Just had lunch at this Panda Express at the food court. My server was Luis… I ordered half noodles and half steam rice, vegetables and beef broccoli. The presentation of this meal isn’t so appetizing. The server was rude and he didn’t follow what server always says like Welcome to Panda would you to try our entree of the month or something like. Didn’t try to up sell like would you like some egg rolls with your order or soup etc.

Today we came to galleria mall and we ate Panda Express and it was very very bad I ordersizzeling shrimp know what he put in my place 4 shrimp and no broccoli little vegetable when I got it I saw this I will sent picture just now I we were very mad at this please talk to your worker he was short and with mustache he wasn’t nice at all I won’t ever eat there and I will definitely not recommend to my friend to eat there too I give zero star..

Had food delivered. Food was cold. Orange chicken was far too tangy. Kung Pao chicken had little chicken and was poorly made. Fried rice was dry.

Most of the reviews are actually for the wrong Panda. The top photo shows the Panda on the 3rd floor but the address and phone number are for the Panda in the food court.A lot of the bad reviews mention the 3rd floor, slow side, dining room. Those do not describe the panda in the food court.

The food is good, your usual Panda Express but this place is a bit more expensive than their standalone outlets, Im guessing because its inside of a mall. The lady on the cash counter was giving racist vibes and Im not the only one who noticed that day. She didnt say that much but it was very clear from her behaviour. It bothered a lot of us. They should train their staff better on customer interaction.

Standard Panda Express, but with mall pricing. The staff were nice and quick to get the line moving. The dishes I ordered were all freshly made. Its on a quiet side of the mall. the seating is rather small, and they did have a second section that was closed off at the moment.

The staff here are okay, given the number of people they see. They do get a bit impatient. The soda machine dispensed soda that tasted bad like it needed to be cleaned and I’m never picky about soda, it is already bad for me but it doesn’t need to remind me in the taste. So buy only the bottled soda.

Stood in line this morning. The person cutting chicken didn’t even look up and then Decided to help the person behind me. The cashier was of no help whatsoever either. Never had this experience at panda before. Never again.

Be careful. The upstairs location tried to rip me off two times. Double check your total. Was first told they didnt have bowls so they were putting my small order in a plate. When I got to the check out they rang me up as a plate and tried to charge more, but changed it once I brought it to their attention. Then when I asked for a cup of water, they told me they were out of water cups but had a regular size one instead. I said okay thats fine, I just want water. They then tried to add the cost of a drink to my order. They said they had to charge me for a cup. Cant believe how much this location tried to rip me off in one visit. Please be wary.

Waited over 20mins for my teriyaki chicken when I was told it would take 10. By the time I got my order the Orange Chicken was old and cold and I had to have them replace it. My whole family was done eating before I ever got my food so I wasnt even able to fully enjoy it. Also, the front half of the dinning room was completely full and the back part was closed which makes no sense. To top it off the whole time I was waiting I could hear the guys in the kitchen yelling and cussing abd the manager just kept laughing. No at all professional! Never again will I eat at this location!

They were busy and when it was our turn the cashier didnt greet us and didnt offer us drinks, we had to ask for condiments 3x and when I checked our bag she never put any in. I went back to ask for hot sauce, napkins, and forks, and the cashier named Maria had the audacity to say we never asked for any. She had a bad attitude and looked like she hated her job.

Received pretty good service considering how busy they were. Both the manager and the front counter girl were very efficient and friendly. Food was hot and delicious. My only complaint would be the prices at this location, it seems they are higher than at others.

My friend went to this franchise to have a meal... The guy who was serving him acted that he was irritated and rushed him for his next order!! HE WAS RUDE! Whats up with that? Then upon paying his order here comes the latina lady at the cash register. asked if it cash or credit then so he said he will use his DEBIT card. Then, she looked at him and asked for his ID. She gave him an offensive look while looking at his ID and his DEBIT card. After paying the bill he moved to the side so other customer can pay too. He noticed that other customer used their card but that latina lady DID NOT ASKED FOR THEIR ID CARD Several customers pay the same way but she never asked for the ID. I mean... what is that supposed to mean. I also had a bad experience with this panda express over in gendale. I ordered my food and i kind off not sure if i want two or just one entree... the lady i dont know whats her nationlity but she was very irritated and looked at me, her hand was on the counter like “hurry up”. So when i noticed her expression i just say just one entree please and thats it. When i about to pay i told the cashier that the lady service was in the bad mood. She gave her the look and i got offended because they both just smiled at each other like they dont care about what i said. Just bad service.

Make sure to go to the correct location. The phone number and location are the food court’s but the address is the one at the third floor location. Just be careful.

The food is okay but sometimes the servers here are super stingy. I ordered the sweetfire chicken a few times here and only got 4 pieces Im not joking its absurd. For the price you pay and get 4 pieces no thank you!

The orange chicken was cold and dry. A “plate” of food is served in a styrofoam container. All utensils are plastic. Total laziness and disregard for the customer and environment.

Very bad attention from Mr. Luis. I greeted him kindly and he began his bad attention without responding. I asked her if I could try a type of chicken, the girl said yes and Mr. Luis responded yelling no. My family was shocked. The attitude is incomprehensible. The food is very good, but the staff is disappointing.
