flavor.and there’s a bunch of kids running around.

Ive purchased food here about 3 times, the last time the food was dry, no flavor on the chowmain no veggies. The chicken was dry and full of fat. The egg rolls were cold . Also I noticed that they serve portions depending on the customer. The person in front of me they put a large amount of food and for me they bearly even filled up the plate

The manager exhibited a disingenuous demeanor and openly displayed annoyance when we inquired about the spiciness of an item. Throughout our meal, the manager consistently scolded, corrected, and lectured the employees, adopting a condescending tone. This behavior was so prevalent that it sometimes resulted in the manager neglecting attending to the customers. As a result, the overall atmosphere of the place was far from pleasant.

I got the worst food experience. The food is greasy and smells awful. The crab Rangoon, which is a separate item from the meals, was burned and stale.People were intolerant to questions! The serving is tiny and costs extra than what is on the menu.

6:30pm on a Sundsy. At least eight visible employees with only one building orders on the line where they actually make their money. The customer line was to the door. We finally got tired of watching them do nothing, and turned around and left.

The manager was very fake and openly acted annoyed when we asked if an item was spicy. While we ate the manager scolded, corrected, lectured, and spoke down to his employees. The manager ignored customers to do all this at times. Not a great atmosphere 😕

Normally not one to write reviews but it’s just been happening to much lately in this area to not address. We had gone in to order two plates and an order of the crab cheese ragoons, we were charged for them and never received that item. Just extremely disappointing to see when we received our food they weren’t included in the bag!

I ordered a orange chicken and white rice plate. The orange chicken seemed like it had been sitting for a long time and was not hot. The white rice was clumpy. I also got a glass bottle of sprite that was supposed to be sitting in ice but it all had melted. It was room temperature. I also ordered a bowl and asked for more honey walnut shrimp. They said they could only give 7 pieces even though there was still room in the bowl. It was $1.25 extra for the honey walnut shrimp “premium entree”.

Good food and the calories are written on each food station. If you want a special order order from the catering menu and specify in the addition comments section online. But call also in case they dont see it. That happened once but they quickly fixed the order. We do this to remove the nuts from our orders.

If I could give it 0 stars I could the food is good enough but they are always out of options or the food is a wait. This store needs new management really really bad been coming here since highschool there’s always a line because the employees are so slow and poorly trained often times the manager is seen through the back doorway also doing nothing when they are completely out of orange chicken. I like Panda Express but this location is by far the worst I’ve ever seen, go to the one in Novato or Marin city.

Been here a few times and everytime about 60% of their options are gone, which I simply dont understand. Its never busy because of the pandemic so youd think theyd at least have a little of everything.Girl taking and making my order was so rude and crude. Even though its just a panda express, its still always an unpleasant experience.Oh forgot to add the worse part. I didnt get my fortune cookie

I always appreciate every Panda Express I visit. I always receive consistency in service and food quality. If I were ever to decide on a franchise to purchase, it would be Panda Express and Round Table Pizza. Two of my favorite places to enjoy both food and friends. Neither are pretentious and both are enjoyable to visit.

Food tasted old and nasty and the portions were very small. I called and spoke to an Asian lady who said that there was nothing wrong with the portions or the quality of the food. This is the worst Panda Express that I have seen. I’m NEVER going back, special concerns for FOOD QUALITY and SAFETY.

3/4/2021 UPDATE: Nothing has changed!!! It is always about customer service. Cashier couldn’t bother to actually listen to me. As I’m asking for a large beverage. I am greeted with attitude. The she proceeded to ask me if I wanted a drink. If would let me speak. You would have heard me say large drink.

This Panda Express is situated at the mall in San Rafael but not inside the mall it faces towards the parking lot. They are set up for social distancing/virus protection. They have the standard 6ft apart lines on the ground. When its your turn to order there is one person to help you, they have a condensed list of dishes available apparently the top favorites orange chicken at the top of the list Im sure, but they had my favorite chicken teriyaki but were out of spring rolls. The guy who helped me was very proficient at the changes to his job, was helpful and professional. The portions were very good sized and the quality of the food was great. I was stoked that they were open and after eating from burger places when Im too tired to cook I had been craving Panda Express. So thanks for how hard Im sure you guys are working I for one appreciate it and will be back -cheers- Rooster joe

Went in to get some food. Customer standing in line with dog. Dog curious, sniffing other customers, barked. I mentioned to employee that only support dogs should be in a restaurant. He chuckled. I left and wont be coming back!

I used to come here all the time sometimes 3 or 4 nights a week,but now I wont be coming back for a few months or see some changes.For 1 night they were very short staffed and had no chow mein at 4pm... I asked to confirm they werent making anymore and they said no I decided to not go with the poorly cooked fried rice and decided to come back another day.I come in the next night and again no chow mein around 7pm. I still decide to get food but this time the rice definitely upset my stomach.Long story short, they used to run the place well but recently havent.

These guys think it’s okay to give u small portions during a pandemic, just because it’s a pandemic doesn’t mean you can scam your customers. It’s ridiculous i recommend you check your food before opening it so you can tell them to fix the portions. Very sad and ridiculous.

I love me some panda express. Inusually like to take chinese food once a week as a treat on Wednesdays. I live close by and I am happy about this location and also a Novato location. I like the service here and a building is pretty cool. Good food, good staff, clean - is most important part. I hat it when the place is dirty for real... in Los Angeles they pht grades on the restaurants depending on a quility of the place. And dirtyness is always a big factor. They should atart doing that in Bay Area for sho! Anyways this place is clean, so I am happy about that. Gladly come here on Wednesdays. Recomending!

It’s Panda Express - you can’t expect too much.We have been here a couple of times when we were desperate for some dinner and had run out of other options. There are some OK choices for food, and the prices are low, but overall its a Panda Express so the food quality isn’t expected to be gourmet.

Well well, I like to eat at Panda Express, but las time I went to NorthGate mall and I got in the Panda Express and the sorprise was, how dirty is was the place, food on the floor, food on the table and looks like the employees who are working there dont care and no one step up to clean!
