Honestly, just a very disappointing service overall. I came here expecting the same quality I get to go to locations, however, my pick up order took 45 minutes longer than when they told me it would be ready. They did not have anything ready to go at 11:30 AM on a weekday.Majorly, disappointing experience.On top of that, the teriyaki chicken was raw!

First, I would like to say that this was my second time to this location and disappointed both times. I always give a location a second chance in case it was just an off day. I LOVE Panda Express but I will NOT be back to this location. Both times, I ordered the Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. The Orange chicken was absolutely disgusting! Each time the chicken was flavorless and as hard as a rock. It tasted like it was stale and old! I might as well have ordered pebbles battered and fried. The chow mein was alright but it definitely was old and should’ve been changed out a long time ago. VERY disappointed in this location! Do better!

Food was great, service was super but the app for the T-mobile offer SUCKED!!!!I spent 30 minutes just trying to create an account, sign up to their system and then tried to place an order but the site was so slow that I have up and went to Rubios around the corner!

When I went there to get some takeout they left out some of my food and still charged me for it, and it seemed like they were trying to rush me even though there was only one person behind me. Also on top of that the food was not even that good especially comparing it to other panda expresses.

Fresh fried rice and chow mein, everything else was old. Ragoons had crunch tips and almost undercooked taste middle.Cashier was not nice to customers or other staff and could only hear one word at a time.

Awful customer service at this location. I went in and ordered double beyond orange chicken and it tasted bad and stale so I asked the manager to remake the beyond orange chicken. She told me it’d be 5 mins I was waiting 10 then went up and saw the beyond chicken was out. I asked her to remake my plate and I reminded her that I’d been waiting and she said the beyond chicken has only been out for 3 mins. She remade my plate and didn’t apologize for my wait or offer me anything for the inconvenience. I used to work at a panda and we put the people who waited first and apologized for the wait and offered a free drink. I felt like she would’ve never called me up for my food had I not waited in the huge line a second time. she was a black female idk her name But she’s a manager.

I spent $60 on two family meals. When I came to pick it up they said someone at grub hub already picked it up. I never got my food delivered and I set it as pick up. They did not verify online orders at pick up so my order got picked up by another person and I didn’t get reimburse. I talked to manager who said I had to call grub hub and all this and that but offered no help. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card. Need to work on customer service. I then had to pay again and only could afford one portion. They should verify orders with name first and last and order number and a signature. I didn’t but received a pick up confirmation.

The employees dont direct where the long line begins or ends and it causes confusion and confrontation within the customers. There is also always a wait for most dishes requested upon ordering. There should always be hot food ready to go especially since it is one of the busiest locations!

Panda added a new menu item; Surf and Turf. Sounded really great and the marketing poster made it look absolutely delicious so I ordered a bowl. The reality was a disappointing bowl of fried rice with 5 jelly bean size pieces of steak and one piece of shrimp.The vegetables were grilled nice and crisp but the lack of protein was laughable for the name Panda dubbed this dish.

Rude staff had to wait for food which understandably Friday night busy. They only allow 10 people san diego locations. They made the food the girl manager made a door dash order first also fine. But after put food back on display and started making other peoples food while mine was still sitting. After she did 1 customer and then went on to another had to tell her to please make MY food

Very disappointed. Ordered pick up. Teriyaki Chicken breast, noodles and eggs rolls. The chicken was nothing like the picture. All fatty and dark meet no teriyaki that I could taste or smell. The noodles were dry and for the money ($15 )the entree was the size of a large Mcnugget and the noodles portion wasnt much bigger. They gave me no sweet and sour, 1 packet of soy sauce and 4 packets of hot chili sauce and 2 broken fortune cookies. Wont be ordering from here again.

It wasnt too busy. They made the Shanghai beef special for me exactly the way I asked, rare. It was delicious! It was refreshing to have them go out of their way to make a customer happy :) Now thats what I call excellent customer service.

Some members of the staff are nice but there is one girl that is always kinda rude. The food is almost never fresh. i dont know about you but i dont like paying $8+ on yesterdays food. one staff member hooks it up with a good amount of food but a few of them skimp out most of the time. i only go to this location if someone else offers to pay.

There were two hairs in my food. One two inch dark hair and a long 8 inch dark hair. I have short blonde/grey hair. I called and went round and round on the phone, basically they dont care. $33 wasted. Dont eat here!

Sesame honey chicken is delicious, rice is a little undercooked and greasy, orange chicken is incredibly spicy. The line was socially distanced outside the door to keep only two or three people at a time inside. There are tables outside socially distanced.

I love Panda Express, but this specific Panda Express today made me decide not to come back anymore. The food is dry, especially when I was eating the Beijing beef, the meat was overcooked and didnt have any taste at all. The best Panda Express that I have come across so far is that one located in Rancho San Diego near Cuyamaca College.

We went there at 9pm they were not suppose to close for another hour. They literally had no more food if I asked for any item the would say no we are out of that eventually I just got the only items they had Which was teriyaki chicken and brown steamed rice but they had no sauce for the chicken when I asked if they would make some the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and said ummm sureeee! Worst service ever! I really wish I could give them no stars!

What kind of food is this? The teriyaki chicken was served burnt to us, the sauce from beef broccoli was too watery, and thw Orange chicken didnt feel right. This is the worst panda express Ive been to. This is plain sloppy. After I ate it, I got little food poisoning, luckily, I was at the hospital visiting my Grandma. Gosh, last time I got food poisoning, it felt awful and I had to experience that again. My dad is angry. Hes going to be returning the food.

I gave it a second shot & no change at all...the noodles were still badly overcooked & burnt, so bad you could smell it before you even tasted it. When I informed an employee she didnt seem too concerned & replaced my chow mein with rice in a very small to-go box, which is no where the amt of side that would have been on my plate...probably more like half the amt. It was a very inadequate replacement & the employee showed no concern for the issue whatsoever. I DO NOT recommend eating the chow mein nor do I recommend this Panda location...unless you dont mind horrendous overcooked burnt chinese food thatll burn your nose hairs clean off. Awful...just awful, from food to customer service, all the way around.

A white lady worker discriminated my family for speaking Spanish when getting inside the building, she never asked us ”what can I help you with” or ”what do you want”, nothing she straight up ignored us but was asking other people who looked white their orders. It wasnt until my mom went up and told her what she wanted... The lady looked at my mom with such facial expressions. A really bad experience I wouldnt recommend anyone whos Hispanic or Latino to go into this Panda Express.
